对证，此治昏痒多泪之故，宜服楮实子丸。

大肠若顺应须好，痒涩之时翳抱睛。

问：雷廓是如何得病的？答：宴饮后贪睡，酒后行房事，血脉泛滥，精髓闭塞，风邪内聚上攻于目，导致头部赤肿，眼睑内生疮疡，倒睫拳毛，攀睛胬肉生长。问：如何治疗？答：根据本草对证，治疗赤筋攀睛、拳毛的症状，适宜服用水镜散。
Flos Buddlejae Officinalis (Mimenghua), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Jia Juhua), Poria (Baifuling), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui, stir-fried), Faeces Trogopterori (Yemingsha, stir-fried)
Grind the above herbs into powder, mix with water paste to form pills. Take 30 pills per dose, delivered with soup made from pig liver.
Poem: Dietary qi injures the Spleen and Stomach, compounded by accumulated heat clashing within;
Eyelids gradually swell and eyes turn red; if stomach heat is not resolved, qi mechanism remains blocked.

Question: How does Huokuo (Fire Outline) become diseased? Answer: Spiritual fear and emotional depression internally agitate the Heart and Kidney, attacking upwards to Huokuo, causing red vessels to invade the pupil and tears to flow like pouring water. Question: How to treat it? Answer: According to Materia Medica indications for treating redness, swelling, pain, and excessive tearing, Xuanjingshi San (Mineral Salt Powder) is suitable.
Xuanjingshi (Mineral Salt), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Spica Prunellae (Gujingcao), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui), Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao), Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis (Gancao)
Grind the above herbs in equal parts into powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with honey water, taken after meals.
Poem: Internally guarding the True Person relates to Mingmen; vision becomes blurred and colors indistinguishable.
If Kidney cannot be tonified and Liver/Gallbladder not regulated, red vessels cross and both eyes grow dim.
Xun trigram represents Wind. KT Xun belongs to Wood. The meridian of the Large Intestine is named Chuandao Kuo (Transmission Outline), governed by the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian.
Question: How does Fengkuo (Wind Outline) become diseased? Answer: When pillow gaps or window openings are unshielded, sitting or lying exposed to wind, oblique wind from the side of the brain attacks the outline, causing eye pain, numbness of both eyelids, blurriness, dryness, and excessive tearing. Question: How to treat it? Answer: According to Materia Medica indications for treating blurriness, itching, and excessive tearing, Chushizi Wan (Broussonetia Fruit Pill) is suitable.
Fructus Broussonetiae Papyriferae (Chushizi, 4 liang, stir-fried), Equisetum Hiemale (Muzei), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu, 4 liang), Semen Cuscutae (Tusizi, 1 liang, soaked in wine, steamed until soft, pounded into paste, dried and ground into powder to be added to the medicine), Cortex CSPsorum (Roucongrong, 1 liang, soaked in wine)
Grind the above herbs into powder, make pills with honey the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salt water; wine delivery is also acceptable.
Poem: Transmission issues often stem from the primary meridian; Liver meridian heat stagnation causes wind to halt.
If the Large Intestine follows proper regulation, health improves; during itching and dryness, nebulae wrap around the eyes.
