Grind the herbs into a fine powder, and use white wheat flour paste to form pills the size of pea seeds. Administer fifteen pills per dose, taken on an empty stomach or before meals with warm rice water. For preparation intended for children, form pills the size of hemp seeds, adjusting the dosage according to the child's age and size. The combination of these two ingredients balances Yin and Yang, possessing the harmonizing Qi of Heaven and Earth. It is suitable for both cold and hot conditions, as well as urgent and slack states, treating disorders of Yin and Yang imbalance, conflict between cold and heat, disharmony of Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi, obstruction of Qi mechanism in the upper and lower Jiao, failure of Heart and Kidney interaction, and lack of mutual nourishment between Water and Fire. It can rescue critical conditions in men, women, elderly, and infants. As long as Stomach Qi remains, those who take it will recover. For irritability caused by pathogenic heat flaring upward, one dose settles it; for acute pain caused by cold and heat attacking and pouring, one dose settles it. For various types of Huoluan (acute vomiting and diarrhea), where vomiting and diarrhea of water and food cannot be retained, one dose settles it. For severe regurgitation with cyanosis of lips and mouth, cold extremities, and calf cramps, two doses settle it. For feverish irritability, stupor, falling to the ground, and unconsciousness, consciousness returns after two doses. However, if the patient cannot drink water at that moment. For dysentery or diarrhea, regardless of red/white or cold/heat nature, administer according to the depth of the condition; for non-seasonal vomiting and diarrhea, Qi stagnation, and inability to eat, administer thirty pills per dose, fifty for severe cases, and twenty for mild cases. Children: ten to fifteen pills; infants: three to five pills; newborns: one to two pills, crushed and dissolved for administration. For epilepsy in children caused by fright, with frequent attacks over many days, transforming into deficiency wind or slow convulsions, administer five to seven pills; two doses settle it. Slow convulsions are not due to external wind but rather the exhaustion of Stomach Qi. If Stomach Qi is already exhausted, rescue is difficult, though temporary survival may occur. If Stomach Qi is slightly present, even critical cases can be rescued. The same applies to adults, but for all critical situations, regardless of whether the syndrome pattern is identified, this medicine is used. This medicine is a treasure for saving lives, regardless of whether the user is divine or spiritual; its color is not fixed and changes with time, so do not transmit it lightly.
