白癞病，表现为声音嘶哑，视力模糊，四肢顽固性疼痛，身体高热，心中烦闷不适，手足松弛无力。背部脊柱拘急僵硬。
治疗白癞的鲮鲤甲丸方：
鲮鲤甲（三片，微火炙至微黄）、蝮蛇（半条，用酒浸泡后微火炙至微黄）、斑蝥（两枚，与糯米同拌炒至微黄，去翅足）、蜈蚣（一具，去头足，微火炙）、天南星（二枚，生干品）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成细末，用炼蜜调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次空腹及晚饭前，用温水送服两丸。
治疗周身出现白色斑点，状如油脂或榆树荚，搔抓后有白色皮屑脱落，或痒或痛，白色斑块逐渐扩散，世人称为白癞，适宜服用苦参酝酒方：
苦参（五斤）、露蜂房（五两）、[原文缺字，推测为某皮类药材]（一具）。
以上药物，切碎，用水三斗，煮取一斗汁液，滤去药渣。将药汁浸入细面五斤中，再拌入蒸熟的秫米三斗，按照常规酿酒方法发酵。待酒酿熟后饮用。
治疗白癞风的天麻煎方：
天麻（一斤）、天蓼木（三斤）。
以上药物，切碎如大豆粒大小，用水三斗，放入银锅或石锅中，煎煮至剩一斗二升，滤去药渣。然后在慢火上继续煎熬浓缩。
治疗白癞的方剂：
斑蝥（十四枚，与糯米同炒至黄色）、大腹蛇（一条，干燥且头尾俱全者，微火炙至微黄）。
以上药物，用酒七升，放入瓷瓶中，用糠火煨烤酒液至剩一升，滤去药渣，收存于瓷盒中。每次取少量薄涂于白癞患处。
The disease of Bai Lai (Leucoderma/White Leprosy) is characterized by hoarseness, blurred vision, stubborn pain in the four limbs, high fever of the body, mental restlessness and oppression, flaccidity of the hands and feet, and stiffness/spasm of the back and spine.
Formula for Lingqi Jia Wan to treat Bai Lai:
Lingqi Jia (Squama Manitis / Pangolin Scales, 3 pieces, roasted until slightly yellow), Fushe (Agkistrodon / Pit Viper, half a strip, soaked in wine and roasted until slightly yellow), Banmao (Mylabris / Blister Beetle, 2 grains, stir-fried with glutinous rice until slightly yellow, wings and feet removed), Wugong (Scolopendra / Centipede, 1 whole, head and feet removed, roasted), Tian Nan Xing (Arisaema Cum Bile / Arisaema Rhizoma, 2 grains, dried raw).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take two pills each time, on an empty stomach and before evening meal, washed down with warm water.
To treat white spots all over the body, resembling grease or elm seeds, where scratching yields white dander, accompanied by itching or pain, with white patches gradually spreading—commonly known as Bai Lai—it is suitable to consume Kushen Yunjiu (Kushen Fermented Wine):
Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix / Sophora Root, 5 jin), Lufengfang (Vespa Nidus / Hornet's Nest, 5 liang), [Text missing, likely a bark ingredient] (1 piece).
Chop the above herbs finely. Boil in 3 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou of liquid. Strain out the dregs. Soak 5 jin of fine flour in the decoction. Mix with 3 dou of steamed Shumi (Sorghum). Ferment according to the usual method for making wine. Drink when the wine is ready.
Tianma Jian Formula to treat Bai Lai Feng (Wind-induced Leucoderma):
Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma / Gastrodia Rhizome, 1 jin), Tianliao Mu [Note: Likely refers to a specific local herb, possibly related to Polygonum or similar, literal translation: Heavenly Polygonum Wood] (3 jin).
Chop the above herbs into particles the size of soybeans. Add 3 dou of water to a silver pot or stone pot. Decoct until reduced to 1 dou 2 sheng. Filter out the dregs. Continue to simmer and concentrate over low heat.
Formula to treat Bai Lai:
Banmao (Mylabris / Blister Beetle, 14 grains, stir-fried with glutinous rice until yellow), Dafushe (Bungarus multicinctus / Many-banded Krait or similar large snake, 1 strip, dried, complete head and tail, roasted until slightly yellow).
Place the above herbs in a porcelain bottle with 7 sheng of wine. Warm the wine using chaff fire until reduced to 1 sheng. Filter out the dregs. Store in a porcelain container. Apply thinly to the Bai Lai lesions each time.
Another formula:
Mabiancao (Verbenae Herba / Verbena Herb, quantity not limited).
Pulverize the above herb into a fine powder. Before meals, take one qian mixed with Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba / Schizonepeta) and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba / Mint) decoction.
