将上述药材研成细末，用炼蜜调和并捣击三五百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用五十丸，在饭后较远时用米汤送服。

作为一剂服用，加水两盅，大枣二枚，煎煮至一盅，不拘泥于固定时间服用。

作为一剂服用，加水两盅，煎煮至一盅，空腹服用。若小便不利则加茯苓。
治疗在身体强壮时，不注意保养，放纵情欲，导致长年肾气虚弱，不能进行房事，又多服丹石类药物，致使真元之气孤立无援，嘴唇口干焦裂，精液自泄，小便赤黄，大便干结坚硬，日夜小便百余次，应当使用此方。

将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，不拘时间，用白开水调服。
Treats Zhongxiao (Middle Jiao Diabetes) characterized by vexatious heat, excessive hunger (polyphagia), and frequent urination.
Fushen (Poria with Hostwood Removed) Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, Rhizome Removed) Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, Albedo Removed) Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, Core Removed) Muli Fen (Concha Ostreae Powder) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (each of the above, 1.5 qian)
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and pound three to five hundred times until well combined. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills each time, swallowed with rice water far from meals.
Jiashen Shenqi Wan (Modified Kidney Qi Pill) treats insufficient Kidney Qi, flaming up of Heart Fire, dryness of the mouth and tongue, excessive thirst with copious drinking, emaciation of limbs, and all these symptoms.

Grind the above herbs into a fine powder, form pills with refined honey, size of paulownia seeds. Take 70 pills each time, swallowed with rice water or salted water as desired. For severe weakness, add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) 1 liang. Concurrently, regularly take Huangqi Liuyi Tang (Astragalus Six-to-One Decoction).
Treats various deficiencies and insufficiencies, vexation and palpitations in the chest, frequent Xiaoke (Diabetes), or thirst preceding the onset of sores, or thirst following carbuncles and furuncles.

Combine as one dose, add two zhong of water and two dates, decoct to one zhong. Take at any time.

Treats vexatious thirst caused by Huoluan (Cholera-like disease).

Treats cases where, during youth and robust health, one fails to be cautious, indulges in desires, leading to chronic Kidney Qi deficiency, impotence, excessive consumption of Dan Shi (mineral elixirs), causing isolation of true Qi, dry and cracked lips and mouth, spontaneous seminal emission, red and yellow urine, dry and hard stool, and urinating over a hundred times day and night. Use this prescription.
