Mr. Mao discusses: For infants aged five months to seven years, if there are abdominal masses or accumulations (Ji Pi) forming lumps the size of a plum pit, which may move or resemble an egg in size, accompanied by constant crying and pain, these can be classified into several types. Pain below the umbilicus is referred to as "Qi" (a pediatric condition characterized by Qi stagnation and abdominal pain); administering Yun Tai San (Rapeseed Powder) combined with Hui Xiang San (Fennel Powder) will lead to recovery. However, if the child presents with a dark complexion, fixed gaze, passage of black blood in stool, coldness of the nose, mouth, hands, and feet, and inability to eat, the prognosis is poor and may result in death. (The formula for Yun Tai San is found in this section; Mr. Mao's Hui Xiang San was not fully available, but there is a Forty-Eight Manifestations Hui Xiang San formula, also found in this section.)
