嗽烟筒 治一切犯寒咳嗽，遇冬便作。
款冬蕊 鹅管石 雄黄 艾叶（各等分）
上为末，铺艾上，用纸卷筒，烧烟吸入口内吞下，即咽茶水一口压之，自效。一方有佛
耳草，无艾叶，用纸卷成条，每切一节，约长三、五分许，焚炉中，吸烟咽之。
灵宝烟筒 治一切寒喘咳嗽。
黄蜡 雄黄（各三钱） 佛耳草 款冬蕊（各一钱） 艾叶（三分）
先将蜡溶化，涂纸上，次以艾铺之，将三味细研匀，掺卷成筒。用火点一头，吸烟吞之
，清茶送下。
七宝美髯丹 补肾元，乌须发，延年益寿。
何首乌（赤、白，各一斤） 川牛膝（半斤）
将何首乌先用米泔水浸一日，以竹刀刮去粗皮，切作大片，用黑豆铺甑中一层，却铺何
首乌一层，再铺豆一层，却铺牛膝一层，又豆一层，重重相间，面上铺豆盖之，蒸以豆熟为
度，取起晒干，次日如前换豆再蒸，如此七次，去豆用。
破故纸（半斤，洗净，用黑芝麻同炒无声为度，去芝麻） 白茯苓（半斤，用人乳浸透，晒干
蒸熟） 赤茯苓（半斤，用黑牛乳浸透，晒干蒸熟） 当归身（半斤，酒洗） 枸杞子（半斤，去枯蒂者）
上共为末，炼蜜丸，龙眼大。每日空心嚼二、三丸，温酒、米汤、盐汤俱可送下。制药
勿犯铁器。按∶此即七珍至宝丹少菟丝子一味。
北京乌须方 两京各处乌须者，惟此方颇好，用之虽未至简妙，然不坏须伤肉，制用得
法者，可黑一月。
五倍子（择川中之大者，打作碎粒，分粗细为二。先将粗者于锅内用文火炒成糊，次入
细者同炒，初时大黑烟起，取出不住手炒，将冷，又上火炒，则黄烟起，叉取出炒，将冷，
再上火炒，则青黄白烟间出，即可住火，先以真青布一大片浸湿，将倍子倾在布上，包成一
团，用脚踏成饼，上用湿泥一担 一夜，色如乌羽为妙，瓷器收贮听用） 红铜花（用
细红铜丝炭火 ，醋中淬之，不拘遍数，以化尽为度，去醋取铜花晒干） 皂矾 明矾（各三
分） 没石子 食盐（各二分） 硼砂（净，一分）
上每次染时，旋配旋用，以制倍子二钱为则，加铜花四分，余皆一、二分，和匀作一服
，研细，以浓茶汁或烧酒用瓷钟调如稀糊，坐汤中煮之，看钟内绿气生面为佳。先用皂角汤
洗须净，拭干，以抿柄涂上，用皮纸搭湿包之，或以青布囊囊之过夜，次早温水洗之。如不
润，用胡桃油捻指润之。一连染二夜，其黑如漆亦妙。
擦牙乌须方 先期而擦者，永久不白。
青盐（一斤） 嫩槐枝叶（五斤，切） 黑铅（四两） 没石子（尖者，七钱）
上将黑铅、青盐入锅内，槐枝搅炒俱成灰炭取起，将没石子研细末和入，用瓷罐盛之，
每日早晚以药擦牙，漱水吐掌上擦须鬓，久久自然润黑。
便易擦牙方
用五倍子大者一百个，装食盐一斤，铺在锅内，大火烧过存性，为末。每日擦之，久则须髯皆黑。
（丹溪）疝气神方 其病甚，至气上冲如有物筑塞心脏欲死，手足冷者，二、三服除根。
陈皮 荔枝核（为末，炒焦黄） 硫黄（火中溶化，即投水中去毒，研细，各等分）
上为末，饭丸，桐子大。每服十四、五丸，酒下，其疼立止。若疼甚不能支持，略加五
、六丸，再不可多也。
神仙六子丸 男子三十岁后服此药，一岁二单，制服不息，永不白须发。四十以上，或
见微白，及少年发黄不润者，服此百日，自然漆黑，其效如神。
菟丝子（制） 金铃子 覆盆子 五味子 枸杞子 蛇床子（炒，各一两） 何首乌（酒浸，
蒸极熟，焙） 牛膝（酒浸蒸） 熟地（酒蒸，捣） 地骨皮（各三两） 舶上茴香（盐炒） 川木瓜
（各二两）
上十二味，为细末，用浸菟丝酒作糊为丸，梧子大。每服五、七十丸，食前温酒或白汤
送下。一方加人参、白术、白茯苓各一两，尤有神效。服此大忌三白。
疝气方重。
四制川楝子丸 治疝气，一切下部之病，悉皆治之，凡肿痛缩小，虽多年亦可除根。
川楝子（净肉，一斤，分四分。内一分用盐一两，茴香一协议炒黄色，去盐、香不用。外
三分，一分用巴豆四十九个，一分用斑蝥四十九个，一分用巴戟一两，仍各加麦面一协议炒
黄色，俱去面、药不用） 木香（一两） 破故纸（一两，炒）
上为末，酒糊丸，梧子大。每服五、七十丸，盐汤送下，甚者日进二、三服，或空心、或食前。
木香导气丸 治男子小肠气肚疼，一切气积，下元虚冷，脾胃不和，并宜服之有效。
木香 丁香 乳香 香附 川楝子肉 大茴香 破故纸 葫芦巴（炒） 甘草（炙） 三棱
（各一两） 杜仲（炒，半两）
上为细末，酒糊丸，梧子大。每服三、五十丸，加至七、八十丸，用温酒，或盐汤食前
送下，日进二、三服。
去铃丸 治疝消铃。
用大茴香一升，以老生姜二斤，取自然汁浸茴香一宿，以姜汁渗尽为度，入好青盐二两
同炒赤，取出焙干为末，用无灰酒浸蒸饼为丸，梧子大。空心、食前酒下二、三十丸，或米
饮亦可。此方实脾疏肝，所以治疝多效，非如常法之克伐，故为妙也。
事后中寒腹痛方
凡房事后中寒厥冷，呕恶腹痛者，用葱、姜捣烂冲热酒服之，睡少顷，出汗即愈。如腹
痛甚者，以葱白头捣烂摊脐上，以艾灸之或熨之亦可解。鼻尖有汗，其痛痛即止。
湿疝阴丸作痛。
蕲艾 紫苏叶（烘干热） 川椒（炒热，各三两）
上三味，拌匀，乘热用绢袋盛夹囊下，勿令走气，冷即易之。
熏熨脱肛方 治气痔脱肛。
枳壳（面炒） 防风（去叉，各一两） 枯矾（二钱半）
上咀，用水三碗，煎至二碗，乘热熏之，仍以软帛蘸汤熨之，通手即淋洗。
熏洗脱肛法
用赤皮葱、韭菜二味各带根者煎汤，入大枫子、防风末各数钱，乘热熏洗立收上。一方
∶用五倍子煎汤洗，以赤石脂末掺上托入。或脱长者，以两床相并，中空尺许，以瓷瓶盛汤
，令病患仰卧浸瓶中，逐日易之，收尽为度。又涩肠散方，在小儿五四。
参术芎归汤 治泻痢产育气虚脱肛，脉濡而弦者。
人参 白术 川芎 当归 黄 （酒炒） 山药（炒） 白芍药 白茯苓 升麻 炙甘草
上生姜水煎服。按∶此方若治泄痢虚滑脱肛，仍须加制附子、肉豆蔻方效。
凉血清肠散 治大肠血热脱肛。
生地黄 当归 芍药（各钱半） 黄芩 黄连 防风 荆芥 升麻（各一钱） 香附 川芎 甘
草（各五分）
水一钟半，煎服。
缩砂散 治大肠伏热，脱肛红肿。
缩砂仁 黄连 木贼（等分）
上为细末。每服二钱，空心米饮调下。
诃子人参汤 治证同前。
诃子（煨，去核） 人参 白茯苓 白术 炙甘草 莲肉 升麻 柴胡（等分）
水一钟半，加生姜，煎服。
涩肠散 治久痢火肠滑脱。
诃子 赤石脂 龙骨（等分）
上为末。以腊茶少许和药，掺肠头上，用绢帛揉入。又方用鳖头 存性，入枯矾少许，如上揉入。
蟠龙散 治阳证脱肛肿痛。
地龙（晒干，一两） 风化硝（二两）
上为末。每用一、二钱，肛门湿，则干掺；燥，则清油调擦。先以见肿消，荆芥、生葱
煮水候温洗，轻轻拭干，然后敷药。
伏龙肝散 治阴症脱肛。
伏龙肝（一两） 鳖头骨（五钱） 百药煎（二钱半）
上为末。每用一、二钱，浓煎紫苏汤候温洗过，以清麻油调药敷如前法。
独蒜通便方 治小便不通。
独蒜（一枚） 栀子（三、七枚） 盐花（少许）
上捣烂摊纸上贴脐，良久即通。未通，涂阴囊上立通。
小便不通经验方。
以朴硝为末。每服二钱，空心煎茴香汤下。又方∶用蚯蚓杵，以凉水摅过，浓服半碗立
通，大解热疾不知人事欲死，服之甚效。
小水不通葱熨法
用葱三斤，慢火炒香熟，以绢帕裹，更替熨脐下即通。或用盐炒热熨之，冷则再易，须臾即通。
鸡内金散 治气虚溺尿。
用雄鸡 并肠烧为末。温酒调服。
狐腋气五方 治阴汗 臭，两腋下臭不可与人同行。
枯白矾 密陀僧 黄丹（各二钱半） 麝香（五分）
上于乳钵内研细。以醋于手心内调药擦腋下，经两时许，即以香白芷煎汤洗之，一日用一次。
又∶治腋气神效方。
密陀僧（四两） 枯白矾（二两） 轻粉（三钱）
上为细末。频擦两腋，擦至半月见效，半年全愈。
又∶腋气方。
用热蒸饼一枚，擘作两片，掺密陀僧细末一钱许，急挟在腋下，略睡少时，候冷弃之。
如一腋有病，只用一半。叶元方平生苦此疾，来绍兴偶得此方，用一次遂绝根本。
又∶腋气方。
单用枯矾为极细末，以绢袋盛之。常以扑于腋下，不过十度即愈。一方以唾调涂之。
又∶腋气方。
先剃去腋毛令净，用白定粉水调擦敷患处，至六、七日后，清晨看腋下有一黑点如针孔
大者，以笔点定，即用小艾炷灸七壮，灸过或有浊气攻心作痛者，当用后药下之∶
丁香 青木香 槟榔 檀香 麝香 大黄
上煎服，以下为度。
脚汗牡蛎散 治脚汗，除秽气。
牡蛎（ ） 枯白矾 密陀僧 黄丹（等分）
上为细末。每用少许，干掺脚指缝中即收。
燥囊牡蛎散 治阴囊湿痒，搔之则汁水流珠，用此极效。
牡蛎（醋 ，一两） 雄黄（一钱） 枯矾 硫黄 苦参 蛇床子（各二钱）
上为细末。先用苍术、椒、盐煎汤洗湿处，后用此药掺之。
蒸洗阴囊法 治一切阴囊湿痒。
陈茶（一撮） 苍术（二钱） 花椒 蛇床子 白矾（各一钱） 苍耳草（量入） 炒盐（半两） 朴硝（三钱）
上用水四碗，先将前五味煎汤，去 ，乃入后三味泡化，先熏后洗，三、四次绝痒。
梅苏丸
龙脑薄荷 粉草 冰糖（各四两） 乌梅肉（三两） 白檀香 紫苏叶（各二两）
上为极细末，以熟枣肉捣丸，芡实大。勿用铁器。
冰梅丸
龙脑薄荷（二两） 白糖 柿霜（各四两） 乌梅肉 桔梗（各五钱） 儿茶（三钱） 甘草（一钱） 冰片
（一分）
上为极细末，炼蜜丸，龙眼核大。
龙脑上清丸
乌梅肉 脑荷（各四两） 白檀香 苏叶 儿茶 硼砂 沙糖（各二两） 冰糖 柿霜（各八两）
干葛 粉草（各一两） 冰片（三分）
上为极细末，蜜丸，樱桃大。
上清丸 佳方。
脑荷（二两） 雨茶 白硼砂（七钱） 乌梅肉 贝母 诃子（各三钱） 冰片（三分）
炼蜜丸。
辟邪丹 方在痘疹。辟一切秽寒邪气。
福建香茶饼 能辟一切瘴气时疫，伤寒秽气，不时噙口中，邪气不入。
沉香 白檀（各一两） 儿茶（二两） 粉草（五钱） 麝香（五分） 冰片（三分）
上为极细末，糯米调饮汤为丸，黍米大。噙化。
香发木 油
采桂花半开者，去茎蒂令净，每花二升，用真麻油一斤，轻手拌匀，纳瓷瓶中，用油纸
紧封器口，坐釜中汤煮一饷，持起顿燥处，十日后掀出，用麻布滤绞清油，封闭紧密收之，
愈久愈香。或用菜子油亦可。
玉容散 治面生黑鼾雀斑。
甘松 三奈 茅香（各半两） 白芷 白芨 白蔹 白僵蚕 白附子 天花粉 绿豆粉（各一
两） 防风 零陵香 本（各二钱） 肥皂（二钱，去皮弦）
上为细末。每早、晚蘸末洗面。
硫黄膏 治面部生疮，或鼻赤风刺粉刺。
硫黄 白芷 天花粉 水粉（各五分） 全蝎（一枚） 蝉蜕（五个） 芫青（七个，去头足）
上为细末，用麻油、黄蜡约多寡，如合面油，熬匀离火，方入前末药和匀。每于临卧时
洗面净，以少许涂面，勿近眼，数日间肿处自平，赤鼻亦消。如退风刺，一夕见效。
【烟筒方】治疗所有因受寒引起的咳嗽，一到冬天就发作。
款冬花、鹅管石、雄黄、艾叶（各取等量）
将上述药物研成粉末，铺在艾叶上，用纸卷成筒状，点燃后吸烟吸入咽喉并吞下，随即喝一口茶水以压制药气，自然见效。另一配方含有佛耳草，不含艾叶，用纸卷成条状，每段切约三、五分长，放入炉中焚烧，吸烟并咽下。
【灵宝烟筒方】治疗所有寒性哮喘和咳嗽。
黄蜡、雄黄（各三钱）、佛耳草、款冬花（各一钱）、艾叶（三分）
先将蜡熔化，涂在纸上，然后铺上艾叶，将另外三种药物细研均匀，撒在上面卷成筒状。用火点燃一头，吸烟并吞下，用清茶送服。
【七宝美髯丹】补肾元，使须发变黑，延年益寿。
何首乌（赤、白两种，各一斤）、川牛膝（半斤）
先将何首乌用米泔水浸泡一天，用竹刀刮去粗皮，切成大片。用黑豆铺一层在蒸笼中，再铺一层何首乌，再铺一层豆，再铺一层牛膝，又铺一层豆，层层相间，最上面铺豆覆盖。蒸煮至豆子熟透为止，取出晒干。第二天如前法换豆再蒸，如此重复七次，去掉豆子备用。
补骨脂（半斤，洗净，用黑芝麻同炒至无爆裂声为度，去掉芝麻）、白茯苓（半斤，用人乳浸透，晒干蒸熟）、赤茯苓（半斤，用黑牛乳浸透，晒干蒸熟）、当归身（半斤，酒洗）、枸杞子（半斤，去掉干枯蒂头）。
以上共研为粉末，炼蜜制成丸药，大小如龙眼核。每天空腹嚼服二、三丸，温酒、米汤、盐汤均可送服。制药时切勿接触铁器。按：此方即七珍至宝丹少了一味菟丝子。
【北京乌须方】两京各地用于染黑胡须的方子，以此方最好。使用虽不算极其简便精妙，但不会损伤胡须和皮肤，制作得当者，可使胡须保持黑色一个月。
五倍子（挑选四川产的大个，打碎成颗粒，分粗细两类。先将粗粒在锅内用文火炒成糊状，再放入细粒同炒。起初冒出大黑烟，取出不停翻炒，待冷却后再上火炒，则冒黄烟，叉出翻炒，待冷却后再上火炒，则青、黄、白烟间杂出现，即可停火。先用一大块真青布浸湿，将五倍子倒在布上，包成一团，用脚踏成饼状，上面覆盖一担湿泥，放置一夜，颜色像乌鸦羽毛那样黑为佳，装入瓷器中收藏备用）、红铜花（用细红铜丝在炭火上烧红，浸入醋中淬火，不限次数，直到完全溶解为止，去掉醋，取铜花晒干）、皂矾、明矾（各三分）、没石子、食盐（各二分）、硼砂（净，一分）。
每次使用时，现配现用，以制好的五倍子二钱为标准，加入铜花四分，其余各加一、二分，混合均匀作为一次用量，研细。用浓茶汁或烧酒在瓷碗中调成稀糊状，放在汤锅中煮，看到碗内产生绿气为最佳。先用皂角汤将胡须洗净，擦干，用抿子涂上药，用皮纸沾湿包裹，或用青布袋装好过夜，次日清晨用温水洗净。如果不滋润，可用胡桃油涂抹手指润之。连续染两个晚上，黑得像漆一样也很好。
【擦牙乌须方】提前进行擦拭者，永久不白。
青盐（一斤）、嫩槐枝叶（五斤，切碎）、黑铅（四两）、没石子（尖头的，七钱）
先将黑铅、青盐放入锅内，用槐枝搅拌炒至全部成为灰炭取出，将没石子研成细末混入，用瓷罐盛装。每天早晚用药擦牙，漱口后将水吐在手掌上擦拭胡须和鬓角，久而久之自然润泽变黑。
【便易擦牙方】
用大个五倍子一百个，装入一斤食盐，铺在锅内，大火烧至存性（保留药性），研成粉末。每天擦拭，久了胡须都会变黑。
【（朱丹溪）疝气神方】病情严重，气向上冲如有物堵塞心脏欲死，手足冰冷者，服用二、三次可除根。
陈皮、荔枝核（研末，炒焦黄）、硫黄（在火中熔化，立即投入水中去毒，研细，各等分）
以上研为粉末，饭丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服十四、五丸，酒送下，疼痛立即停止。如果疼痛剧烈难以支持，略加五、六丸，不可再多。
【神仙六子丸】男子三十岁后服用此药，一年两次单数日服用，坚持制服不停息，永不生白发。四十岁以上，或见微白，以及少年发黄不润泽者，服用此药百日，自然漆黑，效果如神。
制菟丝子、金铃子、覆盆子、五味子、枸杞子、蛇床子（炒，各一两）、何首乌（酒浸，蒸极熟，焙干）、牛膝（酒浸蒸）、熟地黄（酒蒸，捣烂）、地骨皮（各三两）、舶上茴香（盐炒）、川木瓜（各二两）
以上十二味，研为细末，用浸过菟丝子的酒作糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服五、七十丸，食前用温酒或白开水送下。另一配方加人参、白术、白茯苓各一两，更有神效。服用此药大忌“三白”（指某些白色食物或物品，具体视语境而定，此处仅译原文）。疝气方较重。
【四制川楝子丸】治疗疝气，一切下部疾病，均能治疗，凡肿痛缩小，即使是多年也可除根。
川楝子（净肉，一斤，分四分。其中一分用盐一两、茴香一协议炒至黄色，去掉盐和香料不用。其余三分，一分用巴豆四十九个，一分用斑蝥四十九个，一分用巴戟天一两，仍各加麦面一协议炒至黄色，俱去掉面和药渣不用）、木香（一两）、补骨脂（一两，炒）
以上研为粉末，酒糊丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服五、七十丸，盐汤送下，严重者每日进二、三服，或空腹、或食前服用。
【木香导气丸】治疗男子小肠气腹痛，一切气积，下元虚冷，脾胃不和，都适宜服用有效。
木香、丁香、乳香、香附、川楝子肉、大茴香、补骨脂、葫芦巴（炒）、甘草（炙）、三棱（各一两）、杜仲（炒，半两）
以上研为细末，酒糊丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服三、五十丸，加至七、八十丸，用温酒，或盐汤食前送下，每日进二、三服。
【去铃丸】治疗疝气消除阴囊肿胀。
用大茴香一升，用老生姜二斤，取自然汁浸泡茴香一夜，以姜汁渗尽为度，加入好青盐二两同炒至赤色，取出焙干研末，用无灰酒浸蒸饼制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。空腹、食前酒送服二、三十丸，或用米饮亦可。此方实脾疏肝，所以治疗疝气多有效，不像常法那样克伐正气，故为妙方。
【事后中寒腹痛方】
凡房事后受寒厥冷，呕吐恶心腹痛者，用葱、姜捣烂冲热酒服之，睡一会儿，出汗即愈。如果腹痛甚者，用葱白头捣烂摊在脐上，用艾灸或熨烫也可缓解。鼻尖有汗，疼痛即止。
【湿疝阴丸作痛】
蕲艾、紫苏叶（烘干热）、川椒（炒热，各三两）
以上三味，拌匀，趁热用绢袋盛夹在下体，勿令漏气，冷了就更换。
【熏熨脱肛方】治疗气痔脱肛。
枳壳（面炒）、防风（去叉，各一两）、枯矾（二钱半）
以上切碎，用水三碗，煎至二碗，趁热熏之，仍以软帛蘸汤熨之，通手即淋洗。
【熏洗脱肛法】
用赤皮葱、韭菜二味各带根者煎汤，加入大枫子、防风末各数钱，趁热熏洗立收上。另一方案：用五倍子煎汤洗，以赤石脂末掺上托入。或脱出较长者，将两床相并，中空尺许，以瓷瓶盛汤，令病患仰卧浸瓶中，逐日更换，收尽为止。又涩肠散方，在小儿五四。
【参术芎归汤】治疗泻痢产育气虚脱肛，脉濡而弦者。
人参、白术、川芎、当归、黄芪（酒炒）、山药（炒）、白芍药、白茯苓、升麻、炙甘草
以上生姜水煎服。按：此方若治泄痢虚滑脱肛，仍须加制附子、肉豆蔻方效。
【凉血清肠散】治疗大肠血热脱肛。
生地黄、当归、芍药（各钱半）、黄芩、黄连、防风、荆芥、升麻（各一钱）、香附、川芎、甘草（各五分）
水一钟半，煎服。
【缩砂散】治疗大肠伏热，脱肛红肿。
缩砂仁、黄连、木贼（等分）
以上研为细末。每次服二钱，空腹米饮调下。
【诃子人参汤】治疗证候同上。
诃子（煨，去核）、人参、白茯苓、白术、炙甘草、莲肉、升麻、柴胡（等分）
水一钟半，加生姜，煎服。
【涩肠散】治疗久痢火肠滑脱。
诃子、赤石脂、龙骨（等分）
以上研为粉末。以腊茶少许和药，掺在肠头上，用绢帛揉入。又一方用鳖头存性，入枯矾少许，如上揉入。
【蟠龙散】治疗阳证脱肛肿痛。
地龙（晒干，一两）、风化硝（二两）
以上研为粉末。每次用一、二钱，肛门湿，则干掺；燥，则清油调擦。先以见肿消、荆芥、生葱煮水候温洗，轻轻拭干，然后敷药。
【伏龙肝散】治疗阴症脱肛。

用热蒸饼一枚，擘作两片，掺密陀僧细末一钱许，急挟在腋下，略睡少时，候冷弃之。如一腋有病，只用一半。叶元方平生苦此疾，来绍兴偶得此方，用一次遂绝根本。
又：腋气方。
单用枯矾为极细末，以绢袋盛之。常以扑于腋下，不过十度即愈。一方以唾调涂之。
又：腋气方。
先剃去腋毛令净，用白定粉水调擦敷患处，至六、七日后，清晨看腋下有一黑点如针孔大者，以笔点定，即用小艾炷灸七壮，灸过或有浊气攻心作痛者，当用后药下之：

【脚汗牡蛎散】治疗脚汗，除秽气。
牡蛎（煅）、枯白矾、密陀僧、黄丹（等分）
以上为细末。每用少许，干掺脚趾缝中即收。
【燥囊牡蛎散】治疗阴囊湿痒，搔之则汁水流珠，用此极效。
牡蛎（醋淬，一两）、雄黄（一钱）、枯矾、硫黄、苦参、蛇床子（各二钱）
以上为细末。先用苍术、椒、盐煎汤洗湿处，后用此药掺之。
【蒸洗阴囊法】治疗一切阴囊湿痒。
陈茶（一撮）、苍术（二钱）、花椒、蛇床子、白矾（各一钱）、苍耳草（量入）、炒盐（半两）、朴硝（三钱）
以上用水四碗，先将前五味煎汤，去渣，乃入后三味泡化，先熏后洗，三、四次绝痒。
【梅苏丸】
龙脑薄荷、粉草、冰糖（各四两）、乌梅肉（三两）、白檀香、紫苏叶（各二两）
以上为极细末，以熟枣肉捣丸，芡实大。勿用铁器。
【冰梅丸】
龙脑薄荷（二两）、白糖、柿霜（各四两）、乌梅肉、桔梗（各五钱）、儿茶（三钱）、甘草（一钱）、冰片（一分）
以上为极细末，炼蜜丸，龙眼核大。
【龙脑上清丸】
乌梅肉、脑荷（各四两）、白檀香、苏叶、儿茶、硼砂、沙糖（各二两）、冰糖、柿霜（各八两）、干葛、粉草（各一两）、冰片（三分）
以上为极细末，蜜丸，樱桃大。
【上清丸】佳方。
脑荷（二两）、雨茶、白硼砂（七钱）、乌梅肉、贝母、诃子（各三钱）、冰片（三分）
炼蜜丸。
【福建香茶饼】能辟一切瘴气时疫，伤寒秽气，不时噙口中，邪气不入。
沉香、白檀（各一两）、儿茶（二两）、粉草（五钱）、麝香（五分）、冰片（三分）
以上为极细末，糯米调饮汤为丸，黍米大。噙化。
【香发木油】
采桂花半开者，去茎蒂令净，每花二升，用真麻油一斤，轻手拌匀，纳瓷瓶中，用油纸紧封器口，坐釜中汤煮一饷，持起顿燥处，十日后掀出，用麻布滤绞清油，封闭紧密收之，愈久愈香。或用菜子油亦可。
【玉容散】治疗面生黑鼾雀斑。
甘松、三奈、茅香（各半两）、白芷、白芨、白蔹、白僵蚕、白附子、天花粉、绿豆粉（各一两）、防风、零陵香、本（各二钱）、肥皂（二钱，去皮弦）
以上为细末。每早、晚蘸末洗面。
【硫黄膏】治疗面部生疮，或鼻赤风刺粉刺。
硫黄、白芷、天花粉、水粉（各五分）、全蝎（一枚）、蝉蜕（五个）、芫青（七个，去头足）
以上为细末，用麻油、黄蜡约多寡，如合面油，熬匀离火，方入前末药和匀。每于临卧时洗面净，以少许涂面，勿近眼，数日间肿处自平，赤鼻亦消。如退风刺，一夕见效。
[Smoke Tube Formula] Treats all coughs caused by cold invasion, which occur every winter.
Flower bud of *Dendranthema morifolium* (Kudong Hui), Calcitrum (Eguan Shi), Realgar (Xionghuang), and Mugwort leaf (Aiye) in equal parts.
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, spread on mugwort leaves, roll into a tube with paper, ignite one end, inhale the smoke and swallow it, then immediately drink a mouthful of tea to suppress the medicinal effect; this is naturally effective. Another prescription contains Earless Mouse-ear Herb (Foer Cao) instead of mugwort. Roll into strips with paper, cut each section about 3-5 fen long, burn in a stove, inhale the smoke and swallow.
[Lingbao Smoke Tube Formula] Treats all cold-type asthma and coughs.
Beeswax (Huangla) and Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 3 qian); Earless Mouse-ear Herb (Foer Cao) and Flower bud of *Dendranthema morifolium* (Kudong Hui) (each 1 qian); Mugwort leaf (Aiye) (3 fen).
First melt the beeswax, coat it on paper, then spread mugwort leaves on it. Grind the other three herbs finely and evenly, sprinkle them on, and roll into tubes. Ignite one end with fire, inhale the smoke and swallow, followed by clear tea.
[Qibao Meiran Dan] Tonifies Kidney Yuan, darkens beard and hair, prolongs life and health.
Polygonum multiflorum (Heshouwu) (Red and White, each 1 jin); Cyathula root (Chuan Niuxi) (0.5 jin).
Soak Polygonum multiflorum in rice washing water for one day, scrape off the rough skin with a bamboo knife, and cut into large slices. Layer black beans at the bottom of a steamer, then a layer of Polygonum multiflorum, then beans, then Cyathula root, then beans, layering repeatedly, covering the top with beans. Steam until the beans are cooked, take out and dry. Repeat the process of changing beans and steaming for seven times, then remove the beans and use the herb.
Psoralea fruit (Pogu Zhi) (0.5 jin, washed clean, stir-fried with black sesame seeds until no popping sound, remove sesame); Poria cocos (Baifuling) (0.5 jin, soaked in human milk, dried, steamed); Red Poria (Chifuling) (0.5 jin, soaked in black cow milk, dried, steamed); Angelica sinensis root body (Dangguishen) (0.5 jin, washed with wine); Goji berry (Gouqizi) (0.5 jin, remove withered calyxes).
Grind all together into fine powder, make pills with refined honey, size of a longan. Chew 2-3 pills on an empty stomach daily, taken with warm wine, rice soup, or salt water. Do not use iron vessels during preparation. Note: This is the Shizhen Zhibao Dan formula minus Cuscuta seed (Tusizi).
[Beijing Beard Darkening Formula] Among various formulas in the two capitals for darkening beards, this one is quite good. Although not extremely simple or miraculous, it does not damage the beard or flesh. If prepared correctly, it can keep the beard black for a month.
Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) (Select large ones from Sichuan, crush into granules, divide into coarse and fine. First stir-fry coarse granules in a pot over gentle heat until paste-like, then add fine granules and stir-fry together. Initially thick black smoke rises, take out and stir-fry continuously. When cool, heat again until yellow smoke rises, take out and stir-fry again. When cool, heat again until green, yellow, and white smoke appear alternately, stop fire. Soak a large piece of true blue cloth, pour Chinese Gall onto it, wrap into a ball, tread into a cake with foot, cover with one担 of wet mud overnight. Ideal color is like crow feathers. Store in porcelain). Red Copper Flowers (Hongtonghua) (Heat thin red copper wire over charcoal fire, quench in vinegar repeatedly until fully dissolved, remove vinegar, take copper flowers and dry). Ferrous Sulfate (Zaofan) and Alum (Mingfan) (each 3 fen); Myrobalan (Meishizi) and Table Salt (Shiyan) (each 2 fen); Borax (Pengsha) (purified, 1 fen).
Prepare fresh for each use. Base amount is 2 qian of prepared Chinese Gall, add 4 fen of copper flowers, and 1-2 fen of others. Mix evenly as one dose, grind fine. Mix with strong tea juice or liquor in a porcelain bowl to form a thin paste, boil in water bath until green gas appears on surface. Wash beard thoroughly with soap pod soup, dry, apply with brush, wrap in wet leather paper or blue cloth bag overnight. Wash with warm water next morning. If not moist, rub with walnut oil. Dye for two consecutive nights; jet-black result is excellent.
[Tooth Rubbing Beard Darkening Formula] Those who rub in advance will never turn white.
Blue Salt (Qingyan) (1 jin); Tender Locust branches and leaves (Nenhuaizhiye) (5 jin, chopped); Black Lead (Heiqian) (4 liang); Myrobalan (Meishizi) (pointed ones, 7 qian).
Put black lead and blue salt in a pot, stir-fry with locust branches until all turn to ash/charcoal. Take out, grind Myrobalan into fine powder and mix in. Store in porcelain jar. Rub teeth morning and night, spit saliva into palm and rub beard/temples. Over time, they will naturally become moist and black.
[Convenient Tooth Rubbing Formula]
Use 100 large Chinese Galls, pack with 1 jin table salt, spread in pot, roast over high heat until "preserving nature" (partial carbonization), grind to powder. Rub daily; eventually beard and mustache will turn black.
[(Zhu Danxi) Hernia Divine Formula] For severe cases where Qi rushes upward blocking the heart causing near-death sensation, with cold hands and feet. Two or three doses can cure the root.
Tangerine peel (Chenpi), Lychee seed (Lizhihe) (ground, stir-fried until scorched yellow), Sulfur (Liuhuang) (melted in fire, immediately thrown into water to remove toxicity, ground fine). Equal parts.
Grind to powder, make pills with rice dough, size of Sophora seed. Take 14-15 pills per dose, with wine. Pain stops immediately. If pain is unbearable, add 5-6 pills, but do not exceed this amount.
[Shenxian Liuzi Wan] Men over thirty should take this medicine. Taking it twice a year indefinitely prevents white hair/beard. For those over forty with slight whitening, or young men with yellow/dull hair, taking it for 100 days will naturally turn hair black; efficacy is miraculous.
Prepared Cuscuta seed (Tusizi), Bellflower fruit (Jinlingzi), Raspberry (Fupenzi), Schisandra fruit (Wuweizi), Goji berry (Gouqizi), Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi) (stir-fried, each 1 liang); Polygonum multiflorum (Heshouwu) (soaked in wine, steamed thoroughly, dried); Cyathula root (Niuxi) (soaked in wine, steamed); Prepared Rehmannia root (Shudi) (steamed in wine, mashed); Bark of Groundcherry (Digupi) (each 3 liang); Imported Fennel (Boshang Huixiang) (salt-stir-fried); Chaenomeles fruit (Chuan Mugua) (each 2 liang).
Twelve ingredients ground to fine powder. Use wine soaked with Cuscuta as paste to make pills, size of Sophora seed. Take 50-70 pills before meals with warm wine or plain water. Another version adds Ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Poria cocos (each 1 liang) for greater efficacy. Strictly avoid "Three Whites" while taking this. Hernia prescriptions are considered heavy treatments.
[Sizhi Chuanlianzi Wan] Treats hernia and all lower body diseases, including swelling, pain, and shrinking. Can cure even chronic cases lasting years.
Fructus Toosendan (Chuanlianzi) meat (purified, 1 jin, divided into four parts. One part stir-fried with 1 liang salt and fennel until yellow, discard salt and fennel. The remaining three parts: one part stir-fried with 49 Croton seeds, one part with 49 Mylabris beetles, one part with Morinda officinalis root, each added with wheat flour and stir-fried until yellow, discard flour and residual drugs); Costus root (Muxiang) (1 liang); Psoralea fruit (Pogu Zhi) (1 liang, stir-fried).
Grind to powder, make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora seed. Take 50-70 pills with salt water. Severe cases: 2-3 doses daily, on empty stomach or before meals.
[Muxiang Daoqi Wan] Treats male intestinal qi abdominal pain, all types of Qi accumulation, deficiency-cold of lower origin, and spleen-stomach disharmony. Effective for all.
Costus root (Muxiang), Clove (Dingxiang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Cyperus rhizome (Xiangfu), Fructus Toosendan meat (Chuanlianzi rou), Large Fennel (Da Huixiang), Psoralea fruit (Pogu Zhi), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Huluba) (stir-fried), Licorice root (Gancao) (roasted), Burreed corm (Sanleng) (each 1 liang); Eucommia bark (Duzhong) (stir-fried, 0.5 liang).
Grind to fine powder, make pills with wine paste, size of Sophora seed. Take 30-50 pills, up to 70-80, with warm wine or salt water before meals. 2-3 doses daily.
[Qu Ling Wan] Treats hernia and reduces scrotal swelling.
Take 1 sheng Large Fennel, soak overnight in natural juice of 2 jin old ginger until juice is absorbed. Stir-fry with 2 liang good blue salt until red. Take out, dry, and grind to powder. Make pills with non-intoxicating wine and steamed leavened bread, size of Sophora seed. Take 20-30 pills on empty stomach or before meals with wine or rice drink. This formula strengthens Spleen and soothes Liver, thus effective for hernia without harsh purging, making it excellent.
[Post-Coital Cold Abdominal Pain Formula]
For post-coital cold invasion causing cold limbs, vomiting, nausea, and abdominal pain. Crush Green Onion and Ginger, mix with hot wine and take. Sleep briefly; sweating indicates recovery. For severe abdominal pain, crush white part of Green Onion, apply to navel, moxa or hot compress. Sweating on nose tip stops pain.
[Damp Hernia Scrotal Pain]
Qichai Mugwort (Qi Ai), Perilla leaf (Zisu Ye) (dried hot), Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao) (stir-fried hot, each 3 liang).
Mix well, place in silk bag,夹 under scrotum while hot. Prevent leakage. Replace when cool.
[Fumigation and Compression for Rectal Prolapse] Treats Qi hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse.
Aurantii Fructus (Zhike) (flour-roasted), Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng) (deprived of forked roots, each 1 liang), Burnt Alum (Kufan) (2.5 qian).
Cut into pieces, decoct in 3 bowls of water until 2 bowls remain. Fumigate while hot, then compress with soft cloth dipped in hot liquid. Rinse when temperature is tolerable.
[Fumigation and Washing for Rectal Prolapse]
Decoct Red-skinned Green Onion and Leek (with roots). Add several qian of Giant Cinnabar Tree fruit (Dafengzi) and Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng) powders. Fumigate and wash while hot for immediate retraction. Alternative: Decoct Chinese Gall, wash, then apply Red Kaolin (Chishizhi) powder to push back. For long prolapse, place two beds together leaving 1 chi space, fill porcelain bottle with hot liquid, have patient lie supine immersing prolapse in bottle. Change daily until fully retracted. See Sanchang San in Pediatrics chapter 54.
[Shenzu Xionggui Tang] Treats rectal prolapse due to Qi deficiency from diarrhea/dysentery or childbirth, with soggy and wiry pulse.
Ginseng (Renshen), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Astragalus membranaceus (Huangqi) (wine-roasted), Chinese Yam (Shanyao) (roasted), White Peony root (Baishaoyao), Poria cocos (Baifuling), Cimicifuga rhizome (Shengma), Roasted Licorice (Zhigancao).
Decoct with Ginger water. Note: For prolapse due to deficiency-cold slipping, add Prepared Aconite (Zhifuzi) and Nutmeg (Roudoukou) for efficacy.
[Liangxue Qingchang San] Treats rectal prolapse due to Large Intestine blood-heat.
Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdihuang), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Peony root (Shaoyao) (each 1.5 qian); Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin), Coptis chinensis (Huanglian), Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Cimicifuga rhizome (Shengma) (each 1 qian); Cyperus rotundus (Xiangfu), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Licorice (Gancao) (each 0.5 qian).
Decoct in 1.5 zhong of water.
[Suosha San] Treats latent heat in Large Intestine with swollen/red rectal prolapse.
Amomum fruit (Suosharen), Coptis chinensis (Huanglian), Equisetum (Muzei) in equal parts.
Grind to fine powder. Take 2 qian on empty stomach mixed with rice drink.
[Hezi Renshen Tang] Treats same condition as above.
Chebula fruit (Hezi) (roasted, pitted), Ginseng (Renshen), Poria cocos (Baifuling), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Roasted Licorice (Zhigancao), Lotus seed (Lianrou), Cimicifuga rhizome (Shengma), Bupleurum root (Chaihu) in equal parts.
Decoct in 1.5 zhong of water with Ginger.
[Sechang San] Treats chronic dysentery with slippery prolapse due to Fire.
Chebula fruit (Hezi), Red Kaolin (Chishizhi), Dragon bone (Longgu) in equal parts.
Grind to powder. Mix with small amount of aged tea, apply to prolapsed intestine, push in with silk cloth. Alternative: Use Turtle head (preserved nature) with small amount of Burnt Alum, apply similarly.
[Panlong San] Treats Yang syndrome rectal prolapse with swelling and pain.
Earthworm (Dilong) (dried, 1 liang), Weathered Niter (Fenghuaxiao) (2 liang).
Grind to powder. Use 1-2 qian. If anus is wet, sprinkle dry powder; if dry, mix with pure oil and rub. First wash with消肿 (Jianzhongxiao), Schizonepeta (Jingjie), and Raw Green Onion boiled water, wipe dry gently, then apply medicine.
[Fulonggan San] Treats Yin syndrome rectal prolapse.
Dragon's house soil (Fulonggan) (1 liang), Turtle carapace/bone (Bie tou gu) (5 qian), Bai Yao Jian (Baiyaojian) (2.5 qian).
Grind to powder. Use 1-2 qian. Wash with strong decoction of Perilla (Zisu) cooled to warm, mix medicine with pure hemp oil, apply as above.
[Single Garlic Bowel Unblocking Formula] Treats urinary retention.
Single Garlic Bulb (Dusuan) (1 bulb), Gardenia fruit (Zhizi) (3-7 fruits), Salt flower (Yanhua) (small amount).
Crush, spread on paper, apply to navel. Urination resumes after some time. If not, apply to scrotum for immediate relief.
[Experienced Formula for Urinary Retention]
Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao) ground to powder. Take 2 qian on empty stomach with Fennel (Huixiang) decoction. Alternative: Crush Earthworms, rinse with cold water, drink half bowl concentrated juice for immediate relief. Very effective for severe heat disease causing unconsciousness.
[Green Onion Compress for Urinary Retention]
Stir-fry 3 jin Green Onions slowly until fragrant and cooked. Wrap in silk cloth, alternate compressing below navel until urination occurs. Or stir-fry with salt, compress while hot, replace when cool. Relief is quick.
[Jineijin San] Treats urinary dribbling due to Qi deficiency.
Roast Male Chicken Gizzard lining (Jineijin) and intestines to powder. Mix with warm wine and take.
[Five Formulas for Axillary Odor] Treats sweaty smelly armpits, unbearable odor preventing social interaction.
Calcined White Alum (Kubai Fan), Ledum (Miduoseng), Minium (Huandan) (each 2.5 qian), Musk (Shexiang) (5 fen).
Grind fine in mortar. Mix with vinegar in palm, rub armpits. After 2 hours, wash with Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) decoction. Use once daily.
Alternative: Divine Formula for Axillary Odor.
Ledum (Miduoseng) (4 liang), Calcined White Alum (Kubai Fan) (2 liang), Calomel (Qingfen) (3 qian).
Grind fine. Rub armpits frequently. Visible effect in half month, full cure in six months.
Alternative: Axillary Odor Formula.
Take one hot steamed bun, split into two, sprinkle 1 qian Ledum powder between halves, clamp tightly under armpit. Sleep briefly, discard when cool. If only one armpit affected, use half. Ye Yuanfang suffered from this lifelong, obtained this formula in Shaoxing, cured permanently after one use.
Alternative: Axillary Odor Formula.
Use Calcined White Alum (Kubai Fan) as very fine powder, store in silk bag. Dust on armpits regularly. Cure within ten applications. Alternative: Mix with saliva and apply.

Shave armpit hair clean. Apply White Starch (Baidingfen) water mixture to affected area. After 6-7 days, look for a black dot like a needle hole in the morning. Mark with pen, moxa 7 cones. If turbid Qi attacks heart causing pain after moxa, purge with following medicine:
Clove (Dingxiang), Blue Wood Fragrance (Qingmuxiang), Areca nut (Binglang), Sandalwood (Tanxiang), Musk (Shexiang), Rhubarb (Dahuang).
Decoct and take. Stop when purged.
[Jiaohan Muli San] Treats foot sweat, removes foul odor.
Oyster Shell (Muli) (calcined), Calcined White Alum (Kubai Fan), Ledum (Miduoseng), Minium (Huandan) in equal parts.
Grind to powder. Sprinkle small amount dry between toes to absorb moisture.
[Zaonang Muli San] Treats scrotal dampness and itching, oozing fluid when scratched. Highly effective.
Oyster Shell (Muli) (vinegar-calcined, 1 liang), Realgar (Xionghuang) (1 qian), Calcined White Alum (Kubai Fan), Sulfur (Liuhuang), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi) (each 2 qian).
Grind to powder. First wash damp area with Cangzhu, Pepper, and Salt decoction, then apply powder.
[Steaming and Washing for Scrotum] Treats all scrotal dampness and itching.
Aged Tea (Chencha) (pinch), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu) (2 qian), Sichuan Pepper (Huajiao), Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi), White Alum (Baifan) (each 1 qian), Xanthium sibiricum herb (Cangerscao) (as needed), Fried Salt (Chaoyan) (0.5 liang), Natrii Sulfas (Puxiao) (3 qian).
Decoct first five ingredients in 4 bowls of water, strain. Add last three ingredients to dissolve. Fumigate then wash. Itching ceases after 3-4 times.
[Meisu Wan]
Mentha haplocalyx (Longnao Bohe), Licorice (Fengcao), Rock Sugar (Bingtang) (each 4 liang); Dried Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou) (3 liang); White Sandalwood (Baitanxiang), Perilla Leaf (Zisu Ye) (each 2 liang).
Grind to ultra-fine powder. Make pills with ripe Jujube pulp, size of Euryale seed. Do not use iron vessels.
[Bingmei Wan]
Mentha haplocalyx (Longnao Bohe) (2 liang), White Sugar (Baitang), Persimmon Frost (Shishuang) (each 4 liang); Dried Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou), Platycodon root (Jiegeng) (each 5 qian); Child’s Tea (Ercha) (3 qian), Licorice (Gancao) (1 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (1 fen).
Grind to ultra-fine powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of Longan pit.
[Longnao Shangqing Wan]
Dried Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou), Mentha (Naohé) (each 4 liang); White Sandalwood (Baitanxiang), Perilla Leaf (Suye), Child’s Tea (Ercha), Borax (Pengsha), Rock Sugar (Shatang) (each 2 liang); Ice Sugar (Bingtang), Persimmon Frost (Shishuang) (each 8 liang); Kudzu Root (Gange), Licorice (Fengcao) (each 1 liang), Borneol (Bingpian) (3 fen).
Grind to ultra-fine powder. Make pills with honey, size of Cherry.
[Shangqing Wan] Excellent Formula.
Mentha (Naohé) (2 liang), Rain Tea (Yucha), White Borax (Baipengsha) (7 qian); Dried Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou), Ophiopogon/Bellflower? (Beimu - likely Ophiopogon or Fritillaria, context suggests throat/oral), Chebula Fruit (Hezi) (each 3 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (3 fen).
Make pills with refined honey.
[Bixie Dan] See Varicella Chapter. Expels all foul, cold, and pathogenic Qi.
[Fujian Incense Tea Cake] Expels all miasma, epidemic diseases, and typhoid foul Qi. Keep in mouth occasionally to prevent pathogenic entry.

Grind to ultra-fine powder. Make pills with Glutinous Rice drink, size of Millet. Dissolve in mouth.

Pick semi-open Osmanthus flowers, remove stems/calyxes cleanly. For every 2 sheng flowers, use 1 jin True Sesame Oil. Mix gently, put in porcelain bottle, seal tightly with oil paper. Simmer in boiling water pot for a while. Remove, place in dry spot. After 10 days, extract, filter through hemp cloth, squeeze clear oil, seal tightly. Longer storage yields better fragrance. Rapeseed oil can also be used.

Nardostachys (Gansong), Kanzi (Sannai), Aglaia odorata (Maoxiang) (each 0.5 liang); Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Bletilla striata (Baiji), Ampelopsis japonica (Bailian), White Silkworm (Baijiangcan), Aconitum kusnezoffii (Baifuzi), Pueraria root (Tianhuafen), Mung Bean Powder (Lvdoufen) (each 1 liang); Saposhnikovia root (Fangfeng), Lingnan Fragrant Grass (Linglingxiang), Ligusticum wallichii (Ben) (each 2 qian); Soap Pod (Feizao) (2 qian, remove skin/strings).
Grind to fine powder. Dip in powder to wash face morning and night.

Sulfur (Liuhuang), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Pueraria root (Tianhuafen), Lead White (Shuifen) (each 5 fen); Whole Scorpion (Quanxie) (1), Cicada Slough (Chantui) (5), Blister Beetle (Yuanqing) (7, remove head/feet).
Grind to powder. Mix with Sesame Oil and Beeswax (Huangla) in appropriate amounts to form face cream consistency. Heat until uniform, remove from fire, then add herb powder and mix. Apply sparingly to clean face before sleep, avoiding eyes. Swelling flattens in a few days, red nose subsides. Wind-acne resolves overnight.
