风邪导致四肢拘挛、不能屈伸的病症，都是由于身体虚弱，腠理（皮肤纹理及汗孔）开泄，风邪侵入筋脉所致。春季感受痹邪称为“筋痹”，则筋脉失去柔韧性。
诊断与治疗：风邪侵袭，四肢活动不利，筋脉拘挛，发作时疼痛。适宜服用防风散方。
防风（一两，去芦头） 羌活（一两） 黄芪（一两，锉碎） 五加皮（一两） 牛膝（一两，去苗） 丹参（一两） 槟榔（三分）
以上药材，捣碎过筛制成散剂。每次服用五钱，用水一大盏，加入生姜半分，煎至五分水量，去药渣。不限时候温服。
治疗风邪，手足拘挛，全身骨节疼痛，心烦发热，神志混乱，恶寒，整天无法进食。适宜服用薏苡仁散方。

治疗风邪，四肢麻木不仁，以及不能言语，只是拘挛背痛，不能翻身侧卧。适宜服用当归散方。

以上药材，捣罗成末，研入朱砂、麝香令均匀，炼蜜调和捣杵三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用不限时候，温酒送下。
治疗风毒攻注四肢，筋脉拘挛。适宜服用牛黄丸方。
牛黄（半两，细研） 麝香（半两，细研） 白附子（一两，炮裂） 乌蛇（二两，酒浸去皮骨，炙令微黄） 全蝎（二两，炮裂去头足） 天南星（一两，炮裂）
以上药材，捣罗成末，用无灰酒五升，在银锅内，将一半药末同熬，候呈膏状，加入剩余药末，继续熬至可丸。
治疗风毒流注四肢，筋脉拘挛疼痛，不得睡卧。适宜服用酸枣仁丸方。

治疗风毒所攻，四肢拘挛，骨节疼痛，脚膝无力。适宜服用萆薢丸方。
萆薢（一两） 酸枣仁（一两，微炒） 独活（一两） 附子（一两，炮裂去皮脐） 川芎（三分） 石斛（一两，去根） 防风（三分，去芦头） 干蝎（半两，微炒）
以上药材，捣罗成末，加入已研好的药物令均匀，炼蜜调和捣杵三二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用，不限时候，温酒送下。
治疗风邪，四肢拘挛，筋骨疼痛。适宜服用乳香丸方。

Wind pathogen causing stiffness and spasms of the four limbs, preventing flexion and extension, is due to bodily deficiency, open cou li (pores and skin texture), allowing wind evil to invade the sinews. In spring, bi syndrome affecting the sinews is called "Sinew Bi," resulting in loss of sinew flexibility.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Wind invasion causes limb dysfunction, tendon and vessel spasm, and intermittent pain. It is suitable to take Fangfeng San (Saposhnikovia Powder).

Treating wind: Hand and foot spasms, pain in all joints, irritability, fever, mental confusion, aversion to cold, inability to eat for days. It is suitable to take Yiyiren San (Coix Seed Powder).
