昏痛，肢体浮肿，嗜卧倦怠，小便赤涩，并伤寒阴阳不分，冒暑伏热烦闷，或成痢
烦渴畏食。妇人胎前、产后，并宜服之。

以上药物研成细末，与研磨好的药物混合均匀，用安息香膏并炼制的白蜜调和成药剂，每次现搓成梧桐子大小的丸药。早晨取井华水（清晨第一次打的井水），温度冷热随意，化开服用四丸。老人、小孩可服用一丸。用温酒化开服用也可以，均空腹服用。用蜡纸包裹一丸如弹子大小，用红色绢袋盛装，佩戴在心口处，一切邪神不敢靠近。
Treats headache caused by Shanghan (Cold Damage), nasal congestion with runny nose, heavy voice and dry throat, fullness and oppression in the chest and diaphragm, and severe headache as if the head were breaking.
Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (soaked and washed, boiled in fresh juice of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens until soft, sliced, and dried)
Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (processed, skin and umbilicus removed)

Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, add one qian of aged tea powder, half a sip of fresh ginger juice, three leaves of Mentha Haplocalyx, and two zhan of water. Decoct together to eight-tenths volume, and take orally at once.
Treats disharmony between Heart and Spleen, dysfunction of Qi ascending and descending, Huoluan (cholera-like syndrome with muscle spasms), vomiting and diarrhea, alternating chills and fever, phlegm-induced wheezing and cough, stuffiness, dizziness, and pain in the chest and diaphragm, edema of limbs, lethargy and fatigue, dark and scanty or painful urination, as well as imbalance of Yin and Yang in Shanghan, summerheat retention causing heat and oppression, or progression to dysentery with irritability, thirst, and aversion to food. It is suitable for women before pregnancy and after childbirth.

Cut the above herbs coarsely. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half zhan of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, and one Jujubae Fructus. Decoct to eight-tenths volume, remove dregs, and take at any time.

Grind the above into a fine powder, mix evenly with the ground medicines. Use Resina Animaricis (Styrax) paste and refined white honey to form pills. Roll into pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. In the morning, dissolve four pills in Jinghua Water (first drawn well water in the morning), temperature arbitrary. Elderly and children may take one pill. Dissolving in warm wine is also acceptable; take on an empty stomach. Wrap one pill in wax paper, the size of a bullet, place in a crimson silk bag, and wear it over the heart. All evil spirits dare not approach.
