（黑疵附）
《巢氏病源》小儿赤疵候∶小儿有血气不和，肌肉变生赤色，染渐长大无定，或如钱大，或阔三数寸是也。
《千金》治小儿身上生赤疵方。
上取马尿洗之，日四、五度。
《千金》治小儿身上有赤黑疵方。
上针父脚中，取血贴疵上，即消。
《千金》又方
上取狗热屎敷之，皮自卷落。
《千金翼》凡人身有赤疵方。
上常以银揩令热，不久渐渐消灭瘢痕。
《婴孺》治赤疵方。上取生漆点之瘥。
《千金翼》治白癜、白驳、浸淫、 疡着颈及胸前方。
上以大醋于瓯底磨硫黄，令如泥，又以八角附子截一头使平，就瓯底重磨硫黄使熟。夜卧先布拭病上令热，
乃以药敷之，重者三度。
《千金翼》又方
硫黄 水银 矾石 灶墨
上四味等分，捣下筛，以葱涕和研之。临卧以敷病上。
《千金翼》又方
石硫黄（三两） 附子（去皮） 铁精（各一两）
上三味并研捣，以三年醋和，内瓷器中，密封七日。以醋泔净洗，上拭干涂之即愈，一、两日慎风。
《千金翼》治头项及面上白驳浸淫渐长，有似于癣，但无疮方。
上以干鳗鲡鱼灸脂涂之，先拭驳上，外把刮之令小惨痛，拭燥，然后以鱼脂涂之，一涂便愈，难者不过三
涂之，佳。
《千金翼》又方
上取生木空中水，洗之，食顷止。
《千金翼》又方
上以桂心末，唾和敷驳上，日三止。
《千金翼》又方
白芨 当归 附子 天雄 黄芩（各一两） 干姜（四两） 踯躅（一升）
上七味，捣筛为散，酒服五分匕，日三服。
《千金翼》灸法∶五月五日午时，灸膝外屈脚当纹头，随年壮两处，灸一时下火，不得转动。

《巢氏病源》中关于小儿赤疵的论述：小儿因气血不和，肌肉发生变化呈现红色，逐渐扩大且形状不定，有的像铜钱大小，有的宽达三数寸。
《千金方》治疗小儿身上生赤疵的方剂。
以上述方法，取马尿清洗患处，每日四至五次。
《千金方》治疗小儿身上有赤黑色疵点的方剂。
以上述方法，针刺父亲脚部穴位，取血贴敷于疵点上，即可消除。
《千金方》又一方
以上述方法，取狗的热粪便敷贴患处，皮肤自然卷曲脱落。
《千金翼方》治疗人身赤疵的方剂。
以上述方法，常用银器摩擦患处使其发热，不久后瘢痕会逐渐消退。
《婴孺书》治疗赤疵的方剂。以上述方法，取生漆点涂患处，即可痊愈。
《千金翼方》治疗白癜风、白驳病、浸淫疮，以及疮疡长在颈部和胸前的方剂。
以上述方法，用大醋在瓦碗底部研磨硫黄，使其呈泥状；再取八角附子切平一头，在碗底与硫黄共同重磨，使药性熟透。夜间睡觉前，先铺布擦拭患处使其发热，然后将药物敷上，病情重的需敷三次。
《千金翼方》又一方
硫黄、水银、矾石、灶墨
以上四味药等量混合，捣碎过筛，用葱汁调和研细。临睡前敷于患处。
《千金翼方》又一方
石硫黄（三两）、附子（去皮）、铁精（各一两）
以上三味药一起研捣，用陈醋调和，放入瓷器中，密封七日。用醋淘米水洗净患处，擦干后涂抹药物即可痊愈，一两天内注意避风。
《千金翼方》治疗头颈及面部白驳病，浸淫渐长，类似癣疾，但没有疮口的方剂。
以上述方法，用干鳗鲡鱼灸出的油脂涂抹，先擦拭白斑处，外部抓刮使其感到轻微疼痛，擦干后，再用鱼脂涂抹，一次涂抹即愈，难治者不过三次涂抹，效果良好。
《千金翼方》又一方
以上述方法，取生木头中空处的积水清洗患处，片刻即可停止（指症状缓解或停止扩散）。
《千金翼方》又一方
以上述方法，用桂心粉末，以唾液调和敷于白斑处，每日三次即可。
《千金翼方》又一方
白芨、当归、附子、天雄、黄芩（各一两）、干姜（四两）、踯躅（一升）
以上七味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次用酒送服五分匕大小的药量，每日服用三次。
《千金翼方》灸法：五月五日午时，灸膝外侧屈脚时皱纹尽头处，根据年龄决定壮数（每岁一壮），两处同时施灸，灸一小时后下火，施灸过程中身体不得转动。

*Chao Shi Bing Yuan* (Source of Diseases by Chao Yuanfang) on the condition of pediatric red macules: In children, due to disharmony of blood and qi, the muscles change and generate a red color. The lesions gradually enlarge with indefinite shapes, some as large as a coin, others wide up to three or four inches.
*Qian Jin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) for treating red macules appearing on the body of children.
Take horse urine to wash the affected area, four to five times daily.
*Qian Jin Fang* for treating red and black macules on the body of children.
Puncture a point on the father's foot to obtain blood, then apply it to the macule; it will disappear immediately.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Fang*:
Apply fresh hot feces from a dog to the affected area; the skin will naturally curl and fall off.
*Qian Jin Yi Fang* (Supplement to Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) for treating red macules on the human body.
Frequently rub the affected area with silver until it becomes warm; the scar marks will gradually disappear in a short time.
*Ying Ru Shu* (Book for Infants and Children) for treating red macules.
Apply raw lacquer to the affected area; it will heal.
*Qian Jin Yi Fang* for treating vitiligo (Bai Dian), white macules (Bai Bo), spreading sores (Jin Yin), and ulcers located on the neck and chest.
Grind sulfur (Liu Huang) at the bottom of a earthenware bowl using strong vinegar until it forms a paste. Then, take an eight-cornered Aconite root (Fu Zi), cut one end flat, and grind it against the sulfur at the bowl bottom to "cook" the mixture. Before going to bed at night, first wipe the affected area with cloth to make it warm, then apply the medicine. For severe cases, apply three times.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
Sulfur (Liu Huang), Mercury (Shui Yin), Alum (Fan Shi), Soot from the stove (Zao Mo).
Mix these four ingredients in equal proportions, pound them into powder, and sieve. Blend with juice from green onions. Apply to the affected area before sleeping.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
Mineral Sulfur (Shi Liu Huang, 3 liang), Processed Aconite Root (Fu Zi, peeled, 1 liang), Iron Essence (Tie Jing, 1 liang).
Pound and grind these three ingredients together. Mix with aged vinegar for three years, place in a porcelain jar, and seal tightly for seven days. Wash the affected area clean with vinegar-rice water, dry it, and apply the medicine. It will heal within one or two days; avoid wind during this period.
*Qian Jin Yi Fang* for treating white macules (Bai Bo) on the head, neck, and face that spread and grow, resembling tinea but without ulceration.
Use the oil rendered from roasting dried eel (Man Li Yu) to apply to the area. First wipe the white patches, then scratch the external surface until slight pain is felt. Dry the area, then apply the eel oil. Healing occurs after one application; difficult cases may require no more than three applications for good results.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
Collect water from the hollows of living wood to wash the affected area; symptoms will cease after a meal's time.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
Use powder from Cinnamon Heart (Gui Xin), mix with saliva, and apply to the white macules. Do this three times daily.
Another prescription from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
Bletilla Rhizome (Bai Ji), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Aconite Root (Fu Zi), Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateralis Radix Preparata (Tian Xiong), Scutellaria Baicalensis Radix (Huang Qin, each 1 liang), Dried Ginger (Gan Jiang, 4 liang), Rhododendron Dauricum Flower (Zhi Zhu, 1 sheng).
Pound and sieve these seven ingredients to make a powder. Take half a spoonful (fen bi) mixed with wine, three times daily.
Moxibustion method from *Qian Jin Yi Fang*:
On the fifth day of the fifth lunar month at noon, moxa-burn the points at the ends of the creases on the lateral side of the knees when the legs are bent. Use one moxa cone per year of age for both sides. Moxa for one hour before removing the ember. The patient must not move during the procedure.
