《巢氏病源》小儿百病候∶小儿百病者，由将养乖节，或犯寒温，乳哺失时，乍伤饥饱，致令血气不理，肠
胃不调。或欲发惊痫，或欲成伏热。小儿气血脆弱，病易动变，证候百端，若见其微证即便治之，不成众病，
故谓之百病也。治之若晚，其病则成。凡诸病至于困者，汗出如珠，着身不流者死也。病如囟陷，口唇干目皮
反，口中气出冷，足与头相柱卧不举，手足四肢垂，其卧正直如缚，其掌中冷，至十日必死，不可治也。
《千金》治小儿赤白下痢及狐臭、耳聋、鼻塞等病，此药以三丸为一剂，服药不过三剂，万病悉除，说无穷尽，
故称万病丸。以其牛黄为主，故一名牛黄丸。以耆婆良医，故名耆婆丸方

上三十一味（崔氏无黄芩、桑白皮、桔梗、防风为二十七味）并令精细。牛黄、麝香、犀角、朱砂、雄黄、禹余粮、
巴
豆别研，余者各捣，重绢下之，以白蜜和，更捣三千杵密封之。破除日平旦空腹，酒服三丸如梧子大，取微下三升恶
水为良。若卒暴病，不要待平旦，无问早晚即服，以吐利为度∶若不吐利，更加一丸或至三丸、五丸，须
吐利为度。不得限以丸数。病强药少即不吐利，更非他故。若其发迟，以热饮汁投之。若吐利不止，即以醋
饭两三口止之。服药忌陈臭生冷，酢、滑、粘食、大蒜、猪、鱼、鸡、狗、马、驴肉。若一岁以下小儿有疾
者，令乳母服两小豆，亦以吐利为度。近病及卒病皆用多，积久疾病即少服，常取微溏利为度。小儿客忤服
二丸如米，和乳汁敷乳头令嗍之。小儿惊痫服二丸如米，涂乳头令嗍之，看儿大小量之。小儿乳不消，必腹
胀满，服二丸如米，涂乳头令嗍之，不瘥更服。
《千金翼》治百病、诸荒邪狂走、气痞冷病，历年黄黑，大腹水肿，小儿丁奚、疟疾，经年霍乱，中恶蜚尸及
暴疾皆悉主之方。
巴豆（去心皮） 斑蝥（去翅足，熬） 芫青（各三十枚） 天雄（炮，去皮） 干姜（各半两） 乌头 附子
（各炮，去皮） 细辛 蜀椒（汗，去目闭口者） 踯躅 黄芩 桂心（各一两）
上一十二味细切，以绢袋中盛酒一斗，渍十日，去滓，服半合，日三，以知为度。曝滓作散，酒服半钱上，
日三，强人一钱。伤寒中温湿冷，头痛拘急，寒热疟，发头风皆须服一钱匕浓覆取汗，初服当吐清汁三、四
升许。又主心疝，妇人无子。服之烦闷不堪者，饮冷水一升即解。
《外台》∶深师镇心丸 疗老小心气不足，虚弱时若小语，劳则剧，风邪百病并主之方。
银屑（一分半，研） 牛黄（九铢） 丹砂（研） 甘草（炙） 麦门冬（去心） 远志（去心。各五分） 桂
心干姜（各六分） 菖蒲 紫菀（各三分） 防葵 人参 附子（炮） 紫石英（研） 防风 细辛 茯神 椒（汗。
各四分）
上十八味捣，下筛，以白蜜和丸如梧子。先食服三丸，日三。不知，稍增之。忌海藻、菘菜、生菜、猪肉、
生葱、生血物、饧。丹砂一作丹参。
《外台》∶《必效》七宣丸方。
大黄（十五两） 枳实（炙） 青木香 诃黎勒皮 柴胡（各五两） 桃仁（去尖皮，熬六两） 甘草（四两，炙）
上七味捣、筛，蜜和丸如梧子大。以酒服二十丸，稍加至五十丸。病在下，空腹服，病在上，食后服之。
以宣利为度，增减以意量之。若风气结聚，宿食不消兼砂石皮毛在腹中，服经七、八日乃尽出，下似牛涎、
鱼脑等。若病深痼，则须半月或一月专服之。不用五补丸（五补丸三人所服，此更不毒。）若积年腰膝疼痛，寒冷如水石，
香港脚冲心愦闷将死，头旋暗倒，肩背重闷，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，风毒肿气，连及头面及大小便，或利或涩，
脾胃气不理，不能饮食，夜卧脚转筋，脉掣痛，恍恍然眠寝不安等疾，以饮服之尽瘥。此药功效不可尽说。
如前十数种病攻击，则须服七宣丸令除。自外轻病下妨与五补丸兼服，循环不辍，补养无限，不问男女老小
并可服饵，但须量气力细察候之，加减服。若是初生孩子可与三丸、五丸，稍稍加之，取通利。其二方当须
经久，常服不限。春秋冬夏朝夕行止间，药性甚善，禁如常法。
《外台》仙人炼绛雪 疗一切病。肺气积聚，咳逆呕吐脓血；丹石毒发；天行时气，一切热病诸黄胆等；心风
昏
乱、心忪健忘∶四肢烦热、头痛眼赤，大小便不通，烦闷不安，骨节疼痛，赤白痢、血痢、热毒痢，宿食不
消化，心腹胀满，出气不得；下一切诸毒药，香港脚等；饮酒多醉困，久痢不瘥∶孩子惊痫等。以上和水服之。
产后一切诸病堕胎和酒服之方。
朴硝（十斤） 升麻（三两） 大青 桑白皮 槐花（各二两） 犀角（屑） 羚羊角（屑，各一两） 苏枋木（六
两） 竹叶（两握） 诃黎勒皮 山栀子（三十枚） 槟榔（二十颗） 朱砂（半两，细研）
上十三味，以水二斗，渍一宿，煎取一斗，去滓，入锅内朴硝炼烊，搅勿住手，候欲凝，出于盆中，搅入
朱砂、麝香讫雪成，后于 器中密封。有疾，量取之，和水服之，以利病除，身轻目明，四肢调适，疗一切
病，神验。老小量之。上云入朱砂、麝香未见分两。
《外台》仲景三物备急丸 司空裴秀为散，用疗心腹诸卒暴百病方。
大黄 干姜 巴豆（去皮心熬，别捣如脂。各一两）
上药各须精新好药，捣筛蜜和，更捣一千捣，丸如梧子或小豆。服三丸，老小量之。为散不及丸也。若中
恶客忤，心腹胀满，卒痛如锥刀刺痛，气急口噤，停尸卒死者，以暖水若酒服之。或不下，捧头起灌令下咽，
须臾更瘥。如未，更与三丸，以腹中当鸣转即吐下便愈。若口已噤，亦须折齿灌之令入，尤妙神验。忌芦笋、
猪肉、冷水、肥腻。
《外台》∶《必效》玉壶丸 主万病与麝香丸同效方。
雄黄 朱砂（各研） 巴豆（去皮心熬） 特生 石（烧半日研） 附子（炮，去皮） 藜芦（炙。各三两）
上六味捣筛，蜜和丸如小豆。以饮服二丸，得利病瘥。小儿黍粟一丸，以意量之。
《外台》刘氏疗小儿百病，上冷下热，上热下冷难将息方。

上十三味切，以水三升，煮取一升，分温服之。
《仙经》治百病方。
上以朴硝制伏为元明粉。朴硝是太阴之精华，水之子也，阴中有阳之药。《太阴号》曰元明粉∶小儿疳气
阴毒，伤寒表里，疫疠等候并悉治之。此药久服，令人身轻目明，驻颜延寿，急解毒药、补益妙。唐明皇帝闻
说终南山有道士刘元真服食此药，遂诏而问曰∶朕闻卿寿约三百岁，服食何药得住世间，充悦如此？元真答
曰∶臣接《仙经》修炼朴硝，号元明粉，止服此药，遂无病长生。其药无滓，性温，能除众疾。生饵尚能救
急难性命，何况修炼长服。益精壮气，助气正阴，不拘丈夫、妇人、幼稚襁褓，不问四时冷热，俱治。一两
分为十二服，但临时酌量加减。似觉壅热，伤寒头痛鼻塞，四肢不举，饮食不下、烦闷气服，不论昼夜，急
疾要宣泻求安。即看年纪高下，用药一分或至半两，酌量加减。用桃花汤下为使最上，次用葱汤下，食后随
冷热服。
《经验方》∶《备急》治一切疾患山豆根方
上用山大豆根不拘多少，根据下项治疗∶一名解毒，二名黄结，三名中药。患虫毒，密遣人和水研已，禁声，
服少许，不止再服。患秃疮，以水研敷疮上。患喉痛，含一片细咽津。患五种痔，水研服。患齿痛，含一片
于痛处。患麸豆等疮，水研服少许。患头风，捣末，油调涂之。患赤白痢，捣末，蜜丸，空心煎水下二十丸，
三服自止。患腹胀满喘闷，捣末少许，煎水调一盏瘥。患疮癣，捣末，腊月猪脂调涂之。患头上白雪屑，捣
末，油浸涂。如是孩儿，即乳汁调半钱。患中宿冷、寸白虫，每朝空心，热酒调三钱，其虫自出。患五般急
黄，空心以水调二钱。虫气，酒下二钱。霍乱，橘皮汤下三钱。热肿，热酒空心下三钱。卒腹痛，水研半钱。
蜘蛛咬，唾和涂。狗咬、蚍蜉疮、蛇咬并水研敷。
《圣惠》治儿百病，变蒸、客忤、惊痫、壮热不解，龙胆草散。喘促痰结，胸中满闷。
虎睛仁（炙，一对） 犀角 吴蓝 赤芍药 牵牛子（炒） 牡蛎（烧） 鳖甲（酥炙，净。各半两） 巴豆霜（半
分） 真珠 牛黄 桔梗 汉防己 杏仁（麸炒。各一分）
罗末，炼蜜和，捣五百杵，丸如绿豆，汤下二丸，量加。
《灵苑》万病散 一名无忧散。诸风疮肿疥癣，脏腑积冷壅滞，结为风劳；膀胱宿冷，脏腑衰败，面黄
癖气块，疳、蛔攻心痛，中寒脑痛，状如山岚时疫∶急服宣转，三五行瘥。或中风口 语謇，睡后涎出，十日一服，三
服永瘥。久患腰膝疼痛，拜跪艰难，坐食不安，进一两服。儿疳、痢、脱肛量与。男女久泄气痢，状似休息，
一服搜出冷痰一、二升。此药并不困倦，不妨行步服药一两，日后便觉身轻目明，腰下减重，顿思饮食。妇人
久患血痨，痿黄无力亦宜。孕妇或遇废晦勿服，服后疾未除，将息三、四日再服。
黄 木通 桑白皮 陈皮 白术 木香 胡椒（各半两，作一服，别研置） 牵牛子（微炒，勿周热，头末一两）
黄 散二钱，牵牛末二钱，天色晴明五更姜汤小半盏调药顿服，更以汤送。平明宣三两行，下多不妨，应
脏腑百病悉出，转后吃一日白粥补。
养生神曲治儿诸疾，丙日作曲，丁日治药，名丙丁膏
天南星 乌蛇肉（各三钱） 麻黄（去节） 天麻（各半两） 大附子（炮，净，一枚） 蝎（分半） 白附子（三
钱半） 白僵蚕（四钱）
末，水一升，浸三日，捩滓，寒食曲一斗和踏曲，楮叶罨七日，纸袋悬十四日。治儿吐泻后精
神困顿，不乳多睡，入龙麝汤服。变痫鸦声，面青黄、螈 、咽中不利，朱砂、龙麝、曲服。又滑痢，曲末蜜丸鸡头大，
汤化。又曲一两，入朱砂、雄黄少许，琥珀、甘草末各二钱，蜜丸鸡头大，名太一丹。
《婴孺》治八痞、积聚、留饮、伏热、宿食不化、里急腹痛、往来寒热、羸瘦骨立、饮食不为、气力多厌、翕翕
短气、魂神不守、邪鬼往来、恍惚不定，医不能治，太乙决疑牛黄双丸
牛黄（枣大） 马目毒公（二个） 附子（一枚） 巴豆（炒，四十枚） 雄黄 丹砂 真珠 甘草 牡蛎（ ） 蜀
椒（汗） 白蜜（各一两） 杏仁（炒，净，五十粒）
研末，杵杏仁千下次，入巴豆，次牛黄、真珠并杵，又铜器煎蜜热，灌臼中，下诸药，杵千下，丸如桐子
饮服一丸，一宿当和。大便出勿复与药。儿一岁内寒热在胁结痛，哺乳吐下剧者，螈 及背不着席，手足皆
举，目青呕沫，名风痫，为腹癖。以小豆大二丸，平旦服，日中、临卧各服二丸至十二丸。不去，服桐子大
二丸。又不愈，难治。大病数年，此药决之破除。日合勿令妇人见。一无甘草、目毒，有甘遂一两，常山二两。
五参丸 治百病热毒。
人参 苦参 丹参 元参 沙参（各二分） 柴胡 茯苓（各四分） 巴豆（净） 虫（净。各十枚） 黄芩（三
分） 葶苈 杏仁（净。各半合）
末，蜜丸。饮下小豆大二丸，日再。不知，加。若心下食不消，用吐下。一无黄芩、
柴胡、茯苓、杏仁，加干姜、炮附子各一分，防风半分，椒出汗半合。治五痫吐痢，寒热不乳，百病。大黄汤
大黄（五两） 滑石 龙骨 当归 芍药 黄芩 桂心 甘草（炙） 人参 青石脂 牡蛎（ ） 石膏（各二两）
粗末囊盛。五岁，下枣五枚，水八合，煮五合，撮药汤中煮三沸，绞滓，先食尽服。有乳痰即吐，宿乳若
下，宿乳当止，中风汗出 痛，服后安卧衣盖，儿大量加。治百病惊痫紫芝丸
紫芝 胡黄连 当归 羚羊角 赤石脂 人参 马齿（炙，各一分） 川椒 杏仁 蚱蝉 乌蛇 雀瓮（并炒） 蜂

末。一岁儿食前乳汁和丸如大豆，二丸，日三。不知，加。一有蜣螂、桂心各三分。主病甚多，常带令不病。
保童丸 治诸疾。一岁上无辜疳湿、闪癖、惊痫、魍魉、除天行、赤眼、面黄等。

末，炼蜜和杵三千下， 器密封。饮下三丸，褥中儿米大一丸，量儿加。利下觉虚，吃蒸饼煮
《巢氏病源》小儿百病候：小儿的多种疾病，是由于调养失当，或受寒受热不当，哺乳喂养没有定时，忽饥忽饱，导致气血运行不畅，肠胃功能失调。有的可能发展为惊痫，有的可能形成伏热。小儿的气血脆弱，病情容易变化，证候繁多，如果在出现轻微症状时就及时治疗，就不会发展成严重的多种疾病，所以称之为“百病”。如果治疗太晚，疾病就会形成。凡是各种疾病发展到危重阶段，出汗像珍珠一样，沾在身上不流动的，是死症。病症如囟门凹陷，口唇干燥，眼睑反张，口中呼出冷气，头足相抵卧倒不能抬起，手足四肢下垂，身体僵直像被捆绑一样，手掌冰冷，到十天必定死亡，无法医治。
《千金方》治疗小儿赤白痢疾以及狐臭、耳聋、鼻塞等疾病，此药以三丸为一剂，服药不超过三剂，万种疾病都能消除，功效说之不尽，所以称为“万病丸”。因为它以牛黄为主药，所以又名“牛黄丸”。因为耆婆是良医，所以名为“耆婆丸方”。
牛黄、麝香、犀角（另一版本说一铢，现在各用一分）、朱砂、雄黄、黄连、禹余粮、大戟、芫花、人参、茯苓、干姜（炮制）、桂心、当归、川芎、芍药、甘遂、黄芩、桑白皮、蜀椒、细辛、桔梗、巴豆（去皮和脐）、前胡、紫菀、蒲黄（在纸上微炒）、葶苈子、防风（各一分）、芫青（七枚）、石蜥蜴（一寸）、蜈蚣（三节）。
以上三十一味药（崔氏的版本没有黄芩、桑白皮、桔梗、防风，共二十七味），都要求捣碎精细。牛黄、麝香、犀角、朱砂、雄黄、禹余粮、巴豆单独研磨，其余药物分别捣碎，用双层丝绢过滤，用白蜜调和，再捣三千下，密封保存。破除包装后，在清晨空腹时，用酒送服三丸，大小如梧桐子，以排出三升恶浊水液为良好效果。如果是突发急病，不必等到清晨，无论早晚立即服用，以出现呕吐腹泻为度；如果不吐不泻，再加服一丸，甚至三丸、五丸，必须达到吐泻的程度。不要限制丸数。如果病势强盛而药力不足，就不吐不泻，这不是其他原因。如果药效发得慢，用热饮汁送服。如果吐泻不止，吃两三口醋饭即可停止。服药期间忌食陈腐臭味、生冷、酸醋、滑腻、粘滞食物，以及大蒜、猪肉、鱼肉、鸡肉、狗肉、马肉、驴肉。如果一岁以下小儿有病，让乳母服用两粒小豆大小的药量，也以吐泻为度。新近患病及突发急病用药量要大，积久成疾则少服，通常以轻微溏泄为度。小儿患客忤（因惊吓或异气引起的疾病），服二丸如米粒大小，涂在乳头上让婴儿吸吮。小儿患惊痫，服二丸如米粒大小，涂在乳头上让婴儿吸吮，根据孩子的大小斟酌用量。小儿乳食不消化，必然腹胀满，服二丸如米粒大小，涂在乳头上让婴儿吸吮，不好转再服。
《千金翼方》治疗百病、各种癫狂邪气乱跑、气痞冷病，历年发黄黑，大腹水肿，小儿丁奚病（一种营养不良性消瘦病）、疟疾，经年霍乱，中恶、飞尸及暴疾等所有病症的主治方。
巴豆（去心和皮）、斑蝥（去翅足，熬制）、芫青（各三十枚）、天雄（炮制，去皮）、干姜（各半两）、乌头、附子（各炮制，去皮）、细辛、蜀椒（出汗，去掉闭口的）、踯躅（羊踯躅）、黄芩、桂心（各一两）。
以上十二味药切碎，装在绢袋中，浸入一斗酒中，浸泡十天，去渣，服用半合，每天三次，以见效为度。将药渣晒干做成散剂，用酒送服半钱匕，每天三次，体质强壮者服一钱。伤寒感受温湿冷气，头痛拘急，寒热疟疾，发作头风，都需要服用一钱匕浓煎，覆盖取汗，初次服用应当吐出三四升清稀液体。又主治心疝，妇人无子。服用后感到烦闷不堪的，喝一升冷水即可缓解。
《外台秘要》记载：深师镇心丸。治疗老人和小儿心气不足，虚弱时说话声音低微，劳累则加重，风邪百病皆主治的方子。
银屑（一分半，研细）、牛黄（九铢）、丹砂（研细）、甘草（炙烤）、麦门冬（去心）、远志（去心，各五分）、桂心、干姜（各六分）、菖蒲、紫菀（各三分）、防葵、人参、附子（炮制）、紫石英（研细）、防风、细辛、茯神、花椒（出汗，各四分）。
以上十八味药捣碎，过筛，用白蜜和丸，大小如梧桐子。饭前服用三丸，每天三次。不见效，逐渐增加剂量。忌食海藻、白菜、生菜、猪肉、生葱、生血类食物、饴糖。丹砂一作丹参。
《外台秘要》记载：《必效方》七宣丸方。
大黄（十五两）、枳实（炙烤）、青木香、诃黎勒皮、柴胡（各五两）、桃仁（去尖皮，熬制六两）、甘草（四两，炙烤）。
以上七味药捣碎、过筛，蜜和丸，大小如梧桐子。用酒送服二十丸，逐渐增加到五十丸。病位在下，空腹服用；病位在上，饭后服用。以通畅泻下为度，增减剂量凭意斟酌。如果是风气结聚，宿食不消化，兼有砂石皮毛在腹中，服用经过七八天后才会全部排出，排出的东西像牛涎、鱼脑等。如果病深且顽固，则需要半个月或一个月专门服用。不用五补丸（五补丸是三人所服用的，此药毒性更大）。如果是多年腰膝疼痛，寒冷如水石，脚气冲心昏闷快要死亡，头晕眼花跌倒，肩背沉重闷痛，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，风毒肿气，连及头面及大小便，或利或涩，脾胃气机不调，不能饮食，夜间睡觉脚部转筋，脉象掣痛，恍惚睡眠不安等疾病，用水送服可以痊愈。此药的功效不可尽述。如果是上述十几种病症攻击，就必须服用七宣丸使其消除。除此之外，轻症可以配合五补丸一起服用，循环不停，补养无穷，不问男女老少都可以服用，但必须根据体力仔细观察情况，加减服用。如果是初生的婴儿，可以给三丸、五丸，逐渐增加，以求通利。这两个方子应当长期服用，不限次数。春夏秋冬早晚行走休息之间，药性很好，禁忌如常法。
《外台秘要》仙人炼绛雪。治疗一切疾病。肺气积聚，咳逆呕吐脓血；丹石毒发作；流行时气，一切热病诸黄疸等；心风昏乱、心慌健忘；四肢烦热、头痛眼红，大小便不通，烦闷不安，骨节疼痛，赤白痢、血痢、热毒痢，宿食不消化，心腹胀满，出气不得；排出一切诸毒药，脚气等；饮酒多醉困，久痢不愈；孩子惊痫等。以上加水服用。产后一切疾病堕胎，加酒服用方。
朴硝（十斤）、升麻（三两）、大青、桑白皮、槐花（各二两）、犀角（屑）、羚羊角（屑，各一两）、苏枋木（六两）、竹叶（两把）、诃黎勒皮、山栀子（三十枚）、槟榔（二十颗）、朱砂（半两，细研）。
以上十三味药，用水二斗，浸泡一夜，煎取一斗，去渣，放入锅内熔化朴硝，不停地搅拌，等到快要凝固时，倒在盆中，搅拌加入朱砂、麝香后结成雪状，然后在容器中密封。有病时，酌情取用，加水服用，以利病除，身轻目明，四肢调适，治疗一切疾病，神验。老人小孩酌情用量。上面说加入朱砂、麝香，未见具体分量。
《外台秘要》仲景三物备急丸。司空裴秀制成散剂，用于治疗心腹各种突发急病方。
大黄、干姜、巴豆（去皮心熬制，另捣如脂状，各一两）。
以上药物都必须选用精新好药，捣筛，蜜和，再捣一千下，丸如梧桐子或小豆。服用三丸，老人小孩酌情用量。制成散剂不如丸剂。如果是中恶客忤，心腹胀满，突然疼痛如锥刀刺痛，气急口噤，停尸卒死者，用温水或酒送服。如果咽不下去，托起头部灌服令其咽下，一会儿就会好转。如果还没好，再给三丸，腹部应当鸣转，然后吐下就好了。如果口已噤，也必须撬开牙齿灌入，尤其奇妙神验。忌食芦笋、猪肉、冷水、肥腻食物。
《外台秘要》：《必效方》玉壶丸。主治万病，与麝香丸同效方。
雄黄、朱砂（各研细）、巴豆（去皮心熬制）、特生石（烧半天研细）、附子（炮制，去皮）、藜芦（炙烤，各三两）。
以上六味药捣筛，蜜和丸，大小如小豆。用水送服二丸，得利后病愈。小儿如黍粟大一丸，凭意斟酌用量。
《外台秘要》刘氏治疗小儿百病，上冷下热，上热下冷难以调养的方子。
犀角（末）、甘草、生地黄（各六分）、芍药（五分）、白术、茯苓、栀子（各三分）、柴胡、人参、大黄、生姜（各四分）、黄芩（二分）、桂心（一分）。
以上十三味药切碎，用水三升，煮取一升，分次温服。
《仙经》治疗百病方。
上面是用朴硝制伏成为元明粉。朴硝是太阴的精华，水的子行，是阴中有阳的药。《太阴号》说元明粉：治疗小儿疳气阴毒，伤寒表里，疫疠等候都完全治愈。此药久服，让人身轻目明，驻颜延寿，紧急解毒药，补益妙方。唐明皇帝听说终南山有道士刘元真服食此药，于是召见询问说：我听说你寿命约三百岁，服食什么药能住在世间，如此充实喜悦？元真回答说：臣承接《仙经》修炼朴硝，号称元明粉，只服此药，于是无病长生。此药无渣，性温，能除众疾。生吃尚能救急难性命，何况修炼长期服用。益精壮气，助气正阴，不拘丈夫、妇人、幼稚襁褓，不问四季冷热，都治疗。一两分为十二服，但临时酌量加减。如果觉得壅热，伤寒头痛鼻塞，四肢不能举动，饮食不下、烦闷气喘，不论昼夜，急切需要宣泻求安。就看年纪高低，用药一分或至半两，酌量加减。用桃花汤送服作为使药最好，其次用葱汤送服，饭后随冷热服用。
《经验方》：《备急方》治疗一切疾患山豆根方
上面用山大豆根不拘多少，根据下列治疗：一名解毒，二名黄结，三名中药。患虫毒，密遣人和水研已，禁声，服少许，不止再服。患秃疮，以水研敷疮上。患喉痛，含一片细咽津。患五种痔，水研服。患齿痛，含一片于痛处。患麸豆等疮，水研服少许。患头风，捣末，油调涂之。患赤白痢，捣末，蜜丸，空心煎水下二十丸，三服自止。患腹胀满喘闷，捣末少许，煎水调一盏瘥。患疮癣，捣末，腊月猪脂调涂之。患头上白雪屑，捣末，油浸涂。如是孩儿，即乳汁调半钱。患中宿冷、寸白虫，每朝空心，热酒调三钱，其虫自出。患五般急黄，空心以水调二钱。虫气，酒下二钱。霍乱，橘皮汤下三钱。热肿，热酒空心下三钱。卒腹痛，水研半钱。蜘蛛咬，唾和涂。狗咬、蚍蜉疮、蛇咬并水研敷。
《圣惠方》治疗儿童百病，变蒸、客忤、惊痫、壮热不解，龙胆草散。喘促痰结，胸中满闷。
虎睛仁（炙，一对）、犀角、吴蓝、赤芍药、牵牛子（炒）、牡蛎（烧）、鳖甲（酥炙，净，各半两）、巴豆霜（半分）、真珠、牛黄、桔梗、汉防己、杏仁（麸炒，各一分）。
罗末，炼蜜和，捣五百杵，丸如绿豆，汤下二丸，量加。
《灵苑方》万病散 一名无忧散。诸风疮肿疥癣，脏腑积冷壅滞，结为风劳；膀胱宿冷，脏腑衰败，面黄癖气块，疳、蛔攻心痛，中寒脑痛，状如山岚时疫：急服宣转，三五行瘥。或中风口 语謇，睡后涎出，十日一服，三服永瘥。久患腰膝疼痛，拜跪艰难，坐食不安，进一两服。儿疳、痢、脱肛量与。男女久泄气痢，状似休息，一服搜出冷痰一、二升。此药并不困倦，不妨行步服药一两，日后便觉身轻目明，腰下减重，顿思饮食。妇人久患血痨，痿黄无力亦宜。孕妇或遇废晦勿服，服后疾未除，将息三、四日再服。
黄芩、木通、桑白皮、陈皮、白术、木香、胡椒（各半两，作一服，别研置）、牵牛子（微炒，勿周热，头末一两）。黄芩散二钱，牵牛末二钱，天色晴明五更姜汤小半盏调药顿服，更以汤送。平明宣三两行，下多不妨，应脏腑百病悉出，转后吃一日白粥补。
养生神曲治儿诸疾，丙日作曲，丁日治药，名丙丁膏
天南星、乌蛇肉（各三钱）、麻黄（去节）、天麻（各半两）、大附子（炮，净，一枚）、蝎（分半）、白附子（三钱半）、白僵蚕（四钱）。
末，水一升，浸三日，捩滓，寒食曲一斗和踏曲，楮叶罨七日，纸袋悬十四日。治儿吐泻后精神困顿，不乳多睡，入龙麝汤服。变痫鸦声，面青黄、螈 、咽中不利，朱砂、龙麝、曲服。又滑痢，曲末蜜丸鸡头大，汤化。又曲一两，入朱砂、雄黄少许，琥珀、甘草末各二钱，蜜丸鸡头大，名太一丹。
《婴孺书》治疗八痞、积聚、留饮、伏热、宿食不化、里急腹痛、往来寒热、羸瘦骨立、饮食不为、气力多厌、翕翕短气、魂神不守、邪鬼往来、恍惚不定，医不能治，太乙决疑牛黄双丸
牛黄（枣大）、马目毒公（二个）、附子（一枚）、巴豆（炒，四十枚）、雄黄、丹砂、真珠、甘草、牡蛎（煅）、蜀椒（出汗）、白蜜（各一两）、杏仁（炒，净，五十粒）。
研末，杵杏仁千下次，入巴豆，次牛黄、真珠并杵，又铜器煎蜜热，灌臼中，下诸药，杵千下，丸如桐子饮服一丸，一宿当和。大便出勿复与药。儿一岁内寒热在胁结痛，哺乳吐下剧者，螈 及背不着席，手足皆举，目青呕沫，名风痫，为腹癖。以小豆大二丸，平旦服，日中、临卧各服二丸至十二丸。不去，服桐子大二丸。又不愈，难治。大病数年，此药决之破除。日合勿令妇人见。一无甘草、目毒，有甘遂一两，常山二两。
五参丸 治百病热毒。
人参、苦参、丹参、元参、沙参（各二分）、柴胡、茯苓（各四分）、巴豆（净）、虫（净，各十枚）、黄芩（三分）、葶苈、杏仁（净，各半合）。
末，蜜丸。饮下小豆大二丸，日再。不知，加。若心下食不消，用吐下。一无黄芩、柴胡、茯苓、杏仁，加干姜、炮附子各一分，防风半分，椒出汗半合。治五痫吐痢，寒热不乳，百病。
大黄汤
大黄（五两）、滑石、龙骨、当归、芍药、黄芩、桂心、甘草（炙）、人参、青石脂、牡蛎（煅）、石膏（各二两）。粗末囊盛。五岁，下枣五枚，水八合，煮五合，撮药汤中煮三沸，绞滓，先食尽服。有乳痰即吐，宿乳若下，宿乳当止，中风汗出 痛，服后安卧衣盖，儿大量加。
治百病惊痫紫芝丸
紫芝、胡黄连、当归、羚羊角、赤石脂、人参、马齿（炙，各一分）、川椒、杏仁、蚱蝉、乌蛇、雀瓮（并炒）、蜂房、丹参、干姜、芍药、龙骨、细辛、黄连、川芎（各二分）、丹砂（熬十上下）、牛黄（各五分）、东门上鸡头（炙，一枚）。
末。一岁儿食前乳汁和丸如大豆，二丸，日三。不知，加。一有蜣螂、桂心各三分。主病甚多，常带令不病。
保童丸 治诸疾。一岁上无辜疳湿、闪癖、惊痫、魍魉、除天行、赤眼、面黄等。
牛黄、夜明砂、甘草（炙）、甘遂、牡蛎、真珠、巴豆（净，煮五、七沸，霜，各一分）、虎睛（一分）、芍药、黄芩、杏仁（净，各四分）。
末，炼蜜和杵三千下，容器密封。饮下三丸，褥中儿米大一丸，量儿加。利下觉虚，吃蒸饼煮
*Chaoshi Bingyuan* (Source of Diseases of Chaofu) on the Syndrome of Hundred Diseases in Infants and Children: The various diseases of infants and children arise from improper nursing, exposure to cold or heat, irregular feeding times, and alternating hunger and fullness, leading to disordered Qi and Blood, and dysfunction of the intestines and stomach. Some may develop into *Jingxian* (Convulsions and Epilepsy), while others may form latent heat (*Fu Re*). Since the Qi and Blood of infants and children are fragile and prone to rapid changes, presenting with numerous symptoms, if treatment is initiated at the slightest sign, severe multi-system diseases will not develop; hence it is called "Hundred Diseases." If treatment is delayed, the disease becomes established. In all diseases reaching a critical state, sweating like pearls that stick to the body without flowing indicates death. Symptoms such as a sunken fontanelle, dry lips, retracted eyelids, cold breath from the mouth, lying with head and feet touching unable to lift limbs, hanging limbs, rigid posture like being bound, cold palms, and death within ten days are incurable.
*Qianjin Fang* (Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) treats infantile dysentery (red and white), fox odor, deafness, nasal congestion, etc. This medicine uses three pills as one dose; taking no more than three doses eliminates myriad diseases, its efficacy being inexhaustible, thus named "Wanbing Wan" (Myriad Diseases Pill). As it primarily uses *Niuhuang* (Calculus Bovis), it is also called "Niuhuang Wan." Named after Qipo, a renowned physician, it is also called "Qipo Wan Fang."
*Calculus Bovis* (Niuhuang), *Moschus* (Shexiang), *Rhinocerotis Cornu* (Xijiao) [another version says 1 zhu, now each use 1 fen], *Cinnabar* (Zhusha), *Realgar* (Xionghuang), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian), *Yuyuliang*, *Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba* (Daji), *Genkwa Flos* (Yuanhua), *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen), *Poria* (Fuling), *Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Ganjiang - processed), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Guixin), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Xiong), *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Shaoyao), *Kansui Radix* (Gansui), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin), *Morus Albae Cortex* (Sangbaipi), *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Shujiao), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin), *Platycodonis Radix* (Jiegeng), *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou - peeled and deseeded), *Peucedani Radix* (Qianhu), *Asterae Radix* (Ziwan), *Lygodii Spora* (Puhuang - lightly fried on paper), *Descurainiae Semen* (Tinglizi), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng) [each 1 fen], *Mylabris* (Yuanqing - 7 pieces), *Gekko Gecko* (Shixiyi - 1 cun), *Scolopendra* (Wugong - 3 segments).
The above thirty-one ingredients (Cui's version lacks Huangqin, Sangbaipi, Jiegeng, Fangfeng, totaling twenty-seven) should be finely ground. Niuhuang, Shexiang, Xijiao, Zhusha, Xionghuang, Yuyuliang, and Badou are ground separately; the rest are pounded individually, passed through double-layer silk gauze, mixed with white honey, pounded for three thousand strokes, and sealed tightly. When breaking the seal, take three pills the size of sophora seeds on an empty stomach at dawn with wine. The ideal effect is the discharge of three sheng of foul water. For sudden acute diseases, do not wait for dawn; take immediately regardless of time, aiming for vomiting and diarrhea. If no vomiting/diarrhea occurs, increase by one pill, up to three or five pills, until vomiting/diarrhea ensues. Do not limit the number of pills. If the disease is strong but the drug potency is weak, vomiting/diarrhea may not occur; this is not due to other causes. If the effect is slow, administer with hot drink. If vomiting/diarrhea persists, stop it by eating two or three mouthfuls of sour rice. Avoid stale, smelly, raw, cold, sour, slippery, sticky foods, garlic, pork, fish, chicken, dog, horse, and donkey meat. For infants under one year old, the nursing mother takes two small bean-sized pills, also aiming for vomiting/diarrhea. Acute and sudden diseases require larger doses; chronic diseases require smaller doses, usually aiming for mild loose stools. For infants suffering from *Keyu* (shock/fright), take two pills the size of millet grains, apply to the nipple for the infant to suck. For infantile convulsions/epilepsy, take two pills the size of millet grains, apply to the nipple for sucking, adjusting according to the child's size. For indigestion causing abdominal distension, take two pills the size of millet grains, apply to the nipple for sucking; repeat if ineffective.
*Qianjin Yi* (Supplement to Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) treats hundred diseases, various manic/wandering behaviors due to evil qi, cold qi stagnation, yellow/black discoloration over years, massive abdominal edema, infantile *Dingxi* (severe malnutrition/emaciation), malaria, chronic cholera, *Zhong'e* (sudden evil invasion), *Feishi* (flying corpse disease), and sudden illnesses.
*Crotonis Fructus* (Badou - dehearted and peeled), *Mylabris* (Bimao - wings and feet removed, roasted), *Mylabris* (Yuanqing - 30 each), *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Tianxiong - processed, peeled), *Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Ganjiang - half liang each), *Aconiti Radix* (Wutou), *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Fuzi - processed, peeled, each), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin), *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Shujiao - sweated, remove closed ones), *Daphne Genkwa* (Zhizhu), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Guixin - each 1 liang).
Cut the above twelve ingredients finely, place in a silk bag, soak in one dou of wine for ten days, strain, and take half she, three times daily, until effective. Dry the residue and make into powder; take half qianbi with wine, three times daily, one qian for robust individuals. For cold-wet invasion in typhoid, headache with stiffness, chills and fever malaria, and wind-headache, take one qianbi concentrated decoction, cover well to induce sweating. Initial intake should produce three to four sheng of clear fluid. It also treats heart hernia and female infertility. If unbearable irritability occurs, drink one sheng of cold water to relieve.
*Waitai Mi Yao* records: *Shenshi Zhenxin Wan* (Deep Master Heart-Calming Pill). Treats insufficient heart Qi in the elderly and children, weakness with whispering, worsening with exertion, and various wind-pathogen diseases.
*Silver flakes* (Yinqian - 1.5 fen, ground), *Calculus Bovis* (Niuhuang - 9 zhu), *Cinnabar* (Dansha - ground), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao - roasted), *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (Mendong - dehearted), *Polygalae Radix* (Yuanzhi - dehearted, each 5 fen), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Guixin), *Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Ganjiang - each 6 fen), *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Changpu), *Asterae Radix* (Ziwan - each 3 fen), *Leuzeae Radix* (Fang Kui), *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen), *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Fuzi - processed), *Fluorite* (Zhi Shiyang - ground), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin), *Poria Cum Pino* (Fushen), *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Jiao - sweated, each 4 fen).
Pound the above eighteen ingredients, sift, mix with white honey to make pills the size of sophora seeds. Take three pills before meals, three times daily. Increase gradually if ineffective. Avoid seaweed, cabbage, raw vegetables, pork, raw green onion, raw blood products, and maltose. Dansha is alternatively Danshen.

*Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang - 15 liang), *Immature Bitter Orange* (Zhishi - roasted), *Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum* (Qingmuxiang), *Terminalia Chebula Retusa* (Helilepi), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chaihu - each 5 liang), *Persicae Semen* (Taoren - depointed and peeled, roasted 6 liang), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao - 4 liang, roasted).
Pound and sift the above seven ingredients, mix with honey to make pills the size of sophora seeds. Take twenty pills with wine, gradually increasing to fifty. For lower body diseases, take on an empty stomach; for upper body diseases, take after meals. Aim for smooth evacuation; adjust dosage as needed. For qi stagnation accumulation, undigested food, plus stones/hair in the abdomen, take for seven to eight days until expelled, resembling ox saliva or fish brain. For deep-seated stubborn diseases, take exclusively for half a month or a month. Do not use Wubu Wan (Wubu Wan is taken by three people; this drug is more toxic). For chronic knee/lower back pain feeling cold like water/stone, *Hongjiao* (gout) rushing to the heart causing fainting, dizziness/fainting, heavy/stuffy shoulders/back, abdominal distension/chest oppression, wind-toxin swelling affecting head/face and bowels/bladder (diarrhea or retention), spleen/stomach Qi disorder, inability to eat, nocturnal leg cramps, pulling pulse pain, insomnia/restlessness, take with water to cure completely. Its efficacy is incalculable. For the aforementioned dozen diseases, take Seven-Opening Pill to eliminate. For milder conditions, combine with Wubu Wan in rotation for endless nourishment, suitable for all ages/genders, adjusting based on strength. Newborns can take three to five pills, gradually increasing for smooth evacuation. These formulas require long-term use without limits. Suitable for any season/time/activity; contraindications follow standard rules.
*Waitai Mi Yao*: Immortal Refined Jiangxue. Treats all diseases. Lung Qi accumulation, cough/reversal, vomiting pus/blood; Dan-shi toxicity eruption; epidemic seasonal Qi, all febrile diseases, jaundice; heart wind confusion, palpitations/amnesia; limb vexatious heat, headache/red eyes, urinary/fecal obstruction, vexation/restlessness, joint pain, red/white dysentery, bloody dysentery, heat-toxin dysentery, undigested food, abdominal distension/inability to breathe; expels all poisons, gout; alcohol intoxication, chronic dysentery; infantile convulsions/epilepsy. Mix with water and take. Postpartum all diseases/miscarriage, take with wine.
*Natrii Sulfas* (Puxiao - 10 jin), *Imperatae Rhizoma* (Shengma - 3 liang), *Isatidis Folium* (Daqing), *Morus Albae Cortex* (Sangbaipi), *Stemonae Radix* (Huaihua - each 2 liang), *Rhinocerotis Cornu* (Xijiao - shaved), *Antilopi Cornu* (Lingyangjiao - shaved, each 1 liang), *Sappan Wood* (Sufangmu - 6 liang), *Phyllostachys Nigra Leaves* (Zhuye - two handfuls), *Terminalia Chebula Retusa* (Helilepi), *Gardeniae Fructus* (Shanzhizi - 30 pieces), *Arecae Semen* (Binglang - 20 pieces), *Cinnabar* (Zhusha - half liang, finely ground).
Soak the above thirteen ingredients in two dou of water overnight, decoct to one dou, strain, add Puxiao to the pot to melt, stir constantly until nearly solidifying, pour into a basin, stir in Zhusha and Moschus until snow forms, then seal in a container. Take appropriate amount with water when ill; promotes bowel movement, removes disease, lightens body, clarifies eyes, regulates limbs, treats all diseases miraculously. Adjust for age. Dosages for Zhusha/Moschun were not specified above.
*Waitai Mi Yao*: Zhang Zhongjing's Sanwu Beiji Wan. Made into powder by Sima Pei Xiu, treating sudden heart/abdominal hundred diseases.
*Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang), *Zingiberis Rhizoma* (Ganjiang), *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou - dehearted and peeled, roasted, ground separately to paste, each 1 liang).
Use refined fresh good drugs, pound/sift, mix with honey, pound another thousand times, make pills size of sophora seeds or soybeans. Take three pills, adjust for age/size. Powder is inferior to pills. For *Zhong'e*/*Keyu*, abdominal distension/pain like needle stabbing, shortness of breath/jaw lock, sudden death/corpse stagnation, take with warm water or wine. If unable to swallow, prop head and force feed; improvement follows shortly. If not better, give three more pills; abdominal rumbling followed by vomiting/diarrhea indicates cure. If jaw locked, pry teeth and force feed; especially miraculous. Avoid reeds/asparagus, pork, cold water, fatty/rich foods.
*Waitai Mi Yao*: *Bixiao Fang* Yuhu Wan. Treats myriad diseases, same efficacy as Shexiang Wan.
*Realgar* (Xionghuang), *Cinnabar* (Zhusha - ground each), *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou - dehearted/peeled/roasted), *Te Sheng Shi* (special stone - roasted half day/ground), *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Fuzi - processed/peeled), *Veratri Radix* (Lilu - roasted, each 3 liang).
Pound/sift six ingredients, mix with honey to make pills size of soybeans. Take two pills with water; cure upon bowel movement. Infants: one pill size of millet, adjust as needed.
*Waitai Mi Yao*: Liu's formula for infantile hundred diseases, upper cold/lower heat, upper heat/lower cold difficult to regulate.
*Rhinocerotis Cornu* (Xijiao - powder), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao), *Rehmanniae Radix* (Shengdihuang - each 6 fen), *Paeoniae Radix* (Shaoyao - 5 fen), *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu), *Poria* (Fuling), *Gardeniae Fructus* (Zhizi - each 3 fen), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chaihu), *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen), *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang), *Zingiberis Fresh Rhizoma* (Shengjiang - each 4 fen), *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin - 2 fen), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Guixin - 1 fen).
Cut thirteen ingredients, decoct in three sheng water to one sheng, divide and take warm.
*Xian Jing* (Immortal Classic) formula for hundred diseases.
Above refers to Puxiao processed into Yuanming Fen. Puxiao is the essence of Taiyin, son of water, a drug with Yang within Yin. *Taiyin Hao* states Yuanming Fen treats infantile *Gan* Qi, Yin poison, exterior-interior typhoid, epidemics, etc. Long-term use lightens body, clarifies eyes, preserves youth, extends life, urgently detoxifies, and tonifies excellently. Emperor Tang Ming heard Daoist Liu Yuanzhen of Zhongnan Mountain took this drug, summoned him asking about his 300-year lifespan. Yuanzhen replied he cultivated Puxiao into Yuanming Fen per *Xian Jing*, taking only this drug for disease-free longevity. The drug has no residue, is warm-natured, removes many diseases. Raw consumption saves emergencies; cultivation/long-term use benefits essence/Qi, corrects Yin/Yang, suitable for men/women/infants, all seasons. Divide 1 liang into twelve doses, adjust as needed. If feeling stuffy/heat, typhoid headache/nasal congestion, limb immobility, dysphagia, vexation/qi rebellion, urgently need draining/relief regardless of time/day. Adjust dose (1 fen to half liang) by age. Best taken with Peach Flower Decoction,其次 Onion Decoction, after meals warm/cold as needed.
*Jingyan Fang*: *Beiji* formula for all ailments using *Shandougeng*.
Use *Shandougeng* (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix) freely. Also known as Jiedu, Huangjie, Zhongyao. For insect venom, grind with water, remain silent, take small amount, repeat if needed. For bald sores, apply water-grind paste. For sore throat, hold one slice and swallow saliva slowly. For five types of hemorrhoids, take water-grind. For toothache, hold one slice on painful spot. For wheat-bean sores, take small amount water-grind. For wind-head, grind powder, mix with oil, apply. For red/white dysentery, grind powder, make honey pills, take twenty pills with decoction on empty stomach; stops after three doses. For abdominal distension/wheezing, take small amount powder mixed in decoction. For sores/tinea, grind powder, mix with pig fat in December, apply. For white flakes on head, grind powder, soak in oil, apply. For children, mix with milk. For chronic cold/roundworms, take 3 qian with hot wine on empty stomach morning; worms exit naturally. For five types of acute jaundice, take 2 qian with water on empty stomach. For worm qi, take 2 qian with wine. For cholera, take 3 qian with Tangerine Peel Decoction. *Lingyuan Wan* Myriad Diseases Powder, also called Wuyou San. Treats wind sores/swelling/scabies/tinea, organ cold stagnation forming wind-labor; bladder chronic cold, organ decay, sallow complexion, phlegm-mass, *Gan*, roundworm attacking heart pain, cold brain pain resembling mountain miasma/epidemic: urgent intake promotes circulation, improves in three to five doses. For stroke with slurred speech, post-sleep salivation, take every ten days, three doses for permanent cure. For chronic knee/back pain, difficulty kneeling/sitting/eating, take one or two doses. For infant *Gan*, dysentery, rectal prolapse, adjust dose. For chronic diarrhea/qi-dysentery resembling intermittent type, one dose extracts one to two sheng of cold phlegm. *Calculus Bovis* (Niuhuang - date size), *Ma Mu Du Gong* (two pieces), *Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata* (Fuzi - 1 piece), *Crotonis Fructus* (Badou - roasted, 40 pieces), *Realgar* (Xionghuang), *Cinnabar* (Dansha), *Pearl* (Zhenzhu), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao), *Ostrea Concha* (Muli - calcined), *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Shujiao - sweated), *White Honey* (Baimi - each 1 liang), *Pruni Semen* (Xingren - roasted, clean, 50 grains).
Grind to powder, pound Xingren thousand times, add Badou, then Niuhuang/Zhenzhu and pound again. Heat honey in copper vessel, pour into mortar, add drugs, pound thousand times, make pills size of sophora seeds. Take one pill with water; harmonizes overnight. Stop if stool passes. For infants under one year with chills/fever in hypochondrium, painful knots, severe vomiting/diarrhea during nursing, spasms, back not touching mat, limbs raised, blue eyes/vomiting foam, named Wind Epilepsy, Abdominal Pi mass. Take two pills size of adzuki beans at dawn, two pills at noon and bedtime, up to twelve pills. If not resolved, take two pills size of sophora seeds. If still unresolved, difficult to treat. For severe diseases lasting years, this drug resolves and breaks them. Prepare daily, keep away from women. Alternative: No Gancao/Mudu, add Gansui 1 liang, Changshan 2 liang.
