上为细末，每服二钱，食前，暖酒调下，米饮亦可。
又方∶当归（三两） 败酱（二两） 独活 白芷 地榆 白矾（各半两）
上细锉，水一斗，煮取二升，去滓，稍热洗。
《广济方》 治状同前。
皂角（去皮弦子，炙焦黄） 半夏（炒令黄） 大黄 北细辛（各一两） 蛇床子（一
两半）
上为细末，薄绢袋盛如指长，内阴中，日二易之。
又方∶蛇床子（五两） 乌梅（十四枚）
上锉，以水五升，煮取三升，去滓，热洗，日五次。
又方∶川乌 白芨（等分）
上为细末，绵裹一钱，内阴中，令入三寸，腹内热即止，来辰再用。一方有生椒一两。
《千金翼》治妇人阴脱，兼疗脱肛。
羊脂煎讫，适冷暖涂上。以铁精粉敷脂上，多少令调；以火炙布令温以熨上，渐渐推内
之。更细末磁石，酒调服方寸匕，日三服。
《集验方》疗妇人阴中痛，生疮。
羊脂（一斤） 当归 杏仁 白芷 芎 （各一两）
上五味细切，羊脂和，置甑中蒸之。药成取如大豆一枚，棉裹药，内阴中，日一度。
《肘后方》疗妇人阴中生疮方。
杏仁（烧末） 雄黄 矾石（各二分） 麝香（半分）
上四味研细，和敷阴中。
又方∶硫黄，研细敷之。
《古今录验》疗妇人阴中生疮。黄芩汤洗方。
第一方：
当归（炒制）二两，黄芩二两，牡蛎二两半，龙骨一两（炙至焦黑），赤芍药一两半。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用二钱，饭前用温酒调服，也可用米汤送服。
第二方：
当归三两，败酱草二两，独活、白芷、地榆、白矾各半两。
以上药物切碎，用水一斗，煎煮至剩余二升，滤去药渣，待药液稍热时清洗患处。
《广济方》记载的方剂，主治症状与上述相同。
皂角（去皮及子筋，炙至焦黄色）一两，半夏（炒至黄色）一两，大黄一两，北细辛一两，蛇床子一两半。
以上药物研成细末，装入薄绢袋中，大小如手指长短，纳入阴道内，每日更换两次。
第三方：
蛇床子五两，乌梅十四枚。
以上药物切碎，用水五升，煎煮至剩余三升，滤去药渣，趁热清洗，每日五次。
第四方：
川乌、白芨等分。
以上药物研成细末，用棉包裹一钱药粉，纳入阴道内，令其深入三寸，若感到腹内发热即停止使用，次日清晨再用。另一版本方中加入生花椒一两。
《千金翼方》治疗妇人子宫脱垂，兼治直肠脱出（脱肛）。
将羊脂熬炼后，调节温度适宜涂抹于患处。在羊脂上撒上铁精粉，用量适中；用火烘烤布料使其温热，以此熨烫患处，并逐渐将脱出物推回体内。再另取磁石研成细末，用酒调服一方寸匕，每日三次。
《集验方》治疗妇人阴道疼痛，生疮疡。
羊脂一斤，当归、杏仁、白芷、川芎各一两。
以上五味药切碎，与羊脂混合，置于甑中蒸制。药成后取如大豆大小的一枚药丸，用棉包裹，纳入阴道内，每日一次。
[Formula Name] Danggui San / Formula 19 for Ulcers in the Female Genitals
First Formula:
Dang Gui (Fried) 2 liang, Huang Qin 2 liang, Mu Li 2.5 liang, Long Gu 1 liang (charred), Chi Shao Yao 1.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose before meals, mixed with warm wine; rice water may also be used.
Second Formula:
Dang Gui 3 liang, Bai Jiang Cao 2 liang, Du Huo, Bai Zhi, Di Yu, Fan Shi each 0.5 liang.
Coarsely chop the above ingredients. Boil in 1 dou of water until reduced to 2 sheng. Strain the dregs and wash the affected area while the liquid is slightly warm.
The formula from *Guangji Fang* treats the same symptoms as described above.
Zao Jiao (skin and string removed, charred yellow) 1 liang, Ban Xia (fried until yellow) 1 liang, Da Huang 1 liang, Bei Xi Xin 1 liang, She Chuang Zi 1.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Place in a thin silk bag, sized like a finger, and insert into the vagina. Change twice daily.
Third Formula:
She Chuang Zi 5 liang, Wu Mei 14 pieces.
Chop the ingredients and boil in 5 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Strain and wash with the hot liquid, five times daily.
Fourth Formula:
Chuan Wu and Bai Ji in equal proportions.
Grind into a fine powder. Wrap 1 qian in cotton and insert into the vagina, pushing it in three cun deep. Stop if heat is felt in the abdomen; reapply the next morning. Another version includes 1 liang of raw Sichuan pepper.
*Qianjin Yi Fang* treats uterine prolapse in women and also hemorrhoids.
Apply rendered sheep fat at a suitable temperature. Sprinkle Tie Jing (Iron Essence) powder over the fat in appropriate amounts. Heat a cloth with fire until warm and apply as a compress to push the prolapsed tissue back in gradually. Additionally, grind Ci Shi (Magnetite) into a fine powder, mix with wine, and take one fang cun bi per dose, three times daily.
*Jiyan Fang* treats vaginal pain and ulceration in women.
Yang Zhi (Sheep Fat) 1 jin, Dang Gui, Xing Ren, Bai Zhi, Xiong Qiong each 1 liang.
Finely chop the five ingredients and mix with sheep fat. Steam in a steamer. Once prepared, take a pill-sized amount (like a soybean), wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina once daily.
*Zhouhou Beiji Fang* treats vaginal ulcers in women.
Xing Ren (burned to ash/powder), Xiong Huang, Fan Shi each 2 fen, She Xiang 0.5 fen.
Grind the four ingredients finely, mix, and apply inside the vagina.
Another formula:
Liu Huang, ground finely and applied topically.
*Gujin Luyan* treats vaginal ulcers in women. Use Huang Qin Tang for washing.
