《良方》治小儿风热及伤寒时气，疮疹发热等。桔梗散

《聚宝方》牛黄丸 治一切风热，化涎止头痛，解蛊毒。
黄牛胆（十二月收取汁，和天南星末入胆袋内，实填捏扁，挂透风处一百日） 水窟雄黄（每煎药一两用

上三味为末，糯米煮稀糊，丸皂子大。每服一丸。头疼，金银薄荷汤嚼下一丸；伤暑毒，生姜蜜水嚼下；

《聚宝方》惺惺散 治小儿风热温壮，及外伤风冷。

上为末，每服一钱。水一小盏，煎至七分，温服。小儿伤风，风热疮疹尤宜服之。大人每服三钱。

上为末，蜜丸鸡头子大。薄荷汤下，大小加减。
长沙医者丁时发传胜金丸 解小儿一切风热，诸般热症等。惊风涎盛，搐搦不定，如服此药，必吐涎或泻出涎，
药之功也。
郁金（皂角煮，焙） 雄黄 白矾 朴硝（各一钱） 巴豆（七粒，出油） 轻粉 大黄（各半钱）
上为末，面糊为丸粟米大。每服五、七粒，金银薄荷汤下。
用甘草二两半，拍破后，用水两碗浸泡一夜，用慢火煮至剩下一碗，滤去药渣；随后加入天南星粉末，慢慢研磨，待甘草水完全吸收后，再加入其余药物。《孔氏家传》的方子相同，据说还多加了半分牛黄，这就是孙兆的方子。
张涣治疗小儿风热证，百合汤方：
百合、白术（炮制）、紫菀（洗净，焙干）、人参（去除芦头，以上各一两）、白茯苓、青橘皮、麦门冬（去除节和心）、甘草（炙制，以上各半两）。
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分一盏，加入竹叶三片、薄荷两叶，煎煮至五分，滤去药渣，温服。
《婴童宝鉴》治疗小儿风热，身体像烫火一样发热，夜间啼哭。绿霞散方：
柏叶（二分）、天南星（炮制）、僵蚕、全蝎、郁金（均研成末，以上各一分）、雄黄（研成末，一钱）。
将上述药物一起研磨均匀，每次服用“一字”量，用薄荷蜜水送服，剂量可加至半钱。
《良方》治疗小儿风热及伤寒时气病，疮疹发热等症。桔梗散：
桔梗、细辛、人参、白术、栝蒌根、甘草（炙制）、白茯苓、川芎。
将上述药物等分为末。每次服用二钱，用水一盏，加入薄荷二叶，同煎至七分。三岁以下的儿童分四到五次服用，五岁以上的儿童分两次服用。我家常做这种药，凡是小儿发热，不管是伤风还是风热，先服用此散剂，往往就能痊愈。同时服用小黑膏效果更好（方子见伤寒门中）。这个桔梗散与《活人书》中的方子相同，名叫惺惺散。（《孔氏家传》说：惺惺散加上钩藤、蝉蜕给小儿吃，非常妙，能调理上部的壅滞风热。）
《活人书》连翘饮 治疗小儿各种风热证。
连翘、防风、甘草、山栀子。
将上述药物等分，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用二钱，用水一中盏，煎煮至七分。
《九卫生》黍粘子散 治疗小儿伤寒，斑疹、毒瓦斯，咽喉膈部不利，声音出不来、疼痛等症。
牛蒡子（炒制）、甜参、升麻、甘草（炙制）、干薄荷（以上等分）。
将上述药物制成粗末。每次服用一钱，用水七分，煎煮至四分，滤去药渣，不拘时候温服。
《万全方》治疗小儿风热，心胸烦闷。牛黄散：
牛黄（细研后加入）、马牙硝（研制，以上各一分）、郁金（研成末，半两）、人参（一钱，研成末）。
将上述药物一起研磨均匀。每次服用半钱，用荆芥汤调服，每天三到四次。
《聚宝方》牛黄丸 治疗一切风热证，化除痰涎，止头痛，解蛊毒。
黄牛胆（十二月收取胆汁，混合天南星粉末放入胆袋内，填实捏扁，挂在通风处一百天）、水飞雄黄（每煎药一两用一分，水飞法处理）、真麝香（研制，炒制，一钱）。
将上述三种药物研成末，用糯米煮成的稀糊作为粘合剂，制成如皂角子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸。头疼时，用金银薄荷汤嚼服一丸；伤暑毒，用生姜蜜水嚼服；缠喉风，用生姜薄荷自然汁化开服用；小儿风热，用麦门冬熟水化开服用；解蛊毒，用汗HT洗汤化开服用五丸。其他疾病服用一丸或两丸。如果痰涎下坠，用生姜汤送服；突发中风，用豆淋酒送服；沐浴时受风，用温酒嚼服。
《聚宝方》惺惺散 治疗小儿风热温壮，以及外伤风冷。
桔梗、细辛（去除叶片）、甘草（炙制）、人参、白茯苓（去皮）、栝蒌根、白术（炮制，以上各一两）。
将上述七味药物研成细末，每次服用一大钱。用水六分，加入少许薄荷，同煎至四分，温服。如果要调和脾胃之气，就加入生姜煎服。
《惠眼观证》牛黄丸 下行风热，取痰涎。平时不让服用汤剂丸剂，只用此药。
雄黄（一钱）、朱砂（二钱）、全蝎（七个）、轻粉（二匣）。
将上述药物一起研磨均匀，用饭饮作为粘合剂，制成如○大小（注：原文此处可能有缺字或符号，意指特定大小）的丸剂。每次服用，一岁以上十五丸，二、三岁以上二十五丸。其余加减用法，根据年龄大小服用。
《惠眼观证》乌犀膏 解除风热，开通胸膈。
干地黄、元参（润软的）、牛蒡子（炒制，以上各半两）、甘草（炙制，一分）、龙脑（少许，研制）。
将上述药物研成末，炼蜜制成膏剂。每次服用如皂角子大小的量，用蜂糖熟水送服。
《张氏家传》天竺黄散子 治疗小儿风热惊风。
天竺黄、蝉壳、白僵蚕、山栀子、甘草（炙制）、郁金。
将上述药物等分，一同杵碎，过筛成末。每次服用一钱，用熟水调服。三岁幼儿可服半钱，婴儿只服“一字”。
《张氏家传》治疗各种风邪，镇心安神，化除痰涎，治疗风壅痰实证，头痛目眩，心悸恶心，神志昏迷言语涩滞，颈项拘急，手足麻痹。以及治疗小儿风热上盛，睡眠不宁，脸颊红赤，痰涎涌潮，想要转变为惊痫证的，都适宜服用。凡是有风涎的，饭后最宜常服。大牛黄丸方：
牛黄、生脑子（即冰片，以上各称半两）、朱砂（研制，一两半）、天南星（用浆水慢火煮一个时辰，透心软后切片，焙干，如果未软，再煮半天）、乌蛇（酒浸后取肉）、白僵蚕（炒制）、肥白天麻、人参（以上各一两）、干全蝎、白附子（以上均炒制）、水磨雄黄（研制）、生犀（镑片，以上各三分）、麝香（一分）。
将除了已研制的药物外，其余药物一处捣碎，过筛成细末。然后加入已研制的药物，混合均匀，炼蜜制成如鸡头米大小的丸剂。每次服用一粒至两粒，细细咀嚼，用人参薄荷汤煎液送服；或者化开服也可以。饭后临睡前服用。
《张氏家传》：小儿风热，肌肉消瘦，五心烦热，不长肌肉，面色萎黄瘦弱，夜间卧睡不安，时常出虚汗；或者脏腑泄泻变成痢疾，难以服用凉药，可以服用四顺散方：
银州柴胡（去除芦头）、真地骨皮、白桔梗（以上各三钱）、甘草（炙制，钱半）。
将上述药物焙干后研成末。每次服用一钱或半钱，根据年龄大小加减。用水三分煎至一分半，温温地服用。
《庄氏家传》治疗风热坠痰方。
甘草（研成末，二两）、腻粉、青黛（以上各五钱）、麝香（一钱）。
用白面五钱，滴水制成如皂角子大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用倒流水化开服用。
《庄氏家传》初春风热拥毒，通利脏腑方。
黄芩、大黄、荆芥、甘草（炙制，以上等分）。

《赵氏家传》青芝散 解除风化热，凉利咽喉，清心肺经。春初冬末最可常服方。

将上述药物研成末，每次服用一钱。用水一小盏，煎煮至七分，温服。小儿伤风，风热疮疹尤其适宜服用。大人每次服用三钱。
《吉氏家传》治疗心脏风热。地黄膏方：
马牙硝、郁金、豆粉、甘草（炙制，以上等分）、脑麝（即冰片和麝香，以上各少许）。
将上述药物研成末，用生地黄汁炼蜜制成膏剂。用薄荷汤化开服下。
《吉氏家传》治疗风热，调理脾胃。人参饮子方：
人参、茯苓（煮制）、甘草（炮制）、紫河车、藿香（以上等分。后续加入白附子、白术尤佳）。
将上述药物细切。每次服用一钱，用水煎作饮子服用。能大退小儿风热。

将上述药物研成末，用米饮送服半钱，临时看病情的不同另选汤剂服用。

将上述药物研成末，蜜丸制成如鸡头米大小。用薄荷汤送服，根据年龄大小加减剂量。
长沙医者丁时发传授胜金丸 解除小儿一切风热，各种热症等。惊风痰涎盛，抽搐不定，如果服用此药，必定会吐出痰涎或泻出痰涎，这是药物的功效。
郁金（用皂角煮，焙干）、雄黄、白矾、朴硝（以上各一钱）、巴豆（七粒，去油）、轻粉、大黄（以上各半钱）。
将上述药物研成末，用面糊制成如粟米大小的丸剂。每次服用五到七粒，用金银薄荷汤送服。
Using two and a half taels of Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), cracked, soaked in two bowls of water overnight, simmered over slow fire until half a bowl remains, filtered to remove dregs; then Tian Nan Xing powder is added gradually, ground slowly, until the Gancao water is fully absorbed, then other remaining herbs are added. The formula from *Kong Shi Jia Chuan* is the same, said to add half a fen of Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis), which is Sun Zhao's formula.
Zhang Huan treats pediatric wind-heat syndrome with Baihe Tang (Lily Bulb Decoction):
Baihe (Bulbus Lilii), Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae Preparated), Zi Wan (Herba Asteris Tatarici washed and dried), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, rhizome removed, each one liang), Baifuling (Poria), Qing Ju Pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Maimendong (Tuber Ophiopogonis, nodes and heart removed), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparated, each half liang).
Crush the above ingredients and sieve into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, with eight fen of water in one cup, add three leaves of Zhuye (Folium Bambusae) and two leaves of Bohe (Herba Menthae), decoct until five fen remain, filter and take warm.
*Tong Ying Bao Jian* treats pediatric wind-heat, body feeling like boiling fire, night crying. Lv Xia San (Green Mist Powder):
Bai Ye (Cacumen Platycladi, two fen), Tian Nan Xing (Rhizoma Arisaematis Preparated), Jiang Can (Bombyx Batryticatus), Quan Xie (Scorpio), Yujin (Radix Curcumae, all powdered, each one fen), Xiong Huang (Realgar, powdered, one qian).
Grind all ingredients evenly. Take one zi dose with Bohe honey water, can increase to half a qian.
*Liang Fang* treats pediatric wind-heat, cold damage and seasonal epidemic diseases, fever from sores and rashes. Jiegeng San (Platycodon Powder):
Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis), Xixin (Radix Asari), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparated), Baifuling (Poria), Xiong (Radix Chuanxiong).
Sieve into equal parts powder. Take two qian per dose, with one cup of water, two leaves of Bohe (Herba Menthae), decoct together until seven fen remain. Children under three years old divide into four or five doses; children over five years old divide into two doses. My family often makes this medicine. For any pediatric fever, whether from wind-cold or wind-heat, taking this powder first often leads to recovery. Taking Xiaohei Gao (Black Ointment) concurrently is even better (formula see Cold Damage section). This Jiegeng San is the same as the formula in *Huo Ren Shu*, named Xingxing San (Awakening Powder). (*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* says: Adding Gouteng (Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis) and Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae) to Xingxing San for children is excellent, it resolves upper congestion of wind-heat.)
*Huo Ren Shu* Lianqiao Yin (Forsythia Drink) treats all pediatric wind-heat syndromes.
Lianqiao (Fructus Forsythiae), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae).
Equal parts of the above, crush and sieve into powder. Take two qian per dose, with one medium cup of water, decoct until seven fen remain.
*Jiu Wei Sheng* Niuzangzi San (Arctium Powder) treats pediatric cold damage, macules and papules, toxic qi, difficulty in throat and diaphragm, loss of voice, pain.
Niuzangzi (Fructus Arctii, stir-fried), Tianshen (Radix Codonopsis), Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Gan Bohe (Herba Menthae Dry, equal parts).
Make into coarse powder. Take one qian per dose, with seven fen of water, decoct until four fen remain, filter and take warm at any time.
*Wan Quan Fang* treats pediatric wind-heat, vexation and stuffiness in chest and heart. Niu Huang San (Calculus Bovis Powder):
Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis, finely ground and added), Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas, ground, each one fen), Yujin (Radix Curcumae, powdered, half liang), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, one qian, powdered).
Grind all ingredients evenly. Take half a qian per dose, mix with Jingjie (Herba Schizonepetae) decoction, three to four times daily.
*Ju Bao Fang* Niu Huang Wan (Calculus Bovis Pill) treats all wind-heat syndromes, transforms phlegm-fluids, stops headache, resolves gu poison.
Huang Niu Dan (Bovis Vesica Bile, collected in December, mixed with Tian Nan Xing powder, filled into gallbladder bag, flattened and hung in ventilated place for one hundred days), Shuiku Xionghuang (Realgar, water-floating method, one fen per one liang of decoction), Zhen Shexiang (Moschus, ground, stir-fried, one qian).
Powder the above three ingredients, use glutinous rice cooked thin paste as binder, make pills the size of soap pods. Take one pill per dose. For headache, chew one pill with Jinyin Bohe (Lonicerae Japonicae and Menthae) decoction; for summerheat toxicity, chew with Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) honey water; for Chanhou Feng (Wind wrapping the throat), dissolve with fresh juice of Shengjiang and Bohe; for pediatric wind-heat, dissolve with Maimendong (Tuber Ophiopogonis) prepared water; for resolving gu poison, dissolve five pills with Han HT wash decoction; for other ailments, one or two pills. If phlegm-fluids fall, take with Shengjiang decoction; for sudden wind-stroke, take with Doulin Jiu (Bean-leavened Wine); for wind caught during bathing, chew with warm wine.
*Ju Bao Fang* Xingxing San (Awakening Powder) treats pediatric wind-heat warmth and exterior wind-cold.
Jiegeng (Radix Platycodonis), Xixin (Radix Asari, leaves removed), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Baifuling (Poria, peeled), Gualougen (Radix Trichosanthis), Baizhu (Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae, prepared, each one liang).
Make the above seven herbs into fine powder. Take one large qian per dose. With six fen of water and a little Bohe (Herba Menthae), decoct until four fen remain, take warm. To harmonize qi, add Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) and decoct.

Niu Huang (Calculus Bovis), Sheng Naohzi (Borneolum Syntheticum, each weighed half liang), Zhusha (Cinnabaris, ground, one and a half liang), Tian Nan Xing (Rhizoma Arisaematis, boiled slowly in grain water for one shichen until soft throughout, sliced and dried; if not soft, boil another half day), Wu She (Bungarus multicinctus, soaked in wine, meat taken), Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Fatuus, stir-fried), Fei Bai Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Renshen (Radix Ginseng, each one liang), Gan Quan Xie (Scorpio, stir-fried), Bai Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, stir-fried, each), Shuimo Xionghuang (Realgar, water-ground), Sheng Xi (Rhinocerotis Cornu, shaved, each three fen), Shexiang (Moschus, one fen).

Tianzhu Huang (Bambusa Textilis Calamus), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, slightly roasted, each one liang), Yujin (Radix Curcumae, two liang, wrapped in wet paper and baked), Bai Yaozi (Radix Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae, two liang, pounded with large Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis) three times, soaked for three nights, dried).
Crush all ingredients together, sieve into powder. Take one qian or half a qian per dose, mix with warm honey water, regular use is very good. This medicine was transmitted by Zhang Shiming, Dianzhong Cheng of Nanhai County, Guangzhou.
