以上药材研为细末。用蜂蜜制成丸药。每丸重一钱。用七十张金箔作为包衣。治疗多年的痰火证。中风引起的喘息气逆。癫痫发作时的胡言乱语。惊恐心悸、心神不宁及气血瘀滞。

（以下情况禁用：胃虚呕吐、伤暑霍乱、肺热生痰、心虚有火导致的神魂不宁。）

放入锅中炒至星点断开。放入阳城罐中升华打取五香之气。开罐后取出，呈针状纹理且赤色者为佳。用桑灰醋淋汁煮制。用米糊制成如芥子大小的丸药。空腹服用。治疗五脏劳损咳嗽。疟疾。风邪。疼痛。

以上药物共研为细末。另用生神曲二十五两研为细末。用姜汁调糊制成丸药。每丸重二钱。朱砂漂洗过。治疗腹泻。疼痛。伤寒。切痛。
使用桑木制作一个小甑（蒸具）。上口如酒杯大，下眼如笔管大。甑高三四分，以便放置药物。另用银片打一圆形垫片垫在脐上。将药置于甑中蒸熨。使患者微微出汗。
人参 红铅 金刚子（即脐带中的血余炭） 胎发余（存性） 鹿茸（酥炙） 大附子（炮制） 白附子 鸽屎（煅） 穿山甲（整片用，生漆涂封以增强疗效） 龟板（炙） 秋石
以上研为细末。治疗下元虚冷。遗精、白浊。腰膝酸痛。血崩、淋证、白带。月经不调。产后久不孕。痰饮。心痛。（体内有虫者不宜使用）。疯病。大麻风。（加硫黄、蛇骨）。筋骨疼痛。（穿山甲可根据疼痛部位选取对应部位的甲片使用）。凡是属于虚寒的病症，需要使用桂枝、附子的，没有不立即见效的。若为骨蒸内热多火、大肠燥结，以及腹痛有虫的病症，均不适用。
Shuizhongjin (Gold from Water, 1 qian) Huashi (Talcum, ground fine and boiled in Mudanpi Decoction, 6 liang) Fengancao (Powdered Licorice Root, 2 qian) Yizhiren (Yi Zhi Ren Fruit, 6 qian) Renshen (Ginseng Root, 1 liang) Baizhu (Baked Atractylodes Rhizome, 3 qian) Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, 2 qian) Fuling (Poria, 2.5 qian) Yuanzhi (Polygala Root Heart, cleaned, 1 qian) Zhusha (Cinnabar, washed/processed, 2 liang).
Grind into a fine powder. Form pills with honey. Each pill weighs 1 qian. Coat with 70 sheets of gold foil. Treats chronic Phlegm-Fire (Tan-Huo), wheezing and rebellious Qi due to Stroke (Zhongfeng), delirious speech during Epilepsy (Dianxian), palpitations, fright, and Qi-Blood stagnation.
Hupo (Amber, 4 qian) Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 3 qian) Zhenzhu (Pearl, 2 qian) Xijiao (Rhino Horn, 1 qian) Lingyangjiao (Antelope Horn, 1 qian) Shuizhongjin (Gold from Water, 2 qian).
(Verse: Amber four, Niuhuang three, Pearl two. A touch of Lingxi [Rhino Horn] without error. Add two fen of Xiantian Shenwater [referring to the formula's essence]. The Tianyuede He Wan [Heavenly Moon Virtue Combined Pill] is miraculous and boundless.) Make paste with Wenli decoction. Coat with gold foil.
(Contraindications: Do not use for Stomach deficiency with vomiting, Summerheat-Shock Cholera, Lung heat generating Phlegm, or Heart deficiency with Fire causing restless Spirit.)
Shuiyin (Mercury, 1 jin) Liuhuang (Sulfur, 4 liang).
Stir-fry in a pot until "stars" break. Place in a Yangcheng jar for sublimation/distillation to extract the "Five Fragrances". Open the jar; needle-like textures that are reddish are best. Boil in juice obtained by leaching mulch ash with vinegar. Form pills the size of mustard seeds using Rice Paste. Take on an empty stomach. Treats Five Zang exhaustion coughs, Malaria (Ji), Wind pathogens, and Pain.
Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome) Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome) Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) Suye (Perilla Leaf) Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel) Chifuling (Red Poria) Nongpo (Magnolia Bark) Cangzhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome, soaked in Rice Bran Water) Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, processed with Ginger Juice) Baidoukou (Black Cardamom).
(Above ingredients: each 3 qian, total 4 liang).
Grind all above herbs into a fine powder. Separately grind 25 liang of raw Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) into powder. Use Ginger Juice to make a paste for forming pills. Each pill weighs 2 qian. Use washed Cinnabar (Zhusha). Treats Diarrhea, Pain, Shanghan (Cold Damage), and cutting pain.
Use Mulberry wood to make a small Zheng (steaming vessel). The upper opening should be as large as a wine cup, the lower hole as small as a pen tube. The Zheng should be 3-4 cun high to hold the medicine. Additionally, hammer a silver sheet into a round pad to place on the umbilicus. Place the medicine in the Zheng for steaming/moxibustion therapy. Induce slight sweating.
Renshen (Ginseng Root) Hongqian (Red Lead/Processed Mercury Compound - *Note: Historical term, often refers to specific alchemical preparations or blood derivatives in this context*) Jingangzi (Blood residue from Umbilical Cord, carbonized) Taifa Yu (Baby Hair, preserved nature) Lurong (Deer Antler Velvet, roasted with butter) Da Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) Baifuzi (Typhonium Rhizome) Geshi (Pigeon Droppings, calcined) Shanjiya (Pangolin Scales, whole, sealed with raw lacquer for efficacy) Guiban (Turtle Shell, roasted) Qiushi (Urine Sediment).
Grind into a fine powder. Treats Deficiency-Cold of the Lower Origin (Xiyuan). Nocturnal emission and white turbidity. Soreness and pain in waist and knees. Metrorrhagia, stranguria, and leukorrhea. Irregular menstruation. Infertility after childbirth for a long time. Phlegm accumulation. Heart pain (Not suitable if intestinal parasites are present). Madness/Feng disease. Leprosy (Dama Feng) (Add Sulfur and Snake Bone). Bone and tendon pain (Select Pangolin scales corresponding to the painful area). For all conditions belonging to Deficiency-Cold requiring Guizhi Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction) or Fuzi, there is no case where it does not take immediate effect. However, it is not suitable for bone-steaming internal heat with excessive fire, dry constipation of the Large Intestine, or abdominal pain caused by parasites.
