山药（生，六斤） 脑子（研，七两） 牙硝（生，二十四两） 麝香（研，四两，甘

上为细末。每服半钱，如茶点服。
治风牙、 牙，攻注疼痛，昼夜不止，痛不可忍，睡卧不安，牙龈宣露，动摇
腮颔浮肿，龈烂血出，并能治之。
良姜（去芦） 草乌（去皮） 细辛（去土、叶） 荆芥（去梗）
上件四味各二两，碾为末。每用少许，于痛处擦之。有涎吐出，不得吞咽，良久用温盐
汤灌漱，其痛即止。常使揩牙，用腐炭末一半相和。常用止牙宣，口气，永无牙疾。
治三焦大热，口舌生疮，咽喉肿塞，神思昏闷，并能治之。
蒲黄（一两） 盆硝（八两） 青黛（一两半）
上件用生薄荷汁一升，将盆硝、青黛、蒲黄一处，用瓷罐盛，慢火熬令干，研细。每用
一字或半钱，掺于口内，良久出涎，吞之不妨。或喉中肿痛，用筒子入药半钱许，用力吹之
无不立效。
治证、服饵与前如圣胜金铤同，品味小异。
朴硝（四两） 川芎（一两） 硫黄（细研，一两半） 贯众（二两） 薄荷叶 荆芥
穗嫩茶
上件为末，裂生葱自然汁搜和为铤。服药汤使如前方。
治咽喉肿痛，诸恶气结塞不通，急宜服之。
木香 沉香 鸡舌香 薰陆香（各一两） 麝香（别研，三分）
上捣，罗为末，入麝香研令匀。每服二钱，水一中盏，煎至六分，温服，不拘时候。
【五香散】
治疗成人、小儿突然患喉痹，咽喉闭塞不通，肿痛生疮，声音嘶哑不畅，风邪壅盛痰毒内蕴，鼻出血。
山药（生用，六斤） 冰片（研细，七两） 牙硝（生用，二十四两） 麝香（研细，四两，配甘草）
以上药材制成细末。每次服用半钱，像点茶一样冲服。
治疗风邪引起的牙痛、牙龈肿痛，疼痛攻注，昼夜不止，疼痛难以忍受，睡眠不安，牙龈萎缩暴露，牙齿动摇，腮帮和下颌浮肿，牙龈溃烂出血，都能治疗。
高良姜（去芦头） 草乌（去皮） 细辛（去泥土、叶片） 荆芥（去梗）
以上四味药各二两，碾成粉末。每次取少量，涂抹在疼痛处。如果有唾液吐出，不要吞咽，过一会儿用温盐水漱口，疼痛就会停止。经常用来刷牙，用腐炭末一半与之混合。常用此法可止牙龈萎缩，去除口臭，永远没有牙病。
治疗三焦大热，口舌生疮，咽喉肿塞，神志昏沉闷乱，都能治疗。
蒲黄（一两） 盆硝（八两） 青黛（一两半）
以上药材用生薄荷汁一升，将盆硝、青黛、蒲黄放在一起，用瓷罐盛装，慢火熬至干燥，研细。每次取一字或半钱，撒入口中，过一会儿流出唾液，吞下也无妨。如果喉中肿痛，用竹管将约半钱药粉吹入喉中，无不立即见效。
治疗的证候、服药方法与前方的如圣胜金铤相同，药味略有不同。

以上药材制成粉末，用新鲜葱的自然汁调和做成锭剂。服药汤的使用方法与前方相同。
治疗咽喉肿痛，各种恶气结塞不通，应当立即服用。
木香 沉香 鸡舌香 薰陆香（各一两） 麝香（另研，三分）
以上药材捣碎，筛成粉末，加入麝香研匀。每次服用二钱，用水一中盏，煎至六分，温服，不限时候。
[Wuxiang San (Five-Aromatic Powder)]
Treats sudden onset of throat obstruction (hou bi) in adults and children, characterized by blockage and inability to swallow, swelling and pain with ulceration, hoarseness or difficulty speaking, accumulation of wind-phlegm toxicity, and epistaxis.
Dioscoreae Rhizoma (raw, 6 jin), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, ground, 7 liang), Yaxiao (Natrii Sulfas, raw, 24 liang), Shexiang (Moscus, ground, 4 liang, combined with Gancao Licorice Root).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, administered like tea infusion.
Treats wind-induced toothache and gingival swelling, with radiating pain persisting day and night, unbearable intensity, restlessness during sleep, receding gums exposing tooth roots, loose teeth, swelling of cheeks and mandible, gingival ulceration with bleeding. All these conditions can be treated.
Gaojiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma, remove rhizome base), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, remove skin), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove soil and leaves), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba, remove stems).
Take two liang each of the above four herbs, grind into powder. Apply a small amount directly to the painful area. If saliva is produced, do not swallow it; after a while, rinse the mouth with warm salt water, and the pain will cease. For regular dental care, mix this powder with half its weight of charred material. Regular use prevents gum recession, eliminates bad breath, and permanently prevents dental diseases.
Treats excessive heat in the Triple Burner (Sanjiao), oral and lingual ulcers, throat swelling and blockage, and mental confusion or lethargy. All these conditions can be treated.
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, 1 liang), Pening (Natrii Sulfas, 8 liang), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 1.5 liang).
Mix the above ingredients with one sheng of fresh Bohe juice (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba juice). Place Natrii Sulfas, Indigo Naturalis, and Typhae Pollen together in a porcelain jar. Slowly boil until dry, then grind into a fine powder. Take one zi or half a qian, sprinkle into the mouth. After a while, saliva will flow out; swallowing it is harmless. If there is throat swelling and pain, use a bamboo tube to blow approximately half a qian of the powder into the throat; immediate effect is guaranteed.
The indications and administration are identical to Rusheng Shengjin Ting (Like-Sage Victory Gold Ingot), with slight variations in ingredients.
Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 4 liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 1 liang), Liuhuang (Sulfur, finely ground, 1.5 liang), Guanzhong (Cyrtomii Rhizoma, 2 liang), Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium), Jingjiesui (Schizonepetae Spica), Nencha (Young Tea Leaves).
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Knead into ingots using the natural juice of fresh green onions. Administer with decoction as directed in the previous formula.
Treats throat swelling and pain, and blockage caused by various malignant qi stagnations. It should be taken immediately.
Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Jishe Xiang (Lignum Caryophyllati), Xunlu Xiang (Olibanum, each 1 liang), Shexiang (Moscus, separately ground, 3 fen).
Crush and sieve the ingredients into powder. Mix thoroughly with the separately ground Moscus. Take two qian per dose. Decoct with one zhong of water until reduced to six-tenths. Take warm, at any time.
