上件药，以水一大碗，煎六、七沸洗之，取其滓，以帛裹，熨儿肿处妙。

《葛氏肘后》灸法∶小儿阴疝，发时肿痛，随左右灸足大指第二节下横纹理正中央五壮，佳。姚云∶足大指本三壮。
《圣惠》灸法∶阴肿灸内昆仑各三壮，在内踝后五分筋骨间陷中，炷如小麦大。又灸大敦七壮。

以上药物捣碎，过筛成细末，用炼蜜调和制成如绿豆大小的丸药。三岁的儿童每次在饭前用温水送服三丸。根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿阴肿，因肠虚冷、多啼哭导致气机下陷所致的牡丹丸方

以上药物捣碎，过筛成细末，用炼蜜制成如麻子大小的丸药。一至两岁的儿童每次用温水送服五丸，早晨和晚上各一次。根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿阴肿的大黄散方
木通（切碎） 羌活 川大黄（切碎、炒。各一分） 桑根白皮（半两，切碎） 川朴硝（三分）
以上药物捣碎，粗筛成散剂。一至两岁的儿童每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣。根据患儿大小分次温热服用。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿突发阴囊肿胀瘙痒的蛇床仁汤熨法
蛇床仁 柳枝屑（各一两）
以上药物，用一大碗水，煎煮六到七沸后清洗患处，取药渣，用布包裹，热敷患儿的肿胀处，效果很好。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿阴部突然肿痛发胀的牛蒡膏方
生牛蒡汁（两大盏，煎至如膏状） 赤小豆（研末，半两） 肉桂（研末，一分）
以上药物混合成膏状，涂抹在患儿肿胀处，立即消退。
《太平圣惠方》另一个方子
取马鞭草捣烂，包裹患处，每天更换两次。
《太平圣惠方》另一个方子
取桃仁热水浸泡，去皮尖及双仁，麸皮炒至微黄，捣研成膏状。三岁儿童用温酒化开如豇豆大小的量服用，每天三次。根据患儿大小酌情增减剂量。

以上药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次取少许，用生油调匀涂抹患处。
《吉氏家传》：治疗疝气，外肾大茎肿胀的方子。
牡丹皮 肉桂 豆豉心（熬制） 铁粉（等分）
以上药物研成末，炼蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸药。空腹时温酒送服二十丸，小儿用乳汁送服三到五丸。
《朱氏家传》治疗小儿外肾红肿胀痛，如圣丸方
取石燕子两个，研成细末，用米醋调成膏状，涂在睾丸上。

《葛氏肘后方》灸法：小儿阴疝，发作时肿痛，随左右侧在足大指第二节下横纹理正中央灸五壮，效果佳。姚云说：足大指根部灸三壮。
According to *Chao Shi Bing Yuan* (Source of Diseases by Chao Yuanfang) regarding the syndrome of pediatric genital swelling: The Foot-Shaoyin meridian is the channel of the Kidney, and its Qi extends downward to the genitals. If a child's Foot-Shaoyin meridian is deficient and susceptible to Wind pathogenic factors, the pathogenic Qi attacks the genitals, where it contends with and knots together with Blood and Qi, resulting in genital swelling.

*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* treats sudden pediatric genital swelling and itching. Method: She Chuang Ren Tang Fumigation (Cnidium Seed Decoction Compress).

For three-year-old children, dissolve a quantity the size of a cowpea in warm wine and administer orally, three times daily. Adjust dosage according to the child's size.

Da Huang (Rhubarb) Chi Xiao Dou (Red Adzuki Bean)
Grind the above into equal parts powder, mix with egg white, and apply.
*Yingru Shu* (Book for Infants and Children) treats sudden genital swelling and stabbing pain with sweating.
Xiao Suan (Small Allium) Jiu Cai (Chinese Chives) Yang Liu Gen (Poplar/Willow Root) (Each 1 jin)
Combine and roast, pour wine over them. While hot, use the steam to fumigate; the condition will heal.
Qian Yi's Supplementary Formula treats pediatric external genital swelling and hardness forming hernia.
Use dried earthworms ground into fine powder, mix with saliva, and apply. Always avoid wind, cold, and damp places.
Zhang Huan treats pediatric genital swelling caused by deficiency of the Foot-Shaoyin meridian and invasion of Wind pathogenic factors, which attack the lower meridians. Prescription: Tao Ren Dan (Peach Kernel Pellet).

Zhang Huan's Hu Lian San (Coptis Powder) treats genital swelling with sores.

Pound the above, sift into fine powder. Apply a small amount mixed with raw oil to the affected area.
*Ji Shi Jia Chuan* (Ji Family Transmission): Treats hernia qi with swelling of the external genitals and penis.

Grind the above into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Take twenty pills orally with warm wine on an empty stomach; for children, take three to five pills with breast milk.
*Zhu Shi Jia Chuan* (Zhu Family Transmission) treats pediatric external genital redness, swelling, and painful distension. Prescription: Ru Sheng Wan (Like Sage Pill).
Take two Shi Yan Zi (Stone Swallow Eggs - likely referring to a specific mineral or fossil used in TCM), grind finely, mix with rice vinegar to form a paste, and apply to the kidneys/genitals.
Ding Shifa, a physician from Changsha, transmits a formula for pediatric genital swelling with high fever: Gan Sui Wan (Kansui Root Pill).

Ding Shifa, a physician from Changsha, transmits Bai Ding Xiang San (White Dinosaur Egg Powder) to treat pediatric external genital edema and pulling pain.
Take half he of Bai Ding Xiang (Stork Excrement), combine with thirty Dao Ren Tou (Daoist Head - likely a specific herbal ingredient or part), place in a box with Bai Ding Xiang, take half qian of the frost-like substance; for children, take one zi. Wrap five cun of scallion with the medicine in paper, soak in wine, roast in fire until fragrant and cooked, chew thoroughly, and take occasionally.
*Ge Shi Hou Fang* (Emergency Prescriptions Kept at the Elbow) Moxibustion method: For pediatric Yin Hernia, when swelling and pain occur during attacks, moxa five cones on the center of the transverse crease below the second joint of the big toe, on either side; this is good. Yao Yun says: moxa three cones at the base of the big toe.
*Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang* Moxibustion method: For genital swelling, moxa Nei Kun Lun (Neikunlun) three cones on each side, located in the depression between bone and tendon five fen behind the medial malleolus; cone size like wheat grain. Also moxa Da Dun (Liver 1) seven cones.
