极细末，水飞净，五钱） 青黛 丁香 木香 川附子（制，各五钱） 白附子（面包煨熟，一两）
共为末，蜜丸龙眼大。每服一丸，滚水下，连进二服立瘥。甚者灸中脘五十壮。
治痰涎壅盛卒仆，或发惊搐，一切急症，服此吐痰。
猪牙皂角（炙去皮弦） 铜青（另研） 大黄（生用） 金线重楼（即金线钓虾蟆，制法见后，各五钱。）
上为末。每服一钱，小儿三五分，白汤灌下。牙关紧者，鼻中灌下，吐痰立愈。
治小儿疳瘦腹胀，水泻多消。
香附（一两） 青皮 川黄连 肉桂 巴豆（去油） 砂仁 肉果（各五钱）
上为末，醋糊丸黍米大。每用三五七丸温水下。
治小儿面黄肚大，青筋作泻及五疳诸积，健脾进食。

先将白蜡研碎，后加各经引药，共研细末，分作十帖。每用鸡蛋一枚，开一小孔，去黄留清，入药一帖，搅
匀，纸封口，或蒸，或用火煨，任意食之，酒饭无忌。
治疗小儿在呕吐和腹泻之后形成的慢惊风，因脾虚引起的抽搐，或者在出斑疹之后出现的抽搐。

治疗痰涎壅盛导致突然昏倒，或者出现惊厥抽搐，以及一切急症，服用此方可以吐出痰液。
猪牙皂角（炙烤后去除外皮和筋膜） 铜青（单独研磨） 大黄（生用） 金线重楼（即金线钓虾蟆，制作方法见后文，各五钱）
以上药物研磨成粉末。每次服用一钱，小儿服用三到五分，用白开水灌服。如果牙关紧闭，从鼻孔中灌入，吐出痰液后即可立刻痊愈。
治疗小儿疳积消瘦、腹部胀大，以及水样腹泻多且消耗体力的症状。

以上药物研磨成粉末，用醋调糊制成如黍米大小的丸药。每次使用三到七丸，用温水送服。
治疗小儿面色发黄、肚子大、青色筋脉显露导致腹泻，以及五种疳积和各种积滞，具有健脾开胃的功效。

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills the size of a longan fruit using honey. Take one pill per dose with boiling water. Administer two consecutive doses for immediate recovery. For severe cases, moxibustion on Zhongwan (CV12) for fifty moxa cones is indicated.
Treats sudden collapse due to excessive phlegm-fluid retention, or onset of fright convulsions, and all acute conditions; this formula induces expectoration of phlegm.

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Take one qian per dose for adults; children take three to five fen. Administer with warm white water. If the jaw is tightly clenched, instill the powder into the nostrils; expectoration of phlegm will lead to immediate recovery.
Treats infantile malnutrition (Gan syndrome) with emaciation, abdominal distension, profuse watery diarrhea, and wasting.

First, crush the beeswax finely. Then add the guiding herbs for each organ meridian. Grind together into a fine powder and divide into ten portions. For each dose, take one egg, make a small hole, remove the yolk retaining only the white. Add one portion of the medicine, stir well, seal with paper. It can be steamed or roasted over fire. Consume at will; no dietary restrictions regarding alcohol or rice are necessary.
