刀豆壳（蜜涂炙令熟） 粟米（炒熟）
上等分。同捣罗为散。如茶点一钱。下前丸药。
虚劳病出现小便白浊的症状，这是由于劳累损伤了肾脏，导致肾气虚弱寒冷所致。肾主管水液代谢，其窍穴位于阴部，是排泄小便的通道。
治疗因虚劳导致肾脏衰弱、小便白浊、腿膝无力的症状，适宜服用薯蓣丸。
方药组成：薯蓣（一两）、车前子（三分）、韭子（一两，微炒）、菟丝子（一两，用酒浸泡一夜后晒干，另捣成粉末）、桂心（半两）、山茱萸（一两，去核）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣击三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗因虚劳衰损、小便白浊的症状，适宜服用补益鹿茸丸。
方药组成：鹿茸（二两，去毛，涂酥油炙烤至微黄）、蛇床子（三分）、远志（三分，去心）、熟干地黄（二两）、菟丝子（一两，酒浸一宿曝干别捣为末）、薯蓣（一两）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗因虚劳导致的小便白浊，以及遗精滑泄不知觉的症状，适宜服用韭子丸。
方药组成：韭子（三合，微炒）、鹿茸（二两，劈破，涂酥油炙烤至微黄）、杜仲（一两半，去粗皮，微炙）、干姜（一两，炮裂）、雄蚕蛾（一两，炮制）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗因虚劳导致的小便白浊，以及梦遗尿精的症状，适宜服用菟丝子散。
方药组成：菟丝子（三两，酒浸一夜后晒干，另捣成粉末）、韭子（二两，微炒）、附子（一两，炮裂，去皮脐）、当归（一两，锉，微炒）。
以上药物，捣细过筛成散剂。每次在饭前，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗因虚劳导致的精血匮乏、小便白浊，以及突然出血的症状。
药材：车前叶、魏桑叶（即桑叶）。
以上药物，等分，细细研磨，取其自然汁液。每次温服一合，每日服用二三次。
治疗因虚劳导致下元冷惫、风气攻注、腰筋脉拘急、小便白浊且颜色像米泔水的症状，适宜服用天雄丸。
方药组成：天雄（一两，生用，去皮研成粉末）、盆口米（半两）。
以上药物，一起研磨均匀，用韭根汁调和，制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用前方七丸。
又一方。
刀豆壳（涂蜜炙烤至熟）、粟米（炒熟）。
以上药物等分，一同捣碎过筛成散剂。像喝茶一样点服一钱，随后服用前面的丸药。
In cases of deficiency consumption (Xu Lao) presenting with turbid white urine, this condition arises from fatigue damaging the Kidney, resulting in deficient and cold Kidney Qi. The Kidney governs water metabolism, its orifice is located at the yin region, and it serves as the pathway for urination.
For treating deficiency consumption leading to Kidney weakness, turbid white urine, and weakness in the legs and knees, the Shuyu Wan (Dioscorea Pill) is indicated.
Ingredients: Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shuyu, 1 liang), Plantaginis Semen (Cheqianzi, 3 fen), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiu Zi, 1 liang, slightly stir-fried), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi, 1 liang, soaked in wine overnight, dried, and separately pounded into powder), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin, 0.5 liang), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu, 1 liang, pips removed).
The above ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded three to two hundred times until uniform. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills before meals, washed down with warm wine.
For treating deficiency consumption and deterioration with turbid white urine, the Buyi Lurong Wan (Deer Antler Tonifying Pill) is indicated.
Ingredients: Cervi Cornu Detestum (Lurong, 2 liang, hair removed, coated with butter, roasted until slightly yellow), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 3 fen), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 3 fen, heart removed), Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shugan Dihuang, 2 liang), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi, 1 liang, soaked in wine overnight, dried, and separately pounded into powder), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shuyu, 1 liang).
The above ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded three to five hundred times until uniform. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills before meals, washed down with warm wine.
For treating deficiency consumption with turbid white urine, as well as spermatorrhea and involuntary seminal emission without awareness, the Jiu Zi Wan (Allium Tuberosum Seed Pill) is indicated.
Ingredients: Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiu Zi, 3 he, slightly stir-fried), Cervi Cornu Detestum (Lurong, 2 liang, split, coated with butter, roasted until slightly yellow), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong, 1.5 liang, rough bark removed, slightly roasted), Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatum (Ganjiang, 1 liang, processed until cracked), Bombyx Batryticatus (Xiongcan'e, 1 liang, processed).
The above ingredients are crushed, sieved into powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded three to five hundred times until uniform. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds (Wutongzi). Take thirty pills before meals, washed down with warm wine.
For treating deficiency consumption with turbid white urine, as well as nocturnal emission and urinary sperm leakage, the Tusizi San (Cuscuta Powder) is indicated.
Ingredients: Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi, 3 liang, soaked in wine overnight, dried, and separately pounded into powder), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiu Zi, 2 liang, slightly stir-fried), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Fuzi, 1 liang, processed until cracked, skin and navel removed), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 1 liang, sliced, slightly stir-fried).
The above ingredients are finely crushed and sieved into a powder. Take 2 qian before meals, mixed with warm wine.
For treating deficiency consumption with depletion of essence, turbid white urine, and sudden bleeding.
Ingredients: Plantaginis Herba (Cheqian Ye), Mori Folium (We Sang Ye, i.e., Mulberry Leaf).
The above ingredients are taken in equal proportions, finely ground, and their natural juice extracted. Take one he of the warm juice per dose, administered two to three times daily.
For treating deficiency consumption with coldness and exhaustion of the lower origin, invasion by wind-pathogen, stiffness and spasm of lumbar tendons and vessels, and turbid white urine resembling rice washings, the Tianxiong Wan (Aconitum Root Pill) is indicated.
Ingredients: Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata (Tianxiong, 1 liang, used raw, skin removed, pounded into powder), Panni Corneum (Penkou Mi, 0.5 liang).
The above ingredients are thoroughly ground together until uniform, mixed with juice from Allii tuberosi roots, and formed into pills the size of mung beans. Take seven pills with the previous formula.
Another prescription.
Dolichos Otoellus Testa (Daodou Qiao, coated with honey and roasted until cooked), Panicum miliaceum (Sumi, stir-fried until cooked).
The above ingredients are taken in equal proportions, crushed, and sieved into a powder. Take 1 qian like tea, followed by the aforementioned pills.
