鸬 粪（一合细研）
上以腊月猪脂和。每夜薄涂之。
面部出现酒渣鼻（一种因饮酒导致的热毒郁结于面部的皮肤病，表现为红斑、丘疹等），是由于饮酒后，热势上冲面部，又遭遇风冷之气相互搏结而形成的。因此会导致鼻部和面部生出红色斑点，呈密集分布的状态。
治疗鼻面部酒渣鼻，症状如麻豆大小，伴有疼痛，搔抓后有黄色液体流出，适宜服用冬瓜子散方。

以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次在饭后，用米汤调服二钱。
治疗肺脏风毒，以及过量饮酒引起的不适，适宜服用防风散方。

以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次在饭后，用温水调服二钱。
治疗因饮酒过多导致的鼻部酒渣鼻方。
栀子仁（二两） 川大黄（一两半，锉碎研细，微炒） 川芎（二两） 豉（一合） 甘草（半两，炙至微赤，锉碎）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末，炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用，饭后用温水送服二十丸。
另一个方子。
皂荚（一斤，不皲裂的，去皮，用五两酥油逐渐涂抹，以慢火炙烤至酥油尽为止，然后捶碎，用新汲取的水浸泡，用生绢过滤，取汁液慢火熬煎浓缩）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末，加入皂荚煎膏，调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭后，用茶或酒润湿后送服二十丸。
治疗多年酒渣鼻，以及面部生出的风疮方。
硫黄（半两，细研） 蜗牛壳（半两，自死干枯且小的为上品，洗净泥土） 木香（半两） 杏仁（半两，去皮尖，研成膏状） 朱粉（半两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末，加入杏仁、朱粉、硫黄，共同研磨均匀。用腊月时制作的面脂，调成稀膏状。每晚临睡前，涂抹适量。
治疗鼻面部酒渣鼻方。
木兰皮（半斤，锉碎） 醋（一斤，陈年三年的）
以上药物混合，浸泡十四天，取出焙干，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次在饭后，用温酒调服一钱。
另一个方子。
木兰皮（二两） 栀子仁（二两）
以上药物，捣碎过细罗成为散剂。每次在饭后，用蜂蜜水调服一钱。
治疗鼻面部酒渣鼻，以及恶疮方。
附子（二两，生用，去皮脐） 川椒（二合，去目） 野葛（半两）
以上药物，细锉碎，用醋浸泡一夜，滤出药渣，与半斤猪脂一同煎煮，直到附子变黄为度。去除药渣，时常涂抹患处。
治疗酒毒引起的皮肤问题，木兰皮膏方。
木兰皮 防风（去芦头） 白芷 木香 牛膝（去苗） 赤芍药 独活 杜蘅 当归 白附子
以上药物，都细锉碎，用腊月猪脂二斤，以微火煎煮，直到白芷变黄为度。滤去药渣，加入麝香搅匀。装入瓷盒中保存。
治疗肺脏风毒，以及酒后瘙痒发作间歇的情况，适宜使用此方。
白附子（一两） 木香（半两） 由跋（即独活，半两） 麝香（一分，细研） 细辛（一两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末，加入麝香研匀，用水调成膏状。夜间睡觉前涂抹。
另一个方子。
白蒺藜（二两，微炒去刺） 栀子仁（二两） 豉（一合） 木兰皮（二两）
以上药物，捣碎过筛成为粉末，用浆水调和成膏状。每晚临睡前涂抹。
Facial rosacea (a skin condition characterized by erythema and papules on the face, caused by heat-toxin stagnation due to alcohol consumption) arises from drinking alcohol. The heat rises to rush towards the face, where it contends with cold wind Qi, resulting in this condition. Consequently, red spots appear on the nose and face, distributed densely.
For treating nasal and facial rosacea, presenting as lesions the size of hemp seeds or beans, accompanied by pain, and exuding yellow fluid upon scratching, the Winter Melon Seed Powder (Dongguazi San) is suitable.

The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. After meals, take 2 qian mixed with rice broth.
To treat Wind-Toxin of the Lung Organ and discomfort caused by excessive alcohol consumption, the Saposhnikovia Powder (Fangfeng San) is suitable.

The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. After meals, take 2 qian mixed with warm water.
A prescription for treating nasal rosacea caused by excessive alcohol intake.
Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren) (2 liang) Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) (1.5 liang, sliced, ground, lightly stir-fried) Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (2 liang) Glycine Max Fermentata (Chi) (1 he) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (0.5 liang, honey-fried until slightly reddish, sliced)
The above herbs are ground into powder, mixed with refined honey, and pounded three to five hundred times to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills after meals, washed down with warm water.
Another prescription.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojia) (1 jin, select intact pods without cracks; remove skin; gradually coat with 5 liang of su oil; roast over slow fire until oil is absorbed; crush; soak in fresh well water; filter through raw silk cloth; reduce juice over slow fire)
The above herbs are ground into powder, mixed with the reduced Zaojia decoction, and formed into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills after meals, taken with tea or wine to moisten the throat.
A prescription for treating chronic rosacea and wind-sores on the face.
Sulfur (Liu Huang) (0.5 liang, finely ground) Cochleae Testudo (Woniuke) (0.5 liang, dried dead shells of small size are superior; clean soil) Costi Radix (Muxiang) (0.5 liang) Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren) (0.5 liang, remove skin and tips, grind into paste) Cinnabar (Zhu Fen) (0.5 liang)
The above herbs are ground into powder. Add Xingren, Zhu Fen, and Liu Huang, and grind uniformly. Mix with facial fat prepared in the twelfth lunar month to form a thin paste. Apply thinly every night before sleep.
A prescription for treating nasal and facial rosacea.
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulanpi) (0.5 jin, sliced) Vinegar (Cu) (1 jin, aged three years)
Mix the above ingredients and soak for fourteen days. Remove, dry by baking, grind finely, and pass through a fine sieve to make a powder. After meals, take 1 qian mixed with warm wine.
Another prescription.
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulanpi) (2 liang) Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren) (2 liang)
The above herbs are finely ground and passed through a fine sieve to make a powder. After meals, take 1 qian mixed with honey water.
A prescription for treating nasal and facial rosacea, as well as malignant sores.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) (2 liang, raw, remove skin and umbilicus) Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuanjiao) (2 he, remove eyes) Kudzu Root (Yege) (0.5 liang)
Finely slice the above herbs, soak in vinegar overnight, filter out the residue, and decoct together with 0.5 jin of lard until the Fuzi turns yellow. Remove the dregs. Apply frequently.
Magnolia Bark Ointment (Mulanpi Gao) for treating alcohol toxicity-induced skin conditions.
Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulanpi) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (remove rhizome) Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) Costi Radix (Muxiang) Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi) (remove seedlings) Paeviae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo) Aristolochiae Herb (Duheng) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) Aconiti Radix Alba (Baifuzi)
Finely slice all the above herbs. Decoct in 2 jin of lard prepared in the twelfth lunar month over slow fire until Baizhi turns yellow. Filter out the dregs. Add Moschus (Shexiang), mix uniformly, and store in a porcelain box.
This prescription is suitable for treating Wind-Toxin of the Lung Organ and intermittent itching triggered by alcohol.
Aconiti Radix Alba (Baifuzi) (1 liang) Costi Radix (Muxiang) (0.5 liang) Dictamni Radix (Youba) (0.5 liang) Moschus (Shexiang) (1 fen, finely ground) Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (1 liang)
Grind the above herbs into powder, add Shexiang, and grind uniformly. Mix with water to form a paste. Apply at night before sleep.

Tribuli Fructus (Bajili) (2 liang, lightly stir-fried, remove spines) Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi Ren) (2 liang) Glycine Max Fermentata (Chi) (1 he) Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Mulanpi) (2 liang)
Grind the above herbs into powder. Mix with fermented grain water (Jiangshui) to form a paste. Apply every night before sleep.
