大黄（一两煨）
为末。每服三钱。空心温酒下。泻恶物如鱼脑。或有虫如乱发。候虫尽乃止此药。
治风痰。遍身瘾疹。瘙痒麻木。毛发脱落。 杨梅疮。误服轻粉。而成此症者并效
胡麻子 牛蒡子 枸杞 蔓荆子（各一两同炒） 白蒺藜 苦参 栝蒌根 防风（各五
钱）
共为末。每末一两。加轻粉一钱和匀。每服一钱。茶调下。晨午夕。各进一服。后五七
日。
桐油（三钱） 盐卤和匀搽之。外用纸板火薰之。
又方
轻粉 槐子 核桃肉 枣仁（各一钱）
共捣为丸。分二十一丸。每服七丸。第一日公鸡汁送。次酒。次开水送。三日药尽即愈。
又方
生桐油抹上。用牙香薰之数次。即皮脱手好。永不再发。
又方
黄丹 轻粉（各三钱）
用猪脏头烧油。调药搽之。风癣即除。或用生猪油。捣赤石脂末为丸。擦之即愈。
又方
鲜蟹水。洗手即愈。 又用明天麻煮汁。热洗擦效。
又方
并治寒湿血风。
水龙骨（即旧船缝拆下油灰） 研末。麻油调涂立愈。
硫黄末 白附子 姜汁（和匀）茄子带。蘸药擦之。红癜用红茄。白癜用白茄。二三次
即愈。
雄黄 硫黄（各五钱） 南星 黄丹（各三钱） 枯矾 密陀僧（各二钱）
共为细末。先以姜汁擦患处。后以姜蘸药末擦之。肉渐黑。次日再擦。黑散即愈。
大黄（一两，煨制）
研磨成粉末。每次服用三钱。空腹时用温酒送服。排出像鱼脑一样的恶浊之物。或者排出像乱发一样的虫子。等到虫子排尽就停止服用此药。
治疗风痰引起的遍身瘾疹、瘙痒麻木、毛发脱落，以及因误服轻粉而形成的杨梅疮，均有疗效。
胡麻子、牛蒡子、枸杞、蔓荆子（各一两，同炒）、白蒺藜、苦参、栝蒌根、防风（各五钱）
共同研磨成粉末。每取药末一两，加入轻粉一钱混合均匀。每次服用一钱，用茶调服。早晨、中午、晚上，各服用一次。之后每隔五到七天再服用。
桐油（三钱）与盐卤混合涂抹患处。外用纸板烘烤。
另一个方子：
轻粉、槐子、核桃肉、枣仁（各一钱）
共同捣碎制成丸剂，分成二十一个丸。每次服用七丸。第一天用公鸡汁送服，第二天用酒送服，第三天用开水送服。三天药尽病即痊愈。
又一个方子：
生桐油涂抹患处，用牙香熏烤数次，皮肤脱落后即好，永不复发。
又一个方子：
黄丹、轻粉（各三钱）
用猪大肠头烧出的油调和药物涂抹。风癣即可去除。或者用生猪油，将赤石脂研成细末制成丸剂，擦拭患处即愈。
又一个方子：
鲜蟹水洗手，即可痊愈。另外用明天麻煮成的汁液，趁热清洗擦拭也有效。
又一个方子：
同时治疗寒湿血风。
水龙骨（即从旧船缝中拆下的油灰），研成粉末，用麻油调和涂抹，立即痊愈。
硫黄末、白附子、姜汁（混合均匀），蘸取茄子皮，擦拭患处。红癜症用红茄子，白癜风用白茄子。两三次即愈。
雄黄、硫黄（各五钱）、南星、黄丹（各三钱）、枯矾、密陀僧（各二钱）
共同研磨成细末。先用姜汁擦拭患处，然后用生姜蘸药末擦拭。患处逐渐变黑，第二天再擦，黑色散开即愈。
Rhizoma et Rhizoma Rhei (Da Huang) (one tael, stir-baked)
Pulverized. Take three qian per dose. Ingest with warm wine on an empty stomach. Expel foul matter resembling fish brains. Or expel worms resembling tangled hair. Discontinue this medicine once the worms are completely expelled.
Treats wind-phlegm causing generalized urticaria (skin eruptions), itching, numbness, and hair loss; also effective for ymea chancre (chancre-like lesions caused by mercury poisoning) resulting from the mistaken ingestion of calomel.
Sesamum indicum seed (Humaizi), Fructus Arctii (Niubangzi), Fructus Lycii (Gouqi), Fructus Viticis (Manjingzi) (each one tael, stir-fried together), Spina Tribuli (Bajili), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), Radix Trichosanthis (Gualougen), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) (each five qian)
Grind all into powder. For every one liang of powder, add one qian of calomel and mix evenly. Take one qian per dose, mixed with tea. Administer in the morning, noon, and evening. Afterward, take a dose every five to seven days.
Vernicia fordii oil (Tongyou) (three qian) mixed with brine (Yanlu) and applied topically. Externally fumigate with heated cardboard.
Another prescription:
Calomel (Qingfen), Semen Gleditsiae Sinensis (Huai Zi), Semen Juglandis (Hetao Rou), Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Zao Ren) (each one qian)
Pound together into pills, divided into twenty-one pills. Take seven pills per dose. On the first day, ingest with rooster juice; on the second day, with wine; on the third day, with boiled water. The disease is cured after three days of medication.
Another prescription:
Apply raw Vernicia fordii oil (Sheng Tongyou) to the affected area. Fumigate several times with aromatic incense. The skin will shed and heal, preventing recurrence permanently.
Another prescription:
Litharge (Hongdan) and Calomel (Qingfen) (each three qian).
Burn pig large intestine heads to extract oil, use this oil to mix the medicine and apply topically. Wind-xuan (wind-related pruritic skin diseases) will be eliminated. Alternatively, use raw lard, pound Red Halloysite (Chishizhi) into fine powder, form into pills, and rub onto the affected area until healed.
Another prescription:
Wash hands with fresh crab water; immediate cure. Additionally, boil Tianmingma (Gastrodia elata) to make juice, wash and rub the area while hot for efficacy.
Another prescription:
Simultaneously treats cold-dampness and blood-wind.
Shuilonggu (residue from old ship caulking/oil putty), grind into powder, mix with sesame oil (Mayou) and apply; immediate cure.
Sulfur powder (Liuhuang), Radix Bletillae (Baifuzi), Ginger juice (Jiangzhi) (mixed evenly). Dip eggplant peel into the medicine and rub the affected area. Use red eggplant for erythema (Hongdian) and white eggplant for vitiligo (Baidian). Cure in two or three applications.
Realgar (Xionghuang) and Sulfur (Liuhuang) (each five qian), Rhizoma Arisaematis (Nanxing), Litharge (Hongdan) (each three qian), Alum (Kufan), and Lead Monoxide (Miduoseng) (each two qian).
Grind all into fine powder. First, wipe the affected area with ginger juice. Then, dip ginger root into the powder and rub it onto the area. The lesion will gradually turn black. Rub again the next day; when the blackness disperses, the condition is cured.
