〔东垣〕人参补胃汤 治劳役饮食不节，内障眼痛，神效。
黄 根 人参（各一两） 炙甘草（八钱） 蔓荆子 白芍药（炒） 黄柏（酒拌炒四次。各三钱）
上，每服二三钱，水煎，稍热服。临卧三五服。
冲和养胃汤 治内障初起，视觉微昏，空中有黑花，神水变淡绿色，次则视岐，睹
则成二，神水变淡白色，久则不睹，神水变纯白色。
柴胡（七钱） 人参 当归 炙甘草 干生姜 升麻 葛根 白术 羌活（各一两） 防风
（五钱） 黄 （一两五钱） 白茯苓（三钱） 白芍药（六钱） 五味子（二钱）
上，每服二钱，水煎服。
滋阴肾气丸 治神水宽大渐散，昏如雾露中行，渐睹空中有黑花，视物二体，久则
光不收及内障，神水淡白色者。
熟地黄（三两） 当归尾 牡丹皮 五味子 干山药 柴胡（各五钱） 茯苓 泽泻（各二钱半）
生地黄（酒炒，四两）
上为末，炼蜜、丸如桐子大，辰砂为衣。每服十丸，空心滚汤化下。
泻热黄连汤 治内障有眵泪， 。
黄芩 黄连 大黄（并酒洗） 柴胡（各一两） 升麻（五钱） 龙胆草（三钱）
上，每服一钱，水煎，午前服。
《千金》补肝散 治目失明。
青羊肝（一具，去膜，薄切，以火烧新瓦上炙干） 决明子（一钱半） 蓼香（一合，熬令香）
上为末。每服方寸匕，日二服。久而有验。
《局方》菊睛丸 治脾肾不足，眼花昏暗。
枸杞子 肉苁蓉（酒浸炒） 巴戟（去心。各一两） 甘菊花（四两）
上为末，炼蜜丸，梧子大。每服十丸，空心、白汤送下。
真珠膏 专治眼病久不瘥， 不见物。
真珠末（细研） 甘菊花（为末） 香豉（炒黄，为末） 井泉石（细研。各二钱半）
上拌匀，用白蜜一合，鲤鱼胆一枚，同药慢火熬成膏，入好龙脑一钱同拌匀。
每用少许，时时点眼中。
生熟地黄散（见前）
【李东垣】人参补胃汤：治疗因过度劳累、饮食不节制导致的内障眼痛，效果显著。
黄（根）与人参各一两；炙甘草八钱；蔓荆子、炒白芍药、酒拌炒四次的黄柏各三钱。
以上药材，每次服用二三钱，加水煎煮，稍热时服用。睡前服用三五次。
冲和养胃汤：治疗内障初期，视力轻微模糊，眼前出现黑色飞花，神水（房水）变为淡绿色；随后出现视一为二（复视），看东西变成两个影像，神水变为淡白色；时间久了则完全看不见，神水变为纯白色。
柴胡七钱；人参、当归、炙甘草、干生姜、升麻、葛根、白术、羌活各一两；防风五钱；黄一两五钱；白茯苓三钱；白芍药六钱；五味子二钱。
以上药材，每次服用二钱，加水煎煮后服用。
滋阴肾气丸：治疗神水（房水）逐渐散大，视物昏蒙如行于雾露之中，逐渐看到空中有黑色飞花，视物成双，时间久了光线无法收敛及至内障，神水呈淡白色的情况。
熟地黄三两；当归尾、牡丹皮、五味子、干山药、柴胡各五钱；茯苓、泽泻各二钱半；生地黄（酒炒）四两。
以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，以辰砂为衣。每次服用十丸，空腹时用滚开水化开送服。
泻热黄连汤：治疗内障伴有眼屎和流泪的症状。（注：原文此处可能有缺字或符号，依文意译为伴有眵泪）。
黄芩、黄连、大黄（均经酒洗）、柴胡各一两；升麻五钱；龙胆草三钱。
以上药材，每次服用一钱，加水煎煮，午前服用。
《千金方》补肝散：治疗眼睛失明。
青羊肝一具（去除内膜，薄切，在烧红的新瓦上烤干）；决明子一钱半；蓼香一合（熬至散发香味）。
以上药材研为细末。每次服用一方寸匕，每日两次。长期服用有效。
《局方》菊睛丸：治疗脾肾不足导致的眼花昏暗。
枸杞子、酒浸炒肉苁蓉、去心的巴戟天各一两；甘菊花四两。
以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，空腹时用白开水送服。
真珠膏：专门治疗眼病日久不愈，视力丧失不见物体的情况。
真珠末（细研）、甘菊花末、炒黄并研末的香豉、细研的井泉石各二钱半。
以上拌匀，加入一合白蜜、一枚鲤鱼胆，与药物一起用慢火熬制成膏，加入好龙脑（冰片）一钱同拌匀。
每次取少许，不时点入眼中。
生熟地黄散（见前文）
[Li Dongyuan] Renshen Buwei Tang (Ginseng Decoction for Tonifying the Stomach): Treats internal cataract and eye pain caused by overwork and irregular diet, with miraculous efficacy.
Huanggen (Root of *Astragalus membranaceus*) and Renshen (Radix Ginseng) each 1 liang; Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 8 qian; Manjingzi (Fructus Viticis) and Chao Baishao (Stir-fried Radix Paeoniae Alba) and Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, stir-fried four times after being mixed with wine) each 3 qian.
Take 2-3 qian of the above herbs per dose, decoct in water, and take slightly warm. Take 3-5 doses before retiring to bed.
Chonghe Yangwei Tang (Harmonizing and Stomach-Nourishing Decoction): Treats early-stage internal cataract, characterized by slight blurring of vision, seeing black spots in the air, and the Shen Shui (aqueous humor) turning pale green; subsequently, diplopia occurs where one object appears as two, and the Shen Shui turns pale white; if prolonged, vision is lost entirely, and the Shen Shui becomes pure white.
Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri) 7 qian; Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Ganshengjiang (Dried Ginger), Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), Gegen (Radix Puerariae), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), and Qianghuo (Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii) each 1 liang; Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae) 5 qian; Huang (Radix Astragali) 1.5 liang; Bai Fuling (Poria) 3 qian; Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 6 qian; Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis) 2 qian.
Take 2 qian of the above herbs per dose, decoct in water, and take orally.
Ziyin Shenqi Wan (Kidney-Qi Nourishing Pill): Treats conditions where the Shen Shui (aqueous humor) gradually widens and scatters, vision is dim like walking in fog or dew, black spots appear in the air, objects are seen as double, light fails to converge leading to internal cataract, and the Shen Shui is pale white.
Shu Dihuang (Prepared Radix Rehmanniae) 3 liang; Dangguiwei (Tail of Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Mudanpi (Cortex Moutan), Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis), Ganshanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae), and Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri) each 5 qian; Fuling (Poria) and Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis) each 2.5 qian; Sheng Dihuang (Raw Radix Rehmanniae, stir-fried with wine) 4 liang.
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds, coat with Zhensha (Cinnabar). Take 10 pills per dose, dissolve in boiling water on an empty stomach.
Xiere Huanglian Tang (Heat-Purging Coptis Decoction): Treats internal cataract accompanied by ocular discharge and tearing.
Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, all washed with wine), and Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri) each 1 liang; Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae) 5 qian; Longdancao (Herba Gentianae) 3 qian.
Take 1 qian of the above herbs per dose, decoct in water, and take before noon.
Qianjin Fang Bulgan San (Liver-Tonifying Powder from the Thousand Gold Formulas): Treats blindness.
Qingyanggan (Green Sheep Liver) one whole (remove membrane, slice thinly, dry by roasting on a new tile heated by fire); Juemingzi (Semen Cassiae) 1.5 qian; Liaoxiang (Herba Polygoni Avicularis, stir-fried until fragrant) 1 he.
Grind into powder. Take one fangcunbi (a square-inch measure) per dose, twice daily. Effective with long-term use.
Jufang Jujing Wan (Chrysanthemum Eye-Shining Pill from the Formulas of the Bureau): Treats blurred vision and dimness due to Spleen and Kidney deficiency.
Gouqizi (Fructus Lycii) and Roucongrong (Herba Cistanches, soaked in wine and stir-fried) and Bajitian (Radix Morinda Officinalis, heart removed) each 1 liang; Gan Juhua (Flos Chrysanthemi) 4 liang.
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills per dose on an empty stomach with plain warm water.
Zhenzhu Gao (Pearl Ointment): Specifically treats chronic eye diseases that do not heal and result in loss of vision.
Zhenzhumo (Fine powder of Pearl), Gan Juhua (Powdered Chrysanthemum), Xiangchi (Fermented Soybean, stir-fried yellow and powdered), and Jingquanshi (Mineral powder) each 2.5 qian.
Mix well, add 1 he of white honey and one carp gallbladder, and slowly simmer with the herbs into an ointment. Add 1 qian of high-quality Longnao (Borneol) and mix thoroughly.
Apply a small amount to the eyes occasionally.
