（附论）
眼睛看见黑花，都是由于脏腑阳气虚弱不实，阴气相对亢盛所致。凡是人体阴阳调和，精气上注于目，所以能视物清晰。
《圣济总录》论述说：肾属水，肝属木。木得到水的滋养而旺盛，这个道理是明确的。如果肾水亏虚，肝就得不到滋养，所以会出现上述症状。使用益水去风的方剂，就能标本兼治。
还睛散，治疗眼睛看见黑花、视物昏暗。
独活（去除芦头）、麻黄（去除根和节）、白茯苓（去除黑皮）、浓朴（去除粗皮，用姜汁炙烤）、五味子、槐子、蒺藜子、决明子（各等分）。
研为细散。
用温水送服，或根据情况调整。
拨云散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗各种风毒。眼睛看见黑花，胬肉攀睛，翳膜晕障，瘀肉侵入瞳孔。
营实（炒制）、蒺藜子（炒制并去除刺角）、青葙子（各一两）、牛蒡子（一两，炒制）、蔓荆实（三升，炒煮各一遍）、蝉蜕（锉碎）、防风（去芦头并叉枝）、细辛。
以上药物研为散剂。
苁蓉散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肾虚风邪上攻。头晕脑痛，眼睛生翳，或者有黄黑花出现，像飞蝇一样，以及腰胯酸痛，脚膝冷痹。
肉苁蓉（用水浸泡，刮去皴皮，焙干，一两）、巴戟天（去除心）、槟榔（煨制后锉碎）、萆薢、麦门冬（去除心，焙干）、犀角屑、人参、木香。
空心时温服。
还睛丹（出自《御药院方》），治疗肾虚，眼睛看见黑花飞蝇，颜色或黑或白或红，久治不愈，将要变为内障。
威灵仙（拣选干净）、青葙子（拣选干净，去除泥土）、巴戟天（去除心）、蝉壳（去除泥土）、防风（去除芦头和叉枝）、密蒙花、白芷、蛇蜕。
以上药物研末，炼蜜为丸。空心时温服。
磁石汤（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾风虚，下元长久寒冷，眼睛生黑花，有时视物昏暗。补益诸不足。
黄芪、人参、沉香、川芎、桂枝（去除粗皮）、熟干地黄、肉苁蓉（酒浸，刮去皴皮）、石菖蒲、当归（各一两）。
锉如麻豆大，用水煎熟。次煎磁石汤送服。
磁石丸（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》），治疗眼睛看见黑花，遇风流泪，远视不明。
蕤仁丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花、飞蝇，眼痒痛昏暗，逐渐变为青盲。
蕤仁（去皮）、地肤子、石决明（洗净另捣筛）、人参、细辛（去苗）、地骨皮、白茯苓（去黑皮）、熊胆（半两，研如粉）。
焙干，捣罗为末，炼蜜为丸。
羌活散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗视物茫茫，或者看见黑花、苍蝇翅膀状的影子。
羌活（去芦头）、甘草（炙）、石决明（生研）、密蒙花、苍术（去皮）、防风（去叉）、蒺藜子（炒）、木贼、石膏（研半两）。
每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分，温服。
宿鸠丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾气虚，眼睛生翳晕，以及看见黑花。
宿鸠（一只，去毛羽嘴脚肠胃，炙黄）、羊肝（一具，清水油炸定血，去筋膜切作片子焙干）、蔓荆子（半升）、防风（去芦头）、蝉蜕、苦参（泔水浸去皮）、蒺藜子、枸杞子。
上为末，炼蜜和丸。空心时温服。
熟干地黄丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肾虚眼睛看见黑花。诊察右手尺脉应当沉而数，这是其征候。
熟干地黄（焙）、石斛（去根锉）、黄芪（锉）、防风（去叉）、菟丝子（酒浸三日，曝干，另研为末）、车前子、山茱萸、磁石（醋淬七次，一两，细研，水飞过）。
上为末，炼蜜和匀，再杵五百下，丸如梧桐子大。空心及晚食前，盐酒送下三十丸。
兔肝丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾毒风攻冲，眼睛生黑花昏暗，视物不见。
兔肝（去筋膜薄切焙）、羌活（去芦头）、黄连（去须）、菊花（各三分）、地骨皮、龙脑、车前子。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
羚羊角丸（出自《御药院方》），治疗肺肝风热凝滞，看见红白黑花，头额偏疼，渐渐昏暗不见物。

防风汤（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》，一名羚羊角散），治疗眼睛看见黑花，或者眼暗，渐变青盲。
防风（去叉）、羚羊角（镑）、车前子（各三分）、细辛（去苗叶，各三分）、甘草（炙）、羌活（去芦头）。
上为末，每服三钱，以水一盏，煎至七分，温服。

摩顶膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾虚风上攻，眼睛生黑花，或者像水浪一样晃动。
空青（研）、青盐（研，各半两）、槐子、木香、附子（各一两）、丹砂（研一分）、牛酥（二两）、鹅脂（四两）、旱莲草（自然汁一升）、龙脑（半钱）。
上为末。先用旱莲草汁、牛酥、鹅脂，在银器中熬三五沸，下诸药末煎，减一半即止。盛瓷器中。临卧时用旧铧铁一片，重三二两，蘸药于顶上，摩三二十遍，令入发窍中。其次服用决明丸。忌铁器。
决明丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花不散。
决明子、甘菊花（各一两）、车前子、薯蓣（半两，去芦头）、蔓荆子（半两）、川芎（半两）、栀子。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服十丸，食后温酒送下。
羚羊角汤（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花，或者头眩目暗，欲变青盲，眼瞳微开。
羚羊角（镑）、决明子、人参、升麻、玄参、车前子（各一两）、羌活（去芦头）、防风（去叉，各一两）。
上为末，每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分，去滓，温服。
芎劳丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾虚风上攻，眼睛生黑花，头目不利，内外障翳暗，疼痛隐涩。
川芎、细辛（去苗叶）、蝉壳（去土）、甘菊花、荆芥穗、蕤仁（去皮，各一两）、犀角（镑）、羚羊角。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服十丸，食后温酒送下。
通明丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾气虚，眼目昏暗，时见黑花飞蝇。
石决明（刮洗）、芍药、桔梗（锉炒）、车前子（各一两）、细辛（去苗叶，一两半）、茺蔚子。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服十丸，食后温酒送下。
摩顶膏（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》），治疗眼前见花，或者黄红黑白不定。
附子（一两，炮裂去皮脐）、木香（一两）、朱砂（一分）、龙脑（半钱）、青盐（一两半）、牛酥（二两）、鹅脂（四两）。
上为末，熬成膏。每用少许涂摩头顶。
昨叶何草丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花，视物不明。
薄荷叶、羌活（去芦头）、荆芥穗（各一两）、蒺藜子（炒去角，一两半）、附子（一两）、昨叶何草。
上为末，炼蜜为丸。空心时温服。
蕤仁散（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花昏暗。
蕤仁（去皮，一两半）、羌活（去芦头）、天麻、槐子、山栀子（各一两）、黄芩（去黑心）、黄连。
上为散，每服二钱，水一盏，煎至七分，温服。见黑花愈。
芎劳丸（出自《医方集成》），治疗远视不明，常见黑花，久服增明眼力。
川芎、菊花、荆芥、薄荷、甘草（各一两）、苍术（二两，泔浸）。
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
白龙粉（出自《御药院方》），治疗肾水衰虚，肝经邪热，视物不明，或生翳障，肉攀睛，或迎风泪出，眼见黑花，或如蝇飞，或如油星，或睛涩肿痛，或痒不可忍，并皆治之。
用硝石三斗，于二九月造一大罐，热水浸开，以绵滤过，入银石器内，煎至一半以上，就锅内熬水宿。盛用。
肉苁蓉丸（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》），治疗眼昏翳赤涩，远视似有黑花，及内障不见物。
肉苁蓉（酒浸一宿，刮去皴皮炙干）、磁石（烧醋淬七遍，细研，水飞过）、神曲（炒微黄）、青盐（以水化，别捣为末）。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
五倍丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼睛看见黑花，去翳明目。
巴戟天（去心，一两）、枸杞子（拣净，二两）、甘菊花（拣净，三两）、旋复花（拣净，四两）、蜀椒（去目及闭口者，炒出汗）。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。加黄连末少许。
黄连丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗一切眼疾，青盲黑花，赤脉热泪。
黄连（去须）、甘菊花、车前子、羚羊角（镑）、芒硝（各一两）。
上为末，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。
黄柏浆（出自《圣济总录》），治疗眼看物如两般，或如蝇翅似游丝。

上为散，每服三钱，水一盏，煎至七分，入羊子肝一具，同煮烂，去药，食肝饮汁。
枸杞子丸（出自《圣济总录》），治疗肝肾风上攻，眼睛看见黑花。
枸杞子（九炊九爆，二两）、旋复花（择净）、蜀椒（去目及闭口，炒出汗）、巴戟天（穿心紫色者，去心）。
上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
白蜜黄连膏（出自《圣济总录》），治疗风毒上攻，眼睛生黑花不见物。
白蜜（半斤）、黄连（去须，一两）、大枣（五枚）、淡竹叶（一握，洗）。
上以水二升，先煎竹叶，取一升，纳蜜、连、枣，煎至半升，勿令焦。
遇明丸（出自《御药院方》），治疗风痰头目昏眩，视物不明，目见黑花飞蝇。

**Baimi Huanglian Gao (White Honey and Coptis Paste)** (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats Wind-Toxin attacking upwards, black flowers in the eyes, inability to see.
*Baimi* (Mel, 0.5 jin), *Huanglian* (Rhizoma Coptidis, remove threads, 1 liang), *Dazao* (Fructus Jujubae, 5 pieces), *Dan Zhuye* (Folium Bambusae, one handful, wash).
Decoct in 2 sheng of water. First boil Zhuye, extract 1 sheng. Add honey, Coptis, and Jujube. Simmer until 0.5 sheng remains. Do not let burn.

*Jiaomu* (Semen Zanthoxylli, 1 liang, stir-fry), *Cangzhu* (Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae, 2 liang, stir-fry).
Grind into powder, mix with vinegar paste to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, with vinegar tea.
**Fu Jiao Fang (Taking Zanthoxylum Formula)** (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats Liver-Kidney Deficient-Wind attacking upwards, black flowers in the eyes, head and eye discomfort, promoting spirit and longevity.
Take 1 jin of Sichuan Zanthoxylum, select clean, remove eyes and closed mouths. Stir-fry thoroughly in a pot. Spread clean paper twice on the ground, cover with a new basin, seal edges with mud. Pour water around to cool. After cooling, remove salt, grind into powder.
**Ganlu Tang (Sweet Dew Decoction)** (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats seeing black flowers, red pain and dim vision.
