治猝暴中风，神志昏愦，牙关紧急，目睛直视，手足螈 ，口面 斜，涎潮语
骨痛，瘫痪偏枯，或麻木不仁，或瘙痒无常，应是风疾及打扑伤损，肢节疼痛皆治
络，活血脉。

上先将乳香、没药于阴凉处细研，次入麝香，次入药末再研，滴水和药，如弹子大。每
服一丸，薄荷酒磨化下，食后、临卧服。

热酒服，再以热酒随意多少饮之，就无风暖处卧，衣盖被覆，汗出即瘥。病少者每粒分二服
忌发风物，孕妇不可服。
治一切风气，左瘫右痪，口眼 斜，半身不遂，语言謇涩，精神恍惚，痰
拘挛，或遍身顽痹，走注疼痛，脚膝缓弱，行步艰难。又治打扑伤损，瘀血不
或行路劳伤，脚膝浮肿疼痛，或肾脏风毒，上攻，面肿耳鸣；下注，脚膝沉
痛，攻注眼目，并皆疗之。

【铁弹丸】
治疗突然发作的中风，神志昏迷不清，牙关紧闭，两眼直视，手足抽搐，口眼歪斜，痰涎涌盛、言语不清，骨节疼痛，肢体瘫痪或半身不遂，或者麻木无知觉，或者瘙痒无常。凡是属于风疾以及跌打损伤引起的肢节疼痛，都能治疗，能通经络，活血脉。
乳香（单独研磨） 没药（单独研磨，各一两） 川乌头（炮制，去掉皮、尖、脐，研成粉末，一两半） 麝香
以上药物先将乳香、没药在阴凉处细细研磨，然后加入麝香，再加入药末继续研磨，滴入水调和药粉，制成如弹子大小的药丸。每次服用一丸，用薄荷酒磨化后送服，饭后、临睡前服用。
【大圣一粒金丹】
治疗男子、妇人突发中风，左侧瘫痪右侧偏废，手足抽搐，口眼歪斜，痰涎涌盛、言语涩滞，头风痛。凡是属于风疾的病症都予以治疗。
大黑附子（炮制，去掉皮、尖） 大川乌头（炮制，去掉皮、尖） 新罗白附子（炮制，各二两） 白蒺藜（去刺炒黄） 天南星（姜汁浸透，切片，焙干） 半夏（生姜汁浸透，切片，焙干） 朱砂（水飞，另研） 雄黄（水飞，另研）
以上前六味药共同研成细末，后四味药分别研磨均匀混合，取一盏井花水，将药研至墨汁般浓稠为度，用墨汁和药粉混合，在杵臼中捣五百下，制成如弹子大小的药丸，用金箔包裹外衣，阴干。每次服用一粒，饭后、临睡前，用生姜自然汁磨化，加入热酒送服，再适量饮用热酒，在无风温暖的地方躺卧，盖好被子，出汗即痊愈。病情较轻者，每粒药分两次服用。忌食发风之物，孕妇不可服用。
【乳香应痛丸】
治疗各种风气，左侧瘫痪右侧偏废，口眼歪斜，半身不遂，语言謇涩，精神恍惚，痰湿阻滞导致的拘挛，或者全身顽痹，游走性疼痛，脚膝软弱无力，行走艰难。又治疗跌打损伤，瘀血不散，或者行路劳累损伤，脚膝浮肿疼痛，或者肾脏风毒上攻，导致面部肿胀耳鸣；风毒下注，导致脚膝沉重疼痛，攻注眼目，这些病症都能治疗。

以上药物研成细末，用醋糊制作药丸，如梧桐子大小。每次服用五丸至七丸，冷酒吞服，或者冷茶清送服也可以，不限时候，忌食热物一个时辰之久。此药最好在临睡前服用，忌食湿面、炙烤爆炒食物、肉脯、发热动风等物。
[Iron Pellet Pill]
Treats sudden onset of wind-stroke (Zhong Feng), characterized by unconsciousness, locked jaw, fixed gaze, convulsions of the limbs, deviation of the mouth and eyes, profuse salivation, and dysarthria. It also treats bone pain, paralysis or hemiplegia, numbness with loss of sensation, or irregular itching. It is indicated for all wind-diseases as well as traumatic injuries causing joint pain, as it unblocks collaterals and invigorates the blood vessels.
Frankincense (Grind separately) Myrrh (Grind separately, each 1 liang) Sichuan Aconite Root (Processed, remove skin, tip, and navel, grind into powder, 1.5 liang) Musk
First, finely grind Frankincense and Myrrh in a cool place. Then add Musk, followed by the powdered herbs, and grind again. Add water to mix into pills the size of a pellet. Take one pill per dose, ground down in Mint Wine, taken after meals and before bedtime.
[Great Sage's One-Pill Golden Elixir]
Treats sudden wind-stroke in men and women, manifesting as left-sided paralysis and right-sided flaccidity, limb convulsions, deviation of the mouth and eyes, profuse salivation, dysarthria, and head wind-pain. It treats all conditions attributed to wind-pathogens.

The first six ingredients are ground together into a fine powder. The last four ingredients are ground separately and mixed evenly. Take one cup of well-water, grind the mixture until it resembles ink paste, and use this liquid to knead the powders together. Pound in a mortar five hundred times to form pills the size of pellets. Coat with Gold Leaf and dry in a sealed container. Take one pill per dose, after meals and before bedtime, ground down in fresh Ginger Juice and taken with hot wine. Drink additional hot wine as desired, then lie down in a warm, draft-free place covered with blankets. Recovery occurs upon sweating. For mild cases, divide one pill into two doses. Avoid wind-inducing foods. Contraindicated in pregnancy.
[Frankincense Pain-Relieving Pill]
Treats various wind-pathogens, including left-sided paralysis and right-sided flaccidity, deviation of the mouth and eyes, hemiplegia, dysarthria, mental confusion, spasms due to phlegm obstruction, generalized numbness and bi-syndrome, wandering pain, weakness of the legs and knees, and difficulty walking. It also treats traumatic injuries with stagnant blood, fatigue-induced injury from walking causing swollen and painful legs and knees, or Kidney Wind-Toxin attacking upward causing facial swelling and tinnitus; or attacking downward causing heavy and painful legs and knees, or affecting the eyes. All these conditions are treated.

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Use vinegar paste to form pills the size of Sophora Seeds. Take 5 to 7 pills per dose, swallowed with cold wine or cold tea. Timing is not restricted. Avoid hot foods for one shichen (two hours). This medicine is best taken before sleep. Avoid damp-producing foods, fried/roasted items, dried meats, and foods that generate heat or induce wind.
