治肺劳热生虫，在肺为病。
桑根白皮（取东引者，锉，一升） 吴茱萸根皮（取东引者，净刷去土，五两） 野狼牙
（去连苗处，净刷去土，三两）
上细锉，用酒七升，煮至二升，去滓分作三服，每日空心一服，一方无野狼牙。
治脾劳热，有白虫在脾中为病，令人好呕。
吴茱萸根（取东引者，一尺，锉） 麻子（八升，净拣） 陈橘皮（去白，炒，二两）
上先捣碎橘皮麻子如泥，然后拌茱萸根，用酒一斗，浸一宿，慢火上微煎，绞去滓，分
作五服，每服空心温服，虫即下。凡合药时，忌言合杀虫药。一方以水煎服。
治蛲虫咬人，下部痒。
上水银一两，用蒸枣膏和丸，如人指大，绵里，临卧内下部中一宿，内药时常留绵带子
在外。一方水银损肠，宜慎之。
治因脏腑虚弱，或多食甘肥，致蛔虫动作，心腹绞痛，发则积聚往来上下，痛有休止，
腹中烦热，口吐涎沫 ，是蛔咬，宜服此药。若积年不瘥，服之亦愈。又治下部有虫，坐痔
痒痛。
木香 鹤虱（炒） 槟榔 诃子（煨，去核） 芜荑（炒研） 附子（炮，去皮脐） 干
姜（炙，各七钱半） 大黄（锉炒，一两半）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，食前用橘皮汤送下，妇人醋汤下。
治蛔虫。
上取缫丝蚕蛹两合，烂研，生布绞取汁，空心顿饮之。非缫丝，即须根据时收取蚕蛹曝干
，捣为细末，用时以意斟酌多少，和粥饮服之。
治疗肺劳热所致的生虫，病位在肺。

（去除连接苗株的部分，洗净刷去泥土，用量三两）
以上药材细细切碎，用酒七升，煮至剩余二升，滤去药渣，分三次服用，每天空腹服一次，另一版本方中无野狼牙。
治疗脾劳热，脾中有白虫致病，导致人容易呕吐。
吴茱萸根（选取向东生长的根部，长一尺，切碎） 麻子（八升，拣选干净） 陈橘皮（去掉白色内层，炒制，用量二两）
先将橘皮和麻子捣碎成泥状，然后拌入茱萸根，用酒一斗，浸泡一夜，在慢火上微煎，绞去药渣，分五次服用，每次空腹温服，虫子即可排出。凡是配制药物时，忌讳说出“杀虫药”字样。另一版本用水煎服。
治疗蛲虫咬人，下部瘙痒。
水银一两，用蒸枣膏调和制成丸药，大小如人的手指，包裹在绵絮中，临睡前放入下部肛门内过夜，放入药物时常留绵絮带子在外。另一版本认为水银损伤肠道，应当谨慎使用。
治疗因脏腑虚弱，或多食甘甜肥腻食物，导致蛔虫扰动，心腹剧烈绞痛，发作时积聚物上下移动，疼痛有间歇，腹部烦热，口吐涎沫，这是蛔虫咬噬所致，适宜服用此药。若多年不愈，服用此药也能治愈。又治疗下部有虫，痔疮坐立时的瘙痒疼痛。

以上药材制成细末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，饭前用橘皮汤送服，妇人用醋汤送服。
治疗蛔虫。
取缫丝用的蚕蛹两合，烂熟后研磨，用生布绞取汁液，空腹一次性饮下。如果不是缫丝的蚕蛹，就须按时节收取蚕蛹晒干，捣成细末，使用时根据情况斟酌多少，与粥或饮品混合服用。

Sangbaipi (Cortex Mori Radicis, select roots growing eastward, cut into pieces, one sheng) Wuzhuyu Genpi (Cortex Evodiae Radicis, select roots growing eastward, clean and brush off soil, five liang) Yelangya (Herba Siegesbeckiae, remove parts connected to seedlings, clean and brush off soil, three liang)
Finely cut the above ingredients, use seven sheng of wine, boil until two sheng remain, filter out the dregs, divide into three doses, take one dose daily on an empty stomach; another version excludes Yelangya.
To treat spleen consumption-heat, with white parasites in the spleen causing illness, leading to frequent vomiting.
Wuzhuyu Gen (Radix Evodiae, select roots growing eastward, one chi long, cut) Mazi (Fructus Cannabis, eight sheng, carefully selected) Chenjupi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, remove the white pith, stir-fry, two liang)
First pound the Jupi and Mazi into a paste, then mix with the Wuzhuyu Gen, use one dou of wine, soak overnight, simmer gently over low heat, squeeze out the dregs, divide into five doses, take each dose warm on an empty stomach, the parasites will be expelled. When preparing medicine, it is taboo to speak the words "parasite-killing medicine." Another version uses water for decoction.
To treat pinworms biting people, causing itching in the lower part.
Shuiyin (Mercurius, one liang), mix with steamed jujube paste to make pills, size of a human finger, wrap in cotton, insert into the lower orifice before sleep for one night; when inserting the medicine, always leave the cotton string outside. Another version warns that Shuiyin damages the intestines, so caution is advised.
To treat ascariasis caused by deficiency of the zang-fu organs or excessive consumption of sweet and fatty foods, leading to movement of roundworms, severe colicky pain in the heart and abdomen. Upon onset, masses move up and down, pain has intervals, abdominal vexation and heat, spitting of saliva, this is due to roundworm biting, suitable to take this medicine. If chronic for years without cure, taking this will also heal. It also treats parasites in the lower part, itching and pain from hemorrhoids while sitting.
Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae) Heshi (Fructus Caryophyllati, stir-fried) Binglang (Semen Arecae) Hezi (Fructus Chebulae, baked, remove pits) Wuyi (Fructus Tsoo) Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, processed, remove skin and navel) Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis, roasted, each seven qian half) Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, cut and stir-fried, one liang half)
Pound the above into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills, size of Sophora seeds, take thirty pills per dose, swallow with Tangerine Peel Decoction before meals; women swallow with vinegar solution.
To treat roundworms.
Take two he of silkworm pupae used for reeling silk, grind thoroughly, squeeze juice using raw cloth, drink at once on an empty stomach. If not silkworm pupae from reeling, must collect pupae according to season, dry them in the sun, pound into fine powder, use as appropriate amount, mix with porridge or drink to consume.
