以上药材切成粗末。每次服用四钱。加水一盏半，生姜三片，煎至七分，去渣。温服。每日三次。
治疗久咳咯血导致肺痿。症状为多吐白涎、胸膈满闷、食欲不振。
白扁豆（饭上蒸） 生姜（各半两） 枇杷叶（去毛） 半夏（汤浸七次） 人参（去芦） 白术（各一分） 白茅根（三分）
以上药材切碎。加水三升，煎至一升，去渣。加入槟榔末一钱，搅拌均匀，分四次服用。不限时候。
治疗劳瘵吐血损伤肺部，以及血液妄行。使用剪草膏。
剪草一斤，婺州和台州都有，只有婺州的可以使用。形状像茜草，又像细辛。每次用一斤。洗净后研成粉末。
加入生蜜一斤，调和成膏。用容器盛装。不得接触铁器。九蒸九晒。每天蒸晒一次。患者在五更起床，面向东方坐。

以上药材研成细末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹食前，温水送服三四十丸。
Moisten the lungs, stabilize blood, and stop coughing. Treat hematemesis (vomiting blood) and hemoptysis (coughing up blood).
*Asparagi Radix* (Tianmendong, 1 liang, soaked in water, heart removed) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Melle* (Zhigancao, honey-fried) *Pruni Semen* (Xingren, skin and tip removed, stir-fried until cooked) *Fritillariae Bulbus* (Beimu, heart removed, stir-fried) *Poria* (Baifuling, skin removed)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like bullet seeds. Hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve, swallowing the saliva. A total of ten pills may be taken during the day and night.
Prevent the progression into consumptive disease (Lao) due to chronic cough and hemoptysis. Symptoms include eye pain, fatigue in the four limbs, and weakness in the feet.
*Astragali Radix* (Huangqi, honey-fried) *Ophiopogonis Radix* (Maimendong, soaked in water, heart removed) *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (Shudihuang, sprinkled with wine, steamed nine times, sun-dried nine times, then baked and weighed) *Platycodonis Radix* (Jiegeng, stir-fried, half liang each) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Melle* (Zhigancao, 1 fen, honey-fried) *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Baishaoyao, half liang)
Grind the above ingredients into coarse powder. For each dose, take 4 qian. Add 1.5 zhan of water and 3 slices of ginger. Decoct until reduced to 0.7 zhan, strain, and take warm. Three times daily.
Treat pulmonary fibrosis (Feiwei) resulting from chronic cough and hemoptysis. Symptoms include excessive expectoration of white froth, fullness and oppression in the chest and diaphragm, and loss of appetite.
*Dolichoris Semen* (Baibiandou, steamed over rice) *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Shengjiang, half liang each) *Eriobotryae Folium* (Pipaye, hairs removed) *Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum* (Banxia, soaked in boiling water seven times) *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen, rhizome removed) *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu, 1 fen each) *Imperatae Rhizoma* (Baimaogen, 3 fen)
Finely chop the above ingredients. Add 3 sheng of water. Decoct until reduced to 1 sheng, strain. Add 1 qian of *Arecae Semen* (Binglang) powder, mix evenly, and divide into four doses. Take at any time.
Treat consumptive disease (Laozai) with hematemesis damaging the lungs, as well as reckless bleeding. Use Jiancao Gao (Cutting Grass Paste).
One jin of *Jiancao* (Herba Siegesbeckiae or similar local herb; note: text specifies "Jiancao", found in Wuzhou and Taizhou, only Wuzhou variety is usable). It resembles *Rubia cordifolia* (Qiancao) and *Asari Radix et Rhizoma* (Xixin). Use one jin each time. Wash clean and grind into powder.
Add one jin of raw honey, mix to form a paste. Store in a vessel. Do not allow contact with iron. Steam nine times and sun-dry nine times. Steam and dry once daily. The patient rises at wu geng (early morning), sits facing east.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like wutong seeds. Take 30-40 pills on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with warm water.
