配方：青羊肝（一个，去膜薄切，用新瓦瓶子洗净擦干，将肝放入其中，在炭火上炙烤至极干，汁液耗尽后研为末）、决明子（半升）。共制成两剂。能……

治疗眼昏（出自《神效方》）
配方：荆芥穗、地骨皮、楮实（各等分）。以上药物研为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每次服用二十丸，米饮汤送下。

黑豆丸（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗肝肾风虚目暗。
配方：黑豆（坚实细小者）、牛胆。根据胆的大小，挑选干净的黑豆，布擦过，纳入牛胆中，紧系头，垂挂在干净屋子下阴干。
治疗眼暗赤冷泪方。（出自《千金方》）
配方：蕤仁、波斯盐。上等分治筛。用驴生脂调和，每晚敷于眼角，用量如一粟大，在密室中将养，一个月痊愈。
配方：柴胡（六铢）、决明子（十八铢）。以上治筛，用人乳汁调和敷眼，可以夜间看书，看见五色。
配方：苍术（去皮，米泔浸二日，薄切晒干，四两）、地黄（熟者，细切焙干，二两）。以上研为细末，酒糊为丸，如……

**Cheqianzi Wan (Plantago Seed Pill)** (from *Shenghui Fang*, also known as Zhujing Wan): Treats dim vision and blurry eyesight. Suitable for taking to tonify the Liver and brighten the eyes.
**Tugan Wan (Rabbit Liver Pill)** (from *Shengji Zonglu*): Treats eye dimness due to Liver deficiency.
Formula: Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, washed, 1.5 liang, remove stamens), Shugan Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, baked), Huhuanglian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba, each 1 liang), Caojueming (Cassiae Semen, 0.5 liang). Grind the above into fine powder. Finely chop rabbit liver.
**Longdan Zhu San (Gentiana Decoction Powder)** (from *Shengji Zonglu*): Treats head-related eye dimness.
Formula: Longdan (Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove seedlings and leaves), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, remove forks, each 0.5 liang). Grind the above into powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add one zhan of water and a little brown sugar.
**Ganshi Gao (Calamine Paste)** (from *Ruizhutang Jingyan Fang*): Treats blurry vision and unclear sight.
