治脾劳有白虫，长一寸，在脾为病，令人好呕，胸中咳咳，即呕而不出。
前胡（去芦） 白术（锉） 细辛（去苗叶） 赤茯苓（去皮） 枳壳（去幅，麸炒） 常
山（锉） 松萝 旋复花（各一两半） 龙胆（去苗） 杏仁（去双仁皮尖，麸炒，各一两）
上锉碎，每服半两，水二盏，入竹叶十片，洗净细切，同煎至一盏，去滓空心服，吐之
即瘥。若腹中热满，加芒硝半钱，栀子仁一两半。一方用枳实，无枳壳。
治心脏劳热伤心，有长虫名曰蛊，长一尺，贯心为病。
雷丸（灰火炮过） 橘皮（汤浸，去白，焙） 桃仁（去双仁皮尖，麸炒，各一两一分）
贯众（大者，去须，半两） 白芜荑（炒） 青葙子（炒） 干漆（炒令烟出，各一两）野狼
牙（去连苗处，净刷去土，锉，一两半） 乱发（如鸡子大一块，烧为灰，研）
上为细末，研匀，炼蜜和，更于臼内涂酥，杵令匀熟，丸如梧桐子大，每服十五丸，空
心用温酒送下，至晚再服，米饮亦得。一方不用涂酥。一方有僵蚕吴茱萸根皮。
治肾劳热，四肢肿急，有蛲虫如菜中虫，生于肾中。
贯众（大者三枚，去幅） 干漆（炒令烟尽，二两） 吴茱萸（水洗去毒，焙干，炒，
一两半） 槐白皮（干者，锉） 白芜荑（炒，各一两） 胡粉（炒黄色，研，一两） 杏
仁（去皮尖双仁，炒，半两）
上为细末，研匀，每服二钱，空心井花水调下，日晚再服。

以上制成细末，研磨均匀，用炼蜜调和，并在臼内涂抹酥油，杵捣使其均匀熟透，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用十五丸，空腹用温酒送服，晚上再服一次，用米饮送服也可以。另一配方不加涂酥。另一配方含有僵蚕和吴茱萸根皮。

Treats spleen labor with white worms, one cun in length, causing disease in the spleen, leading to frequent vomiting, coughing sounds in the chest, and a desire to vomit without success.
Qianhu (Peucedani Radix, remove rhizome), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, sliced), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove seedlings and leaves), Chifuling (Poria Cocos with Rubricosa, remove peel), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, remove albedo, stir-fried with bran), Changshan (Dichroae Radix, sliced), Songluo (Usnea Diffusa), Xuanjinhua (Inulae Flos, each 1 liang 5 qian); Longdan (Gentianae Radix, remove seedlings), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, remove double kernels, peel, and tips, stir-fried with bran, each 1 liang).
Crush the ingredients finely. For each dose, take 0.5 liang, add 2 zhan of water, put in 10 slices of bamboo leaf, wash clean, cut finely, and decoct together until 1 zhan remains. Strain and take on an empty stomach; vomiting out the worm will lead to recovery. If there is heat and fullness in the abdomen, add Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) 0.5 qian and Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen, 1 liang 5 qian). Another prescription uses Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) instead of Zhike.
Treats heart labor with heat injuring the heart, having long worms named Gu, one chi in length, piercing the heart to cause disease.
Leiwang (Omphalia Lapida, passed through ash fire), Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, soaked in boiling water, remove albedo, dried), Taoren (Persicae Semen, remove double kernels, peel, and tips, stir-fried with bran, each 1 liang 1 fen), Guanzhong (Cyathulae Radix or Polyporus Umbellatus, large ones, remove roots, 0.5 liang), Bai Wuyi (Meli Semen, stir-fried), Qingxiangzi (Celosiae Semen, stir-fried), Ganqi (Resina Draconis, stir-fried until smoke appears, each 1 liang), Yelangya (Sibiricae Bungeae Radix, remove root neck area, brush clean to remove soil, sliced, 1 liang 5 qian), Luangfa (Human Hair, a piece the size of a chicken egg, burned to ash, ground).
Grind into a fine powder and mix evenly. Bind with refined honey, coat the mortar with butter, pound until uniform and cooked. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 15 pills per dose, swallow with warm wine on an empty stomach, and take again late at night. Rice drink is also acceptable. Another prescription does not use butter coating. Another prescription includes Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) and Wu Zhu Yu Gen Pi (Evodiae Radix Cortex).
Treats kidney labor with heat, swelling and tension in the four limbs, with pinworms like vegetables' worms, born in the kidney.
Guanzhong (Cyathulae Radix or Polyporus Umbellatus, three large ones, remove albedo), Ganqi (Resina Draconis, stir-fried until smoke ceases, 2 liang), Wu Zhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, washed with water to remove toxicity, dried, stir-fried, 1 liang 5 qian), Huai Baipi (Meliae Cortex, dry, sliced), Bai Wuyi (Meli Semen, stir-fried, each 1 liang), Hufen (Cerussa, stir-fried to yellow color, ground, 1 liang), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, remove peel, tips, and double kernels, stir-fried, 0.5 liang).
Grind into a fine powder and mix evenly. Take 2 qian per dose, mix well with Jinghua Shui (well water drawn at dawn) on an empty stomach, and take again in the evening.
