上以童子热小便二盏。化白矾以洗痔上。日二用效。
痔疮肛门边缘瘙痒疼痛的病症，是由于脏腑长期积聚风热之邪，无法宣散疏通，导致毒热之气滞留于大肠，冲击并发作于身体下部。因此导致肛门边缘时而疼痛、时而瘙痒，或者生疮疡，时常流出血液，这种病也被称为脉痔。
治疗痔疮疾病，表现为下部肿胀结块，瘙痒疼痛不止，使用枳壳散方。
药材：枳壳（二两，用麦麸炒至微黄，去除内部瓤）、槐子（二两，微炒至有香气）、防风（一两，去除芦头）、羌活（一两）、黄芩（一两，锉碎）、白蒺藜（一两，微炒后去除刺）、甘草（半两，炙烤至微红，锉碎）。
以上药物，捣碎过细筛成为散剂。每次在饭前，用米汤调服二钱。
治疗痔疮疾病，因大肠长期积聚风毒，下部瘙痒疼痛不停歇，感觉像被虫咬一样，使用蛇床散方。
药材：蛇床子（一两）、蓄（一两）、黄芩（一两，锉碎）、苦参（一两，锉碎）、白桐叶（一两）、附子（一两，炮制裂开，去皮和脐）。
以上药物，捣碎过细筛成为散剂。饭前，用米汤调服二钱。
治疗痔疮日久不愈，肛门边缘瘙痒疼痛不止，使用薏苡散方。
药材：薏苡根（二两）、独活（二两）、枳实（二两，用麦麸炒至微黄）、莽草（一两，微炒）、猪后悬蹄甲（二两，炙烤至黄燥焦）。
以上药物，捣碎过细筛成为散剂。每次在饭前，用黄酒调服二钱。
治疗痔疮，肛门边缘瘙痒疼痛，使用桑木耳散方。
药材：桑木耳（一两，微炒）、槐木耳（一两，微炒）、榆皮（一两，炙烤至黄焦）、枳壳（二两，用麦麸炒至微黄，去除内部瓤）、当归（一两，锉碎微炒）、羌活（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过细筛成为散剂。每次在饭前，用米汤调服二钱。
治疗痔疮，肛门边缘瘙痒疼痛不止，使用皂荚刺丸方。
药材：皂荚刺（二两，烧至烟尽）、臭樗皮（一两，微炙烤）、防风（一两，去除芦头）、赤芍药（一两）、枳壳（一两，用麦麸炒至微黄，去除内部瓤）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末。用一升浓醋，熬煮至一半量成膏状。然后加入剩余的药物，混合制成丸药，大小如小豆。每次在饭前，煎煮防风汤送服二十丸。
治疗痔疮，肛门边缘瘙痒疼痛，发作无休止，使用露蜂房丸方。
药材：露蜂房（一两，微炒）、威灵仙（一两）、枳壳（二两，用麦麸炒至微黄）、皂荚（一两，炙烤至黄燥焦）、蓄（一两）、薏苡根（一两）、卷柏（一两，微炙烤）、桑花叶（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末。用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次在饭前，用槐子汤送服三十丸。
治疗痔疮，风毒攻注，肛门瘙痒疼痛不止，适宜使用此方。
药材：枳壳（一两）、蛇床子（一两）、防风（半两，去除芦头）、莽草（半两）、桑根白皮（半两）、苦参（一两）、柳枝（锉碎，二合）。
以上药物，全部锉碎。用水一斗，煎煮取五升药液，去渣。在避风处，用软布蘸取药汤，趁热熨烫患处痔疮部位。
治疗痔疮，肛门边缘肿胀坚硬，瘙痒疼痛难以忍受，使用救急熨方。
药材：芫花（三两）、风化锻石（三两）、灶突内黑煤（二两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末。分成两份，在铫子中加入醋炒制。待稍微变热时，用布包裹进行熨烫。冷了则再更换，自然能使肿胀消退，瘙痒疼痛停止。
又一方。
药材：胡粉（半两）、水银（半两）。
以上药物，用枣肉调和研磨，直至水银星点消失。捏成如莲子大小的丸药，用棉布包裹，夜间卧床时，纳入下部肛门中。
The condition of itching and pain around the anus in hemorrhoids arises from the long-term accumulation of wind-heat pathogens in the zang-fu organs, which fail to be dispersed and unblocked. The qi of toxic heat remains stagnant in the large intestine (Da Chang) and rushes to erupt in the lower body. Consequently, this causes the area around the anus to experience alternating pain and itching, or even the formation of sores, with occasional bleeding. This condition is also known as Mai Hemorrhoids (Pulse Hemorrhoids).
To treat hemorrhoidal diseases presenting with swelling and nodules in the lower body, accompanied by incessant itching and pain, use Zhi Qiao San Formula.
Ingredients: Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange Pericarp, 2 liang, stir-baked with bran until slightly yellow, pith removed), Huai Zi (Sophora Seed, 2 liang, lightly baked until fragrant), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root, 1 liang, radix head removed), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome, 1 liang), Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root, 1 liang, sliced), Bai Ji Li (Tribulus Fruit, 1 liang, lightly baked, spines removed), Gan Cao (Licorice Root, 0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly red, sliced).
Process the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with rice broth.
To treat hemorrhoidal diseases caused by long-term accumulation of wind-toxin in the large intestine, resulting in incessant itching and pain in the lower body, resembling insect bites, use She Chuang San Formula.
Ingredients: She Chuang Zi (Cnidium Fruit, 1 liang), Lu Sun (Dianthus Herb, 1 liang), Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root, 1 liang, sliced), Ku Shen (Sophora Root, 1 liang, sliced), Bai Tong Ye (Paulownia Leaf, 1 liang), Fu Zi (Aconite Lateral Root, 1 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed).
Process the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with rice broth.
To treat chronic hemorrhoids that have not healed for a long time, with incessant itching and pain around the anus, use Yi Yi San Formula.
Ingredients: Yi Yi Gen (Coix Root, 2 liang), Du Huo (Angelica Pubescens Root, 2 liang), Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange, 2 liang, stir-baked with bran until slightly yellow), Mang Cao (Artemisia Argyi Herb, 1 liang, lightly baked), Zhu Hou Xuan Ti Jia (Pig Hind Hoof Nail, 2 liang, fried until yellow and dry).
Process the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with yellow wine decoction.
To treat hemorrhoids with itching and pain around the anus, use Sang Mu Er San Formula.
Ingredients: Sang Mu Er (Mulberry Mucilage/Fungus, 1 liang, lightly baked), Huai Mu Er (Sophora Mucilage/Fungus, 1 liang, lightly baked), Pi (Elm Bark, 1 liang, fried until yellow and charred), Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange Pericarp, 2 liang, stir-baked with bran until slightly yellow, pith removed), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 1 liang, sliced and lightly baked), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome, 1 liang).
Process the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with rice broth.
To treat hemorrhoids with incessant itching and pain around the anus, use Zao Jia Ci Wan Pill.
Ingredients: Zao Jia Ci (Gleditsia Spine, 2 liang, burned until smoke ceases), Chou Chu Pi (Stinky Dogwood Bark, 1 liang, lightly fried), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root, 1 liang, radix head removed), Chi Shao Yao (Red Peony Root, 1 liang), Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange Pericarp, 1 liang, stir-baked with bran until slightly yellow, pith removed).
Process the above ingredients into a powder. Boil 1 sheng of strong vinegar until reduced by half to form a paste. Add the remaining medicinal powders and mix to form pills the size of small beans. Take 20 pills before meals, washed down with Fang Feng Tang decoction.
To treat hemorrhoids with intermittent and incessant itching and pain around the anus, use Lu Feng Fang Wan Pill.
Ingredients: Lu Feng Fang (Honeycomb, 1 liang, lightly baked), Wei Ling Xian (Clematis Root, 1 liang), Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange Pericarp, 2 liang, stir-baked with bran until slightly yellow), Zao Jia (Gleditsia Fruit, 1 liang, fried until yellow and dry), Lu Sun (Dianthus Herb, 1 liang), Yi Yi Gen (Coix Root, 1 liang), Juan Bai (Selaginella Tamariscina, 1 liang, lightly fried), Sang Hua Ye (Mulberry Flower and Leaf, 1 liang).
Process the above ingredients into a powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 30 pills before meals, washed down with Huai Zi Tang decoction.
For hemorrhoids where wind-toxin attacks and penetrates, causing incessant itching and pain in the anus, this formula is suitable.
Ingredients: Zhi Qiao (Bitter Orange Pericarp, 1 liang), She Chuang Zi (Cnidium Fruit, 1 liang), Fang Feng (Saposhnikovia Root, 0.5 liang, radix head removed), Mang Cao (Artemisia Argyi Herb, 0.5 liang), Sang Gen Bai Pi (Mulberry Root Bark, 0.5 liang), Ku Shen (Sophora Root, 1 liang), Liu Zhi (Willow Branch, 2 he, sliced).
Finely slice all ingredients. Decoct in 1 dou of water until 5 sheng remain. Strain the dregs. In a wind-sheltered place, dip soft cloth into the hot decoction and apply hot compresses to the hemorrhoids.
To treat hemorrhoids with hard swelling around the anus, intolerable itching and pain, use the Emergency Compress Formula.
Ingredients: Yuan Hua (Genkwa Flower, 3 liang), Feng Hua Duan Shi (Weathered Calcined Alumen, 3 liang), Zao Tu Nei Hei Mei (Black Soot from Chimney Flue, 2 liang).
Process the above ingredients into a powder. Divide into two portions. Stir-fry each portion in a pot with vinegar. When slightly warm, wrap in cloth and apply as a compress. Replace when cool. The swelling will naturally subside, and itching and pain will cease.
Another formula.
Ingredients: Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate, 0.5 liang), Shui Yin (Mercury, 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients together with date pulp until the mercury particles disappear. Shape into pills the size of lotus seeds. Wrap in cotton. At night before sleep, insert into the lower orifice (anus).
Another formula.
Ingredients: Bai Fan (Alumen, 3 fen, sliced).
Dissolve the alumen in two cups of hot urine from a young boy. Wash the hemorrhoids with this solution. Apply twice daily for efficacy.
