虚劳病出现梦中遗精的症状，是由于肾脏气虚，被邪气侵袭所致。邪气客居于阴部，就会导致梦见性交之事。肾脏主管精气，若肾气虚弱，则会导致在睡梦中精气外泄。
治疗虚劳病在睡梦中遗精，伴有心悸、小腹部拘急疼痛、阴部寒冷、眼眶疼痛、头发脱落等症状，宜服用龙骨散方。

以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一中盏，加入生姜半分、大枣三枚，煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣。食前温服。
治疗虚劳病梦中遗精，伴有乏力、盗汗症状，宜服用牡蛎散方。
牡蛎粉（三两） 龙骨（三两） 桂心（一两） 棘刺（一两，微炒） 白芍药（一两） 苍术（二两，微炒）
以上药物，捣碎细筛成散剂。每次于食前，用米汤送服二钱。
治疗虚劳病形体消瘦，肾虚，梦中遗精而不自知，宜服用韭子丸方。
韭子（三合，微炒） 鹿茸（二两，去毛，涂酥炙至微黄） 杜仲（二两，去皴皮，炙微红锉） 干姜（二两，炮裂） 菟丝子（二两，酒浸三日）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和，捣杵三五百下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次空腹及晚食前，用温酒送服三十丸。
治疗虚劳病肾气不足，频繁做梦遗精，宜服用棘刺丸方。

治疗虚劳病梦中遗精，立竿见影的鹿角胶散方。
鹿角胶（一两，研碎炒至黄燥） 覆盆子（一两） 车前子（一两）
以上药物，捣碎细筛成散剂。每次于食前，用温酒调服二钱。
又一方。
新韭子（三两，十月霜降后采集，酒浸一夜，晒干后微炒） 地肤子（一两半） 柏子仁（二两） 枸杞子（二两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，用煮熟的枣肉调和，捣杵百余下，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次空腹及晚食前，用米汤送服。
又一方。
韭子（二两，微炒） 桑螵蛸（一两，微炒）
以上药物，捣碎细筛成散剂。每次空腹用温酒调服一钱，晚食前再服一次。
又一方。

以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，再研磨至极细。每次空腹及晚食前，用温酒调服二钱。
治疗虚劳病梦中遗精，具有镇精作用的真珠丸方。
真珠（六两，与牡蛎六两同用水煮一天，去掉牡蛎，只取真珠使用）
将真珠捣碎，细筛成粉末。然后放入水于乳钵中，研磨三五日后，加水稀释，飞罗过滤，候干。用蒸饼和药，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。
For deficiency consumption (Xu Lao) presenting with nocturnal emission during dreams, the etiology lies in the deficiency of Kidney Qi, which allows pathogenic factors to invade. When pathogens lodge in the Yin regions, it leads to dreams of sexual intercourse. The Kidneys govern essence; thus, when Kidney Qi is deficient, seminal emission occurs unconsciously during sleep.
To treat deficiency consumption with nocturnal emission accompanied by palpitations, urgency and pain in the lower abdomen, coldness in the genital region, pain in the eye orbits, and hair loss, the Longgu San (Dragon Bone Powder) formula is indicated.
