寻取蜘蛛烧得烂，抹于肛上应时痊。
乍寒乍热却淹延，反复犹如鬼祟缠，
道上喜蛛寻数个，将来系在脉门边。
咽喉急闭莫因循，缓存芦都草的根，
好酒煎来三四滚，竹筒灌入妙通神。
牛膝生根取汁擂，男左女右鼻中吹，
不怕双蛾来势急，酒调一服自然回。
七个乌梅七个枣，七个栗壳七寸草，
更加灯心共酒煎，赤白痢疾登时好。
妇人月水不能通，鼠粪烧灰立见功，
热酒调时逢扁鹊，只消一服显神通。
妇人乳少听吾言，只用穿山甲五钱，
研碎米泔连夜饮，乳流恰似井中泉。
奶疮肿痛叫声连，焦炒芝麻细细研，
灯盏油调涂上面，除脓消肿即时痊。
麝香肉桂及红花，冰水为丸共一家，
牛膝煎汤来送下，断胎绝产定无差。
小便不禁有何难，寻取天台乌药研，
饭后服时宜米饮，日须两次每三钱。
骨鲠难医苦叫天，金樱根用醋来煎。
入喉切莫沾牙上，骨出令人体自便。
胎前发疟苦难言，寒热交攻最可怜，
急取夜明三钱整，空心茶服自安然。
妇人崩漏血何多，管仲还同米炒和，
每服两钱酒醋下，应知此证自消磨。

Alternating chills and fever with lingering duration, recurring as if haunted by malevolent spirits:
Capture several garden spiders found on the road, and tie them to the pulse point at the wrist.
Sudden closure of the throat should not be delayed; first store the root of *Arundo donax* (Ludoucao).
Decoct in good wine for three or four boils, then instill via a bamboo tube for miraculous efficacy.
Extract juice from fresh *Achyranthes bidentata* (Niuxi) roots, grind it, and blow into the left nostril for men and the right for women.
Fear not the rapid onset of "double swallows" (tonsillitis); one dose mixed with wine will naturally restore health.
Seven *Mume fructus* (Wumei), seven dates, seven chestnut shells, and seven cun of grass,
Plus *Juncus effusus* (Dengxin) decocted together in wine; dysentery with red and white discharge improves instantly.
When a woman's menstruation fails to flow, burning mouse feces to ash yields immediate results.

Incontinence of urine is no difficulty: seek *Lindera aggregata* root (Tiantai Wuyao), grind it.
Take after meals with rice water beverage, twice daily, three qian each time.
Fish bone stuck in the throat is hard to treat, causing bitter cries to heaven:
Decoct the root of *Rosa laevigata* (Jinyinggen) with vinegar.
Do not let it touch the teeth when entering the throat; once the bone exits, the body feels comfortable.
Malaria occurring during pregnancy is hard to describe; alternating chills and heat attacks are most pitiable.
Urgently take three qian of *Pharotis argentea* excrement (Yemingfen), taken on an empty stomach with tea for natural peace.
Excessive bleeding from uterine flooding (Benglou) in women:
*Boehmeria nivea* stem bark (Guanzhong) stir-fried with rice.
Each dose of two qian taken with wine and vinegar; know that this condition will naturally dissipate.
Rapidly progressing gingivitis with loose teeth:
Wrap *Myrobalan* (Xin) inside a date and roast in fire.
Further mix with *Phellodendron amurense* bark (Huangbai) as powder; apply some to the affected area for instant resolution.
How to handle heat in the five centers?
Equal parts of *Paeonia lactiflora* root (Chishaoyao) and *Mentha haplocalyx* (Shuibohe).
Grind finely and take with plain warm water; coolness naturally increases and symptoms subside.
