Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder. Mix with egg white and wine paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50-60 pills with warm wine on an empty stomach.

Bo Jin San (Gathering Gold Powder, Ren Cun Formulas): Treats turbid urine disease. All due to lack of communication between Heart and Kidney, or worsening due to alcohol and sex, called "Earth Hyperactivity". Because there is deficiency heat and Kidney does not communicate, Earth pathogen attacks Water. Shi Zaizhi once said: "In summer, Earth is dry and Water is turbid; in winter, Earth is firm and Water is clear." This is the principle. Physicians often use strong tonification, making the disease worse. This formula is neutral. Taking it allows Heart Fire and Kidney Water to communicate, Earth becomes firm, and the flow becomes clear.

Treating White Turbidity (From Qian Jin Fang):
Usage: Grind dry sheep bone into powder. Take 1 fang cun bi (square inch spoonful) per dose, twice daily.
Si Bai Tou (Four Whites Head, also named Yu Hua Bai Dan): Treats deficiency-cold, strengthens stomach, phlegm-wheezing cough from diet, clears upper and solidifies lower, also treats female leukorrhea and male white turbidity.
Ingredients: Yan Xiao (Natrii Sulfas) (2 liang, finely ground), Bai Fan (Alumen) (3 liang, finely ground), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (4 liang, finely ground), Pi Shuang (Arsenic Trioxide) (1 liang, finely ground).
Preparation and Administration: Use a fire tripod. Heat it first. Smear inside and outside several times with fresh ginger juice. Dry it. Put half liang of Pi Shuang powder first. Then mix half liang of Pi Shuang with 1 liang of Yan Xiao powder, press firmly. Then mix 1 liang of Yan Xiao with Bai Fan powder, press firmly. Then mix 1.5 liang of Bai Fan with 2 liang of Shi Gao, press firmly. Finally, press 2 liang of Shi Gao powder tightly on top. Cover with a round tile. Surround with 5 jin of charcoal. Ignite from the top until smoke stops. Cool down. Scrape the medicine and grind to fine powder. Add 1 liang of Hao Bai Shi Zhi (Halloysitum Rubrum), grind fine.
