口疮者。由心脾有热。气冲上焦。熏发口舌。故作此疮也。又有胃气弱。谷气少。虚阳
之发而为口疮者。不可执一而论。当求其所受之本也。
凡患口疮及齿。禁油面酒酱酸酢咸腻干枣。瘥后仍须慎之。若不久慎。寻即再发难瘥。
蔷薇根角蒿为口疮之神药。人不知之。
凡大人小儿。口疮唇紧。用酸浆水洗去白痂。临卧贴赴筵散。如不愈。贴铅白霜散。必

【附论】
口疮，是由于心脾有热，热气冲逆至上焦，熏蒸口舌，从而形成这种疮疡。又有因胃气虚弱，谷气不足，导致虚阳上浮而引发口疮的，不能一概而论，应当探究其发病的根本原因。
凡是患有口疮及牙齿疾病的人，禁止食用油脂、面食、酒类、酱料、酸醋、咸味及油腻食物和干枣。痊愈后仍需谨慎忌口。如果不久后不加以禁忌，很快会再次发作且难以治愈。
蔷薇根和角蒿是治疗口疮的神药，但人们并不知晓。
凡是成人或儿童，出现口疮且嘴唇紧绷的情况，用酸浆水清洗去除白色痂皮，睡前贴敷赴筵散。如果不见好转，贴敷铅白霜散，必定能愈。应验方论记载：有一名男子患口疮多年，疮疡上至咽喉，下至胃脘都疼痛，不敢吃热的食物。
蔷薇膏
治疗多年不愈的口疮，风热上攻所致。
药材：蔷薇根、郁李根、水阳皮（即桑白皮）、牛蒡子（根部均宜切制，各一斤）、苍耳子（一升）、露蜂房（三枚）、生地黄、麝香（研细）、当归、玄参。
煎法与用法：将上述药材煎煮，混合均匀，装入瓷器中保存。每次含服如弹丸大小，吐出津液。
玄参煎
治疗热毒发动引起的口疮，伴有心烦意乱。
药材：生玄参汁、生葛根汁（各三升）、银箔（十两）、寒水石（捣碎成末）、石膏（捣碎成末）、滑石（捣碎成末）、磁石（各三两）、芒硝（一斤）。
煎法与用法：将矿物药粗捣筛过，用水三斗，先煎煮银、寒水石、石膏、滑石、磁石，取汁二斗，滤去渣滓。另取清水五盏，煎煮升麻、羚羊角、甘草至二盏，滤去渣滓。将玄参汁和生葛根汁加入其中再次煎煮，直至呈稀饧状。然后加入芒硝搅匀，倒入瓷器中盛放。用时以热汤调服，不限时候。
升麻饮
治疗口腔内生疮，牙齿内部腐烂。
药材：升麻、黄连（去须）、羚羊角（镑片）、玄参、黄芩（去黑心）、麦门冬（去心焙干）、葛根（锉碎）、大黄、甘草（炙后锉碎）、知母（各等分）。
煎法与用法：一方中有牛蒡子，无用人参。
蔷薇根散
治疗口中多次生疮，连年不愈。
药材：蔷薇根（一两，去浮土）、黄芩（三分）、地骨皮（三分）、桔梗（三分，去芦头）、白蔹（三分）、川大黄、黄柏（三分，锉碎）。
煎法与用法：制成细散剂。每次服用一钱，用米汤调服。
烧肝散
治疗口疮久治不愈。
药材：茵陈蒿、犀角屑、石斛（去根）、白术、柴胡（去苗净）、芍药、紫参、桔梗（锉炒）、防风（去芦）。
煎法与用法：制成细散剂。每次服用一钱，用白羊肝包裹顿服，送服米汤。
乳香含化丸
治疗舌疮久治不愈。
药材：乳香、麝香、白胶香、黄丹、细辛、川升麻、垢腻头发、生干地黄（烧成灰）、皂荚（烧成灰）、雄黄。
煎法与用法：令其融化，用绵布过滤。用绵布包裹含在口中慢慢咽下。
蔷薇汤（出自《千金方》）
治疗口中多次生疮，连年不愈。
药材：蔷薇根、黄芩、当归、桔梗、黄芩、白蔹、大黄、鼠李根皮、芍药、续断、黄柏、葛根（各等分）。

药材：蔷薇根、黄芩、鼠李根、当归、葛根、白蔹、黄柏、石龙芮（《千金翼方》作黄连）、芍药、续断。（《金翼》方中有黄芩）。

治疗心肺壅滞有热，口腔内生疮，脑膈痰逆。
药材：玄参、茅根（锉碎）、羌活（去芦头）、竹茹、木通（锉碎）、羚羊角（镑片）、升麻（各半两）、黄连（去须）。
煎法与用法：筛过后，每次服用三钱，用水一盏煎服。
朴硝散
治疗口疮及喉闭症，吹入喉中。
药材：朴硝、硝石、胆矾、白矾、芒硝（五味皆枯干处理）、寒水石（烧制）、白僵蚕（炒制）、甘草（炙后锉末）。
煎法与用法：每次取一字量放入喉中，立即见效。
丹砂膏
治疗口疮积年不愈。
药材：丹砂（研细一分）、猪脂、蜜（各三两）、腻粉（一分）、白矾（研细一分）、杏仁（浸去皮尖双仁，研细三钱）。
煎法与用法：先将诸药研为细末，先煎猪脂和蜜使其融化，去渣，再加入其他药物，再煎十余沸，用绵布过滤，去渣后再煎，待膏成，装入瓷盒。每次用如杏仁大的一块，用绵布包裹含服。
槐枝煎
治疗口疮。
药材：槐枝（三月采集好的锉碎）、桑枝（锉碎）、柳枝（锉碎，各一斗，三味药以水五斗隔宿浸泡，次日入锅，文武火煎约...）。（原文此处略有残缺，意为煎至特定程度）。

Mouth sores (Kou Chuang) are caused by heat in the Heart and Spleen. The Qi rushes to the Upper Jiao, steaming and affecting the mouth and tongue, thus forming these sores. There are also cases where mouth sores arise from weak Stomach Qi, insufficient Grain Qi, and the emergence of Deficient Yang. One cannot generalize all cases; one must seek the root cause of the condition.
For those suffering from mouth sores and dental diseases, it is forbidden to consume oil, noodles/wheat products, alcohol, sauces, sour vinegar, salty foods, greasy foods, and dried dates. Even after recovery, caution regarding diet is required. If not strictly observed for a long time, the condition will recur quickly and be difficult to heal.
The root of Rose (Qiangwei Gen) and Artemisia scoparia (Jianghao) are divine medicines for mouth sores, yet people are unaware of this.
For adults or children with mouth sores and tight lips, wash away the white scabs with Acid Plant Water (Suanjiang Shui). Before sleep, apply Fuyan San (Feast-Attending Powder). If there is no improvement, apply Qianbaishuang San (Lead White Frost Powder), and it will surely heal. The Verified Formulas discuss: A man suffered from mouth sores for many years. Preparation and Administration: Coarsely crush and sieve the minerals. Decoct Silver, Hanshuishi, Shigao, Huashi, and Cishi in 3 dou of water until 2 dou remains. Strain. Separately, decoct Radix Cimicifugae (Shengma), Cornu Saigae Tataricae (Lingyangjiao), and Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) in 5 cups of clear water until 2 cups remain. Strain. Combine with Xuanshen juice and Sheng Ge juice, and decoct again until it resembles thin syrup. Then add Mangxiao, stir well, and pour into a porcelain container. Take mixed with hot water at any time.
