治心脏中风，手足惊掣，心神狂乱，恍惚烦闷，言语蹇涩，并宜服之。

上为细末，入研药匀，炼蜜和捣三四百下，丸如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，粳米汤送下，
不拘时服。
治疗心经受邪致病，表现为多汗、怕风，容易发怒，口不能言，症状特点是只能仰卧，不能翻身侧卧，心中烦闷混乱，这是风邪中入心脏的表现。如果唇色正红，还可以治疗，急需灸心俞穴一百壮。如果唇色青黄不定，面色晦暗无光且战栗动摇，则无法治疗。

以上药物研成细末，加入已研磨的药物混合均匀，用炼蜜调和并捣击三四百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用二十丸，用粳米汤送服，不限时间服用。
Treating diseases of the Heart Meridian, characterized by excessive sweating, aversion to wind, irritability, inability to speak, with symptoms manifesting as only being able to lie on the back without turning to either side, and mental confusion; this is Wind striking the Heart. If the lips are bright red, it is still treatable; urgently moxa the Xinshu (BL-15) acupoint for one hundred Zhu. If the lip color is indeterminate green or yellow, and the facial complexion is dull with trembling and shaking, it is untreatable.

Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with Wheat Decoction (Xiaomai Tang), taken at any time, twice daily.
Treating Heart Wind-stroke, characterized by inverted speech, mental confusion, heat and vexation in the head, face, chest, and heart, sometimes stiff tongue and slurred speech, palpitations, and restlessness; all these conditions are treated by this formula.

Grind the above into a fine powder, mix evenly, combine with refined honey, and pound 500-700 times. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, at any time, delivered with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang).
Treating Heart Wind-stroke, characterized by convulsive twitching of hands and feet, manic madness of the Heart Spirit, mental恍惚 (trance-like state) and vexation, slurred speech; all are suitable for taking this formula.

Grind the above into a fine powder, add the ground medicines and mix evenly, combine with refined honey, and pound 300-400 times. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, delivered with Rice Decoction (Jingmi Tang), taken at any time.
