According to *Chao Shi Bing Yuan* (Pathogenesis of Diseases by Master Chao) regarding the syndrome of pediatric lithuria (stone strangury): Lithuria refers to the passage of stones during urination. The Kidney governs water metabolism; when water condenses and fails to transform, it forms stones, thus the Kidney accommodates sand and stones. When the Kidney is invaded by pathogenic heat, excessive heat leads to strangury. The clinical manifestations include pain in the urethra during urination, inability to void urine immediately and smoothly, frequent pain radiating to the small intestine, urgency and discomfort within the bladder, and the discharge of sand and stones via the urinary tract. In severe cases, the urinary pathway becomes obstructed causing intense pain, potentially leading to syncope due to pain.
