上鹿茸为细末，方入麝香，以灯心煮枣肉为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心服。缪
立夫云∶有一医者每料添滴乳香半两，尤有效。绍熙壬子绍兴人苦痢疾者极多，往往不救而
死，凡平时所用治痢如罂粟壳之类，不可向口，唯服此等药或没石子丸作效。
用合成平胃散称一两，入川续断末二钱半，拌匀，每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分服。张
叔潜秘书知敛州时，其阁中病血痢，一医者用此药治之而愈。绍熙壬子会稽时行痢疾，叔潜
之子为人说服之亦验。小儿病亲曾服作效。
治痢如圣饮，治一切痢疾，无问久新，或赤或白，或赤白相杂，日夜无度，悉能治之。
绍熙壬子浙东提举黄郎中，施此药颇有效验。

上十味为粗末，每三钱重作一服，水一盏半，入陈霜梅一枚，煎至七分，去滓，赤痢冷
服，白痢热服，赤白痢温服，年高、娠妇、小儿皆可服。忌生冷肥腻物。
治久新赤白痢。浙东帅赵侍郎子和，壬子年施此药。
白术 甘草（蜜炙） 罂粟壳（蜜炙，以上等分用）
上为粗末，每服三大钱，水一盏半，生姜三片，枣一枚，煎至七分，去滓温服。白痢加
白术、赤痢加甘草，不拘时候服，忌油腻之物。

Moschus (Half a qian, ground separately, added at the time of use) Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum (One liang, hair removed by fire scorching, processed with animal fat)
Grind the Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum into a fine powder, then add the Moschus. Use Junci Medulla (Jiaoxin) to boil jujube flesh as a binder to form pills, sized like Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifty pills per dose on an empty stomach. Miao Lifu stated: A certain physician added half a liang of Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang) to each batch, which was even more effective. In the Renzi year of Shaosi (1192), there were extremely many cases of dysentery in Shaoxing, often resulting in death due to lack of rescue. Medicines commonly used for treating dysentery, such as Papaveris Pericarpium (Yingsuke), could not be taken by patients. Only taking these medicines or Metostomi Fructus Pilula (Meishizi Wan) proved effective.
Take one liang of Pingwei San (Harmonize the Stomach Powder), add two qian and half of Dipsaci Radix (Chuanxuduan) powder, mix evenly. Take two qian per dose with one zhan of water, decoct until seven-tenths remain, and take. When Zhang Shuqian served as Secretary and Prefect of Lianzhou, someone in his study suffered from bloody dysentery; a physician cured him using this medicine. During the epidemic of dysentery in Kuaiji in the Renzi year of Shaosi, Zhang Shuqian's son had people persuade patients to take it, which also proved effective. It was also effective for children who took it.
Zhili Rusheng Yin (Holy Drink for Treating Dysentery) treats all types of dysentery, regardless of whether they are new or chronic, red, white, or mixed red and white, occurring day and night without limit. Huang Langzhong, Supervisor of Zhedong, administered this medicine in the Renzi year of Shaosi with considerable efficacy.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu) Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Suosharen) Halloysit Rubrum (Chishizhi) Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi) Punicae Pericarpium (Shiliupi) Terminaliae Chebulae Fructus (Hezrou) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) Papaveris Pericarpium (Yingsuke) Zingiberis Radix Preparata (Ganjiang) (Equal parts)
The above ten ingredients are made into coarse powder. For each dose, take three qian, add one and a half zhan of water and one Chen Shuangmei (aged plum), decoct until seven-tenths remain, remove the dregs. Take cold for red dysentery, hot for white dysentery, and warm for mixed red and white dysentery. It can be taken by the elderly, pregnant women, and children. Avoid raw, cold, fatty, and greasy foods.
Treats new and chronic red and white dysentery. Zhao Shilang Zihe, Commander of Zhedong, distributed this medicine in the Renzi year.
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, honey-fried) Papaveris Pericarpium (Yingsuke, honey-fried, equal parts)
Make into coarse powder. Take three da qian per dose with one and a half zhan of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and one jujube. Decoct until seven-tenths remain, remove dregs, and take warm. Add Baizhu for white dysentery, add Gancao for red dysentery. Take at any time. Avoid greasy foods.
