上件为末，生蜜为丸如绿豆大。薄荷汤化下一二丸。

以上药物除朱砂、冰片分别研磨外，将前三味药研成细末并混合均匀，再用炼过的蜂蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼麦门冬，用温热的熟水送服，在饭后和夜间睡觉前服用。
若为了解除烦热，可研磨薄荷，用井水送服。若小儿体质较弱，可将一丸分为两次服用，煎煮荆芥和薄荷的汤剂化开丸药服用。根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
《刘氏家传方》安神丸：治疗惊悸以镇安心神，退热化痰涎，小儿常服可永远避免惊悸之疾。

以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜调和制成龙眼大小的丸剂，以朱砂粉末为衣。一丸分为四次服用，用薄荷煎汤化开丸药服用。
《刘氏家传》睡惊丹：治疗小儿惊邪，风热痰壅，咽喉膈部不利，夜间睡眠不安，睡中啼哭，惊风抽搐，常服可安神镇心，定惊控制疾病。
铁粉（过罗筛） 使君子肉 茯苓 蛇含石（用炭火烧红，用米醋淬炼，共五次，再捣碎，用醋煮干为止） 天南星（研磨成粉，用薄荷汁调和做成饼，烤熟）
以上五味药各半斤，研成细末。金银箔各一百张，麝香一两，冰片半两拌匀，用糯米糊制成丸剂，大小如皂角子，以朱砂为衣。五岁以下每次一丸，分两次服用。三岁以下每次一丸，分三到四次服用，用薄荷汤磨开服用。
《张氏家传方》治疗小儿惊热。丸剂
全蝎（一两，炒香熟） 地龙（去土洗净，半两，炒香熟）
以上捣成细末，用酒和面糊制成如豌豆大小的丸剂，用荆芥汤送服。并根据患儿大小增减丸数。也可治疗大人小儿各种病症，发作抽搐等症。

以上研成细末，用烧饭制成的糊制成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次三丸，用薄荷汤送服。

牡蛎（向左缠绕生长的） 黄芩 龙骨 川大黄（各半两） 龙脑（少许） 雄黄（一钱，一半入药中，一半作为包衣）
以上六味药，各自研成细末后放在一起再次研磨，用炼蜜制成如豌豆大小的丸剂，以雄黄滚涂作为包衣。每次服用一丸，用金银薄荷汤化开服用，用温水送服也可以，不拘泥于时间。

以上药物研成细末，再次研磨均匀，加入生蜜调和制成如皂角子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用新汲水化开服用。

《孔氏家传方》朱砂丸：治疗伤寒及小儿热证，镇心压惊。
天南星末（根据牛胆大小填入未酿制的状态） 牛胆（一个，腊月黄牛胆）
将天南星末酿入牛胆中，悬挂在通风处四十九天后取出，使用时加入朱砂三钱、麝香一钱共同研磨细，拌和前药末，用浸牛胆皮的汤液制成丸剂，大小如鸡头。每次五丸，用新汲水嚼服，也可用薄荷汤送服。
《孔氏家传方》小儿辰砂膏：压惊化痰，理肺止咳利膈，退风热。

《赵氏家传》袖桃丸：镇心安魂魄，散小儿惊热方。
桃奴（去毛） 辰砂（研磨） 人参（各半两） 真珠 犀角（镑片） 玳瑁（各一分） 雄黄（研磨，一钱） 牛黄（研磨） 生脑子（各半钱）
以上研成细末，另外放入乳钵中同研，用生蜜制成丸剂，大小随病情而定。用麦门冬或人参汤化开服用。常服如鸡头肉大小，小儿减半。

以上研成细末，生蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。用薄荷汤化开服用一到二丸。
Acoris Rhizoma Praeparatum (Jiaoei, prepared with wheat bran until scorched, 3 fen) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Cinnabar (Zhusha, each 1 liang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao, 1 fen).
For the above ingredients, except for Zhusha and Nao which are separately ground into powder, grind the first three herbs into fine powder and mix evenly. Then, use refined honey to make pills of size similar to Sophora japonica seeds. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly with Ophiopogonis Radix (Mendong), and swallow with warm boiled water. Administer after meals and before bedtime.
To relieve irritability and heat, grind Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) and administer well water from a well. For infants or children with weak constitutions, divide one pill into two doses; decoct Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie) and Bohe soup to dissolve the pill. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.

"Shuijing Dan" (Sleep Fright Pill) from Liu Family Prescriptions: Treats pediatric fright pathogens, wind-heat phlegm congestion, throat and diaphragm obstruction, restless sleep at night, crying during sleep, convulsive disorders. Regular use calms the mind, controls fright, and arrests disease.
Ferrum Carbonis Rubrum (Tiefen, sieved), Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi Rou), Poria (Fuling), Ophicalcitum (Shehanshi, burned red in charcoal, quenched in rice vinegar five times, then pounded again, boiled dry in vinegar), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Tiannanxing, ground to powder, kneaded with Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) juice into cakes, roasted).
Each of the five herbs is 0.5 jin. Mix with 100 sheets each of Aurum Folium et Argentum Folium (Jinyinbo), 1 liang of Moschus (Shexiang), and 0.5 liang of Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao). "Loujin Wan" from Zhuang Family Prescriptions for Pediatric Fright Heat.
Ostrea Concha (Muli, those growing leftward), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Longgu, Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang, each 0.5 liang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao, small amount), Realgar (Xionghuang, 1 qian, half used in medicine, half as coating).
Grind the six ingredients finely, mix together and grind again. Bind with refined honey to form pills the size of pea seeds. Coat with Realgar (Xionghuang). Take one pill per dose, dissolve in Aurum Folium et Argentum Folium (Jinyin) and Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) soup. Warm water is also acceptable. No specific time restriction.
"Shengsha Gao" (Raw Cinnabar Paste) from Zhuang Family Prescriptions for Pediatric Convulsion, Calming Heart, Resolving Upper Jiao Heat.
Cinnabar (Zhusha, 3 qian), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang, each 1 zi), Borax (Dapengsha, 1 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Poria (Baifuling, each 0.5 liang).
Grind into powder, mix evenly. Add raw honey to form pills the size of Brassica campestris var. tumida seed. Take one pill, dissolve in fresh well water.

Vigna Radiata Semen Pulvis (Lvdoufen, 2 liang), Guangming Xionghuang, Borax (Pengsha), Sweet Saltpeter (Tianxiao), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Powder (Gancaomo, each 1 fen), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang, small amounts each).
Grind all ingredients uniformly. Bind with refined honey to form paste. Break off a piece the size of a chestnut, dissolve in Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) water.
"Zhusha Wan" (Cinnabar Pill) from Kong Family Prescriptions: Treats Cold Damage and pediatric heat, calms heart, suppresses fright.
Arisaematis Rhizoma Powder (Tiannanxingmo, fill into cow gallbladder according to its size), Cow Gallbladder (Niudan, one from yellow cow in December).
Fill the powder into the gallbladder, hang in a ventilated place for 49 days. When using, mix with 3 qian of Cinnabar (Zhusha) and 1 qian of Moschus (Shexiang), grind finely, mix with the previous powder. Form pills using the soup from soaking the gallbladder skin, size of a chestnut. Take five pills, chew with fresh well water. Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) soup is also acceptable.
"Xiao'er Chensha Gao" (Pediatric Cinnabar Paste) from Kong Family Prescriptions: Suppresses fright, resolves phlegm, regulates cough, benefits diaphragm, clears wind-heat.
Arisaematis Rhizoma (Tiannanxing, processed and cooked), Cinnabar (Chensha, ground, each 1 fen), Scorpio Tail (Xieshao), Baijiangcan (Bai Jiangcan, roasted, ground), Frankincense (Ruxiang, ground, each 1 qian), Moschus (Shexiang, ground, 0.5 qian).
Process and weigh the six ingredients, grind together uniformly. Add a small amount of refined honey to bind; do not use too much honey. Determine dosage according to condition. Dissolve in Aurum Folium et Argentum Folium (Jinyin) soup or warm boiled water. Administer after breastfeeding.

"Hong Bingzi" (Red Cake) from Ji Family Prescriptions: Treats pediatric heart fright heat, unstable sleep, diaphragmatic fullness with abundant saliva and frequent fright.
Cinnabar (Zhusha, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 3 pieces, ground with water until uniform, soaked in water, steamed cake center, mixed with Zhusha to form paste), Borneolum Syntheticum (Longnao), Moschus (Shexiang, each 0.5 qian), Bovis Calculus (Niuhuang, 1 zi).

Mix honey with herbs, grind uniformly. Add 1 qian each of Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao) and Moschus (She). Dissolve in warm boiled water to make paste. Take half the size of a Brassica campestris var. tumida seed, dissolve in Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (Bohe) soup.
"Cooling Paste" (Qingliang Gao) from Ji Family Prescriptions: For fright heat, continuous day/night fever, or alternating fever.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, honey-fried), Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang), Red Peony Root (Hong Shaoyao), Natron (Mayaxiao, equal parts).
