治 耳，底耳有脓。
陈橘皮（灯上烧黑，一钱为末） 麝香（少许，别研。）
上研匀，每用少许，先以绵拭耳内脓净，上药。
麝香（炒，半钱） 蝉壳（半两，洗净，火烧存性）
上研极细，先用绵展耳内脓令净，吹入药，柱耳门不得动，追出恶物即愈。
狗胆（一枚，取汁） 枯矾（一钱，研）
上以腊猪脂调和，纳耳中，以绵塞之，不经三两上，除根。
治 耳底耳，耳内有脓。
麝香（少许，另研） 桑螵蛸（一个，火炙八分，烧存性）
上研极细，每用半字，先以绵杖子拭去脓，以药掺之。
治耳聋，出脓疼痛，及耵 塞耳。
附子（炮，去皮脐） 菖蒲（米泔浸，焙） 白矾（枯） 蓖麻仁（研） 松脂（研，
各一两） 干胭脂（半两） 杏仁（去皮尖双仁，炒研，二两）
上为细末，研匀，熔黄蜡和，捻如枣核大，针穿一孔，令透，塞耳中，日一换。一方治
耵，不用黄蜡，捣成膏，以绵裹如枣核大塞耳，亦瘥。
密陀僧（一钱） 轻粉（半钱） 麝香（一字）
上为细末，先以绵拭耳内脓，却掺药。
治耳内流脓。
雄黄 硫黄 雌黄（各等分）
上为细末，以少许吹入耳内，立效。
治耳内出脓水。
羌活 白附子（炮，各一两）
上为细末，用猪羊肾各一只，切开，每只入药末半钱，不得着盐，湿纸裹煨熟，五更初
温酒嚼下，续吃粥压之。
治疗耳部疾病，底部耳道有脓液。

将上述药物研匀，每次取少量，先用棉签擦拭干净耳内的脓液，然后上药。
麝香（炒制，半钱） 蝉蜕（半两，洗净，火烧至保留药性），
将上述药物研至极细，先用棉签清理耳内脓液使其洁净，吹入药粉，堵塞耳门不得移动，排出恶臭物质后即可痊愈。
狗胆（一枚，取汁液） 枯矾（一钱，研磨），
用腊月猪脂调和上述药物，纳入耳中，用棉花塞住，经过两三次用药后，即可除根。
治疗耳部疾病，底部耳道有脓液。

将上述药物研至极细，每次取半字量，先用棉签棒拭去脓液，将药粉掺入患处。
治疗耳聋，流出脓液并疼痛，以及耵聍堵塞耳道。
附子（炮制，去皮和脐） 石菖蒲（米泔水浸泡，焙干） 白矾（煅枯） 蓖麻仁（研磨） 松脂（研磨），
各一两 干胭脂（半两） 杏仁（去皮尖及双仁，炒后研磨，二两），
将上述药物制成细末，研匀，熔化黄蜡混合，搓捻如枣核大小，针穿一孔使其通透，塞入耳中，每日更换一次。另一方法治疗耵聍，不用黄蜡，捣成膏状，用棉花包裹如枣核大小塞入耳中，也能治愈。

羌活 白附子（炮制，各一两），
将上述药物制成细末，用猪肾和羊肾各一只，切开，每只肾内放入药末半钱，不得加盐，用湿纸包裹煨熟，五更初温酒送服嚼下，随后喝粥以压制药力。
To treat ear diseases with pus at the bottom of the ear canal.
Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, burned on a lamp until blackened, one qian ground into powder) Shexiang (Moschus, a small amount, separately ground).
Grind the above ingredients uniformly. For each use, take a small amount, first wipe the pus inside the ear clean with cotton, then apply the medicine.
Shexiang (Moschus, stir-fried, half a qian) Chanqiao (Cicada Slough, half a liang, washed clean, burned to retain its properties).
Grind the above ingredients extremely fine. First, use cotton to clear the pus from the ear until clean, blow the powder into the ear, plug the ear opening and do not move it. Once foul matter is expelled, it will heal.
Goudan (Dog Gallbladder, one piece, extract juice) Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum, one qian, ground).
Mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month, insert into the ear, and block with cotton. After two or three applications, the root cause will be eliminated.

Shexiang (Moschus, a small amount, separately ground) Sangpiaoxiao (Ootheca Mantidis, one piece, fire-roasted to eight parts done, burned to retain its properties).
Grind the above ingredients extremely fine. Take half a zi amount each time, first wipe away the pus with a cotton swab, then sprinkle the medicine on the affected area.
To treat Nong'er (Otorrhea/Suppurative Otitis Media).
Use Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma), remove hairs, grind into powder, and insert into the ear using a cotton swab.
To treat Erlong (Deafness) with pus discharge and pain, as well as Dingzhi (Cerumen impaction) blocking the ear.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin and umbilicus removed) Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, soaked in rice wash water, dried) Baifan (Alumen, calcined) Bimaren (Cannabis Fructus, ground) Songzhi (Pini Resina, ground),
each one liang; Ganyanzhi (Dried Carmine, half a liang); Xingren (Pruni Semen, skin and tips removed, double kernels discarded, stir-fried and ground, two liang).
Make into a fine powder, mix uniformly, melt yellow beeswax and combine, shape like a jujube pit, pierce a hole through it, insert into the ear, change once daily. Another prescription for treating Dingzhi does not use yellow beeswax; instead, pound into a paste, wrap in cotton like a jujube pit size, and insert into the ear, which also cures the condition.
Miduoseng (Lithargyrum, one qian) Qingfen (Calomel, half a qian) Shexiang (Moschus, one zi).
Make into a fine powder. First wipe the pus inside the ear with cotton, then sprinkle the medicine.
To treat pus flowing from the ear.
Xionghuang (Realgar) Huanghuang (Sulfur) Cihuang (Orpiment) (equal parts each).
Make into a fine powder, blow a small amount into the ear, immediate effect.
To treat pus and water discharging from the ear.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix) Baifuzi (Gastrodiae Rhizoma processed with Aconitum carmichaelii Debx., processed, each one liang).
Make into a fine powder. Take one pig kidney and one sheep kidney, cut open, put half a qian of medicine powder into each, do not add salt, wrap in wet paper and roast until cooked. At the early hour of Wugeng (3-5 AM), chew and swallow with warm wine, followed by porridge to suppress the medicinal force.
