Discussion states: Regarding white turbid urine and white seminal emission in women, these conditions are caused by the failure of Heart and Kidney to mutually nourish, and the non-ascending and descending of Water and Fire; or due to labor injury damaging the Kidney, resulting in deficient and cold Kidney Qi. The Kidney governs water and opens into the Yin organs, which serve as the pathways for urination and defecation. When the Bao Palace is cold and the Kidney is damaged, white turbidity and white seminal emission occur. It is appropriate to take Jin Suo Zheng Yuan Dan from the *Ju Fang* (Formulas of the Imperial Medical Bureau). If caused by Heart deficiency, Ping Bu Zhen Xin Dan, Jiang Xin Dan, or Wei Xi Wan are appropriate. If caused by excessive thinking, leading to the confusion of Yin and Yang and the interference of clear and turbid qi forming white turbidity, this is because thinking damages the Spleen. It is appropriate to swallow Bai Wan Zi with Siqi Tang; this medicine is very effective in separating clear and turbid. (Formula see *Jian Yi Fang*). Additionally, Xiao Wu Chen Tang is suitable, adding 1 qian of Fuling (Poria), 20 pieces of Yizhi (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, shelled), and ground salt to each decoction dose.
