《灵苑》木香丸 兼治小儿七岁以上，五般疳气，肚痛腹胀，气喘方。

上件药一十五味，精细拣择，杵为末，以瓷罐盛，密封系。如要服食，用生牵牛子末二两，药末二两同研，
合和一处，以炼蜜为丸如梧桐子大。心腹胀满，一切风劳冷气，脐下刺痛，口吐清水，醋心， 癖气块。男
子肾脏风毒，攻刺诸处，及香港脚，目眩头痛，心间不快者，临卧用橘皮汤下三十丸，来日微转为度。如未瘥，
则每夜更服十丸，觉安便止。忽浑身壮热，四肢疼痛不可忍，口内狂言，此是阳毒伤寒，经三日后，临卧时
温水下三十丸。如未转时，更加丸数。妇人血海不调刺痛，积年血块，胃口呕逆涎沫，手足烦，头热，不思
茶饭，用生姜汤下三十丸，以转为度。如未瘥，则每夜更服十丸，疾瘥即止。小儿七岁以上，五般疳气，肚
痛腹胀，气喘，空心用生姜汤下三、五丸。饱闷不消，腹泄不止，临卧暖酒下三十丸，一服必愈。若食毒痈
疽发背，半身不遂，并皆治之。
《谭氏殊圣方》∶五岁疳传力最微，频频 更饶啼，形容疲弱声无力，满口生疮发又稀。此病名为疳膈疾，三
焦流转却还脾，紫花石胆当门子，红橘苍甘请不疑。
龙香散
白术（炮，一分） 石胆（半钱，研） 麝香（少许） 龙齿 陈皮（末。各一钱）
上为末，米饮下半钱，二岁以下一字。
《谭氏殊圣》∶治五疳羸瘦，毛发稀疏，揉鼻咬甲，好食泥土，腹大颈细，痢如泔淀，乳食不消，小便白浊。
虾蟆丸方
绿矾（半斤，为末） 枣（一升半，去核）
上先用醋五升，并矾煮枣熟，后入黄连四两，诃子去核二两，使君子二两，夜明砂二两，虾蟆四个，烧灰
存性同捣碎，入前药内搅匀，直到干焦为度；再杵，罗为末，枣肉丸如黍米大。三、四岁每服三十丸，米饮
下。乳食前。
汉东王先生《家宝》治小儿五疳，不长肌肤，不思饮食，日渐黄瘦，常服杀虫。芦荟丸方
芦荟 芜荑（去皮） 青黛 槟榔 宣连（各一分） 蝉壳（二十一个） 胡黄连（半两） 真

上为末，猪胆为丸如大麻子大。每服五、七丸。十岁小儿三二十丸，并用饭饮吞下。
张涣夜明丹 治五疳腹胀，目涩多睡方。
夜明砂（一两，微炒） 干虾蟆（五个，烧存性，并为细末。次用） 芦荟 青黛 胡黄连 草

上件一处拌匀，粳米饭和丸如黍米大。每服十粒，米饮下，不拘时候。量儿大小加减。
《婴童宝鉴》治小儿五疳。圣功散方
苦楝根（生子东引者，米泔浸一宿） 鹤虱
上件为散，每服半钱。熟水调下，连进二服。
西京丁左藏柏叶散 治五疳脚细肚胀方。
侧柏叶（五两，干、为末） 白附子（炮） 蜣螂（炮熟，焙干） 麦芽（炒。各一两） 木
香（三钱） 伏苓 人参 青皮（去白。各一分）
上为细末。每服一钱，米饮调下。忌生冷、油腻、果子。
西京丁左藏芦荟丸 治小儿五疳方。

上为细末，蒸饼心和丸芥菜子大。空心米饮下，三岁五丸。
西京丁左藏青黛丸 治小儿五疳方。

上为细末，生醋为丸如黄米大。每服二丸，空心温酒下。
《刘氏家传》治小儿五疳羸瘦，合面卧地，筋青脑热，吐泻无度，浑身壮热，口舌生疮，痢下脓血，心腹胀满，
喘促气急，乳食全少，多啼呕逆，饮食不化。或时憎寒，多涕咳嗽，鼻下赤烂，十指皆痒，蚀于唇齿，生疮
出血，肛门不收，毛发焦黄，但是疳疾神效。金蟾丸方

《张氏家传》香蟾丸 治五疳。杀虫消肚膨，止痛住泻痢，生肌肤方。

上各等分为末，猪胆、面糊为丸如此○大。每服四十粒，用饭饮吞下，不拘时，一日二服至三服。忌生冷、
宿食、毒物。

五灵脂 黄连
上等分捣，罗为末，用蒸饼滴水为丸如黍米大。每服五丸至七丸，米饮汤吞下。

熊胆 芜荑（去皮。各一钱） 麝香（一字） 胡黄连（别杵为末，秤一分） 大干蟾（用上，
别去膊，锉碎，入在藏瓶内，盐泥固济，以炭火烧通红，取出停一夜，取药研为细末，秤一分）
上件先将芜荑研极细，次入麝香，次入胡黄连、蟾末，研令匀，倾出，却研熊胆，以沸汤熔化，再入前四
味，更研令匀，糊为丸如绿豆大。每服二、三岁十丸，四、五岁十五丸。米饮下，食前服。
《庄氏家传》熊胆丸 治小儿五疳八痢，肌瘦体黄，虽进奶食，不长肌肤，及疗诸疳等疾方。

芦荟 宣连 胡黄连（三味等分，同入汤浸，慢火煎令味浓）
上揉宿蒸饼和得所，丸如绿豆大。空心，米饮下。随小儿大小加减丸数，若能只服浓药汁尤妙。
《王氏手集》治五疳，消化宿滞，进食长肌，肥孩儿。保童丸方
胡黄连 草龙胆（末，炒紫色，秤各半两） 使君子 木香 芦荟（细研。各一钱） 大麦 （半两。

上为细末，同研令细，用醋糊为丸如绿豆大。每服十粒至十五粒，米饮下，不计时候。服此药大治小儿疳腹胀。

下一丸。奶母忌鸭肉三、五日。如诸般惊积在腹，并疳蛔肚胀，危困不可治者，此药治之。
《朱氏家传》治五般疳气。黄连丸方
黄连 芜荑（炒，去衣） 龙胆草 郁金（各等分）
上为末，米糊为丸麻子大。每服十丸，饭汤下。
长沙医者丁时发传治五疳方。
五疳五色在消详，黑气侵唇入死乡，肚大渴时身火热，雄黄丸子是奇方。雄黄丸
雄黄 黄连（各一分） 巴豆（半分） 白姜（一分。巴豆、白姜用醋一碗，煮干为度，
不用巴豆） 朱砂（一钱）
上件为末，蒸饼心丸。每服五丸、七丸，熟水吞下。
萧景仁献《海上方》治小儿五疳丸
黄连 大黄 黄柏 苦参（各二钱） 芜荑 使君子（一个）
上用醋煮糊为丸如小绿豆大。每服五丸，白汤吞下，空心服。
萧景仁献治小儿患后不思饮食方。
上用黄连，不以多少，为细末， 猪胆为丸如绿豆大。每服五丸，麦门冬熟水吞下。
《灵苑》木香丸：兼治七岁以上小儿，五种疳气（泛指小儿因营养不良或寄生虫引起的慢性消耗性疾病），腹痛腹胀，气喘的方剂。
药材：木香、厚朴（用生姜自然汁浸泡，炙烤至黄色为度）、川大黄（微炒）、人参（以上各一两）、槟榔（三两，以鸡心形者为佳）、芍药、肉桂（去除粗皮）、羌活、京三棱、独活、川芎、干姜（炮制。以上各半两）、肉豆蔻（六个，去壳）、大附子（一分，炮制后去皮和脐）、陈橘皮（二两，用热水浸泡，去除白色内瓤，干燥后取一两）。
以上十五味药，仔细拣选，捣碎成粉末，用瓷罐盛装，密封保存。如需服用，取生牵牛子末二两，与药末二两一同研磨混合均匀，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。若见心腹胀满，一切风劳冷气，脐下刺痛，口吐清水，反酸，癖气块（腹内结块）；男子肾脏风毒，攻刺身体各处，以及脚气病，头晕头痛，心胸不适者，临睡前用橘皮汤送服三十丸，次日以大便通畅为度。如果未痊愈，则每晚加服十丸，感觉舒适即停止。若突然全身高热，四肢疼痛难忍，口中胡言乱语，这是阳毒伤寒，经过三天后，临睡前用温水送服三十丸。如果症状未缓解，可增加丸数。妇人血海不调引起的刺痛，多年血块，胃口呕逆涎沫，手足烦热，头部发热，不思茶饭，用生姜汤送服三十丸，以大便通畅为度。如果未痊愈，则每晚加服十丸，疾病痊愈即止。七岁以上小儿，患五种疳气，腹痛腹胀，气喘，空腹用生姜汤送服三至五丸。饱闷不消化，腹泻不止，临睡前用温酒送服三十丸，一次服用必愈。若食毒痈疽发背，半身不遂，皆能治疗。

先用醋五升，与矾一起煮枣至熟，然后加入黄连四两，去核诃子二两，使君子二两，夜明砂二两，四个蟾蜍，烧灰存性，一同捣碎，加入前面的药中搅拌均匀，直到煎至干焦为止；再捣碎，过筛为末，用枣肉制成黍米大小的丸剂。三至四岁儿童每次服用三十丸，米饮送下。在吃奶吃饭前服用。
汉东王先生《家宝》：治疗小儿五疳，不长肌肉，不思饮食，日渐黄瘦，常服杀虫。芦荟丸方
药材：芦荟、芜荑（去皮）、青黛、槟榔、宣连（以上各一分）、蝉壳（二十一个）、胡黄连（半两）、真麝香（少许）、猪胆（二枚）。
以上药物研为细末，用猪胆汁制成大麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用五至七丸。十岁小儿服用三二十丸，均用饭饮吞服。
张涣夜明丹：治疗五疳腹胀，眼睛干涩多睡。
药材：夜明砂（一两，微炒）、干虾蟆（五个，烧存性，研为细末。其次用以下药物）芦荟、青黛、胡黄连、草龙胆、苦楝根（以上各半两）。
以上药物拌匀，用粳米饭和丸如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，米饮送下，不拘时候。根据孩子大小加减剂量。
《婴童宝鉴》：治疗小儿五疳。圣功散方
药材：苦楝根（生于东方枝引者，米泔水浸泡一夜）、鹤虱。
以上药物研为散剂，每次服用半钱。用熟水调下，连续服用两次。
西京丁左藏柏叶散：治疗五疳脚细肚胀。
药材：侧柏叶（五两，干燥，研为末）、白附子（炮制）、蜣螂（炮熟，焙干）、麦芽（炒。以上各一两）、木香（三钱）、茯苓、人参、青皮（去白。以上各一分）。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，米饮调下。忌食生冷、油腻、水果。
西京丁左藏芦荟丸：治疗小儿五疳。
药材：青黛、胡黄连、麝香、芦荟、雷丸、贯众、牛黄（生用）、鹤虱（以上各半两）、地龙、蛇蜕（烧灰。以上各一分）。
以上药物研为细末，用蒸饼心和丸如芥菜子大小。空腹时米饮送下，三岁儿童服五丸。
西京丁左藏青黛丸：治疗小儿五疳。
药材：青黛、雄黄、牛黄、麝香、巴豆（去心膜。以上各一分）、胡黄连（半分）。
以上药物研为细末，用生醋制成黄米大小的丸剂。每次服用二丸，空腹时温酒送下。
《刘氏家传》：治疗小儿五疳身体消瘦，脸朝下卧地，筋脉青紫脑部发热，吐泻无度，全身高热，口舌生疮，痢下脓血，心腹胀满，喘促气急，乳食极少，多啼哭呕吐，饮食不化。有时怕冷，多涕咳嗽，鼻子下方红肿溃烂，十个手指都痒，侵蚀嘴唇牙齿，生疮出血，肛门松弛不收，毛发焦黄，凡是疳疾均有神效。金蟾丸方
药材：干虾蟆（五个，烧灰）、胡黄连、鹤虱、肉豆蔻、苦楝根、白皮、雷丸、芦荟、芜荑（以上各半两）、雄黄（一分，飞过处理）。
以上药物研为末，用面糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂，以雄黄为衣。每次服用十五丸，饭饮送下。
《张氏家传》香蟾丸：治疗五疳。杀虫消腹胀，止痛止泻痢，促进肌肤生长。
药材：干虾蟆（酥炙至黄色）、大黄连（洗，去须）、芜荑仁、芦荟。
以上各等分为末，用猪胆、面糊制成如此○大小的丸剂。每次服用四十粒，用饭饮吞服，不拘时候，一日二至三服。忌食生冷、宿食、毒物。
以上等分捣碎，过筛为末，用蒸饼滴水制成黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用五至七丸，米饮汤吞服。
《张氏家传》五疳丸方
药材：熊胆、芜荑（去皮。以上各一钱）、麝香（一字）、胡黄连（另研为末，称一分）、大干蟾（用上法处理，另去背部，锉碎，放入藏瓶内，用盐泥密封，以炭火烧至通红，取出停放一夜，取药研为细末，称一分）。
以上先将芜荑研极细，次入麝香，再次入胡黄连、蟾末，研磨均匀，倒出，再研熊胆，用沸汤熔化，再次加入前四种药，更研磨均匀，用糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用，二至三岁十丸，四至五岁十五丸。米饮送下，饭前服用。
《庄氏家传》熊胆丸：治疗小儿五疳八痢，肌瘦体黄，虽进食奶类，不长肌肉，以及治疗各种疳疾。
药材：熊胆（一分）、宣连、胡黄连（以上为末）、朱砂（另研）、白芜荑仁、芦荟（以上为研）、草龙胆、木香（以上为末）、麝香（以上各一钱）、肉豆蔻（三个）。
以上十种药物混合研磨均匀，用猪胆取汁化开熊胆和为丸，如小绿豆大小。每次服用，一岁儿三丸，二岁五丸。根据孩子大小加减剂量，每日一服，温米饮送下。
《庄氏家传》：治疗五疳芦荟丸方
药材：芦荟、宣连、胡黄连（三味等分，同入水中浸泡，慢火煎至味道浓稠）。
以上揉合宿蒸饼调和得当，制成绿豆大小的丸剂。空腹时米饮送下。根据小儿大小加减丸数，如果能只服用浓药汁尤佳。
《王氏手集》：治疗五疳，消化宿滞，增进食欲长肌肉，使孩子肥胖。保童丸方
药材：胡黄连、草龙胆（末，炒紫色，称各半两）、使君子、木香、芦荟（细研。以上各一钱）、大麦（半两。巴豆三至七个，去皮心，与大麦同炒，令呈紫色，去掉巴豆不用，以此大麦为末）、川苦楝（一分，炒紫色）。
以上研为细末，共同研磨细腻，用醋糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用十至十五粒，米饮送下，不拘时候。服用此药主要治疗小儿疳腹胀。
《王氏手集》使君子丸：治疗五疳身体消瘦，毛发稀疏，揉鼻咬指甲，喜欢吃泥土，腹部膨大腹泻，痢疾如米泔水样，乳食不消化，小便白浊。增进乳食，杀疳虫。
药材：使君子（二十一个）、没石子、肉豆蔻（以上各三个）、黑附子（炮制）、木香（以上各半两）、槟榔（二个）、诃子皮（十二个，去核）、缩砂仁（二十个，去皮）。
以上药物捣碎，研为末，面糊和丸如绿豆大小。每次服用十五丸，饭前温米饮送下。
《吴氏家传》黄耆饮子：治疗小儿五疳，或伤脾、腹胀、发黄，时时高热，头上虚汗，日渐黄瘦，或泄泻。
药材：绵黄耆（一两）、人参、陈皮（微炙，不去白）、白茯苓、白槟榔（极大者）、甘草（炙。以上各半两）、肉豆蔻（一个小者）。
以上为粗末。每次服用三钱，水一大盏，慢火煎至七分，滤去渣滓。时时给予服用，温热吃。
《赵氏家传》：治疗小儿五疳，退热黄，荣养肌肤，解积热，镇惊消积，增进饮食。
药材：使君子（二十一个）、胡黄连（半两）、五灵脂、蟾头（炙令焦。以上各一分）、麝（半钱，研）、芦荟、熊胆（以上为研，各二钱）。
以上研为末，用烧粟米饭和丸，绿豆大小。每次服用二十丸，米饮送下。
《吉氏家传》：治疗十五种风，五疳气疾，变蒸伤寒，肚上青筋，头发稀少，吃泥土，眉毛脱落，咬指甲，四肢消瘦，疳蛔咬心，泻痢频繁，易惊多咳，疳口鼻赤，疳眼雀目。神效牛黄膏方

药材：黄连、芜荑（炒，去衣）、龙胆草、郁金（以上等分）。
以上研为末，米糊为丸麻子大小。每次服用十丸，饭汤送下。

Lingyuan's Muxiang Wan: Also treats children over seven years old suffering from five types of Gan syndrome (a general term for chronic wasting diseases in children caused by malnutrition or parasites), abdominal pain and distension, and asthma.
Herbs: Muxiang (Costi Rhizoma), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [soaked in fresh ginger juice, stir-fried until yellow], Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [lightly stir-fried], Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) [1 liang each]; Binglang (Arecae Semen) [3 liang, preferably chicken-heart shaped]; Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix); Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) [bark removed]; Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix); Jing Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma); Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix); Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma); Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) [processed] [0.5 liang each]; Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen) [6 pieces, shell removed]; Da Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) [1 fen, processed, skin and umbilicus removed]; Chen Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) [2 liang, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried to yield 1 liang].
The above fifteen herbs are carefully selected, pounded into powder, stored in a porcelain jar, and sealed tightly.
