雄者螫止在一处痛，用井底泥涂；雌者痛牵诸处，用当檐下泥涂之。
向南燕窠泥，新水浓调涂。燕粪亦得。
烂嚼吴茱萸一味，擦之立效。
又方，以鸡粪涂之，痛即止，白鸡粪尤妙。
又方，张友闻县尉传。
大捻纸灯一个，浓蘸麻油，点着了于咬处照， 之毒瓦斯自出，尽入油烟中也。
又方，以右手大指中指托地上，于中指尽处掏少土敷之，勿令患者知，此亦厌胜法耳。
又方，高鲁叔传，出《圣惠》，其子亲效。
生姜汁调腻粉敷之，其痛立止。
又方，六兄。
烂捣蚰蜒，敷之立愈。

菖蒲细嚼以敷咬处，立愈。

取大蜘蛛一枚，放所咬处，令收其毒。赵参议，陈寺丞，钱文子皆云之，初亦不信，亲
曾用之，既啮，痛果即定。蜘蛛虽着身稍远，必经寻其处而啮之，渐觉腹胀，盖为毒瓦斯所攻，
须急投水中，不尔即死。
又方，取桑树汁涂，又头发烟熏。
烂嚼杏仁敷之，或以人屎汁敷尤良。
又方，井口蚯蚓粪，湿敷疮上，以物包定，即瘥。
又方，杏仁去皮尖，同马蔺根研细，先以葱汤洗疮，然后涂之。
燕贤仲侍郎年二十三、四时患此，根据方治一剂服之，良久据厕，下虫二时许不
数丈，遂愈，更不复发。此病多因食生牛肉得之，尝药时所下皆其子，故多再发
则不发矣。又云其虫母二条相合疑牝牡。
酸石榴根南引者，掘取，洗净，细锉半升，用水五升，煎取半碗以下，去滓，五更腹空
时，先炙猪肉，随意吃以引虫，不可过饱，然后温服此药，只作一服，虫自取下，吃白粥一
日补之，永绝根本。《图经》用东南引根，《千金》日华子用东引根，学生见服之一啜即下而
愈
又方，《本事方》云出《良方》，所载甚详。
锡沙（作粗泥者，无即以黄丹代油和丸，如梧桐子大） 苡仁 槟榔（等分，为末）
上浓煎石榴根汁半升下散三钱，丸五枚，中夜服，旦日下。
《千金方》记载。
如果是雄蝎螫伤，疼痛固定在一处，用井底的泥涂抹；如果是雌蝎螫伤，疼痛牵连全身各处，用屋檐下滴雨处的泥涂抹。
向南方向的燕子巢穴中的泥土，用新汲的水调浓后涂抹。燕粪也可以使用。
将吴茱萸一味药烂嚼后，擦拭患处，立即见效。
另一方法，用鸡粪涂抹，疼痛即刻停止，白鸡的粪便尤其好。
再一方法，由张友闻县尉传授。
取大捻纸灯一个，蘸浓麻油，点燃后在咬伤处照射，蝎子的毒气自然排出，全部进入油烟中。
再一方法，用右手的大指和中指托住地面，在中指尖尽头处挖取少量泥土敷在患处，不要让患者知道，这也是厌胜之法。
再一方法，由高鲁叔传授，出自《圣惠方》，他的儿子亲自验证有效。
用生姜汁调匀腻粉（水银与硫磺的化合物）敷贴，疼痛立即停止。
再一方法，由六兄传授。
将蚰蜒烂捣后，敷贴患处，立即痊愈。
再一方法，由陈学谕行之提供的方法。
细嚼菖蒲敷贴在咬伤处，立即痊愈。
又一方法极妙，严重的不过两枚蜘蛛。
取大蜘蛛一枚，放在被咬的地方，让它吸收毒素。赵参议、陈寺丞、钱文子都说过这个方法，起初也不相信，亲自用过，被咬后，疼痛果然立即安定。蜘蛛虽然附着在身上稍远一点，但必定会寻找咬伤处并叮咬它，逐渐感到腹胀，这是因为受到毒气的攻击，必须急忙投入水中，否则就会死亡。
再一方法，取桑树汁涂抹，或用头发烟熏。
将杏仁烂嚼后敷贴，或者用人屎汁敷贴尤其好。
再一方法，用井口的蚯蚓粪，湿敷在疮口上，用物品包扎固定，即可痊愈。
再一方法，杏仁去皮和尖，同马蔺根研成细末，先用葱汤清洗疮口，然后涂药。
燕贤仲侍郎在二十三、四岁时患此病，按照上述方剂治疗，服用一剂后，过了很久去厕所，排出虫体约两个时辰，长达数丈，于是痊愈，不再复发。这种病多因吃生牛肉得之，服药时排出的都是虫的子代，所以如果多次发作就不再复发了。又说这种虫母两条相合，疑似有雌雄之分。
向南生长的酸石榴根，挖掘取出，洗净，细切半升，用水五升，煎取半碗以下，去渣滓，在五更天空腹时，先烤猪肉，随意吃些以引导虫体，不可过饱，然后温服此药，只作一次服用，虫自然排出，吃白粥一天来补养身体，永远断绝病根。《图经本草》用东南方向的根，《千金方》日华子用东向的根，学生见到有人服用，一喝即排出而痊愈。
又一方法，《本事方》说出自《良方》，记载非常详细。
锡沙（做成粗泥状的，没有就用黄丹代替，和油制成丸，如梧桐子大小） 薏苡仁 槟榔（等分，研为末）
以上将石榴根汁浓煎半升，加入散剂三钱，制成五枚丸药，半夜服用，第二天早晨排出。
*Qianjin Fang* records:
If stung by a male scorpion, the pain is localized in one area; apply mud from the bottom of a well. If stung by a female scorpion, the pain radiates to various parts of the body; apply mud from under the eaves where rainwater drips.
Mud from swallow nests facing south, mixed thickly with fresh water, can be applied. Swallow droppings are also effective.
Apply ginger juice. Alternatively, apply *Polygala tenuifolia* (Kushen) juice. Alternatively, apply dental calculus (plaque) as a poultice.
Grind cinnabar (Zhusha) with water and apply. Alternatively, grind realgar (Xionghuang) and apply.
Chew *Evodiae Fructus* (Wuzhuyu) thoroughly and rub it on the affected area for immediate relief.
Another method: Apply chicken manure; the pain stops immediately. White chicken manure is particularly effective.
Another method: Passed down by Magistrate Zhang Youwen.
Take a large twisted paper lamp, soak it thickly in sesame oil, light it, and shine it on the bite site. The scorpion's toxic vapor will naturally exit and enter the soot.
Another method: Use the right thumb and middle finger to press against the ground. Dig a small amount of soil from the tip of the middle finger and apply it to the wound without letting the patient know. This is also a form of apotropaic magic.
Another method: Passed down by Gao Lushu, originating from *Shenghui Fang*, verified effective by his son.
Mix *Nifen* (calomel/mercurous chloride) with ginger juice and apply; the pain stops immediately.
Another method: Passed down by Brother Liu.
Crush centipedes (*Youyan*) thoroughly and apply as a poultice for immediate healing.
Another method: Provided by Chen Xueyu Xingzhi.
Chew *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Changpu) finely and apply to the bite site for immediate healing.
Another extremely effective method: For severe cases, no more than two spiders are needed.
Take one large spider and place it on the bitten area to absorb the toxin. Zhao Canyi, Chen Siche, and Qian Wenzio all attested to this method. Initially skeptical, they tried it personally; after being bitten, the pain stabilized immediately. Although the spider attaches slightly away from the bite, it eventually finds the bite site and bites it. The person gradually feels abdominal distension due to the attack of the toxic vapor. One must urgently immerse oneself in water, otherwise death will ensue.
Another method: Apply mulberry sap or fumigate with smoke from burning human hair.
Crush apricot kernels (Xingren) thoroughly and apply, or apply human fecal juice for superior results.
Another method: Apply wet earthworm manure found at the well mouth onto the sore, wrap it securely, and it will heal.
Another method: Remove the skin and tips of apricot kernels, grind them finely together with *Iris lactea* root (Malin). First wash the sore with green onion soup, then apply the mixture.
Grind mint juice and apply.
Vice Minister Yan Xianzhong suffered from this condition at age twenty-three or twenty-four. Following the aforementioned prescriptions, he took one dose. After a long while, he went to the toilet and passed worms for about two shichen (four hours), measuring several zhang in length. He was cured and never relapsed. This disease is often contracted from eating raw beef. The worms expelled during medication are the offspring of the adult worms; thus, if multiple episodes occur, it will not recur again. It is also said that these worms exist in pairs, suspected to be male and female.
Dig up the roots of sour pomegranate (*Punica granatum*) growing towards the south, wash them clean, finely cut half a sheng, and decoct with five sheng of water until reduced to less than half a bowl. Strain the dregs. At dawn on an empty stomach, first roast pork and eat some to guide the worms out, but do not overeat. Then take this medicine warm, as a single dose. The worms will be expelled naturally. Eat white porridge for one day to nourish the body, permanently eliminating the root cause. *Tujing Bencao* uses roots from the southeast direction; *Qianjin Fang* and Rihua Zi use roots from the east direction. Students have observed that taking it once results in immediate expulsion and cure.
Another method: *Benshi Fang* states it originates from *Liangfang*, recorded in great detail.
Tin sand (made into coarse mud; if unavailable, use lead tetroxide/Huangdan mixed with oil to form pills the size of sophora seeds) Coix seed (Yiren) Areca nut (Binglang) (equal parts, ground into powder).
Decoct pomegranate root juice thickly to half a sheng. Add three qian of the powder. Form five pills. Take at midnight; the worms will be expelled the next morning.
