韭子（二升）、粳米（一合）。将这两味药放入铜器中熬制，待米粒呈黄黑色且热时，倒入好酒一斗。绞取药汁服用。
莲肉丸（出自《海上良方》）：治疗梦遗和白浊。
莲肉（去心）、白茯苓（各等分）。将上述药物研为细末。空腹时用白开水调服。

茯苓丸（出自《三因方》）：治疗心肾气虚，神志不宁，小便淋沥不尽，或不能控制及遗泄白浊。
赤茯苓、白茯苓。将上述药物研为细末。用新汲水清洗，澄清去掉浮沫，控干水分。另取地黄汁与好酒一同放入银石器内……
三仙丸（出自《危氏方》）：治疗梦遗。
益智仁（二两，用盐二两炒后去盐）、乌药（二两）。将上述药物研为细末。用山药一两煮糊和药制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸，空腹及临睡前用淡盐水送服。以朱砂为衣。凡是精气滑脱不禁、白浊、头晕目眩、极度虚弱或伴有寒热的症状，使用补益收敛的药物无效，脉象浮软而散。这并非因为房事过度所致。这没有别的原因，是因为心中有欲望，想实现却未能遂愿，从而导致此病。既然用药补益仍然无效，该如何治疗呢？因为心中有所爱恋，则神不归舍；意念有所妄想，则志不宁静。应当先调和营卫，营卫调和则心安；其次调理脾胃，脾气调和则志定。心肾相交媾，精神内守，疾病自然痊愈。治疗方法用人参三钱，当归一钱，酒洗焙干研为细末，分为三次服用，用沸水调服。头晕随即好转。对于精气不禁者，用白芍药半两，丁香三钱，木香三钱，锉成散剂。每次服用用生姜五片，大枣三枚煎汤，空腹服用。即可心安神定，精气固摄，精神愉悦。
珍珠粉丸（出自《济生拔粹方》）：治疗白淫、梦遗、遗精，以及滑出而不能收摄的症状。
黄柏（一斤，在新瓦上焙干）、真蛤粉（一斤）。将上述药物研为细末。滴水泛丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸。空腹服用。
白糯丸（出自《经验良方》）：治疗小便凝滞停聚导致的白浊。老年人多有此证，令人突然死亡，极大消耗人的精液，主要引起头昏。
大白芷（一两，研为细末）、真糯米（五钱，炒至红色）。将上述药物研为细末。用糯米制成丸药，煎木馒头汤吞服。如果没有木馒头，用根也可以。之后再用和剂局方的补肾汤进行调补。如果是年轻人禀赋怯弱，房事过度，小便过多，水道阻滞……
黄 散（出自《经验良方》）：治疗白浊。
黄 （盐炒半两）、茯苓（一两）。将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一二钱，空腹用白开水送下。
清心丸：治疗经络有热，梦遗，心中恍惚不定。（方剂见“诸虚门补虚固精类”）

用五味子一两，炒至红色后研为细末。用醋糊制成丸药。用醋汤送下三十丸。若腹泻，用蕲艾汤吞服。
牡蛎丸（出自《直指方》）：治疗精气不禁，白浊，梦遗。
半夏（一两，用盐水洗十次，每个分成两半，以猪苓去皮二两切成粗末，同半夏一起浸泡，火炒至黄色，取出放在地上退去火毒一夜，不用猪苓）、牡蛎（一两，研成粉）。将上述药物研为细末。用山药糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。在养药的瓷器内密封收藏。每次服用三十丸，用茯苓汤送下。
约精丸（出自《直指方》）：治疗小便泄精。
白龙骨（二两）、新韭子（霜后采集的一斤，用酒浸泡一夜捣细）。将上述药物研为细末。用酒调糯米糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。

五味子丸（出自《卫生家宝方》）：补心肾，治疗白浊。久服行步如少年。
