Treats vomiting during pregnancy with inability to retain food. (Ezu syndrome involves vomiting upon smelling food, attributed to Spleen deficiency; Vomiting involves regurgitation after ingestion, attributed to Fire. All rebellious qi rushing upward belongs to Fire. This occurs because the blood of the Jueyin channel nourishes the fetus, while the fire of Shaoyang is deficient and rebels upward.)
Chenpi (Citrus Peel), Zhuru (Bamboo Shavings), Renshen (Codonopsis Ginseng), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 18 zhu), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger, 1 liang), Houpo (Magnolia Bark, 18 zhu).
