黄垩丸
治脾疳发黄身肿。

上为末。饭和丸粟米大。每服三二丸。煎黑豆汁送下。无时。
木香煎
治脾疳因不知饥饱。积滞内停。腹大脚细。下痢无度。

肉豆蔻丹
治脾疳如前。

石绿散
治肾疳耳上生疮。及治肥疳头疮鼻烂。浸久不瘥。石绿白芷各等分。为末。先以生甘草水洗疮。拭干敷药。

蛙鸡灰散
治肾疳成 。肠虚。虫蚀下部肛肠等。以长脚蛙青背一枚。鸡骨一分。同烧为
灰。细研为末。吹入下部中。令深入。数用大效。
桃白散
治如前。

如圣丹

治肾疳入经。灌注阴囊。黄亮色肿。

上同研为末。每用一钱。以 猪胆调成膏。于阴肿处遍涂之。如未退。更煎蛇床
子汤洗之。再调涂必效。
二肝丸
治疳痢不止。

治肾疳时久。骨沉力弱。项细头重。致天柱骨倒。不能擎举抬头。以白僵蚕不拘多少。拣直者去丝嘴。炒焦
为末。每服半钱或一字一钱。薄荷酒调下。日三。须臾用生力散涂之。
生力散
以木鳌子三个。萆麻子三十个。各去壳取肉。同研细。每用一钱许。津唾调摊纸上。先紧抱定儿。揩项上令
热，贴。
地黄丸
治疗肝疳引起的肢体拘挛急迫。疳气侵入眼部导致眼睑隐痛涩滞，或出现白膜、云翳、赤脉等眼疾。

治疗肝疳导致的身体消瘦瘦弱。摇头揉眼。全身经脉拘挛急迫。

夺命丹
治疗心疳引起的身体发热。惊厥抽搐烦躁口渴。头发稀疏腹部胀大。腹泻身体消瘦。
朱砂 麝香 牛黄 冰片 芦荟 没药 硼砂 熊胆 麒麟竭（半两） 粉霜（一钱） 使君子（十个去壳） 青黛（三钱）
以上药物研成细末。滴水调和制成如豌豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一粒。用薄荷水化开送服。每日三次。年龄较大的幼儿可服用二至三丸。
朱黄丹
治疗心疳兼夹惊风。发热烦躁口渴。盗汗身体消瘦。
朱砂（一分研细水飞法处理） 天竺黄（半两研细） 全蝎（二十一个微炒去毒） 天浆子（十四个去壳微炒） 人参（去芦头一两） 胡黄连（一两） 青黛（一分研细） 龙脑（一钱研细）
以上药物研成细末拌匀。用炼蜜调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒。用人参汤化开送服。不限时间服用。
黄垩丸
治疗脾疳引起的面色发黄身体浮肿。
黄土（一两研末） 陈皮（去白一两） 木香（一分） 巴豆（二十个去皮膜出尽油）
以上药物研成细末。用饭团调和制成如粟米大小的丸剂。每次服用二至三丸。煎黑豆汁送服。不限时间服用。
木香煎
治疗脾疳因不知饥饱，积滞停留在体内。腹部胀大腿部纤细。下痢无度。
南木香（一两锉碎） 肉豆蔻（一两面裹煨后去面） 干蟾（二个酥炙） 胡黄连（一两） 使君子（去壳一两） 五灵脂（一两） 巴豆（七个去皮心膜纸包裹出尽油） 麝香（一分）
以上药物研成细末均匀混合。滴水调和。放入石臼中捣一二百下。制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用一至二丸至五至七丸。根据患儿大小调整剂量。用温生姜汤送服。乳食之后服用。一岁以下服用一丸。两岁以上服用三丸。酌情增加。
肉豆蔻丹
治疗脾疳症状如前所述。
肉豆蔻（一两面裹煨） 使君子（去壳一两） 青皮（去瓤一两炒黄） 牵牛子（一分炒黄以上四味研成细末） 芦荟（一分研细） 麝香（半钱研细）
以上药物研磨均匀细末。用糯米饭调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸。生姜汤送服。饭后服用。
香连散
治疗脾疳引起的腹泻。腹部胀大腿部纤细。逐渐形成瘦弱体质。以及各类脾胃不和。气机不调顺。都能治疗。

以上药物研成细末。每次服用一字或半钱。用米饮汤调服。乳食之前服用。
麝香丹
治疗肺疳引起的皮毛干枯粗糙。咳嗽气逆上冲。
胡黄连（一两） 半夏（半两汤洗七次） 紫苏子（一分微炒） 五味子（一分） 干蟾（一个炙酥焦以上先研成细末） 麝香（一分研细） 芦荟（一分研细） 朱砂（一分研细）
以上药物研成细末均匀混合。用枣肉调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五至七粒。米饮送服。不限时间服用。
灵砂丹
治疗肺疳因咳嗽导致的身体消瘦。皮肤干枯毛发脱落。
人参（去芦头半两） 甜葶苈（一分炒制） 五灵脂（一分） 胡黄连（一分以上四味研成细末） 辰砂（半两研细） 麝香（一分研细） 芦荟（一分研细） 杏仁（去皮尖麸炒黄一分）
以上药物研成细末拌匀。用粳米饭调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸。人参汤送服。不限时间服用。
石绿散
治疗肾疳耳朵上生疮。以及治疗肥疳头部疮疡鼻部溃烂。浸泡日久不愈。石绿和白芷各等分。研成细末。先用生甘草水洗疮口。擦干后敷药。一日可愈。
蛙鸡灰散
治疗肾疳形成的脱肛。肠道虚寒。虫蚀下部肛肠等症。取长脚青蛙青背一只，鸡骨一分。共同烧成灰。细研成末。吹入下部患处。令药深入。多次使用效果显著。
桃白散
治疗症状如前所述。
桃根白皮（一两） 黄柏（一两蜜炒） 黄连（去须一两炒） 蛇蜕（烧灰半两） 干蜗牛（烧灰一分）
青州枣（五十个去核烧灰）
以上药物研成细末。加入淀粉一分。麝香一钱。共同研磨均匀。每次服用一字至半钱。粥饮调服。乳食之前服用。根据病情轻重加减用药。
如圣丹
治疗症状如前所述。
干蟾（七个烧灰） 蝉蜕（去土尽半两） 蛇胆（一分） 大枣（一个去核烧灰以上先研成细末） 黄丹（一分研细） 淀粉（一分研细） 麝香（一钱研细）
以上共同拌研均匀细末。用好醋根据干湿程度拌匀。在臼中捣一二百下成膏状。制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五至七粒。米饮送服。根据患儿大小调整剂量。
另外将三至二粒磨碎涂调于患处。若虫排出则痊愈。
乌金膏
治疗肾疳邪气入经。灌注阴囊。呈现黄亮色肿胀。
通草（一分烧制） 黄柏（一分烧制） 大黄（一分烧制各存性）
以上共同研成细末。每次取一钱。用猪胆汁调成膏状。在阴肿处遍涂。如果未消退。再煎蛇床子汤清洗患处。再次调涂必定有效。
二肝丸
治疗疳痢不止。
龙胆草（去芦头一两） 漏芦（去芦头一两） 菖蒲（一两九节者） 胡黄连（半两） 地榆（半两以上先研成细末） 鸡肝（一两剖开） 猪肝（一两剖开）
上将药末装入两个肝脏内包裹固定。用水二盏。加入少许盐。煮至肝熟。在石臼中捣一二百下成膏状。制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒。麝香汤送服。饭前服用。
金灵散
治疗肾疳日久。骨骼沉重乏力虚弱。颈部细小头部沉重。导致天柱骨倒伏。不能支撑抬头。取白僵蚕不拘多少。挑选直的去除丝嘴。炒焦研成细末。每次服用半钱或一字一钱。薄荷酒调服。每日三次。片刻后用生力散涂抹患处。
生力散
取木鳖子三个。蓖麻子三十个。各自去壳取肉。共同研磨细。每次取一钱左右。津液唾液调匀摊在纸上。先紧紧抱住患儿。擦拭颈部使其发热，贴上。

Treats Kidney Gan sores on the ears. Also treats Fei Gan (Obesity Gan) head sores and nasal rot that persist for a long time without healing. Malachite (Shilv) and Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) in equal parts. Grind into powder. First wash the sore with raw Licorice decoction. Dry and apply the medicine. Heals in one day.
Wa Ji Hui San (Frog and Chicken Ash Powder)
Treats Kidney Gan resulting in rectal prolapse. Intestinal deficiency cold. Worms eroding the lower anal canal, etc. Take one green-backed long-legged frog and one fen of chicken bone. Burn together into ash. Grind finely into powder. Blow into the lower affected area. Allow the medicine to penetrate deeply. Use multiple times for great effect.

Mix and grind uniformly. Add good vinegar according to moisture content to mix evenly. Pound in a mortar for one to two hundred times to form a paste. Form pills the size of millet seeds. Take five to seven pills per dose. Take with rice drink. Adjust dosage according to the child's size.
Additionally, grind two to three pills and apply mixed to the affected area. If worms emerge, the condition is cured.
Wujin Gao (Black Gold Ointment)
Treats Kidney Gan where pathogenic factors enter the meridians and pour into the scrotum. Presents with yellowish-bright swelling.
Tongcao (1 fen, burned)
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (1 fen, burned)
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (1 fen, burned; preserve nature)
Grind together into powder. Take one qian per use. Mix with pig gallbladder juice to form an ointment. Apply thoroughly over the swollen scrotum. If not subsided, wash again with Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma (Shechuangzi) decoction. Re-apply ointment for certain efficacy.
Er Gan Wan (Two Livers Pill)
Treats persistent Gan dysentery.
Gentiana Radix et Rhizoma (Longdancao) rhizome removed (1 liang)
Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix (Loulu) rhizome removed (1 liang)
Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu) nine-jointed variety (1 liang)
Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian) (0.5 liang)
Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu) (0.5 liang; these are first ground into powder)
Chicken Liver (Jigan) one liang, split open
Pig Liver (Zhugan) one liang, split open
Place the powdered medicines inside the two livers and wrap securely. Add two cups of water and a little salt. Boil until the liver is cooked. Pound in a stone mortar for one to two hundred times to form a paste. Form pills the size of millet seeds. Take ten pills per dose. Take with Moschus decoction. Before meals.
Jinling San (Golden Spirit Powder)
Treats long-standing Kidney Gan. Symptoms include heavy bones, weakness, thin neck, heavy head, leading to collapse of the Tianzhu bone (cervical spine), inability to support the head or lift it. Take Bai Jiangcan (White Silkworm) as needed. Select straight ones, remove silk mouth. Roast until scorched and grind into powder. Take half a qian, one zi, or one qian per dose. Mix with peppermint wine and take. Three times daily. Shortly after, apply Shengli San to the area.
Shengli San (Vitality Powder)
Take three Mu Bei Zi (Muozi) and thirty Bi Ma Zi (Ricinus seeds). Remove shells and take the meat. Grind together finely. Take about one qian per use. Mix with saliva and spread on paper. First hold the child tightly. Rub the neck until hot. Apply the patch.
