绿矾丸
治疳疾有虫。爱食泥土。以绿矾为末。猪胆汁和丸绿豆大。每服五七丸，米饮下。无时。
又方 治如前。以市合人聚时。买市中羊肉半斤。用绳系之。顿地上。令人把绳头拖至家。水洗净炒炙。根据
科与儿食之。未能食者。煮至汁与饮。一方。肉一斤。绳系曳数里。勿洗。炙与食。
除毒丹

治小儿疳湿生 蚀。下部痒痛。 胡粉雄黄各一分。水研飞。同研细。每用少许。敷下部中。
治小乳疳痢不瘥。久成湿 。以艾叶半两。水一升。煮取半两。量儿大小。以意加减与服。
肥儿丸
治疗各种疳积病。长期患有脏腑疾病，胃气虚弱导致虫动，身体日渐消瘦，腹部胀大无法行走，头发干枯结成穗状，肌肤发热，精神衰弱。
黄连（去除须根）一两，神曲（炒制）一两，使君子仁，肉豆蔻（用面粉包裹煨熟后去掉面粉），麦麸（炒制）半两，木香二钱，槟榔两个（不可用火烤）。
以上药物研成细末，用面糊调和，制成如萝卜子大小的药丸。每次服用二三十丸，用温开水送服，空腹服用。
芦荟丸
治疗五种疳积导致的消瘦，虫咬引起的腹痛，肚子大且青筋暴露，以及所有类型的疳疾。
芦荟，木香，胡黄连（各一分），干蟾（一只，用酒浸泡后炙烤至焦），槟榔（二钱，炮制），青黛（二钱），青皮（去掉瓤，称取一分切碎，放入巴豆十粒同炒至焦，去掉巴豆，只用青皮），使君子仁（三十个），芜荑（一钱，使用仁），麝香（一字）。
以上药物研成细末，用猪胆汁调和，制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用十丸，用米汤送服，不限时间。
又一方
芦荟，木香，胡黄连，川黄连（去除须根），青皮（去掉瓤），白芜荑（取仁），雷丸，鹤虱（微炒，各半两），麝香（一钱，研细）。
以上药物研成细末，用粟米饭调和，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用一二十丸，用米汤送服，不限时间。
又一方
芦荟（半钱），赤石脂（一钱），使君子（七个，去壳），雷丸（一钱），姜黄（一钱），川楝子（去核，一钱），槟榔（一钱），巴豆（七个，去皮膜并出尽油）。
以上药物研成细末，用猪胆汁和面糊调和，制成如黍米大小的药丸。一岁的幼儿服用二三丸，年龄较大的服用三四丸，根据患儿大小调整剂量。用冷木香汤送服，不限时间。
麝香黄连丸
治疗疳气导致的消瘦，白虫作祟。
胡黄连，白芜荑（去掉扇状部分，各一两半），宣连（即黄连，去除须根，半两），辰砂（一分，研细），麝香（一字，研细），木香（半两）。
以上药物研成细末，用糊剂调和，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用五七丸，用米汤送服；三岁及以上者服用十丸，不限时间。
榆仁丸
治疗疳热导致的消瘦憔悴，虫动引起的腹痛。
榆仁（去皮），黄连（去除须根，各一两）。
以上药物研成细末，取七个猪胆的汁液，在碗中混合药物，放在蒸笼上蒸九次，每天一次。待次数足够后，加入研细的半钱麝香，用热水浸泡蒸饼调和药粉，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用五七丸至一二十丸，用米汤送服，不限时间。
雄黄丹
治疗五种疳积导致的消瘦，体内多生虫动。
干蟾（用酥油炙烤至焦），胡黄连，白芜荑（去掉扇状部分），川黄连（去除须根），干漆（半两，炒至烟尽，先研成末），雄黄（半两，水飞法处理），麝香（一钱，研细）。
以上药物研成末拌匀，用猪胆汁调和，制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用十粒，用新汲取的凉水送服，不限时间。
干漆散
治疗疳疾蛔虫扰动，腹部疼痛。
干漆（一钱，炒至烟尽），使君子（十四个，去壳），白芜荑（六十片，去掉扇状部分），楝树东边的皮（日晒去掉粗皮，取白皮一分）。
以上药物研成细末。每两三岁的幼儿服用半钱，年龄更小的服用一字，用砂糖和温水调服，不限时间。
使君子散
治疗方法同上。
使君子仁（一钱，炒制），黑牵牛（炒过后研成末，二钱），轻粉（二钱匕）。
以上药物研成末。每次取半钱，在五更初，用稀米汤调服，不限时间。
三根散
治疗疳疾蛔虫作痛，啼叫不止。每到月初时症状加重，状如鬼神作祟。
贯仲根（去土），棠梨根（取皮使用），酸石榴根（各一两），栗刺，旧绵絮，干漆（各半两）。
以上六味药，全部烧存性，研成细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分盏，煎至四分，去渣温服，不限时间。
猪肚丹
治疗疳积消瘦、盗汗、乏力，大便中有虫。曾经非常有效。
川黄连（去除须根），胡黄连，木香（各一两），羌活（去芦头），芦荟，肉豆蔻（用面粉包裹煨熟后去掉面粉），白芜荑（去掉扇状部分），鳖甲（醋炙至焦，去掉裙边，各半两）。
以上药物研成细末。取一个猪肚，先刷洗干净，将二两好白芷放入肚中，蒸至极软熟，取出白芷不用，再将诸药装入缝合，再次蒸至如泥状，取出。连同猪肚一起放入臼中，捣二三百下成膏状，制成如黍米大小的药丸。每次服用十粒，用米汤送服，根据患儿大小加减剂量，不限时间。
绿矾丸
治疗疳疾有虫，喜爱食用泥土。以绿矾研成末，用猪胆汁调和，制成如绿豆大小的药丸。每次服用五七丸，用米汤送服，不限时间。
又一方 治疗方法同上。在人多的集市时，买市中羊肉半斤，用绳子系住，顿在地上，让人拉着绳头拖回家，用水洗净后炒或烤熟，按照常规方法给患儿吃。不能吃的，煮汤给其饮用。另一方案：肉一斤，用绳子系住拖行数里，不洗，烤熟给其吃。
除毒丹
治疗疳积蛔虫久治不愈，传染给兄弟姐妹。
鬼臼（一两，去毛），苦参（半两，锉碎），青葙子（半两），龙胆草（去芦头，半两），硫黄（一分），绯绢（一分），干蟾（一分），白矾（一分）。
以上药物锉碎拌在一起，全部烧存性后研成末，炼蜜调和，制成如麻子大小的药丸。每次服用十粒，磨沉香汤送服，不限时间。
治疗小儿疳积蛔虫：将鸬鹚粪晒干研成末，烤猪肉蘸着给患儿吃，效果奇妙。这种粪多在山石之上，紫色如花，直接在上面刮取即可。
治疗小儿疳湿引起的疼痛瘙痒，下部生虫蚀疮：将没石子研成末，吹入下部患处。又以地榆煮汁清洗患处，每日两次。又将铁器烧热插入下部患处。
治疗小儿疳湿生虫蚀痛：取一把地肤子和蓄草，加水二升，煮至半升，空腹服用半合，根据患儿大小酌情加减。
治疗小儿疳热，伏结肠中，排出赤黄色汁沫，以及像鱼脑混杂血液的物质，肛门中疮痤丛生，虫蚀疼痛瘙痒。
黄连（去除须根），柏皮（炒制），苦参，鬼臼，独活（去芦头），橘皮，芍药，阿胶（各半两，锉碎后用蛤粉炒，去掉蛤粉）。
以上药物研成末，用蓝汁加入少量熟蜜，调和制成如小豆大小的药丸。每次服用五七丸，用米汤送服，不限时间。冬天没有新鲜蓝汁时，取蓝子一合，舂成末，加入药内，用蜜调和成丸。
Fe'er Wan (Fattening Child Pill)
Treats various types of Gan syndrome (chronic malnutrition and digestive disorder in children). Long-term illness damages the Zang-Fu organs; Stomach Qi is deficient, causing parasites to move. The body becomes increasingly emaciated, the abdomen distends so much that walking is impossible, hair becomes dry and forms tufts, skin feels hot, and mental spirit is weak and exhausted.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (remove rhizomes), 1 liang; Medicated Leaven (Shenqu) (stir-fried), 1 liang; Semen Quisqualis (Shijunzi Ren); Myristicae Semen (Roudoukou) (baked in flour paste, remove flour); Wheat Bran (Mai Fu Pi) (stir-fried), each 0.5 liang; Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), 2 qian; Arecae Semen (Binglang), 2 pieces (do not roast over fire).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with flour paste to form pills the size of radish seeds. Take 20–30 pills per dose, swallowed with warm water, on an empty stomach.
Luhui Wan (Aloe Pill)
Treats the five types of Gan syndrome resulting in emaciation, abdominal pain caused by parasite bites, abdominal distension with visible blue veins, and all kinds of Gan diseases.
Aloe (Luhui); Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang); Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulianhuang) (each 1 fen); Bufo Viridis (Ganchan) (one piece, soaked in wine, roasted until charred); Arecae Semen (Binglang), 2 qian (processed); Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), 2 qian; Aurantii Fructus Pericarpium (Qingpi) (remove pith, weigh 1 fen, chop finely, stir-fry with 10 Crotonis Fructus (Badou) until charred, discard Badou, use only Qingpi); Semen Quisqualis (Shijunzi Ren), 30 pieces; Myristicae Semen (Wuyi), 1 qian (use kernel); Moschus (Shexiang), 1 zi.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with porcine bile to form pills the size of millet grains. Take 10 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink, at any time.
Another Prescription
Aloe (Luhui); Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang); Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulianhuang); Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian) (remove rhizomes); Aurantii Fructus Pericarpium (Qingpi) (remove pith); Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Bai Wuyi) (use kernel); Otae Spiculatum (Leiyuan); Chrysanthemi Indici Flos (Heshi) (lightly stir-fried, each 0.5 liang); Moschus (Shexiang), 1 qian (ground).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with Setaria Italica rice (millet) to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 10–20 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink, at any time.
Another Prescription
Aloe (Luhui), 0.5 qian; Halloysit Rubra (Chishizhi), 1 qian; Semen Quisqualis (Shijunzi), 7 pieces (shelled); Otae Spiculatum (Leiyuan), 1 qian; Curcumae Longae Rhizoma (Jianghuang), 1 qian; Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi) (pitted, 1 qian); Arecae Semen (Binglang), 1 qian; Crotonis Fructus (Badou), 7 pieces (skin and membrane removed, oil pressed out completely).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with porcine bile and flour paste to form pills the size of millet grains. For one-year-old infants, take 2–3 pills; for older children, take 3–4 pills. Adjust dosage according to size. Swallow with cold Muxiang decoction, at any time.
Shexiang Huanglian Wan (Moschus and Coptis Pill)
Treats Gan Qi syndrome resulting in emaciation and outbreaks of white worms.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulianhuang); Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Bai Wuyi) (remove impurities, each 1.5 liang); Xuan Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (remove rhizomes, 0.5 liang); Cinnabar (Chensha), 1 fen (ground); Moschus (Shexiang), 1 zi (ground); Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang), 0.5 liang.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Mix with flour paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5–7 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink; for children over three years old, take 10 pills, at any time.
Yuren Wan (Elm Seed Pill)
Treats Gan heat syndrome resulting in emaciation and wasting, and abdominal pain caused by moving parasites.
Ulmum seed (Yuren) (remove skin); Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (remove rhizomes, each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Extract juice from seven porcine gallbladders, mix with the medicine in a bowl, and steam over a steamer nine times, once daily. After completing the steaming process, add 0.5 qian of ground Moschus. Soak steamed wheat cake in hot water, mix with the powder, and form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5–7 pills up to 10–20 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink, at any time.
Xionghuang Dan (Realgar Pill)
Treats the five types of Gan syndrome resulting in emaciation and excessive movement of parasites.
Bufo Viridis (Ganchan) (roasted in butter until charred); Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulianhuang); Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Bai Wuyi) (remove impurities); Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian) (remove rhizomes); Drynariae Rhizoma (Ganqi) (0.5 liang, stir-fried until smoke ceases, grind into powder first); Realgar (Xionghuang) (0.5 liang, washed with water); Moschus (Shexiang), 1 qian (ground).
Mix the above powders evenly. Mix with porcine bile to form pills the size of millet grains. Take 10 pills per dose, swallowed with fresh drawn cool water, at any time.
Ganqi San (Drynaria Powder)
Treats Gan disease with Ascaris lumbricoides movement and abdominal pain.
Drynariae Rhizoma (Ganqi), 1 qian (stir-fried until smoke ceases); Semen Quisqualis (Shijunzi), 14 pieces (shelled); Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Bai Wuyi), 60 slices (remove impurities); Cortex Toosendan (Lianshudongbianpi) (sun-dried, remove rough bark, take inner white bark, 1 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. For children aged two or three, take 0.5 qian; for younger children, take 1 zi. Mix with rock sugar and warm water to swallow, at any time.
Shijunzi San (Quisqualis Powder)
Treatment as described above.
Semen Quisqualis (Shijunzi Ren), 1 qian (stir-fried); Strychni Semen (Heiqianniu) (stir-fried and ground, 2 qian); Calomelas (Qingfen), 2 qian-bi.
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose. At the beginning of the fifth watch (early morning, approx. 3-5 AM), mix with thin rice drink to swallow, at any time.
San Gen San (Three Roots Powder)
Treats Gan disease with Ascaris lumbricoides movement causing abdominal pain and incessant crying. Symptoms worsen around the beginning of each month, resembling spiritual possession.
Radix Bupleuri (Guanzhonggen) (remove soil); Cortex Pyri Betulaefoliae (Tangligen) (take bark); Cortex Granati (Suanshiliugen) (each 1 liang); Spina Jujubae (Lici); Old Cotton Wool (Gumian); Drynariae Rhizoma (Ganqi) (each 0.5 liang).
Char the above six ingredients to retain their properties, grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Add 8/10 cup of water, boil down to 4/10 cup, strain, and take warm, at any time.
Zhudu Dan (Pig Stomach Pill)
Treats Gan syndrome with emaciation, night sweats, weakness, and presence of worms in stool. Previously proved highly effective.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Huanglian) (remove rhizomes); Coptidis Rhizoma (Hulianhuang); Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) (each 1 liang); Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo) (remove radix base); Aloe (Luhui); Myristicae Semen (Roudoukou) (baked in flour paste, remove flour); Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Bai Wuyi) (remove impurities); Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum (Biejia) (vinegar-roasted until charred, remove skirt edges, each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one pig stomach, wash thoroughly, place 2 liang of high-quality Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi) inside, steam until extremely soft and cooked. Remove Baizhi and discard. Put the other medicines into the stomach, sew it shut, and steam again until mushy. Take out, put together with the stomach into a mortar, pound 200–300 times to form a paste. Form pills the size of millet grains. Take 10 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink. Adjust dosage according to size, at any time.
Lüfan Wan (Green Vitriol Pill)
Treats Gan disease with worms, craving for eating dirt. Grind Green Vitriol (Lüfan) into powder. Mix with porcine bile to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5–7 pills per dose, swallowed with rice drink, at any time.
Another Prescription: Treatment as above. When people gather at the market, buy half a jin of mutton from the market. Tie it with a rope, slam it on the ground, have someone drag it home by the rope end. Wash clean, stir-fry or roast, and feed to the child according to standard methods. If unable to eat solid food, boil until juice is extracted and give to drink. Another method: Use one jin of meat, tie with rope, drag for several miles without washing, roast and feed.
Chudu Dan (Remove Toxicity Pill)
Treats persistent Gan Ascaris infection, contagious to siblings.
Typhonii Rhizoma (Guijiu), 1 liang (remove hairs); Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen), 0.5 liang (cut small); Celosiae Semen (Qingxiangzi), 0.5 liang; Gentianae Radix (Longdancao), 0.5 liang (remove radix base); Sulphur (Liuhuang), 1 fen; Red Silk Fabric (Feijuan), 1 fen; Bufo Viridis (Ganchan), 1 fen; Alum (Baifan), 1 fen.
Cut and mix the above herbs. Char them to retain properties, grind into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, swallowed with water infused with Agarwood (Chenxiang), at any time.
Treating Pediatric Gan Ascaris: Dry Os Trigonoi (Lulu Fen - cormorant feces), grind into powder. Roast pork, dip in powder, and feed to the child. This is miraculous. Cormorant feces are often found on mountain rocks, purple like flowers; scrape directly from there.
Treating Pediatric Gan Dampness with Pain and Itching, Pinworms Causing Ulcers in the Lower Part: Grind Terminalia chebula Retz. (Meizishi) into powder, blow into the lower affected area. Also wash with decoction of Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu), twice daily. Also insert heated iron instruments into the lower affected area.
Treating Pediatric Gan Dampness with Pinworms Causing Ulcers and Pain: Take 1 ba of Kochiae Fructus (Difuzi) and Polygoni Avicularis Herba (Lubu), add 2 sheng of water, boil down to 0.5 sheng. Take 0.5 he on an empty stomach. Adjust dosage according to child's size.
Treating Pediatric Gan Heat, stagnating in the intestines, discharging red-yellow frothy fluid, and substance resembling fish brain mixed with blood, acne-like sores in the anus, pinworm erosion causing pain and itching.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian) (remove rhizomes); Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis (Bapi) (stir-fried); Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen); Typhonii Rhizoma (Guijiu); Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo) (remove radix base); Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi); Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao); Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao) (each 0.5 liang, cut small, stir-fry with Arsenico-Aluminato Silicato Hydratum (Ge Fen), then remove Ge Fen).
