疾若未深。尾闾骨下近谷道。灸一穴便可除去。如传信方。先以经年槐枝。煎汤洗。后

令肿退。于元生鼠奶根上灸（却不可灸尖头。恐效迟）。如患深。用汤洗。未退再洗。令消。
俟灸觉大气通至胸乃效。病虽深。至二十余壮。永绝根本。以竹片护四边肉。仍于天色寒冷
时灸。忌毒物。
治痔灸法（出仁存方）。以葶苈子二合。豉一升。捣令细。作饼如大钱浓二分许。取一板当疮
孔上。作大艾炷如小指头大。灸饼上。三炷一易。三饼丸炷。隔二日复一灸之。外台灸瘰 。
资生经云。用葶苈子豉作饼灸漏。外台云。不可灸头疮。葶苈气入脑杀人。
又法。平立。量脊骨与脐平处椎上。灸七壮。或年深。更于椎骨两傍各一寸。灸如上数
无不除根。

治疗肛门瘙痒扰攘。长期痔疮导致肛门与阴部相通者预后不良。又说：主治痔疮与阴部相通者预后不良。穴位：会阴。
治疗长期痔疮尾椎骨肿胀。大便困难。阴胞有寒。以及小便不利。并五种痔疮泻出鲜血。穴位：扶承。
治疗五种痔疮便血失禁粪便（出自《危氏方》）。灸四百壮。穴位在脊柱最下方的骨头上方。
治疗长期寒冷引起的五种痔疮便血（出自《危氏方》）。灸脊柱一百壮。
鸠尾骨尖端稍凹陷处即是穴位。用麦粒大小的艾炷。灸七壮。或者十四壮。严重的止于二十一壮。疮疡发作即可安宁。
可以除根。
疾病如果尚未深入，在尾闾骨下靠近肛门处，灸一个穴位便可除去。如《传信方》所述。先用陈年的槐树枝，煎汤清洗。然后灸其上七壮。非常有效。如《本草》所述只用马蓝菜根一把，水三碗煎至一碗半。趁热用小口器皿瓶瓦中熏洗。令肿胀消退。在元生鼠奶根上灸（却不可灸尖头，恐怕见效慢）。如果患病深，用汤清洗。未消退再洗。令其消除。等到灸时感觉大气通至胸部才有效。病情虽然深，灸至二十余壮，永远断绝根本。用竹片保护四周的肉，仍然在天色寒冷时灸。忌食毒物。
治疗痔疮灸法（出自《仁存方》）。用葶苈子二合，豆豉一升，捣碎成细末。做成饼状，厚度约两分许。取一块板放在疮孔上。制作大艾炷如小指头大小。灸在饼上。三炷更换一次饼。三个饼丸炷。隔两天再灸一次。《外台秘要》灸瘰疬。《资生经》说：用葶苈子和豆豉做饼灸漏症。《外台秘要》说：不可灸头疮。葶苈之气入脑会杀人。
又一种方法。平立。测量脊骨与脐平处的椎骨上。灸七壮。或者年代久远，更在椎骨两旁各一寸处。灸如上数量。无不除根。
治疗痔疮疾如胡瓜。实于肠头。热如溏灰。火发则僵仆（出自《危氏方》）。用柳枝浓煎汤清洗。然后用艾炷灸三五壮。如果感觉一道热气进入肠中。大量泻出鲜血秽恶之物。一时非常严重。禁止泻后。其疾如失。
灸痔疮。右以绳子围绕病人的颈部。令两头相触。展开绳子从大椎正中量之。垂下一端绳子。当灸正下方。用墨点标记。又测量病人口吻两头。接绳头正下方再次标记。又测量病人口吻如前。便中间屈绳子。接前口吻绳正下方再次标记。望使相当所三处并下火。重者各五百壮。轻者三百壮即愈。
又一种方法。令患者平坐解衣。以绳子对准脊大椎骨中。向下量之。到尾株骨尖头为止。再折绳子。更从尾株尖头向上量。当绳头即下火。高号州初灸至一百壮。得痊愈。后三年复发。又灸之便断。兼疗腰脚。
治疗各种痔疮。宜灸回气穴三七壮。《黄帝针经》说：在尾脆骨上一寸半。又连冈穴主治。在回气穴两边。相距二寸是也。各灸三七壮。

Treat swelling and pain from long-term hemorrhoids. Acupoint: Chengshan (BL57).
Treat swelling of the sacrum from long-term hemorrhoids. Difficulty in defecation. Cold in the yin uterus. And difficulty in urination. Along with five types of hemorrhoids expelling bright red blood. Acupoint: Fucheng (BL36).
Treat bleeding from hemorrhoidal disease. Acupoint: Qihai Shu (BL24).
Treat pain and injury in the anal canal from hemorrhoids. Acupoint: Feiyang (BL58).
Treat heaviness after bleeding from hemorrhoids. Acupoints: Shangqiu (SP5), Fuliou (KI7).
Treat hot hemorrhoids. Acupoint: Laogong (PC8).
Treat hemorrhoid pain. Swelling below the abdomen. Acupoints: Chengjin (BL56), Chengfu (BL37), Weizhong (BL40), Yanggu (SI5).
Treat bone erosion from hemorrhoids and bone abscess erosion. Acupoint: Shangqiu (SP5).
Treat fistula. Acupoints: Tiantu (CV22), Zhangmen (LR13), Tianchi (PC1), Zhigou (SJ6).
Treat neck fistula pain. Acupoints: Tiantu (CV22), Tianchuang (SI16).
Treat lower fistula. Acupoint: Changqiang (DU1).
Treat five types of hemorrhoids with fecal incontinence and blood loss (from *Wei Shi Fang*). Moxibustion 400 moxa cones. The acupoint is above the coccyx.
Treat long-term cold causing five types of hemorrhoids with blood loss (from *Wei Shi Fang*). Moxibustion 100 moxa cones on the spine.
Moxibustion for hemorrhoids (from *Bai Yi Xuan Fang*).
The slightly depressed area at the tip of the Jiuwei bone is the acupoint. Use moxa cones the size of a wheat grain. Moxibustion 7 cones. Or 14 cones. Severe cases up to 21 cones. The ulcer will settle immediately.
It can remove the root cause.
Method of moxibustion for hemorrhoids
If the disease has not penetrated deeply, near the anus below the tailbone, moxibustion on one acupoint can remove it. As described in *Chuan Xin Fang*. First wash with decoction made from old locust tree branches. Then moxibustion 7 cones on top. Highly effective. As described in *Ben Cao*, use only a handful of Isatis root, boil three bowls of water until reduced to one and a half bowls. While hot, fumigate and wash using a small-mouthed vessel. Let the swelling subside. Moxibustion on Yuansheng Shunai root (do not moxibustion the tip, as it may delay effectiveness). If the lesion is deep, wash with decoction. Wash again if not resolved. Wait until during moxibustion you feel qi reaching the chest for efficacy. Even if the disease is deep, moxibustion 20+ cones to permanently eliminate the root. Protect surrounding flesh with bamboo strips. Perform moxibustion when the weather is cold. Avoid toxic substances.
Treatment of hemorrhoidal moxibustion (from *Ren Cun Fang*). Use 2 he of Descurainia seeds, 1 sheng of fermented soybeans. Pound into fine powder. Make into cakes about 2 fen thick. Place a board over the wound hole. Make large moxa cones the size of a little finger. Moxibustion on the cake. Replace cake every 3 cones. Three cakes per session. Repeat moxibustion every two days. *Waitai* describes moxibustion for scrofula. *Zisheng Jing* states: Use Descurainia and soybean cakes for moxibustion on fistulas. *Waitai* states: Do not moxibustion head ulcers. Descurainia qi entering the brain can be fatal.
Another method. Stand flat. Measure the vertebra level with the navel on the spine. Moxibustion 7 cones. Or if chronic, additionally moxibustion 1 cun lateral to the vertebrae on both sides. Moxibustion the same number. All can remove the root.
Treat hemorrhoids like cucumber fruits. Solid in the intestinal head. Hot like wet ash. When fire erupts, collapse occurs (from *Wei Shi Fang*). Wash with strong decoction of willow branches. Then moxibustion 3-5 cones with moxa cones. If you feel a stream of heat entering the intestines. Profuse discharge of bloody foul matter. Temporarily severe. Prohibit purging afterwards. The disease will vanish.
Moxibustion for hemorrhoids. Take a rope around the patient's neck. Let the two ends meet. Extend the rope from the midpoint of Dazhui. Hang one end vertically. Mark the point directly below with ink. Measure the width of the patient's mouth corners. Connect the rope end directly below and mark again. Measure the patient's mouth again as before. Fold the rope in the middle. Connect to the point directly below the previous mouth corner rope. Ensure the three points align. Apply fire to all three points. Severe cases: 500 cones each. Mild cases: 300 cones each for cure.
Another method. Have the patient sit flat and undress. Place the rope along the center of the Dazhui vertebra. Measure downwards to the tip of the coccyx. Fold the rope again. Measure upwards from the coccyx tip. Where the rope end lands, apply fire. Gao Hao Zhou initially moxibustioned 100 cones. Cured. Recurred after three years. Moxibustion again cured it. Also treats waist and legs.
Treat pain from five types of hemorrhoids. Acupoint: Zanzhu (BL2).
Treat pain from five types of hemorrhoids. Inability to pass stool or urine. Acupoint: Huiyin (RN2).
Treat hemorrhoid pain. Acupoints: Feiyang (BL58), Chengjin (BL56), Weizhong (BL40), Chengfu (BL37).
Treat various hemorrhoids. Suitable to moxibustion Huqi 21 cones. *Huangdi Zhenjing* states: 1.5 cun above the coccygeal bone. Lian Gang acupoint also governs it. Located on both sides of the Huqi acupoint, 2 cun apart. Moxibustion 21 cones each.
Treat nine types of fistulas. Acupoint: Jianjing (GB21). Moxibustion 200 cones.
Treat fistula. Moxibustion the depression below the Jiuwei bone. 70 cones.
Treat various fistulas. Moxibustion the fistula and four sides for recovery.
