增减定志丸（出自《传信适用方》）滋养心肾，安定魂魄，滋益元气，增进聪明。适用于健忘、差错、梦寐不宁等症状。
配方：鹿茸（半两，酥炒后炙）、远志（去心炒）、菖蒲（炒）、茯神（炒）、酸枣仁（炒）、干地黄（炒）、当归。以上药材研为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。以朱砂为衣，用人参汤送下三十丸。
茯苓饮子（出自《医方大成》）治疗痰饮蓄积于心胃，导致怔忡不止。
配方：赤茯苓（去皮）、半夏（汤泡七次）、茯神（去木）、橘皮（去白）、麦门冬（去心，各一两）、沉香（不焙）。以上药材锉碎，加水煎煮至七分，去渣温服，不拘时间。
牛黄铁粉丸（出自《御药院方》）镇心安神，平定气机，止住惊悸不宁。
配方：牛黄（研细，二钱半）、铁粉（研细）、紫石英、白石英（并研细）、酸枣仁（炒）、茯神（去木）、陈皮。以上药材研为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸。
配方：黄（锉碎）、龙骨、防风（去芦头）、远志（去心）、茯神、麦门冬（去心，各一两）、牡蛎（一两半）。以上药材研为细末，用水煎煮，去渣温服。
茯神散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗心风，表现为恍惚妄语，有所见闻，心悸，意志不定。

炙甘草汤（出自《直指方》）治疗心下动悸，脉象结代。跳动而时常停止称为“代”。
配方：甘草（炙，一两）、人参（半两）、生干地黄（四两）、桂枝（三钱）、麻仁、麦门冬（去心，各一合）、阿胶（透明）。以上药材锉碎，加水煎煮，去渣温服。
配方：茯苓（四两）、桂心（三两）、甘草（炙）、白芍药、干姜（炮制）、远志（去心炒）、人参（各二两）。以上药材锉碎，加水煎煮，去渣温服。
龙齿散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗心脏风虚，惊悸失常，情绪或喜或怒，神思不安。
配方：龙齿、茯神（各一两）、远志（去心）、防风（去芦头）、甘草（炙微赤锉碎，各半两）、人参（去芦头）。以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，加生姜半分，水煎服。
配方：半夏（制，二两半）、白茯苓、浓朴（制，各一两半）、茯神、紫苏叶（各一两）、远志（姜汁蘸湿取肉）。以上药材锉碎，加水煎煮，去渣温服。
配方：铁粉（研细）、蛇黄（出火毒，各二两）、牛黄（研细）、丹砂（研细，各一钱）、麝香（研细，半钱）、金箔、银箔。以上药材研为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。用酒送服。

人参散（出自《圣惠方》）治疗心脏风邪，症状有如鬼语，闷乱恍惚。
配方：人参（去芦头）、犀角屑、赤茯苓、菖蒲、鬼箭羽（各二分）、龙齿（一两）。以上药材研为细末，每次服用四钱，水煎服。

酸枣仁丸 治疗胆经不足，心经受热，精神恍惚，恐惧多惊，情思不乐，时有盗汗，虚烦不眠。
配方：酸枣仁（炒）、地榆（各一两）、丹砂（研为衣）、茯神（去木）、人参、菖蒲（锉碎，各半两）。以上药材研为细末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，温水送下。
配方：荆沥（二升）、茯神、白藓皮（各三两）、人参（二两）、白银（十两，以水一斗煮取三升）。以上药材同煎，分三次服。
配方：茯苓、桂枝（各二两）、甘草（炙，一两）、生姜（三两）。以上药材锉碎，每次服用四钱，水煎服。
配方：远志、蒲黄、人参、茯苓（各四钱）。以上药材锉碎，以水一斗，煮取三升半，分三次服。
朱砂安神丸（一名黄连安神丸，出自《试效方》）治疗心烦懊恼，反复心乱，怔忡，上热，胸中气乱。
配方：朱砂（四钱）、黄连（五钱）、生甘草（二钱半）。以上药材研为细末，蒸饼为丸，如黄豆大。每次服用十丸，温水送下。
寒水石散（出自《三因方》）治疗因惊心导致气机不行，郁而生涎，涎结为饮，遂成大病，心中悸动，慎护自身不得安宁。
配方：寒水石（煅）、滑石（水飞，各一两）、甘草（生，一钱）。以上药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，热则用新汲水下服。
配方：人参（半两）、当归（一两晒干）、乳香（一钱半研细）。以上药材研为细末，山药煮糊为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，温水送下。
枣肉灵砂（出自《澹寮方》）治疗虚人夜间不能入睡，梦中惊魇，自汗，心中悸动。
配方：灵砂（二钱研细）、人参（半钱）、酸枣仁肉（一钱）。以上药材研为细末，枣肉为丸。临卧时，枣汤吞下五至七粒。
治疗因惊忧怖迫逐而成惊恐，失财或激愤惆怅，导致志气错越，心行违僻，不得安定。
配方：白雄鸡（一只，按食用方法处理）、真珠（四两研细）、薤白（四两）。以上以水三升，煮取二升。宿食勿食，旦食之。

配方：金箔（二百片）、腻粉（半两）。以上药物在新小铛中，先布金箔，重重以粉隐之，然后用牛乳煎煮，如小豆大丸剂。

配方：白石英、朱砂（各一两）。以上同研为散。每次服用半钱，食后夜卧，煎金银汤调下。
治人心下虚悸方。（出自《肘后方》，一名半夏麻黄丸，出《本草》）
配方：麻黄、半夏（汤洗去滑，干品各等分）。以上捣碎，蜜丸，服如大豆三丸，每日三次，稍增之。
二宜丹（出自《便良方》）治疗水火不济，耳内虚鸣，健忘，怔忡，头目眩晕。
配方：磁石（二两，火煅醋淬七次）、朱砂（一两）。以上研如粉，以糊为丸，如鸡头大，阴干。每次服用一丸。

Formula: Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Long Chi (Draco Ossis), Shu Gan Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) (each 1 liang), Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood), Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Mai Men Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis) (core removed). The above herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey to form pills the size of a sophora seed. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with Ren Shen decoction.
Qi Bao Dan (Seven Treasures Elixir) Greatly tonifies the Heart and Kidney, generates essence and nourishes blood, calms the spirit and stabilizes will.
Formula: Hu Po (Electrum), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (soaked in wine), Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Mo Yao (Resina Myrrhae) (ground, each 1 liang), Mu Xiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Ru Xiang (Resina Olibani) (ground), Xue Jie (Santalum Rubrum), Chen Sha (Cinnabaris) (ground). The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take with wine. Dose once on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bed. It greatly settles the Heart Spirit, calms the soul, and stabilizes the魄 (corporeal soul).
Zeng Jian Ding Zhi Wan (Modified Ding Zhi Pill) [from *Chuan Xin Shi Yong Fang*] Nourishes the Heart and Kidney, calms the hun and po souls, tonifies primordial qi, and enhances clarity and intelligence. Suitable for forgetfulness, errors, and restless sleep.
Formula: Lu Rong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum) (half liang, stir-fried with butter then roasted), Yuan Zhi (Radix Polygalae) (core removed, stir-fried), Chang Pu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) (stir-fried), Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) (stir-fried), Suan Zao Ren (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae) (stir-fried), Gan Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae) (stir-fried), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis). Fu Ling Yin Zi (Poria Decoction Liquid) [from *Yi Fang Da Cheng*] Treats Phlegm-Fluid retention in the Heart and Stomach, causing persistent palpitations.
Formula: Chi Fu Ling (Poria cum Rhizoma Polypori) (peeled), Ban Xia (Rhizoma Pinelliae) (processed in boiling water seven times), Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) (removed hostwood), Ju Pi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (white pith removed), Mai Men Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis) (core removed, each 1 liang), Chen Xiang (Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum) (not roasted). Niu Huang Tie Fen Wan (Calculus Bovis and Ferrum Pulveratum Pill) [from *Yu Yao Yuan Fang*] Settles the Heart, calms the spirit, regulates qi, and stops palpitations and restlessness.
