所谓“贼风”，是指冬至这一天，从南方吹来的疾风，被称为“虚风”。这种风能伤害人体，所以称之为“贼风”。

治疗贼风引起的身体及心腹疼痛、四肢活动不利，适宜服用麻黄散方。
药材：麻黄（一两半，去根节）、当归（一两，锉碎后微炒）、川芎（半两）、茵芋（半两）、桂心（一两）。
将上述药物捣碎并过粗罗筛成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水六分，煎煮至三分，然后加入酒四分，再煮沸两三滚，滤去药渣。

治疗贼风引起的心腹拘挛急痛、四肢疼痛、腹部胀满令人痛苦欲死，适宜服用桂心散方。
药材：桂心（三分）、防风（三分，去芦头）、川芎（三分）、干姜（半两，炮裂后锉碎）、吴茱萸（半两，用汤浸泡七遍，麸炒至微黄，去瓤）。

The so-called "Zei Feng" (Thieving Wind) refers to fierce winds blowing from the south on the day of Winter Solstice, known as "Xu Feng" (Empty Wind). This type of wind can harm the human body, hence it is called "Zei Feng".

For treating Zei Feng causing pain in the body and heart/abdomen, and impediment in the four limbs, the Mahuang San (Ephedra Powder) formula is suitable.
