为。是以人与天地并立为三。岂可与诸物为伍哉。但能无害于义。以无用之物。可作有用之
药者。则录之。其残忍邪秽者。则阙之。）
得血之余气。消瘀利水补真阴。味苦而微温。达肾通肝入心脏。人牙则咸热有毒。为
痘疮攻托之方。人乳则甘润益阴。乃营血调和之品。若求童便。类属咸寒。导瘀热以下行。
吐红可愈。退骨蒸而治嗽。劳瘵堪医。秋石之功。即可滋阴除伏热。咸寒之质。亦能治咳理
虚劳。金汁苦寒。专清热毒。（人发得血之余气。故名血余。味苦微温。无毒。入心肾及肝
与小肠。 灰用。消瘀血。利水道。治血淋颇佳。且行瘀之中。仍有益阴之妙。以发乃血所
化。烧之仍能还血。故本经有自还神化之说。而又能止血。凡吐血衄血便血。以及一切血出
不止者。皆可内服外掺。所谓红见黑则止也。○人牙齿者骨之余。故能入肾。咸热有毒。性
能攻发。故治痘疮倒陷。变黑归肾之证。用此攻发肾脏之邪。其他内外诸方。亦不多见。用
此亦罕耳。○人乳乃血所化。味纯甘。性平。服之仍能补养阴血。润泽脏腑。惟脾胃阳气不
足。而有湿滞者。不宜服之。且人乳尤宜选择无病之乳。否则不洁之妇。七情之火。五味之
毒。其乳汁或黄赤。或清稀。此等之乳。服之不但无益。而反有害也。○童便须用十三岁以
前无病童子。不可食葱韭腥膻之物。多用糖米汤饮之。助其水道。服时当去头尾。乘热饮。
若冷而再炖。则臭秽矣。咸寒无毒。先入肺部。引热邪下行。从膀胱故道而出。凡一切肺热
咳嗽。骨蒸痨瘵等证。皆可用之。以此物得人之气化。故能清降之中。而又有助元之力也。
因其味咸。故能走血。凡一切吐血衄血。及扑损跌打瘀血在内。或产后血闷等证。皆有奇效。
总之童便之治诸证。皆阴虚有火者为宜。即血证而属阳虚者。亦当禁耳。○秋石有阳炼阴炼
两种。即溺中白垢。或火炼。或水澄。皆以洁白为度。虽制法不同。其味皆咸。其性或寒或
热。随其制法而异。所云能滋阴退热。治虚劳咳嗽等证。惟阴炼者尚可用之。若阳炼一经火
。反足以助火增病。此物究系溺浊炼成。与人中白相仿。止可用以润下导浊。统治一切淋
病。颇有效验。而必欲仗此补阴益元。未可信也。○金汁用人粪沥清汁。装入坛内。封好。
埋于人行处地下。年久取出。清若泉水。全无秽气。愈久愈佳。卖花者用以接树甚妙。咸苦
甘寒无毒。除一切热。降一切火。解一切毒。无论误食各种毒物。皆可用此解之。又名粪清。

（李时珍说：人，是虫类的首领，万物的灵长。优秀的宰相和医生，都遵循人道。治理国家和治疗疾病，完全依赖人的作为。因此，人与天、地并立为“三才”，怎么能与其他万物混为一谈呢？只要不违背道义，将看似无用的物品转化为有用的药物，就记录下来；那些残忍、邪恶或污秽的物品，则予以省略。）
人发（Human Hair）：获得血液之余气，能消除瘀血、通利水道、补益真阴。味道苦而微温。通达肾脏，疏通肝脏，进入心脏。
人牙（Human Teeth）：味道咸，性热，有毒。是治疗痘疮（Smallpox/Chickenpox lesions）攻托排脓的方药。
人乳（Human Milk）：味道甘润，有益阴功效，是调和营血的佳品。
童便（Child's Urine）：若寻求童便，其性质属于咸寒。能引导瘀热下行，吐血（Hematemesis）可愈，退骨蒸（Bone-steaming fever）并治疗咳嗽，劳瘵（Consumption/Tuberculosis）可以医治。
秋石（Processed Human Urine Salt）：其功效即可滋阴并清除伏热。作为咸寒之质，也能治疗咳嗽，调理虚劳。
金汁（Gold Juice/Fermented Human Feces Water）：味道苦寒，专门清除热毒。
（人发获得血液之余气，所以名叫“血余”。味道苦微温，无毒。入心、肾、肝及小肠经。需烧成灰使用。能消除瘀血，通利水道，治疗血淋（Hematuria/Dysuria with blood）效果很好。且在行瘀之中，仍有补益阴液的妙处，因为头发是由血所化，烧后仍能还原为血，所以《本经》有“自还神化”的说法。而且又能止血，凡是吐血、衄血（Epistaxis/Nasal bleeding）、便血，以及一切出血不止的情况，都可以内服或外敷掺用。这就是所谓的“红见黑则止”。
○ 人牙齿是骨骼的余气，所以能入肾。味咸性热有毒，药性具有攻发之力，所以治疗痘疮倒陷、变黑归肾的证候。用它来攻发肾脏的邪气，其他内外各科方剂中，也很少见到使用它的，应用此药也很罕见。
○ 人乳是由血所化，味道纯甘，性平。服用后仍能补养阴血，润泽脏腑。只有脾胃阳气不足，且有湿滞的人，不宜服用。而且人乳尤其需要选择健康无病者的乳汁，否则不洁净的妇女，因七情之火、五味之毒，其乳汁可能发黄赤，或清稀。这样的乳汁，服用不但无益，反而有害。
○ 童便必须使用十三岁以前无病的童子所排的小便，不可食用葱、韭、腥膻之物，多用糖米汤饮用，以助其水道。服用时应去掉头尾，趁热饮下。如果冷却后再炖，就会变得臭秽。咸寒无毒，先入肺部，引导热邪下行，从膀胱故道而出。凡是一切肺热咳嗽、骨蒸痨瘵等证候，都可以使用它。因为这个物品得自人的气化，所以在清降之中，又有辅助元气的作用。因为其味咸，所以能走血分。凡是一切吐血、衄血，以及跌打损伤瘀血在内，或产后血闷等证候，都有奇效。总之，童便治疗各种证候，都适合阴虚有火者。即使是血证但属于阳虚的，也应当禁忌。
○ 秋石有阳炼和阴炼两种，即尿液中的白色沉淀物，或者用火炼，或者用水澄，都以洁白为标准。虽然制法不同，但其味皆咸，其性或寒或热，随制法而异。所说能滋阴退热，治疗虚劳咳嗽等证候，只有阴炼者还可以使用。若阳炼经过火炼，反而足以助火增病。这个物品终究是尿浊炼成，与人中白（Urine Sediment）相似，只可用以润下导浊，统管治疗一切淋病，颇有效验，但一定要依靠它来补阴益元，是不可信的。
○ 金汁用人粪沥出的清汁，装入坛内，封好，埋在人多的地方地下，年代久远后取出，清澈如泉水，全无秽气，越久越好。卖花的人用来嫁接树木非常巧妙。咸苦甘寒无毒，清除一切热，降下一切火，解去一切毒。无论误食各种毒物，都可以用此来解毒。又名粪清。）
(Li Shizhen said: Humans are the leaders of insects and the spirits of all things. Excellent chancellors and physicians all follow human principles. Governing a country and treating diseases rely entirely on human effort. Therefore, humans stand together with Heaven and Earth as the "Three Powers" (San Cai). How can they be grouped with other creatures? As long as it does not violate righteousness, items that seem useless but can be transformed into useful medicines should be recorded; those that are cruel, evil, or filthy should be omitted.)
Ren Fa (Human Hair): Obtains the residual qi of blood; eliminates blood stasis, promotes urination, and tonifies True Yin. Taste is bitter, nature is slightly warm. It reaches the Kidney, unblocks the Liver, and enters the Heart.
Ren Ya (Human Teeth): Taste is salty, nature is hot, and it is toxic. It is a formula for promoting eruption and expelling pus in cases of smallpox/chickenpox lesions.
Ren Ru (Human Milk): Taste is sweet and moistening, benefits Yin, and is a product that harmonizes Ying (Nutritive) and Xue (Blood).
Tong Bian (Child's Urine): If seeking child's urine, its category belongs to salty and cold. It guides blood stasis and heat downward; hematemesis can be cured, bone-steaming fever is reduced, and coughs are treated; consumption/tuberculosis can be medicated.
Qiu Shi (Processed Human Urine Salt): Its efficacy can tonify Yin and remove latent heat. Being of a salty-cold nature, it can also treat coughs and manage deficiency consumptive diseases.
Jin Zhi (Gold Juice/Fermented Human Feces Water): Taste is bitter and cold; it specializes in clearing heat toxins.
(Human hair obtains the residual qi of blood, hence named "Xue Yu". Taste is bitter and slightly warm, non-toxic. Enters the Heart, Kidney, Liver, and Small Intestine meridians. Must be used as ash. It eliminates blood stasis, promotes water passages, and is excellent for treating hematuria/dysuria with blood. Moreover, while moving stasis, it still has the subtlety of benefiting Yin, because hair is transformed from blood, and burning it can still return to blood. Thus, the *Ben Jing* mentions the concept of "self-returning spiritual transformation." Furthermore, it can stop bleeding. For any hematemesis, epistaxis/nasal bleeding, hematochezia, and all conditions where bleeding does not cease, it can be taken internally or applied externally. This is what is meant by "red stops when it sees black."
○ Human teeth are the remainder of bones, so they enter the Kidney. Taste is salty, nature is hot and toxic. The property is capable of attacking and dispersing, so it treats inverted/collapsed smallpox/chickenpox lesions turning black and returning to the Kidney. It uses this to attack pathogens in the Kidney. In other internal and external formulas, it is rarely seen, and its use is uncommon.
○ Human milk is transformed from blood, taste is purely sweet, nature is neutral. Taking it can still tonify and nourish Yin-blood, moistening the zang-fu organs. Only those with insufficient Spleen-Stomach Yang qi and dampness stagnation should not take it. Moreover, human milk especially requires selection from healthy, disease-free individuals. Otherwise, unclean women, due to fire from the Seven Emotions and toxicity from the Five Flavors, may have milk that is yellow-red or thin/watery. Such milk, if taken, brings not only no benefit but harm.
○ Child's urine must come from a healthy boy under thirteen years old. He should not consume scallions, leeks, fishy, or mutton foods. He should drink more sugar-rice soup to assist his water passages. When administering, discard the initial and final portions, and drink while hot. If cooled and reheated, it becomes foul-smelling. Salty, cold, non-toxic. It first enters the Lung, guiding pathogenic heat downward to exit via the bladder's normal pathway. All conditions of lung-heat cough, bone-steaming, and consumptive tuberculosis can use it. Because this substance derives from human qi transformation, within its clearing and descending action, there is also power to assist Yuan Qi. Because its taste is salty, it travels in the Blood level. All conditions of hematemesis, epistaxis, internal blood stasis from trauma/falls, or postpartum blood obstruction have miraculous effects. In summary, child's urine for treating various conditions is suitable for those with Yin deficiency and fire. Even for blood disorders belonging to Yang deficiency, it should be prohibited.
○ Qiu Shi has two types: Yang-refined and Yin-refined, which are white sediments from urine, either refined by fire or clarified by water, both aiming for whiteness. Although preparation methods differ, the taste is salty; the nature may be cold or hot depending on the method. It is said to tonify Yin, reduce fever, and treat deficiency consumptive coughs. Only the Yin-refined type is usable. If Yang-refined through fire, it may instead aggravate fire and worsen illness. This substance is ultimately refined from urine turbidity, similar to Ren Zhong Bai (Urine Sediment). It can only be used to moisten the lower and guide turbidity, effectively managing all strangury diseases. However, relying on it to tonify Yin and benefit Yuan Qi is not credible.
○ Jin Zhi uses the clear juice filtered from human feces, placed in jars, sealed well, and buried underground in places where people walk frequently. After many years, it is retrieved, clear as spring water, with no foul odor; the older, the better. Flower sellers use it for grafting trees, which is very effective. Salty, bitter, sweet, cold, non-toxic. It removes all heat, descends all fire, and resolves all toxins. Regardless of ingesting various poisons accidentally, this can be used to detoxify. Also known as Fen Qing (Feces Clear Liquid).)
