《巢氏病源》小儿病 候∶ 者，阴核气结肿大也。小儿患此者，多因啼怒， 气不止，动于阴气；阴气下
击，结聚不散所成也。
《婴童宝鉴》小儿疝气阴囊大，为肾久冷，攻于膀胱，下入小腹，结聚不行，流于阴中，故阴囊肿也。
《小方脉》论小儿疝气四等∶一盘疝气，其病元带白色，卧间奔脐下，坐时却在腹。如作天色，先喘粗，后
脐下疼痛，名疝气也。二瘕气，其患似鸡子形，中间粗两头尖，碧色如作天气。先困后喘粗，脐下疼痛，瘕气
渐作声，名瘕气也。三偏气，一偏肿无头，如作天色，先无力后脐下痛。四小肠气，其病元紧实不去，如发天
色，脐下痛。此病皆因母月内啼泣，闭小肠气。
《婴童宝鉴》小儿阴疝歌∶
阴疝因何得，邪风在肾经，传流因血聚，如此渐成形。
《玉诀》小儿胎积疝气候歌∶
小儿疝气每因啼，胎积膀胱不散之，偏者气伤或左右，结实年深不可医。
此患先下小肠积热，调膀胱，气顺即妙。
《石壁经》三十六种内疝气候歌
此病从来有两般，夜啼胎疝在详观∶要知胎气生红脉，啼哭黄昏青脉连。中指只看交脉处，须识伊芳家病本
源、一枚搐上宜先理，两个双提妙药难。
治此当行心气，利小肠，去膀胱毒热。其有如李者，亦有稀软者，亦有并肾大者，亦有木硬者，其楚痛不
可忍，只以证知。
《凤髓经》歌括同。有注云∶夜啼与睡红散（方见夜啼门，吉氏方同。）疝气与胜金丸（方见偏 门，吉氏方同）。
《小儿形证论》四十八候疝气多啼候歌（肾肿为疝）∶
小儿疝气有多般，日夜啼声意不欢，或有胎中毒瓦斯在，伤寒一种亦难安。请看指内相连处，识得医家病本
源，一脉红时须急整，莫教双脉恐难痊。
此候多因啼哭，得冷气冲膀胱为疝气。又伤寒与胎气冲下者，但手中心个指面上有红筋一条者是疝气，两
条者是惊气。惊气宜 丸（方见一切痫门中），疝气服抽抱散（方见本门）。
《惠济》歌小儿疝候歌（与胜金丸方见偏 门，吉氏方同∶）
气积膀胱入肾囊，疝 两肿各分张，喜怒呕啼因滞气，惊拨儿眠气亦伤，幸有小肠通水气，莫教虚损病难
将，更有一般胎气病，人言独肾不成双。
《颅囟经》治孩子阴囊或疝肿胀。青木香散方
狐阴（一双，炙） 蒺藜（炒） 地肤子 昆布 枳壳（炒） 槐子（炒。各一分）
上为末。一岁二岁空心米饮下一钱。
《金匮要略》∶卒疝走马汤主之方∶
巴豆（去皮心，熬。） 杏仁（去皮尖。各二枚）
上二味取绵缠，捶令碎。热汤二合，捻取白汁饮之，当下。老小量之。
《葛氏肘后》徐王神效方 小儿腹痛大汗出，名曰寒疝。
上浓煮梨叶汁，一服七合。以意消息，可作三、四度饮之良。
《千金》治小儿卵肿方。
上取鸡翅六茎，烧作灰服之，随卵左右取翮。《古今录验》云∶治阴大如斗。《圣惠》∶《婴孺》通治偏 阴
肿。

上用蜥蜴一枚，烧末，酒服之。

上三味末之，以蜜和丸。白酒服如小豆七丸，日三。亦治大人。《圣惠》作散，酒服半钱。
《千金》又方
芍药 茯苓（各十八铢） 防葵（一作防风） 大黄（各半两） 半夏 桂心 蜀椒（研。各六铢）
上七味末之。蜜和服如大豆一丸。日五服。可加至三丸。《千金翼》方同，有干姜一分。《婴孺》以胡椒代

《仙人水鉴》∶小儿患小腹气疾方。
冻青叶（一握） 防葵子 汉防己 雄黄 绿豆（各一分） 猪牙皂角（一挺） 水蛭（三个，末，石衣水下者） 当

魁蛤（三分，细研） 狗阴（一具，炙令黄） 白术（半两） 桂心（一分）

上用硼砂一分，以水研化，涂之立效。
《谭氏殊圣方》∶小儿疝气胎中积，渐大深疑救疗难。往往却成肾疳病，遍身瘦弱不堪观。求取珍珠并石燕，自
然铜共续随研。蜗牛青黛滑石等，胶清和作黍黄元。冷茴香汤下三粒，一朝两服心安痊。

薏苡仁 赤芍药 土瓜根 黄芩 蛇衔草 桔梗 蛇床子（各三两）
上为末，先食，酒服方寸匕。十日瘥。
《婴孺》治 方。
上取柳枝如脚大指，三尺，二十枝。投水中煮令热。以故布毡掩肿处，取热柳枝更互柱之，如此取瘥乃止。
《婴孺》又方
狐阴（一具，碎，干炙） 蜚生虫（十四个，炒） 附子（十三分，炮） 桂心 干姜 细辛（各二分） 蒺藜 硝

《婴孺》治小儿狐疝、大人 。人参散方
人参 盐豉（各三分） 鼠妇 虫（各一分。炙） 大黄 细辛 桂心（各半两）
上为末，酒服，为四服，日三。新生儿量与之。一方云∶有葶苈子，无桂心。
张锐《鸡峰方》治恶毒肿，或着阴卵，或偏着一边，疼痛挛急，牵引少腹不可忍方。
上用茴香叶与苗或根捣取汁，空心服一合许，其滓贴肿处。
《聚宝方》正气散 治小儿疝气及少阴受邪冷气滞方。
上用荆三棱一个紧小者，猛火内炮，令中心有三分性，一重纸裹，净土埋一宿，为末。每服一字，煨葱米
饮调下，不拘时候服之。
《聚宝方》朱砂丸 治小儿疝气方。
朱砂（半钱，研） 硫黄（一钱，研） 没药 真珠（各末，二钱）
上四味细研，糯米饮丸如麻子大。每服二丸，空心煎苁蓉汤下，与马牙硝丸相间服。
《聚宝》又方马牙硝丸
马牙硝 龙脑（各一字） 禹余粮石 朱砂（各一分。研）
上四味细研，糯米饮丸如麻子大。每服三粒，空心温酒下，日三。服后吃炙猪肝三两片，以助药力用。
《小方脉》论治小肠疝气方。
木鳖子 黄柏 吴茱萸（等分）
上件为末，看日数大小用药。每服二钱，津调涂在囊上。后用吃者。
朱砂 干漆 续随子（各一分） 棘冈子（三七个） 木鳖子（五个） 石燕（一个）
上件为末，蒸饼为丸如此○大。每服三丸，煎汤下五丸。七岁以上七丸，随岁数加多少。不过涂五，上吃
二十丸必效。
《玉诀》治胎肿疝气胜金丸方
龙骨 远志 牡蛎（灰） 川大黄
上等分为末，蜜丸麻子大。三、五丸，米饮下，日三服。
《三十六种》治疝气川楝散方
川楝子肉 马兰花 舶上茴香（各一分）
上同炒为末。每服半钱，葱汤调下，三日有效，一日三服。
《四十八候》抽抱散方
石燕（一个二钱，火 醋淬） 淡豉（少许） 斑蝥（麸炒，去翅足，取半钱） 芸苔子（半合） 川楝子（去核，
取一钱） 通草（少许）
上为末。每服半钱，木通汤下。天明取下毒物如鼻涕，后调气，未下再进一服。
《惠眼观证》金铃散 治小儿惊疝及五般疝气、阴肿，先服下涎宽气。
青橘皮（去白） 蓬莪术（炮），陈皮（去白） 茴香 荆三棱 甘草（炙） 川楝子（去皮核，用肉）
上各等分为末。每服半钱，水一小盏，煎至半盏，入盐少许温服。
《张氏家传》治小儿疝气木香丸方
木香 砂 茴香 金铃子（各一分） 丁香 沉香（各二钱） 青橘皮（一钱）
上件药七味同捣，罗为末，用白沙蜜为丸如绿豆大。每服三丸至五丸，空心盐汤服。
《庄氏家传》∶小儿疝气连阴茎中痛沙参散方
沙参（炒） 桂心（各一两） 桃仁（四十九个，去皮尖，炒）
上为末，空心温酒下二钱。
《王氏手集》治小儿寒疝肿痛方。
牡丹皮（去心） 防风 桃仁（去尖，麸炒）
上件三味等分为细末。每服一钱，空心食前白汤点服。
《赵氏家传》治大人、小儿诸疝偏气方。
金铃子（一两，巴豆四十九个同炒，令金铃子焦色，去巴豆，用金铃子） 丁香 茴香（盐少许炒） 青橘皮（盐
少许炒香。各一两）
上为末。每服二钱，温酒调下，空心食前温服。
传治小儿疝气方。
石燕（二个，酸醋浸，研为末） 巴豆（七粒，去壳） 黑牵牛（少许，同巴豆炒，令裂，只用牵牛）
上件为末，每服半钱，用饭饮调下。
《千金》灸法∶气 灸足厥阴大敦，左灸右，右灸左，各一壮。
《千金》∶男儿 ，先将儿至碓头祝之曰∶坐汝令儿某甲阴囊 ，故灸汝三七二十一枚。灸讫，便牵小儿令雀
头下向着囊缝，当阴头灸缝上七壮即消，已验。艾炷犹簪头许。
《千金》大凡男 ，当骑碓轴，以茎伸置轴上，齐阴茎头前，灸轴木上，随年壮。
《外台》刘氏疗小儿疝气，阴囊核肿痛灸法，如一岁儿患，向阴下缝子有穴，灸三壮，瘥；五岁以上即从阴
上有穴，灸之即愈。
《婴童宝鉴》小儿疝气阴囊肿，灸囊从纵十字纹上，又灸昆仑（在小踝下）、阴陵（在足大指侧曲纹头）。
《巢氏病源》关于小儿疝气的论述：疝气，是指阴囊（男性外生殖器的一部分）气机结聚而肿大。小儿患此病，多因啼哭愤怒，导致气机运行不止，扰动阴经之气；阴寒之气下击，结聚不散而形成。
《婴童宝鉴》认为小儿疝气表现为阴囊肿大，这是由于肾脏久受寒冷侵袭，寒气攻冲膀胱，下行进入小腹，结聚不通，流注于阴部，从而导致阴囊肿胀。
《小方脉》论述小儿疝气分为四等：第一类是一盘疝气，其病因原带白色，卧位时气奔窜至脐下，坐位时却在腹部。如果发作时面色发青（如天色阴沉），先出现气喘粗重，随后脐下疼痛，称为疝气。第二类是瘕气，其症状类似鸡子形状，中间粗两头尖，颜色碧青，如果发作时面色发青，先感到困倦，后气喘粗重，脐下疼痛，瘕气逐渐发出声响，称为瘕气。第三类是偏气，一侧肿胀无头，如果发作时面色发青，先感到无力，后脐下疼痛。第四类是小肠气，其病因原为紧实不去，如果发作时面色发青，脐下疼痛。这些病症都是因为母亲在怀孕期间啼哭，导致小肠气机闭塞所致。
《婴童宝鉴》中有小儿阴疝歌诀：阴疝是如何得的？是因为邪风客居肾经，气血传流汇聚，如此逐渐形成肿块。
《玉诀》中有小儿胎积疝气候歌诀：小儿疝气多因啼哭引起，胎毒积滞于膀胱不散。偏侧者多为气伤，或左右两侧发病，结实日久则难以医治。治疗此患应先清利小肠积热，调理膀胱，使气机顺畅即妙。
《石壁经》中有三十六种内疝气候歌诀：此病向来有两种情况，夜啼和胎疝需详细观察：要知道胎气生红脉，啼哭黄昏时青脉相连。只看中指交脉处，必须识别其家庭疾病的本源。一枚搐上宜先调理，两个双提则妙药难施。治疗此病应当行心气，利小肠，去除膀胱的毒热。其大便如有李核状者，也有稀软者，也有并肾脏肿大者，也有木硬者，其痛苦不可忍受，只能通过证候来知晓。

《葛氏肘后》徐王神效方：小儿腹痛大汗出，名为寒疝。以上浓煮梨叶汁，一次服用七合。根据病情斟酌，可分三、四次服用，效果良好。
《千金方》治疗小儿卵肿方：以上取鸡翅六茎，烧成灰服用，根据卵肿左右选取相应的翅膀羽毛。《古今录验》说：治疗阴囊肿大如斗。《圣惠方》：《婴孺方》通治偏侧阴肿。
《千金方》治疗小儿气疝方：土瓜根、芍药、当归。以上三味药各一两，切碎。用水二升，煎取一升。每次服用五合，每日两次。
《千金方》治疗小儿核肿，壮热有实方：甘遂、青木香、石膏（各十八铢）、麝香（三铢）、大黄、前胡（各一两）、黄芩（半两）、甘草（炙，十八铢。《千金翼方》用半两）。以上八味药切碎，用水七升煮取一升九合。每次服用三合，白天四次，夜间两次。
《千金方》治疗小儿狐疝伤损生方：桂心（十八铢）、地肤子（二两半）、白术（炮，一两十八铢。《千金翼方》用一两一分）。以上三味药研为末，用蜜和丸。白酒送服如小豆大小七丸，每日三次。也治疗成人。《圣惠方》作散剂，酒服半钱。
《千金方》又一方：芍药、茯苓（各十八铢）、防葵（一作防风）、大黄（各半两）、半夏、桂心、蜀椒（研。各六铢）。以上七味药研为末。蜜和服如大豆大小一丸。每日五次。可加至三丸。《千金翼方》相同，有一分干姜。《婴孺方》以胡椒代替蜀椒。
《仙人水鉴》：小儿患小腹气疾方：冻青叶（一握）、防葵子、汉防己、雄黄、绿豆（各一分）、猪牙皂角（一挺）、水蛭（三个，末，石衣水下者）、当门子（五个）、黄盐（六分。）（陶隐居说：北海黄盐草粒粗，用来做鱼酱及咸菜。）以上一起捣碎，研为散，蜜丸如麻子大。煎小豆汤送下三丸至十丸，病愈。
《外台秘要》：《肘后方》疗超跃举重突然得阴疝方：狐阴（一具，炙）、海藻、牡丹（各三分）、桂心（二分）。以上四味药捣碎，筛为散，蜜和为丸如梧子大。小儿服五丸，成人增加剂量。忌食胡荽、生葱。
《外台秘要》：《古今录验》疗小儿阴疝方：狐阴（一具，炙）、飞生虫（十四枚）、桂心、附子（炮）、干姜、蒺藜、硝石（一作滑石）、细辛（各二分）、卷柏、桃仁（去尖，熬。各六分）。以上十味药捣散，蜜丸如大豆许。以饮送下五丸至七丸，再服病愈即止。
《图经本草》主治小儿差核方（差核指核的大小变化）：以上取杜父鱼，掰开口，咬之七下。
《圣惠方》治疗小儿阴疝肿硬，或时疼闷薏苡仁散方：薏苡仁、赤芍药、土瓜根、黄芩、蛇床子、地肤子、桔梗（去芦头。各三分）。以上药材捣碎，细罗为散。一至二岁每服空腹，以温酒调下半钱。日午、晚后再服。根据儿大小酌情加减。

《婴孺方》治疗少小阴疝气疝，发作有时芍药丸方：芍药、茯苓（各三分）、大黄（二分）、半夏（一分，洗）、桂心、胡椒（汗。各半分）。以上为末，蜜丸。酒下大豆大十丸，日进三服。
《婴孺方》治疗小儿狐疝、大人阴疝人参散方：人参、盐豉（各三分）、鼠妇、虻虫（各一分。炙）、大黄、细辛、桂心（各半两）。以上为末，酒服，为四服，日三。新生儿量与之。一方云：有葶苈子，无桂心。
张锐《鸡峰普济方》治疗恶毒肿，或着阴卵，或偏着一边，疼痛挛急，牵引少腹不可忍方：以上用茴香叶与苗或根捣取汁，空腹服一合许，其滓贴肿处。
《聚宝方》正气散治疗小儿疝气及少阴受邪冷气滞方：以上用荆三棱一个紧小者，猛火内炮，令中心有三分性，一重纸裹，净土埋一宿，为末。每服一字，煨葱米饮调下，不拘时候服之。
《聚宝方》朱砂丸治疗小儿疝气方：朱砂（半钱，研）、硫黄（一钱，研）、没药、真珠（各末，二钱）。以上四味细研，糯米饮丸如麻子大。每服二丸，空腹煎苁蓉汤下，与马牙硝丸相间服。
《聚宝方》又方马牙硝丸：马牙硝、龙脑（各一字）、禹余粮石、朱砂（各一分。研）。以上四味细研，糯米饮丸如麻子大。每服三粒，空腹温酒下，日三。服后吃炙猪肝三两片，以助药力用。
《小方脉》论治小肠疝气方：木鳖子、黄柏、吴茱萸（等分）。以上为末，看日数大小用药。每服二钱，津调涂在囊上。后用吃者：朱砂、干漆、续随子（各一分）、棘冈子（三七个）、木鳖子（五个）、石燕（一个）。以上为末，蒸饼为丸如此○大。每服三丸，煎汤下五丸。七岁以上七丸，随岁数加多少。不过涂五，上吃二十丸必效。
《玉诀》治疗胎肿疝气胜金丸方：龙骨、远志、牡蛎（灰）、川大黄。上等分为末，蜜丸如麻子大。三、五丸，米饮下，日三服。
《三十六种》治疗疝气川楝散方：川楝子肉、马兰花、舶上茴香（各一分）。以上同炒为末。每服半钱，葱汤调下，三日有效，一日三服。
《四十八候》抽抱散方：石燕（一个二钱，火煅醋淬）、淡豉（少许）、斑蝥（麸炒，去翅足，取半钱）、芸苔子（半合）、川楝子（去核，取一钱）、通草（少许）。以上为末。每服半钱，木通汤下。天明取下毒物如鼻涕，后调气，未下再进一服。
《惠眼观证》金铃散治疗小儿惊疝及五般疝气、阴肿，先服下涎宽气：青橘皮（去白）、蓬莪术（炮）、陈皮（去白）、茴香、荆三棱、甘草（炙）、川楝子（去皮核，用肉）。以上各等分为末。每服半钱，水一小盏，煎至半盏，入盐少许温服。
《张氏家传》治疗小儿疝气木香丸方：木香、砂仁、茴香、金铃子（各一分）、丁香、沉香（各二钱）、青橘皮（一钱）。以上药材七味同捣，罗为末，用白沙蜜为丸如绿豆大。每服三丸至五丸，空腹盐汤服。
《庄氏家传》：小儿疝气连阴茎中痛沙参散方：沙参（炒）、桂心（各一两）、桃仁（四十九个，去皮尖，炒）。以上为末，空腹温酒下二钱。
《王氏手集》治疗小儿寒疝肿痛方：牡丹皮（去心）、防风、桃仁（去尖，麸炒）。以上三味等分为细末。每服一钱，空腹食前白汤点服。
《赵氏家传》治疗大人、小儿诸疝偏气方：金铃子（一两，巴豆四十九个同炒，令金铃子焦色，去巴豆，用金铃子）、丁香、茴香（盐少许炒）、青橘皮（盐少许炒香。各一两）。以上为末。每服二钱，温酒调下，空腹食前温服。
传治小儿疝气方：石燕（二个，酸醋浸，研为末）、巴豆（七粒，去壳）、黑牵牛（少许，同巴豆炒，令裂，只用牵牛）。以上为末，每服半钱，用饭饮调下。
《千金方》灸法：气疝灸足厥阴肝经大敦穴，左病灸右，右病灸左，各一壮。
《千金方》：男儿阴疝，先将儿至碓头祝之曰：坐汝令儿某甲阴囊疝，故灸汝三七二十一枚。灸讫，便牵小儿令雀头下向着囊缝，当阴头灸缝上七壮即消，已验。艾炷犹簪头许。
《千金方》大凡男婴阴疝，当骑碓轴，以茎伸置轴上，齐阴茎头前，灸轴木上，随年壮。
According to *Chao Shi Bing Yuan* (Source of Diseases by Chao): Regarding pediatric hernia: Hernia refers to the qi stagnation and swelling of the scrotum. Children suffering from this condition often do so due to crying and anger, causing qi movement to ceaselessly disturb the yin meridians; the downward strike of yin cold qi leads to stagnation and accumulation that does not disperse, resulting in the condition.
*Ying Tong Bao Jian* (Precious Mirror for Infants and Children) states that pediatric hernia manifests as scrotal enlargement, caused by long-standing coldness in the Kidney attacking the Bladder, descending into the lower abdomen, where it accumulates and fails to move, flowing into the yin region, thus causing scrotal swelling.
*Xiao Fang Mai* discusses four grades of pediatric hernia: First is "Pan Dan" hernia, originally associated with white color; when lying down, qi rushes below the umbilicus, but when sitting, it remains in the abdomen. If the complexion turns dark (like overcast weather), starting with coarse breathing followed by pain below the umbilicus, it is named hernia. Second is "Jia Qi," resembling the shape of a chicken egg, thick in the middle and pointed at both ends, with a greenish hue; if the complexion turns dark upon onset, preceded by fatigue and then coarse breathing, with pain below the umbilicus and sounds gradually emanating from the jia qi, it is named jia qi. Third is "Pian Qi," characterized by unilateral swelling without a head; if the complexion turns dark upon onset, preceded by weakness followed by pain below the umbilicus. Fourth is "Xiao Chang Qi" (Small Intestine Qi), originally tight and unyielding; if the complexion turns dark upon onset, with pain below the umbilicus. These diseases are all caused by the mother crying during pregnancy, closing off the small intestine qi.
*Ying Tong Bao Jian* contains a song on pediatric yin hernia: How is yin hernia acquired? Evil wind resides in the Kidney meridian; transmission occurs due to blood accumulation, gradually forming a mass thus.
*Yu Jue* contains a song on pediatric fetal accumulation hernia: Pediatric hernia often arises from crying; fetal toxins accumulate in the Bladder and fail to dissipate. Unilateral cases involve qi injury or affect left/right sides; firm masses lasting years are difficult to cure. Treatment should first clear heat accumulation in the Small Intestine and regulate the Bladder; smooth qi flow is excellent.
*Shi Bi Jing* contains a song on thirty-six types of internal hernia: This disease has always had two types: night crying and fetal hernia require detailed observation. To know fetal qi generates red pulses, while night crying connects with green pulses at dusk. Observe only the crossing pulse point on the middle finger; one must recognize the family's disease origin. One pulse rising up requires prior regulation; two double pulses make miraculous medicine difficult to apply. Treatment for this disease should promote Heart qi, benefit the Small Intestine, and remove toxic heat from the Bladder. Stools may resemble plums, be soft, involve enlarged Kidneys, or be wood-hard; the unbearable pain can only be known through syndrome differentiation.
The songs in *Feng Sui Jing* are identical. Notes state: Night crying uses Shui Hong San (Formula seen in Night Crying section, same as Ji Shi's formula). Hernia uses Sheng Jin Wan (Formula seen in Pian Hernia section, same as Ji Shi's formula).
*Xiao Er Xing Zheng Lun* contains a song on the forty-eight syndromes of hernia with much crying (Kidney swelling is called hernia): Pediatric hernia has many types, crying day and night with unhappy intent. There may be fetal toxic vapors remaining, or one type of Cold Damage is also difficult to settle. Look at the connected areas within the fingers to identify the physician's understanding of the disease origin. When one pulse is red, urgent adjustment is needed; do not let double pulses恐 lead to difficult recovery. This syndrome often results from crying, where cold qi rushes into the Bladder becoming hernia. Also, Cold Damage and fetal qi rushing downward: if there is one red vein on the surface of one finger on the palm, it is hernia; two veins indicate Jing Qi (Startle Qi). Startle Qi should use [Missing Pill Name] (Formula seen in All Epilepsy section); hernia uses Chou Bao San (Formula seen in this section).
*Hui Ji* song on pediatric hernia syndrome (with Sheng Jin Wan formula seen in Pian Hernia section, same as Ji Shi's formula): Qi accumulates in the Bladder entering the renal sac; hernia causes bilateral swelling separately. Joy, anger, vomiting, and crying are due to stagnant qi; startle disturbs child's sleep and injures qi. Fortunately, the Small Intestine communicates with water qi; do not let deficiency damage make the disease hard to manage. Furthermore, there is another type of fetal qi disease; people say the single Kidney does not form a pair.
*C Xu Jing* treats children's scrotal or hernia swelling with Qing Mu Xiang San Formula: Hu Yin (one pair, roasted), Ji Li (stir-fried), Di Fu Zi, Kun Bu, Zhi Ke (stir-fried), Huai Zi (stir-fried. Each 1 fen). Above ingredients powdered. For 1-2 year olds, take 1 qian empty stomach with rice drink.
*Jin Gui Yao Lue*: Su Han Zou Ma Tang is the main formula for sudden hernia: Ba Dou (skin and heart removed, roasted), Xing Ren (skin and tip removed. Each 2 pieces). Above two ingredients wrapped in silk, pounded until crushed. With 2 he of hot water, squeeze out white juice and drink; expect purging. Adjust for old and young.
*Ge Shi Zhou Hou* Xu Wang Shen Xiao Formula: Pediatric abdominal pain with profuse sweating is named Han Hernia (Cold Hernia). Bo pear leaf juice thickly above; one dose is 7 he. Adjust according to situation; drinking three or four times is good.

*Qian Jin* treats pediatric nodular swelling, high fever with excess formula: Gan Sui, Qing Mu Xiang, Shi Gao (Each 18 zhu), She Xiang (3 zhu), Da Huang, Qian Hu (Each 1 liang), Huang Qin (Ban liang), Gan Cao (roasted, 18 zhu. *Qian Jin Yi* uses Ban liang). Above eight ingredients cut, boil in 7 sheng water to obtain 1 sheng 9 he. Take 3 he per dose, four times day, two times night.
*Qian Jin* treats pediatric fox hernia injury regeneration formula: Gui Xin (18 zhu), Di Fu Zi (2 liang 5 qian), Bai Zhu (roasted, 1 liang 18 zhu. *Qian Jin Yi* uses 1 liang 1 fen). *Xian Ren Shui Jian*: Pediatric lower abdominal qi disorder formula: Dong Qing Ye (One handful), Fang Kui Zi, Han Fang Ji, Xiong Huang, Lv Dou (Each 1 fen), Zhu Ya Zao Jiao (One stick), Shui Zhi (Three, powdered, from under stone clothes), Dang Men Zi (Five), Huang Yan (6 fen.) *Wai Tai*: *Gu Jin Lu Yan* treats pediatric阴 hernia formula: Hu Yin (One piece, roasted), Fei Sheng Chong (14 pieces), Gui Xin, Fu Zi (roasted), Gan Jiang, Ji Li, Xiao Shi (also said Hua Shi), Xi Xin (Each 2 fen), Juan Bai, Tao Ren (tip removed, roasted. Each 6 fen). Above ten ingredients pounded into powder, honey pills size of soybean. Take five to seven pills with drink, re-dose until cured.
