龙香散
治五疳瘦悴。多啼叫唤。口疮发穗。
白术（一分） 石胆（半钱研） 龙齿（一钱） 陈皮（末一钱） 麝香（半字研）
上为细末。每服半钱。米饮调下。二岁下者服一字。无时。
圣功散
治五疳。苦楝根皮生子东引者。米泔浸一宿。鹤虱各等分。二味为末拌匀。每服半钱。熟水调下。连进二
服。无时。
使君子丸
治诸疳。和脾胃。
使君子仁（一两） 川芎（一分生） 浓朴（去粗皮生姜汁涂炙用一分） 陈皮（一分去白秤）
上为细末。炼蜜和丸皂子大。三岁以上一粒。以下半粒。陈米饮化下。无时。
二香青蟾丸
治久疳积热。面青口干。咬甲 眉。爱盐食土。咳嗽。肚大青筋。柴瘦 羸。
母丁香（三个） 麝香（半字） 青黛（一分） 蟾（一只去肠肚炙令焦黄）
上为细末。煮浆水饭和丸粟米大。温水送下三丸。无时。
芦荟丸
治五疳不长肌肉。食减。日渐黄瘦。
芦荟 芜荑（去皮） 青黛 槟榔 黄连（去须各一分） 胡黄连（半两） 蝉壳（二十一个去土） 猪胆
（二个） 麝香（少许）
上除猪胆外。为细末。却用猪胆和丸麻子大。每服五七丸。米饮下。无时。
橘连丸
治疳气脾胃不和。饮食不化。日渐羸瘦。
陈皮（一两） 黄连（去须一两半米泔浸一宿）
上为细末。别研麝香末半钱拌匀。用猪胆七个。分药入胆内。浆水煮。候至临熟。各以针微扎破。以熟
为度。取出。入粟米饭和丸绿豆大。每服一二十丸。米饮下。无时。
熊胆丸
治疳羸瘦。熊胆使君子仁各等分。研细。放入瓷器中蒸熔。宿蒸饼就丸麻子大。米饮送下二十丸。无时。
蜗牛壳
治一切诸疳。以蜗牛壳七个。洗去尘土晒干。纳酥蜜于壳中。瓷器盛之。纸封糊盖。于蒸饭下
时盛 中。蒸至饭熟。取出细研。渐渐令服。一日至尽。
香蟾丹
治诸疳肌瘦。肚大筋多。发稀脚细。
干蟾（五个水浸去骨用瓦藏瓶一个顶上取一窍入蟾肉在内盐泥固济通留窍子木炭火烧烟息存性取出放地上
一宿出火毒为末） 胡黄连（二两） 蛇蜕（一两烧灰）
地龙（去土半两微炒） 天竺黄（一分） 朱砂（半两研） 麝香（一分研）
上为末匀细。糯米饭和丸黍米大。每服十粒。米饮下。无时。
夜明砂丹
治五疳腹胀。目涩多睡。

上研匀细。粳米饭和丸黍米大。每服十粒。米饮下。无时。
紫霜丸
治诸疳发热。肚大脚细。发穗面黄。宿滞不消。或作寒热。腹内痛疼。经年瘦弱。及中恶等病。

如圣丸
治五疳羸瘦。面黄腹急。盗汗体热。乳食不消。
白芜荑（微炒去皮二两） 黄连（去须） 神曲（炒） 麦 （微炒各一两净）
上为细末。猪胆汁煮糊丸黍米大。每服一二十丸。米饮下。量大小虚实加减。一方有陈皮木香各半两。又名
益儿丸。
鳖甲黄连丸
治诸疳羸瘦。发热盗汗寒热。肚大脚细。不肯进乳食。气粗促急。脾胃不调等证。
鳖甲（童子小便米醋各半盏慢火上蘸炙至尽色焦黄） 黄连（用巴豆七个去皮膜用水一盏同煮水尽去巴豆不
用只使黄连） 白术 人参（去芦） 茯苓 甘草（炙） 川楝子（肉） 使君子（仁） 木香 草豆蔻（炮去皮）
柴胡（去芦） 陈皮（去白） 草龙胆（各半两）
上为细末。 猪胆汁和丸绿豆大。每服一二十丸。米饮下。如有潮热。体热不解。乌梅汤下。
熊胆丸
治一切诸疳羸瘦。
熊胆 芦荟 胡黄连（各半两） 牛黄（一分研） 麝香（一钱研） 蟾酥（少许研入面煮糊和剂）
上匀细末。入蟾酥糊和丸绿豆大。每服五七丸。麝香汤下。
金瓜丸
治疳热黄瘦。作热发渴。久服解热。进食肥肌。
黄连（去须） 黄柏 甘草（炙） 青皮（去穣各等分）
上为细末。 猪胆汁和匀。却入胆中。线系定。于银石器内。以浆水煮五七沸。取出。风里悬一宿。于胆内

肥肌丸
治五疳黄瘦。久不美食。手与脚俱浮肿。烦渴饮水。常服退热肥肌。杀虫去疳。此卫小儿之宝也。

上为细末。面糊和丸麻子大。朱砂为衣，每服十丸十五丸。米饮下。腹胀橘皮汤下。无时。
香蟾丸
治诸疳。
大蟾（一只去肠肚好醋浸三日焙焦干） 芜荑（去皮一分） 黄连（去须一分） 甘草（一分炙） 夜明砂
（半合用粳米百粒同炒至焦黄去米） 使君子（去壳一分） 麝香（一字研）
上为细末。猪胆汁和丸萝卜子大。每服五七丸。米饮下。无时。

牛黄煎
治诸疳食伤。气胀体瘦。壮热发穗。多困 羸。齿烂鼻疮。
泻痢丁奚。潮热等疾。
大蟾（一只去皮骨肚肠炙焦为末用无灰酒一盏 猪胆一个取汁同蒸成膏） 黄连 诃子（炮取肉） 使君子
仁蝉壳（去土） 没石子 芦荟 芜荑（去扇） 熊胆 夜明砂 朱砂（水飞） 雄黄（水飞各一钱） 牛黄
（一钱别研） 麝香（一钱别研） 脑子（半钱别研）
木香 肉豆蔻（面裹煨去面二味春夏用半分秋冬一分）
上为末。入蟾膏和丸麻子大，米饮下五七丸。惊疳金银薄荷汤下。干疳腹胀桃仁茴香汤下。疳蛔东引石榴
苦楝根汤下。五岁上者十丸。此药尤治疳痢。若挟热者不可服。
黄连丸
治疳气眼涩多困。手足发热。脾胃虚弱。发黄作穗。渐渐羸瘦。不思乳食。
胡黄连 使君子肉 白芜荑（去扇各一分） 巴豆（十四个去皮膜出油尽）
上为末。猪胆汁和丸麻子大。每服三五丸。米饮下。空心日二服。
芦荟丸
治五疳面黄肌瘦。腹胀发穗。目涩口臭。 烂鼻疮。咬甲 眉。爱吃泥土。泻痢无度。寒热往来。
干蟾 大皂角（二味等分同烧存性为末每一两用下项药） 青黛（一分研） 芦荟（一钱研） 麝香（一钱
研） 朱砂（一钱研水飞）
上为末和匀。浸蒸饭和丸麻子大。每三岁下儿一十丸。上者以意加至二十丸。温水饮送下。无时。
龙胆丸
治诸疳发热。
龙胆草（去芦） 黄连（去须） 使君子肉 青皮（去穣各等分）
上为细末。猪胆汁和丸萝卜子大。每服一二十丸。熟水下。无时。
粉糖丸
治疳。爱食泥土。以腻粉一分。用沙糖拌和。丸如麻子大。米饮下一丸。良久取下
泥土。立瘥。
龙粉丸
治疳渴饮水。
龙胆草（去芦） 淀粉（微炒） 乌梅肉（焙秤） 黄连（去须各半两）
上为细末。炼蜜和丸麻子大。米饮下一二十丸。
香葛散
治如前。
藿香（去土） 干葛 甘草（炙各一两） 白梅肉（半两炒）
上同为细末。煎浮萍草汤调下半钱。量大小与服。无时。
熊胆丸
治疳瘦肚肿。烦渴吃水。
熊胆 雄黄 佛顶青（各半两入麝香少许同研） 肉桂（末） 人参（各一钱末）
上为末同匀。糯米粥和丸绿豆大。每服五七丸。米饮下。无时。此方大妙。
推水散
治疳渴众药不效。
天仙子（不拘多少新瓦上焙干四月间采又名水仙子乃蝌蚪也） 干姜（一两炮） 乌梅肉（一两焙秤）
汤瓶碱(半两) 甘草(一分)
上为细末。每服半钱或一字。煎水索头汤放冷调下。无时。良久推水不要饮。是效。
覆蚕丸
治诸疳泻痢惊风等疾。久不痊瘥。及断乳后羸瘦。 羸渐困。不能治者。回生神妙。
覆蚕（一个以线串其头阴干只取向后有粪处细研。覆蚕是第二次出者蚕） 辰砂（三分研水飞） 麝香（三
字研） 荜茇（三钱半） 雄黄（三钱半研水飞） 胡黄连（三钱半）
上为末。以新蒸粟米饭一块。泥裹煨之。取中心软者和药。丸绿豆大。每服五七丸。麝香汤送下。
鸡肉煎丸
治十岁以上疳劳壮热。形瘦骨热。渐成劳瘵者。
宣连（去须土二两） 柴胡（去芦一两） 芜荑（去扇半两） 川鹤虱（半两） 知母（一两） 秦艽（去
芦并土净一两） 黄芩（一两） 使君子肉（一两）
上为细末。以黄雌鸡一只。重一斤许者笼之。专以大麻子饲五日。杀之。去毛令净。于臀间开一孔。去肠肚
净洗拭干。入药末在鸡腹内。以线缝合。用一小甑。先于甑底铺黑豆浓三寸。顿鸡在中。四傍又以黑豆围塞。上
亦以黑豆盖之。自日出蒸至晚衙后。放温冷取鸡。出腹中药别顿。将鸡掰剔去筋骨头翅。以净肉研和药得所。如
干入少酒。糊丸如麻子大及绿豆大两等。每服一二十丸。以意量大小加减。空心临卧煎麦门冬熟水下。如疳劳骨
热发蒸。年十五以上。温酒下。忌猪肉。
蝎虎丹
治一切诸疳。羸瘦下痢。证候全备。又如有邪。此乃疳毒传深。俗呼无辜者。此乃疳毒也。
干蝎虎（雄者一个微炒） 蜗牛壳（一分细研） 兰香根（一分） 靛花（一分） 雄黄（一分研水飞）
麝香（一分研） 龙脑（半分研）
上为末。入研拌匀。米醋煮面糊和丸黍米大。每服十粒。煎芝麻汤下。乳食后。量大小轻重加减。无时。
香甲汤
治如前。能祛毒辟邪。
漏芦（去芦一两） 沉香（半两锉） 牛蒡子（半两微炒） 安息香（半两） 诃黎勒皮（半两微炒） 鳖
甲（涂酥炙焦黄去裙 半两） 乳香（半两研细）
上为末匀细。每服一钱。水八分。入人参少许。同煎至四分。去滓温服。量大小加减。无时。
大麝香丹
治诸疳积癖羸瘦。肚大青筋。头重项细。腹中有积。毛焦气急。俗呼为丁奚。呼为无辜。此皆疳证也。
麝香（半两研） 朱砂（半两研水飞） 粉霜（半两研） 五灵脂（拣净一两） 肉豆蔻（面裹煨一两）
干蟾（一两） 夜明砂（半两） 白矾（枯半两） 地龙（去土一分炒） 干蜣螂（七个去翅足炙黄焦）
上为细末。入研拌匀。炼蜜和丸黍米大。每服五七粒。温水下。无时。
问命散
一切诸疳。可分轻重逆顺。
瓜蒂（半两） 细辛（去苗一分） 干地龙（去土一分炒） 白矾灰（一分） 藜芦（去芦一分）
上为细末。每用少许吹鼻中。得嚏即吉。若有虫出即愈。
治小儿脑疳鼻痒。毛发作穗。面黄羸瘦。以鲫鱼胆汁滴鼻中。连三五日效。
治小儿腹疳 以蜘蛛烧熟啖之。
治小儿疳热。烦渴干瘦。 以蜗牛三四十个。放一净盘中。以物盖之。令行。即有涎似银泥。同腻粉和揩。
便丸如黍米大。温水送下三丸，无时。
治小儿疳渴。饮冷水不休。 麝香人中白各一分同为末。蒸饼和丸麻子大。一二岁服二丸。煎皂子汤送下。

还肌散
治小儿疳泻。及洞泻谷不化。
肉豆蔻（一个） 诃子（二个去核） 没石子（一个三味各用大麦面裹慢火煨焦黄香熟勿令有烟出） 木香
（半皂子大）
上为细末。每服半钱。米饮调下。如人行五里久。更进一服。神验。仍调服。须用陈米饮也。
又方 治如前。
黄连（去须一两） 木香（半两） 芜荑（去扇一分） 槟榔（一个）
上为末。猪胆汁和丸绿豆大。每服十丸。米饮下。无时。作三等丸。量大小与服。治疳痢日夜无度。
五疳保童丸
治疗五脏各类疳证。所有疳证均适用。
青黛（研磨）、雄黄（研磨）、麝香（研磨）、芦荟（研磨）、熊胆（研磨）、胡黄连、黄连（去除须根）、龙胆（去除芦头）、苦楝皮（取树皮）、虾蟆灰、蜗牛（微炒）、白鱼（炙至焦黄，若无则用炒白的芜荑代替）、夜明砂（微炒）、五倍子、青皮（去除白色内层）、天浆子（微炒，以上各一钱）、蟾头（一枚，炙至黄色）。
将上述药物研成细末。用糯米饭调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每岁小儿服用十丸。用温米汤送服。每日三次。服药时间不拘。
龙香散
治疗五种疳证导致的身体消瘦憔悴。多啼哭叫唤。口疮生穗状溃疡。
白术（一分）、石胆（半钱，研磨）、龙齿（一钱）、陈皮（研末一钱）、麝香（半字，研磨）。
将上述药物研成细末。每次服用半钱。用米汤调下。两岁以下小儿服用一字量。服药时间不拘。
圣功散
治疗五种疳证。取苦楝根皮中生长于向东枝条上的部分。用淘米水浸泡一夜。与鹤虱各等分。将这两味药研成细末拌匀。每次服用半钱。用熟开水调下。连续服用两次。服药时间不拘。
使君子丸
治疗各种疳证。调和脾胃。
使君子仁（一两）、川芎（一分，生用）、浓朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁涂后炙用，一分）、陈皮（一分，去除白色内层，秤定）。
将上述药物研成细末。用炼蜜调和制成如皂荚子大小的丸剂。三岁以上小儿服用一粒。以下减半粒。用陈米汤化开送服。服药时间不拘。
二香青蟾丸
治疗久患疳证积热。面色青黄。口干。咬指甲眉毛。喜爱吃盐、泥土。咳嗽。腹部胀大且可见青筋。身体柴瘦羸弱。
母丁香（三个）、麝香（半字）、青黛（一分）、蟾（一只，去除肠肚，炙至焦黄）。
将上述药物研成细末。用煮过的浆水饭调和制成如粟米大小的丸剂。温水送下三丸。服药时间不拘。
芦荟丸
治疗五种疳证导致肌肉不长。食欲减退。日渐黄瘦。
芦荟、芜荑（去皮）、青黛、槟榔、黄连（去须，以上各一分）、胡黄连（半两）、蝉壳（二十一个，去土）、猪胆（二个）、麝香（少许）。
除猪胆外，将其他药物研成细末。然后用猪胆汁调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
橘连丸
治疗疳气导致脾胃不和。饮食不消化。日渐消瘦。
陈皮（一两）、黄连（去须一两半，用淘米水浸泡一夜）。
将上述药物研成细末。另外单独研磨麝香末半钱并拌匀。用七个猪胆，将药粉分别装入胆内。用浆水煮。等到快要煮熟时，用针在胆上微微扎破。以煮熟为度。取出。加入粟米饭调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一二十丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
熊胆丸
治疗疳证导致的身体羸瘦。熊胆与使君子仁各等分。研磨细。放入瓷器中蒸熔。用隔夜蒸饼调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。用米汤送下二十丸。服药时间不拘。
蜗牛壳
治疗一切诸疳。取蜗牛壳七个，洗去尘土晒干。将酥蜜填入壳中。用瓷器盛装。用纸封糊盖子。在蒸饭时放在饭上一起蒸，直到饭熟。取出后细细研磨。逐渐让患儿服用。一天内服完。
香蟾丹
治疗诸疳导致的肌肉消瘦。腹部胀大筋脉显露。头发稀疏脚细。
干蟾（五个，用水浸泡去除骨骼，用一个瓦瓶，在瓶顶开一个孔，将蟾肉放入其中，用盐泥密封固定，只留通气孔。用木炭火烧至烟尽存性，取出放在地上一晚以去火毒，研成末）、胡黄连（二两）、蛇蜕（一两，烧成灰）、地龙（去土半两，微炒）、天竺黄（一分）、朱砂（半两，研磨）、麝香（一分，研磨）。
将上述药物研成均匀细末。用糯米饭调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
夜明砂丹
治疗五种疳证导致的腹胀。眼睛干涩多睡。
夜明砂（一两，微炒）、胡黄连（半两）、龙胆草（去芦半两）、苦楝根皮（半两）、干蟾（五个，烧存性。以上五味先研成末）、青黛、麝香、芦荟（各一分，研磨细）。
将上述药物研匀细。用粳米饭调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
紫霜丸
治疗诸疳发热。腹部胀大脚细。头发结穗状面黄。宿食停滞不消。或出现寒热往来。腹内疼痛。经年消瘦虚弱。以及中恶等疾病。
代赭石（用火煅烧，用米醋淬炼不限次数，以手能捻碎为度，半两，研磨细，水飞）、牛黄（二钱，研磨）、朱砂（一分，研磨）、麝香（一钱，研磨）、鳖甲（一分，醋炙）、巴豆（一分，去皮心膜，榨尽油）、枳壳（去瓤麸炒二钱）、当归（去芦及土二钱，炙）、甘草（三分，炙）、木香（一分）、生犀末（二钱）、大黄（三分）。
将上述药物研成细末。用炼蜜调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用三到五丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
如圣丸
治疗五种疳证导致的身体羸瘦。面黄腹急。盗汗体热。乳食不消化。
白芜荑（微炒去皮二两）、黄连（去须）、神曲（炒）、麦（微炒，以上各一两，净选）。
将上述药物研成细末。用猪胆汁煮糊制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用一二十丸。用米汤送服。根据患儿大小虚实加减用量。另一版本有陈皮、木香各半两。又名益儿丸。
鳖甲黄连丸
治疗诸疳导致的身体羸瘦。发热盗汗寒热。腹部胀大脚细。不肯进食乳食。气粗促急。脾胃不调等证候。
鳖甲（童子小便、米醋各半盏，慢火上蘸炙至尽，颜色焦黄）、黄连（用巴豆七个，去皮膜，用水一盏同煮，水尽后去掉巴豆不用，只用黄连）、白术、人参（去芦）、茯苓、甘草（炙）、川楝子（肉）、使君子（仁）、木香、草豆蔻（炮制去皮）、柴胡（去芦）、陈皮（去白）、草龙胆（以上各半两）。
将上述药物研成细末。用猪胆汁调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一二十丸。用米汤送服。如果有潮热，体热不解，用乌梅汤送下。
熊胆丸
治疗一切诸疳导致的身体羸瘦。
熊胆、芦荟、胡黄连（各半两）、牛黄（一分，研磨）、麝香（一钱，研磨）、蟾酥（少许，研磨后入面煮糊和剂）。
将上述药物研成均匀细末。加入蟾酥糊调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸。用麝香汤送服。
金瓜丸
治疗疳热导致的黄瘦。发热口渴。长期服用可解热。增进食欲，使肌肉丰满。
黄连（去须）、黄柏、甘草（炙）、青皮（去瓤，以上各等分）。
将上述药物研成细末。用猪胆汁和匀。再放入胆中。用线系定。在银石器内，用浆水煮五到七沸。取出。在风中悬挂一夜。从胆中取出药放入钵中。再加入少许麝香。共同研磨烂匀。制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。三岁以下服用五到七丸。三岁以上数十丸。空腹用米饮汤送服。每日三次。服药时间不拘。
肥肌丸
治疗五种疳证导致的黄瘦。长期食欲不振。手脚都浮肿。烦渴饮水。常服可退热肥肌。杀虫去疳。这是保卫小儿的宝物。
川楝子（去复选肉二两）、川芎（二两）、橘皮（拣净四两）、龙胆（去芦二两）、巴豆（十四个，去皮同橘皮、龙胆炒至焦黄，去掉巴豆不用）。
将上述药物研成细末。用面糊调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。朱砂为衣。每次服用十丸或十五丸。用米汤送服。若腹胀，用橘皮汤送服。服药时间不拘。
香蟾丸
治疗诸疳。
大蟾（一只，去除肠肚，用好醋浸泡三天，焙焦干）、芜荑（去皮一分）、黄连（去须一分）、甘草（一分，炙）、夜明砂（半合，用粳米百粒同炒至焦黄，去掉米）、使君子（去壳一分）、麝香（一字，研磨）。
将上述药物研成细末。用猪胆汁调和制成如萝卜子大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。
又方 名称相同 主治相同。
干蟾（三个，酥炙焦黄）、五灵脂（去沙石二两）、蝉壳（去土半两）、雄黄（半两，研磨飞制）、诃子肉（半两）、母丁香（半两）、胡黄连（一两）、黄连（去须一两）、使君子仁（一两）、青黛（一分）。
将上述药物研成细末。用面糊调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。汤剂送下二三十丸。服药时间不拘。

鳖甲（去裙边，醋炙黄）、虾蟆（炙黄）、诃子（炮制取肉）、木香（以上各一两）、芦荟（研磨）、铁粉（研磨）、雄黄（研磨飞制）、胡黄连（以上各半两）、麝香（二钱，研磨）。
将上述药物都研成粉末一样细匀。用糊剂制成如粟米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸。用米汤送服。病情严重身体极度羸瘦者。不超过五到七次服用即可痊愈。曾经有效验证。
牛黄煎
治疗诸疳因饮食损伤。气胀身体消瘦。高热发穗。多困倦羸弱。牙齿腐烂鼻疮。
泻痢丁奚。潮热等疾病。
大蟾（一只，去除皮骨肚肠，炙焦研成末。用无灰酒一盏、猪胆一个取汁，共同蒸成膏）、黄连、诃子（炮制取肉）、使君子仁、蝉壳（去土）、没石子、芦荟、芜荑（去扇）、熊胆、夜明砂、朱砂（水飞）、雄黄（水飞，以上各一钱）、牛黄（一钱，另研）、麝香（一钱，另研）、脑子（半钱，另研）、木香、肉豆蔻（面裹煨去面，以上两味春夏用半分，秋冬用一分）。
将上述药物研成末。加入蟾膏调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。用米汤送服五到七丸。惊疳用金银薄荷汤送下。干疳腹胀用桃仁茴香汤送下。疳蛔用东引石榴苦楝根汤送下。五岁以上服用十丸。此药尤其治疗疳痢。如果夹杂热邪者不可服用。
黄连丸
治疗疳气导致的眼涩多困。手足发热。脾胃虚弱。发黄作穗。渐渐消瘦。不思乳食。
胡黄连、使君子肉、白芜荑（去扇，以上各一分）、巴豆（十四个，去皮膜，榨尽油）。
将上述药物研成末。用猪胆汁调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用三到五丸。用米汤送服。空腹每日两次服用。
芦荟丸
治疗五种疳证导致的面黄肌瘦。腹胀发穗。眼涩口臭。口舌糜烂鼻疮。咬指甲眉毛。爱吃泥土。泻痢无度。寒热往来。
干蟾、大皂角（以上两味等分同烧存性研成末，每一两用以下药物）、青黛（一分，研磨）、芦荟（一钱，研磨）、麝香（一钱，研磨）、朱砂（一钱，研磨水飞）。
将上述药物研匀。用浸过的蒸饭调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每三岁以下的儿童服用十丸。以上的酌情加至二十丸。用温水送下。服药时间不拘。
龙胆丸
治疗诸疳发热。
龙胆草（去芦）、黄连（去须）、使君子肉、青皮（去瓤，以上各等分）。
将上述药物研成细末。用猪胆汁调和制成如萝卜子大小的丸剂。每次服用一二十丸。用熟水送下。服药时间不拘。
粉糖丸
治疗疳证。喜爱吃泥土。用腻粉一分，用沙糖拌和。制成如麻子大小的丸剂。用米汤送服一丸。过一会儿排出泥土。立刻痊愈。
龙粉丸
治疗疳证口渴饮水。
龙胆草（去芦）、淀粉（微炒）、乌梅肉（焙干秤重）、黄连（去须，以上各半两）。
将上述药物研成细末。用炼蜜调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。用米汤送服一二十丸。
香葛散
治疗如上所述。
藿香（去土）、干葛、甘草（炙，以上各一两）、白梅肉（半两，炒）。
将上述药物共同研成细末。煎浮萍草汤调下半钱。根据患儿大小给药。服药时间不拘。
熊胆丸
治疗疳证消瘦腹部肿胀。烦渴喝水。
熊胆、雄黄、佛顶青（以上各半两，入少许麝香共同研磨）、肉桂（末）、人参（以上各一钱，末）。
将上述药物研匀。用糯米粥调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。此方非常奇妙。
推水散
治疗疳证口渴，众药无效。
天仙子（不拘多少，新瓦上焙干，四月间采集，又名水仙子，乃蝌蚪也）、干姜（一两，炮制）、乌梅肉（一两，焙干秤重）、汤瓶碱（半两）、甘草（一分）。
将上述药物研成细末。每次服用半钱或一字。煎水索头汤放冷调下。服药时间不拘。过一会儿推下水液不要饮用。这是有效的。
覆蚕丸
治疗诸疳泻痢惊风等疾病。长期不痊愈。以及断乳后身体羸瘦。逐渐困倦。不能治愈者。有回生神妙之效。
覆蚕（一个，用线串其头阴干，只取向后有粪便处细研。覆蚕是第二次出的蚕）、辰砂（三分，研磨水飞）、麝香（三字，研磨）、荜茇（三钱半）、雄黄（三钱半，研磨水飞）、胡黄连（三钱半）。
将上述药物研成末。用新蒸粟米饭一块，用泥包裹煨之。取中心软的部分和药。制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七丸。用麝香汤送下。
鸡肉煎丸
治疗十岁以上疳劳壮热。形体消瘦骨热。渐渐形成劳瘵者。
宣连（去须土二两）、柴胡（去芦一两）、芜荑（去扇半两）、川鹤虱（半两）、知母（一两）、秦艽（去芦并土净一两）、黄芩（一两）、使君子肉（一两）。
将上述药物研成细末。取一只黄雌鸡，重约一斤，关在笼中。专门用大麻子喂养五天。杀死它。去毛使其干净。在臀部开一个孔。去除肠肚洗净擦干。将药末放入鸡腹内。用线缝合。用小甑。先在甑底铺黑豆厚三寸。将鸡放在中间。四周也用黑豆围塞。上面也用黑豆盖住。从日出蒸到晚衙后。放温冷取出鸡。取出腹中药另放。将鸡掰剔去筋骨头翅。用净肉研磨和药得当。如果太干加入少量酒。糊丸如麻子大及绿豆大两种规格。每次服用一二十丸。根据情况酌情加减。空腹临睡前煎麦门冬熟水送下。如果是疳劳骨热发蒸。十五岁以上。用温酒送下。忌猪肉。
蝎虎丹
治疗一切诸疳。身体羸瘦下痢。证候齐全。又有如有邪气。这是疳毒传变深入。俗呼为无辜者。这是疳毒。
干蝎虎（雄性一个，微炒）、蜗牛壳（一分，细研）、兰香根（一分）、靛花（一分）、雄黄（一分，研磨水飞）、麝香（一分，研磨）、龙脑（半分，研磨）。
将上述药物研成末。加入研磨拌匀。用米醋煮面糊调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十粒。煎芝麻汤送下。乳食后。根据大小轻重加减。服药时间不拘。
香甲汤
治疗如上所述。能祛毒辟邪。
漏芦（去芦一两）、沉香（半两，锉）、牛蒡子（半两，微炒）、安息香（半两）、诃黎勒皮（半两，微炒）、鳖甲（涂酥炙焦黄去裙边半两）、乳香（半两，研细）。
将上述药物研成均匀细末。每次服用一钱。水八分。加入少许人参。共同煎至四分。去渣温服。根据大小加减。服药时间不拘。
大麝香丹
治疗诸疳积癖羸瘦。腹部胀大青筋。头重项细。腹中有积。毛发焦枯气急。俗呼为丁奚。呼为无辜。这都是疳证。
麝香（半两，研磨）、朱砂（半两，研磨水飞）、粉霜（半两，研磨）、五灵脂（拣净一两）、肉豆蔻（面裹煨一两）、干蟾（一两）、夜明砂（半两）、白矾（枯半两）、地龙（去土一分，炒）、干蜣螂（七个，去翅足炙黄焦）。
将上述药物研成细末。加入研磨拌匀。用炼蜜调和制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七粒。温水送下。服药时间不拘。
问命散
一切诸疳。可分轻重逆顺。
瓜蒂（半两）、细辛（去苗一分）、干地龙（去土一分，炒）、白矾灰（一分）、藜芦（去芦一分）。
将上述药物研成细末。每次用少许吹入鼻中。打喷嚏即为吉兆。如果有虫出来即愈。
治疗小儿脑疳鼻痒。毛发结穗状。面黄羸瘦。用鲫鱼胆汁滴入鼻中。连续三五天见效。
治疗小儿腹疳。将蜘蛛烧熟吃掉。
治疗小儿疳热。烦渴干瘦。取蜗牛三四十个，放在一个干净的盘中。用东西盖上。让它们爬行。就会有像银泥一样的涎液。同腻粉混合涂抹。然后制成如黍米大小的丸剂。温水送下三丸。服药时间不拘。
治疗小儿疳渴。喝冷水不停。麝香、人中白各一分，同为末。蒸饼调和制成如麻子大小的丸剂。一二岁服用二丸。煎皂子汤送下。空腹服用。
还肌散
治疗小儿疳泻。以及洞泻谷不化。
肉豆蔻（一个）、诃子（二个，去核）、没石子（一个，以上三味各用大麦面包裹，慢火煨至焦黄香熟，不要让烟冒出）、木香（半皂子大）。
将上述药物研成细末。每次服用半钱。用米汤调下。如人行走五里的时间后。再进一服。神验。仍需调服。必须用陈米汤。
又方 治疗如上所述。
黄连（去须一两）、木香（半两）、芜荑（去扇一分）、槟榔（一个）。
将上述药物研成末。用猪胆汁调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸。用米汤送服。服药时间不拘。制成三等丸剂。根据大小给药。治疗疳痢日夜无度。
Wugan Baotong Wan (Five-Kind Glandular Disease Child-Protection Pill)
Treats various glandular diseases (Gan syndrome, a pediatric condition characterized by malnutrition and accumulation) of the five Zang organs. Applicable to all types of Gan syndrome.

Treats the five kinds of Gan syndrome causing emaciation and frailty. Frequent crying and calling. Mouth ulcers forming穗-like lesions.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, one fen), Shidan (Chalcanthite, half qian, ground), Longchi (Dragon Tooth, one qian), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, powdered one qian), Shexiang (Musk, half zi, ground).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Each dose: half qian. Mix with rice water and take. For children under two years old, administer one zi dose. Administration time is unrestricted.
Shenggong San (Holy Merit Powder)
Treats the five kinds of Gan syndrome. Use the root bark of Melia azedarach growing on eastward branches. Soak in rice washing water overnight. Mix with equal parts of Piretrum Capitulum (Chanshi). Grind these two ingredients into a powder and mix well. Each dose: half qian. Mix with boiled water and take. Consecutively take two doses. Administration time is unrestricted.
Shijunzi Wan (Quinine Pill)
Treats various Gan syndromes. Harmonizes the Spleen and Stomach.
Shijunzi Ren (Casuarinae Fructus, one liang), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, one fen, raw), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, remove rough bark, coat with ginger juice and roast, one fen), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, one fen, remove albedo and weigh).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of soap pods. For children over three years old, administer one pill. For younger children, half a pill. Dissolve in aged rice water and take. Administration time is unrestricted.
Erxiang Qingchan Wan (Two-Fragrance Green Toad Pill)

Lvhui Wan (Aloe Pill)

Lvhui (Aloe), Wuyi (Xanthoceras Seed, remove skin), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Binglang (Areca Seed), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove stamens, each one fen), Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma, half liang), Chanqiao (Cicada Slough, twenty-one pieces, remove soil), Zhudan (Pig Gallbladder, two pieces), Shexiang (Musk, a small amount).

Woniu Ke (Snail Shell)
Treats all kinds of Gan syndromes. Take seven snail shells. Wash away dust and dry. Fill the shells with Su Mi (Butter and Honey). Store in a porcelain container. Seal with paper paste. Xiangchan Dan (Fragrant Toad Elixir)
Treats Gan syndrome causing muscle emaciation. Abdominal distension with prominent veins. Sparse hair and thin legs.
Ganchan (Dried Toad, five pieces, soak in water to remove bones, place in a clay bottle with a hole at the top, insert toad meat, seal with salt mud leaving only an air vent. Grind the above ingredients into a uniform fine powder. Add Chansu (Toad Venom) paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Each dose: five to seven pills. Take with Shexiang Tang (Musk Decoction).
Jin Gua Wan (Golden Melon Pill)
Treats Gan heat causing yellowing and emaciation. Fever and thirst. Long-term use resolves heat. Promotes appetite and muscle gain.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, remove stamens), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, remove pulp, each equal part).

Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma), Shijunzi Rou (Casuarinae Fructus Flesh), Bai Wuyi (Xanthoceras Seed, remove fan, each one fen), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, fourteen pieces, remove skin and membrane, press out oil completely).

For every one liang of this powder, add the following): Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, one fen, ground), Lvhui (Aloe, one qian, ground), Shexiang (Musk, one qian, ground), Zhusha (Cinnabar, one qian, ground and water levigated).
