将上述药物捣碎过筛成细末，用炼蜜调和，再捣三五百杵，制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次饭后，用温水送服三十丸。
治疗痈肿生于鼻梁部位，出现疼痛、肿胀闷痛症状的，适宜使用纳鼻甘草丸方。
将上述药物捣碎过筛成细末，用白色雄犬的胆汁调和，制成如枣核大小的药丸。用棉布包裹一丸，纳入鼻中，每日更换两次。
治疗鼻中生息肉（结肉）的方剂。

将上述药物混合均匀研磨。使用时，先用指甲挑破中间的息肉组织，然后将药粉敷贴在上面，每日使用三次。

Grind the above ingredients into powder and sieve them. Mix with refined honey, then pound for three to five hundred strokes. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. After meals, take thirty pills with warm water.
For treating carbuncles arising on the nasal bridge, presenting with pain, swelling, and distending oppression, it is appropriate to use Nabi Gancao Wan (Nasal Insertion Licorice Pill).
Gancao (Licoriza Radix et Rhizoma, raw) Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, raw; each above: 1 fen)
Grind the above ingredients into powder and sieve them. Mix with the bile from a white male dog to form pills the size of jujube pits. Wrap one pill in cotton, insert into the nose, and change twice daily.
For treating nasal polyps (flesh knots in the nose).
Qingtian Goudi (Cucumis Melo Var. Conomon Fruit, two pieces, dried and powdered) Xionghuang (Realgar) (0.5 qian, finely ground) Shexiang (Moschus) (0.5 qian, finely ground)
Grind all ingredients uniformly. When using, first break the central flesh/polyp with fingernails, then apply the medicine upon it. Use three times daily.
Xionghuang Wan (Realgar Pill) for treating nasal carbuncle blocking the nostrils.
Xionghuang (Realgar) (0.5 liang) Gancao (Licoriza Radix et Rhizoma, 1 fen, roasted until slightly red and cut) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 1 fen, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (1 fen)
Grind the above ingredients into powder and sieve them. Mix with dog bile to form pills the size of jujube pits. Wrap one pill in cotton, insert into the nose. After a while, foul matter will discharge. Recovery occurs after discharging two or three sheng [ancient unit of volume].
For treating nasal carbuncle causing blocked nasal airflow.
Goudi (Cucumis Melo Var. Conomon Fruit) (0.5 liang) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (1 fen)
Grind the above ingredients finely and sieve into a powder. Wrap in cotton to the size of a cowpea, and insert into the nose. Airflow will be restored shortly.

Take the above Sabia Powder (Zaojiao Mo), the size of a small bean, and blow it into the nose using a bamboo tube.
